Elohim and Their Retreats: Cyclopea and Virginia

“The Mother of the World is radiating through me and through the consciousness of every chela of the ascended masters within the confines of these walls,” Cyclopea said. “A very special activity of the sacred fire is taking place this night....

“I am radiating tonight from the center of this room a tremendous white-fire star, and that white-fire star carries the very heart image of the immaculate concept which God has for this entire system of worlds, and especially for this blessed earth....The spheres of the angelic light are surrounding this place tonight, and I have caused a giant pearl to surround this entire building. This pearl is translucent and it is radiating and radiating and radiating out into this entire city of Washington, and I tell you that every public building within this city is absolutely lit up with splendor at spiritual levels.”

In conclusion, Cyclopea emphasized that God answers every call. The Elohim pointed out that the nation America stood in less peril because of a prayer of President Kennedy and millions who have called to God for guidance. Therefore, “bring an end, then, to this silly human nonsense that thinks of itself as a mortal in human form and considers itself surrounded with problems and a sea of troubles. And cease to struggle and war and debate with one another, and attune with God and I tell you the world’s face will be changed!”

On September 21, 1963, Cyclopea came “to speak of these things that abide in the mind of God,...to give an awareness of that penetrating and discriminating ascended master intelligence which is the fullness of the great law fulfilled. Passing through your consciousness hourly, this great stream of light floods forth from your mighty causal body and mighty I AM Presence.”

The Elohim pointed out that although this stream of light sustains our lives, “mankind does not apprehend the consciousness of its own holiness.” Cyclopea emphasized that “you are jewels in the eyes of God,” and “you must hold your attention upon that purity which is your life and the life of every man.” Cyclopea came therefore “to draw together the hearts of men, to pledge to you the faith of the Great Silent Watcher in the destinies which you have in cosmic union with one another.” The Elohim pointed out that “cosmic unity must be brought about first by union with the Divine One and then the outer field of cosmic unity in physical manifestation will be a naturally following process....”

“I AM come this night to awaken the mankind of earth and every potential saint that is in this room!” Cyclopea thundered. And “I would like to point out to you that there are several beings in this room that are potential ascended masters.” Also present in that room were “magnificent beings” who had served the light of God in a number of different activities. They formed “a great pathway of light from the heart of beloved Sanat Kumara unto this very forcefield. And the angelic hosts are pouring currents of transcendent light substance into this room in order to transmute as much of the human karma of those individuals sitting within this forcefield as the great cosmic law will allow.” Tremendous power was invoked by the Elohim “in order to establish over this city a forcefield that shall make of it a true city of the angels.”

The devas and builders of form then arrived and began “the service of building around the entire circumferential area of Los Angeles a tremendous fountain of cosmic light. This fountain is an etheric fountain...thirty miles in diameter, and it is on the exterior surface a bright blue.” This Fountain of Cosmic Faith rose into the upper atmosphere one mile above Los Angeles and was “filled with the vibratory action of the blessed angels of faith from Archangel Michael’s band.” Elemental life volunteered to sustain that momentum of faith for “100 years or as long as the great law will permit,” Cyclopea reported. In addition, “within a space of one mile within the thirty-mile range, or twenty-nine miles, there is established a beautiful golden Fountain of Cosmic Illumination which rises to a height of one mile and a half into the atmosphere....Twenty-eight miles in diameter within the center of that forcefield there is builded a two-mile high fountain which is a pink Fountain of Spiritual Love charged by the angels of beloved Chamuel’s band.”

This tripartite fountain is sustained by the devas and builders of form in cooperation with elemental life “to create the vibratory action of a cosmic Eden in this beautiful area of light’s perfection.”

As Cyclopea continued the dictation, Mighty Victory entered the room “to bring to you the feeling of his great outpouring victory of the light.” Victory himself explained that “we are laying the foundation stone here tonight for mankind’s cosmic victory that will overcome disease, that will overcome inharmony, that will overcome discordant governments and warfares, that will overcome all that false generation by the Christ regeneration of the light.” Cyclopea emphasized, however, that “we can give you a cosmic idea....It is you who must elect to pursue it and to dedicate yourself to it and to fulfill its destiny.” The Elohim then placed “upon the forehead of all those who elect to fulfill their destiny my cosmic kiss of Christ peace.”

On November 22, 1964, Cyclopea came “in the beauty of cosmic holiness and wholeness to consecrate the power of your vision to the future of your existence that you may see beyond the span of the years and the segments of time into the glorious vestibules of eternity.” The power of God-vision acts as “a cosmic guideline, a cosmic lifeline,...the anchor cast behind the veil which mankind may use in the manner of a mountain climber who is linked together with others of the band climbing toward the pinnacle of attainment.”

Cyclopea said that if we would recognize “the connecting link” between angelic hosts and Elohim, between cosmic masters and ascended masters, and between students of spirituality throughout the world, “you would find a great outpouring of spiritual assistance descending from on high as the perfect indicator of any given moment which would enable you to have that spiritual finesse...similar to the ascended master Saint Germain prior to his ascension.”

Therefore, “in the holy name of freedom,” Cyclopea said to all: “Let the power of your vision expand. Let the power of God’s light within you be a radiating glow ray to act as a sword of penetration...and reveal the path toward infinite mastership that is to be found posited within your own God Presence, I AM.” The Elohim emphasized that “you must have the selfsame sense as your beloved Saint Germain has attained to–that the victory of God is a cosmic reality...radiantly expanding its power from the altar of your heart...into the world of form.” Cyclopea said that “the power of transmutative vision, then, must be recognized” so that “the power that flows forth through man will also extend itself to elemental life....The power of spiritual vision can be transferred to them, for they are great mimics and have hitherto mimicked mankind in their erroneous outpicturings, producing thorn and thistle to manifest in consciousness.”

The Elohim therefore determined “to unite, by the power of the three-times-three, the angelic and the human and the elemental kingdoms.” And one day, “the joy of the Lord, the Most High God, will so permeate them that their vision will be raised unto the effulgent knowledge of God that shall enable them to become masters of their world...ultimately endowed even perchance with immortality.”

Cyclopea then withdrew, breathing a promise of hope. “Let me breathe upon you, in the name of the seven mighty Elohim, the holy strands of light substance that renew the covenant of the power of the eye, the vision of being, which all can together affirm as I AM.”

On October 22, 1965, Cyclopea came with “tidings of the golden age that God hath wrought within the heart of men.”

“I AM Cyclopea, the all-seeing eye of God, a manifestation of the perfection of your own God Presence seeing both past, present, and future,” the Elohim declared. Cyclopea described “the immaculate realm of God-perfection” that is protected by guardian spirits “who come from the four corners of universal intent, from the Great Cosmic Square and the right and left angles of perfection, both before and behind, which complete the manifestation of the divine intent wherein, within the great white cube, there is manifest the God flame that giveth life unto the whole of that which is within the square. Thus there is by the divine geometry created in the world of form a wondrous manifestation which is borne to the earth by the angelic hands for the perfection of mankind and the protection of the divine idea.”

Cyclopea went on to say that because we have the “threefold flame of perfection” within the heart and are made in the image of God, “I have come this night fully equipped with the means whereby...through a consciously invoked intent you can also expand the dimension of your being into the great cosmic white cube and thereby expand the wonderful God flame that is your real identity” and “act as his emissaries in creating the condition known as ‘hallowing space.’” Cyclopea explained that space thereby “becomes saturated with the energies of the God flame...which telegraph to the realm of your own personal, squared aura the full concentration of the light of God that never fails.” And when individuals so endowed come together, there is a squaring action, referred to by Saint Germain as “the squaring of the circle.”

Cyclopea said that, in higher octaves, identity is symbolized by the circle–“Being without end and without beginning”–whereas in the world of form “the square does bring about the lineaments of perfection. And the reason why the cube is chosen is because there is balance in all sides of the cube; and thus, within, the God flame can radiate out the pattern of the New Jerusalem, descending from God out of heaven to produce the perfection of God among mankind.”

Following this allusion to the Book of Revelation, Cyclopea commented that “mankind have often been confused by the radiation and ideas of John the Beloved which he released in his visions upon the Isle of Patmos.” The Elohim reported that John the Beloved and Paul the Venetian “have joined me on my right and left and are releasing the elements of their own radiation and appreciation of God’s message to mankind, the quickening power of the twoedged sword of divine love....And thus tonight there is an action going forth, precious ones, to penetrate through your finer bodies and create those wonderful concepts of purity which will enable you to contact the angelic realm and to feel the fiery perfection of the angels of God.”

Cyclopea then explained that earthquakes and other planetary disturbances are the result of human density which impedes “the transmission of light to the blessed elemental beings of the world.” The Elohim does not expect that “the earth shall cease to tremble until the fear which mankind have imposed upon the planetary body shall be transmuted by an action of the God flame....” That is why the Elohim came. “I am intensifying the action of the cosmic light here so that you in your finer bodies will be able to have a greater realization of the God flame that is within,” Cyclopea said, explaining that this step-up in radiation may cause in some the sensation of heat as the action of transmutation takes place, while others will feel a sensation of coolness as the action of the sacred fire.

The Elohim further explained that “all that man have created in thought and feeling which is less than the perfection of God does intercede itself and scatter itself in the forcefield of mankind as tarry substance, as densification, as the blackened misqualification of light energy.” These dense thoughts and feelings produce a clogging effect, “for the great God flame within requires the cosmic oxygenation whereby the unfailing, penetrating light of God can pass through the flesh body of man and actually endow the heart flame of that one with a greater manifestation of the reality of God.” Cyclopea emphasized that “the all-seeing eye that is within you would like to be able to penetrate through all of this mortal density...to behold the ascended masters as they really are.”

Cyclopea came accompanied by Paul the Venetian and John the Beloved “to intensity the love radiation in your midst in preparation for some revelation of the character of some of the blessed ascended beings.”

“Let us now draw very close, precious ones, to a great picturization of the ascended master Jesus, who has become for quite some time now your own World Teacher. The Christ, in his magnificent concept of being, has reached that state of consciousness where every man, woman, and child upon the planet is himself in action....He often stands facing the sun itself and, gazing into the very heart of Helios and Vesta, he actually holds his hands clasped together over his heart...and he pleads with the great fire in the heart of the sun to infuse mankind with a greater awareness of the power of Alpha and Omega....He often invokes the angelic host from the house of David and those twelve legions over which he has control for and on behalf of mankind.

“I have seen him stand facing a terrific storm created by mankind’s wrong thought and feeling and seen him push back the clouds themselves and say, ‘Let peace come to mankind.’ Then when conditions became so frightful and awe-inspiring as mankind insisted, precious ones, on having their own way, I have seen him retreat in almost the same manner as he did in the Garden of Gethsemane and, kneeling in prayer, call to God to give some assistance.”

Cyclopea pointed out, however, that even though “the Christ has stood in the very eye of the hurricanes and has called out for peace,...no one can interfere with some of these actions created by wrong human thought and feeling.” And yet “the masters do rush in, in many cases, into awe-inspiring demonstrations of nature and use their spiritual energies to mitigate the destructive action.” And “in case these conditions become greater than one master can handle, I have seen a dozen hold together, pulling against tremendous pressures and finally recognizing that it is–so to speak–the will of God, and yet not His will. These individual masters have themselves relinquished the tremendous intent of their heart...and they have turned to calling for the souls of those individuals who were caught up in that net of self-destruction.” Cyclopea said that this action of love by the ascended masters goes on twenty-four hours a day.

“The Great White Brotherhood does have in this time, as in times past, a tremendous responsibility toward mankind”–including the guiding of lifestreams between embodiments, the conducting of classes at inner levels where great cosmic truths are revealed, and the conducting of life record searches by the great cosmic beings for the Karmic Board.

Speaking then of Saint Germain’s “valiancy in action,” Cyclopea pointed out that long ago he attempted to reach the nobility in the court of France and other parts of Europe with “some great measure of culture”; and so he continues to strive today when mankind “are deserving to have a greater release of freedom.”

Speaking once again of John the Beloved, Cyclopea explained that this ascended master radiates the “transcendent vibratory action of the great cup of Christ love which he partook of in his association with your own beloved Jesus” to the U.S., Canada, Mexico and South America, the Ural Mountains, and to all the world from his retreat in Arizona. John the Beloved poured out “the fire of his heart” that night, seeking “to bring into manifestation the power of the great cosmic cube, the white city that cometh down out of heaven, adorned as a bride to meet her husband.”

Cyclopea then gave us an understanding of this teaching from the Book of Revelation saying that “the husbandman is the Christ consciousness, and the Church, Holy Church, mankind, mankind en masse. The Brotherhood, builded upon the sacred foundation, are themselves this bride, this wondrous city, the City Beautiful, the City of God, the City of Perfection, the Utopia of Thomas More, the manifestation of the Novum Organum.”

The Elohim, then, speaking to some who doubted these words, emphasized the need for purification not only of the outer vessel but of “the inward realm of the heart where the heart stands revealing the sacred fire.” Cyclopea explained that “the sacred fire comes into manifestation within man as it touches upon the electrodes within man’s being.” The Elohim said that “every man has within himself this electrode, this precious heart altar, where God is born anew each moment as the thundering beats of the life of God come from undreamt of cosmic heights and descend below through that great lustrous stream of shining immortal consciousness from the all-seeing eye of God....

“...He has come nigh thee this night in the tents and tabernacles of thy being,” Cyclopea declared. “The Lord shall determine what thy intent is. And as thou intendest to do, so I pray thee this night, make thee a new thought if they thoughts be impure....

“Come thou, then, to this City Foursquare....Come to the feet of El Morya,...come to the feet of Saint Germain,...come to where the brothers in white sit together, come where they commune together, come where the power of God is. Come, come, come where the water of life is dispensed. Come, come, come where I AM the living flame within. Come, come, come. The Spirit and the bride say, Come.”

On February 6, 1966, Cyclopea came “out from the heart of God,” reminding mankind that even “in the midst of their distresses,...I am always present in the universe as all good is....The great dynamo of cosmic perfection is ever in full manifestation....” Although “mankind are prone to listen to the voices of discord and dissension,” the Elohim come “to surround mankind with the full bloom of perfection.”

Cyclopea emphasized that “there is, then, an activity of great light in the strata of magnificence above mankind’s head, above the head of human steam that seems at times to propel mankind forth into a miasma of pain and despair.” The Elohim promised that “those who are able, then, to breathe forth this moment and always a holy prayer to their own Divine Self will find the wings of cosmic harmony manifesting their light radiance, raising mankind’s consciousness and sense of being into a realm where God is.” Cyclopea went on to say that today, “when the world itself is upon the brink of self-destruction,” the Brotherhood is preparing “lofty activities to guide the youth and the aged of mankind alike in the pursuit of cosmic ideals.”

“I AM the full power of that driving vision that pierces mayic gloom!...I AM now and for all eternity holding that piercing vision of perfection....And I call to you all to invoke that perfection which I AM.”

Cyclopea noted that “there is a sense of new direction provided from day to day whereby individuals can...literally lift themselves by their own bootstraps into a cosmic rate of vibration where, as ascended masters functioning in these physical octaves, you can perform the Herculean tasks that are the requirements of the moment....I therefore say to you all that the brightness of the coming of the Holy One within the veil of your flesh must sever the connections of your psyche and being to all of its former levity and insincerity....I therefore come to you this day to bring a new hope....

“I have touched you with the coals from the altars of heaven. May you change, transmute, and breathe upon this coal until it shall fire thy souls again and again.”

On July 1, 1966, Cyclopea addressed “Sons of the Flame”: “I saw thee go forth, I saw thee obtain the fire of God and enter into his heart. I saw thee descend into the world of form with thy vows ringing in the atmosphere of heaven....Lo, I am witness to all that thou hast done at inner levels of thy being to perpetuate the power of the sons of heaven and to understand the fulfillment of thy mission of life.

“Lo, as thy witness I am thy advocate. I am the beholder of thy perfection. For God through me has seen thy perfect attitude of mind. God through me has seen thy perfect attitude of soul and heart....And now behold, thou hast wrought in mortal form that which is unseemly.”

Therefore the Elohim was accompanied by the Goddess of Mercy, Kuan Yin. And “it shall come to pass that I, Cyclopea, this night beholding the perfection of the vows of thy soul to God when thou wert a part of his frame and flame, will covenant with him and with the great Lords of Karma to bring to thee at inner levels awareness of thy covenants and awareness of his mercies which endure forever.”

Emphasizing that “the presence of life within thee which beats thy heart is the life of God,” Cyclopea declared that “all that is submerged within thee of divine grace must arise and must bring into the domain of mortal thought and feeling the focus of the God flame of reality which is thy portion. The world awaiteth tonight the great magnificent illumination of the divine flame of his immortal presence manifest within thee through a conscious focusing of the Godhead within the threefold flame within thy heart.

“I AM Cyclopea. I AM one who beholds the face of God....And as I come to you in the blazing white garments of my Elohimic office, I am bestowing upon you the power to understand the former days of your perfection....Lo, the power of the ascended masters is omnipresent within this forcefield!...Lo, the beauty of heaven and the melodies of the angelic host are heard in the atmosphere above!...” Cyclopea was accompanied by “a multitude of great cosmic beings” and “those Angels of Perfection who are the beholders of the God intent and...sustain the divine radiance in the face of all mortal thought and feeling.”

The Elohim therefore declared that “there shall occur an intensification of divine grace now and...they who are in the graves of mortal delusion shall hear the voice of the Son of God, the immortal Word by which the worlds were framed....I, Cyclopea, am speaking to you in order to generate the perfect ideal of God within your consciousness which has not manifest for centuries and generations upon this planet.”

In recognition of “the power of spiritual consolation,” Cyclopea declared that “the hour is here when you in consciousness may forsake the delusion of separation whereby you have thought yourself to be a separate and individualized person absent from God....Behold, the domain of the ascended masters is revealed whereby former lives and consciousness are brought into the domain of the present and old powers are restored, and, behold, the old boundaries of the ancient temples are drawn out and the plumb line of perfection that leads to your God Presence is beheld.”

With a feeling of “the effulgent surge” of God’s power, we are “galvanized into action” with the understanding that “there is no other goal that is worthy of the total energies of man but only the divine one to which all the savants and sages of all ages have paid allegiance....

“There is no greater goal
Than the reintegration of thy soul
With the mighty powers of truth and love....”

Continuing the dictation, Cyclopea announced that there was a conclave being held that night in the Royal Tetons, “and there is a great activity taking place for and on behalf of the peril of America and the terrors of Vietnam, and...Communism, and...mortal involvement in human thought and feeling.” The Elohim said that whereas members of the Great White Brotherhood would “cast themselves before the car of juggernaut of mortal karma and give as a sacrifice their very forms if it were possible,...the great law has not permitted that the ascended masters and cosmic beings shall any longer sacrifice themselves for the sake of individuals who have only manifested ingratitude....They have turned a deaf ear to the great spiritual outpouring of life.”

Nevertheless, “the Lords of Light and the mighty powers of God from on high are shaken. And He whose eyes are too pure to behold iniquity has turned over to the Lords of the Flame and the Karmic Board the wondrous and awesome responsibility of a new dispensation...that shall bring about a change in the consciousness of mankind all over the world, but will be centered most specifically in the heart of America.” For America is intended to serve as an example of golden-age life.

Mankind, in an “obstinacy of consciousness,” insist that “there are no ascended masters or cosmic beings, that there are no invisible powers of light, but that all things are vested in the mortal domain,” the Elohim observed. Therefore, Cyclopea came “with a quickening power of the light” and declared that “every son of heaven who will accept my hand this night will be able to receive some degree...of the ancient memory of themselves when they departed from the higher octaves of light and descended and took embodiment here in mortal form. I am doing this in order to stimulate within you the great lodestone of spirituality that will cause you to change your minds about many things, and most especially about the need and possibility of perfection....We are determined that a generation that is here upon this planet, namely the sons of God, shall receive the regenerative power to transform your souls as never before.”

In addition, the Elohim said that “the great Angels of Record have determined now to give greater heed to thy calls when these calls are made with a God determination to exalt the God within thyself and all men.” Thus, “thy calls will be answered with greater swiftness, and thou shalt have the restored power that thou hast once had in part and portion.”

The address concluded with these words: “Ladies and gentlemen, as I leave you may I place upon thy forehead the kiss of the great Elohim Cyclopea....May I kiss that place upon thy forehead whereon is what is known in mystic lore as the third eye, the great Cyclopean eye, and may this be the kiss of hope that the doorway of thy soul will open wide to receive grace, more grace, more grace, more grace, and love and power....”

On January 1, 1968, Cyclopea turned to the subject of maya, glamour, and karma. “The maya of the world is reflected in the thoughts of men and their tendencies of change constantly,” Cyclopea explained. “Learn, then, that the greatest polestar of your being...lies in the domain of the Spirit.”

The Elohim pointed out that among the world’s many illusions, no other is as great as the illusion of the self as separate from the Divine Presence. “You are one with God now and always have been,” Cyclopea delcared. The idea of separation “is an illusion fostered upon mankind by the senses.”

Cyclopea pointed out that false concepts create restlessness and boredom “as mankind turn from one mayic pattern to another and their eyes are not content to gaze fixedly upon one object.” The Elohim does not advoate a hypnotic concentration but rather the discipline of attention upon the Chart of the Presence that enables the individual to enter a greater awareness of the God Presence. “Turn toward the great radiant patterns of the living Christ...which are far more beautiful and lovely, once they are known and understood, than all of the others put together.”

Cyclopea then spoke of glamour as “the tinsel and glitter of life which causes people to feel that there is something miraculous or magical about one individual or another and perhaps no sparkle in the domain of themselves.” The glamour of Hollywood stars, for instance, often becomes more important than concern for the soul. Cyclopea expressed concern with glamour because it so easily distracts mankind from the Path with a sense of despair which follows when this “world sense” fails to satisfy the longing of the soul.

The condition of personal karma also proves to be distracting, the Elohim said, as persons are attracted to one another “for better or for worse” by reason of some karmic debt when “the Presence seems to go begging for their attention....The Creator in his individualized consciousness and his concern, his all-care for each monadic manifestation, has a great love and desire to draw his child back into his arms and heart that he may bestow a greater measure of himself and the higher beauties upon that one.” This is simply “a matter of supply and demand,” Cyclopea explained. “It is the demand of the heart-hungers of individuals, and the will of God to supply those heart-hungers with the greatest gems in all creation.”

Cyclopea went on to explain that mankind’s patterns of maya, glamour, and karma “can be counteracted by recognition and mental training, by spiritual discipline and by God-determination.” The Elohim said that “in the power center of divine will within their heart, the fullness of the law...can be called into action on the instant.” And “when those conditions of human boredom come into manifestation, when disturbing outer conditions projected from the world thought seem to give them a feeling of restlessness,...the peace of the Presence is always somewhere in the universe–in fact, everywhere made manifest.”

“This path is, of necessity, not an easy path for individuals who have their own full weight of karma yet untransmuted, who have also their accumulation of glamour concepts, who have also their own accumulations of mayic patterns or illusions,” Cyclopea said. “Understand, then, the perfection of the plan. Recognize the joy of God when it springs forth within your mind. Feel that joy as it seeks to penetrate illusion....Open up the closed areas of consciousness and let that light flow in.”

Cyclopea then spoke of the rapidity with which the dictation was being delivered and explained for those who would therefore criticize the messenger’s speech that “we sometimes do these things deliberately in order to test the students so that the students can find for themselves that their faith is not in any mortal but is always in the heart of their own Presence....

“The day will come, gracious ones, when the cosmic law will be sought after more than the morning paper,...and they will understand that what is most important is to understand their attunement with the higher forces in the universe and just what is happening in the Pleiades, perhaps, or in the Great Central Sun or what is happening in the heart of the sun of this system of worlds or what is happening upon Venus or upon Mercury.”

The Elohim then explained to those who look for proof of life as we know it upon other planets that “it is possible, because of fourth dimensional manifestations, for entire civilizations to exist simultaneously upon one planet....Understand, then, that as there are so many strata of visibility in the world which would not at all manifest to consciousness unless consciousness were attuned to it, that simply because science finds a great heat upon Venus, or finds other conditions that would seem to belie the possibility of the existence of life there, does not mean that they are right.”

Cyclopea pointed out that “there are many other conditions involved in manifestation than man understands with his ordinary consciousness....Mankind have at this day, even to the present hour, never seen a thought. They have only seen its manifestation.” The Elohim testified, therefore, that “we are in contact with the hierarchy upon Venus.”

Cyclopea then explained in conclusion that the ascended masters are today rendering service to those who hindered them the most in their own search for overcoming. The Elohim also warned that “one of the tactics of the false heirarchy and the brothers of the shadow that is going to be employed in fuller measure this year against the students of the light is the spread of the concept of condemnation. This condemnation will come from others, it will come from the world mind, it will come from subconscious lingering thoughts of guilt,...but it will never come, never in all eternity, from the heart of your Presence which stands every ready and able and willing to assist you to your freedom.”

Infinite Light, Descend!–the opening words of the Elohim Cyclopea on December 29, 1969 (see p. 113). Cosmic energy spheres poured forth from the Great Central Sun “with such rapidity and grace” as to reach the planet Earth right while the Elohim was speaking. “Light years after light years are being traversed,” Cyclopea said, “and the power of the infinite immediacy is coming into physical manifestation to touch your blessed beings with some greater awareness of the cosmic Presence which it is the desire of God this night to descend all around you....

“We are now prepared to give those of you who are ready for it a more than ordinary experience whereby your blessed consciousness can enter in to the great cosmic awareness that is flooding the planet Earth tonight...with such blessed cosmic energy as has not come to the blessed planet Earth for over ten thousand years.

“We are producing a magnificent opportunity, then, to the new age to actually have a cosmic healing from all of the awful schisms that have caused the hearts of men to be separated from one another and separated from their own God design.” This “clear awakening” was to be accomplished by “the power of the sword of the Spirit of the living Word that has the power to separate you tonight from your physical bodies without harm and to bid you journey with me from pole to pole, from east to west, from west to east throughout the planetary body and see how the dense and gross conditions have encompassed humanity round about....We, then, bid you journey with us into the world of form.”

On this journey with the Elohim, Cyclopea asked that we first observe “the ladders of light” built by the children kneeling in prayer all over the world. “As you observe the mighty pillars of prayer pouring from the hearts of children,” Cyclopea said, “remember your own faith in holy innocence. Remember how it sustained you in moments of pain and brought comfort to you when you were pondering in your little minds some of the more somber aspects of life.”

Second, Cyclopea bid us to look upon “the forces of darkness as they build dense pockets of substance in the world–of hatred and deceit which is intended to create a struggle between classes, between people, between capital and labor, between the Negro and the white races, between Jew and Gentile, between bond and free, between America and other nations of the world, between the power of Communism and power of capitalism....They are determined to create confusion and a maelstrom of darkness everywhere upon the planetary body.”

But “the power of infinite light is everywhere manifest,” the Elohim affirmed. “And as you gaze upon the awful conditions of the world and as you gaze upon the struggles...understand that the immaculate concept is the God-given panacea whereby you will be able to assuage all human grief....

“You are aware of a portion of God–that little portion you call yourself. And as you gaze upon that little fragment of the Eternal God and the sacred fire which is your own special gift from God, you also gaze upon other hearts....

“Esteem them...,” the Elohim said. “For in your love for one another–for the God within, for the Christ within–there is a sense of overcoming victory that is multiplied.”

As we continued our journey over the world, Cyclopea told us that “as you see the little houses lit by lamps and electric power, as you see the various sources of illumination and realize that in the hearts of men everywhere there are fragments of cosmic fires burning from far-off worlds, understand that communion is flowing from far-off worlds, that communion is bringing about a descent of loveliness–skeins of golden thread that seek to weave the fabric of a golden age where the golden rule is followed....

“When these conditions are brought about and industry and service cause the looms of life to hum with cosmic industry, when there is born the recognition of the culture of the soul in mankind, then at that moment the concepts of the Great Silent Watcher will be externalized....

“You will understand why God created a Great Silent Watcher,” Cyclopea said. “You will understand why he created the all-seeing eye as the principle of his own immaculate design holding, then, not a vision of good and evil, but a vision of the Tree of Life in the midst of the garden thereof.”

The Elohim concluded the dictation with the words of a “fiat of God calling unto mankind.” And before we returned in consciousness to the physical body, Cyclopea emphasized again the need to “hold the immaculate concept....For without vision the people perish.”

It is the Elohim who responded to the call of God, “Let there be light,” Cyclopea explained on July 5, 1970. “The Elohim came forth, bearing the design of God. In his all-seeing eye is the blueprint for universal light patterns, worlds without end–for the tiny snowflake or dewdrop, for a blade of grass, for a monument, for a life pattern, for the design of sun systems and galaxies....Through the eye of God is manifest the rhythm of the cycles that comes from his beating heart.

“I, Cyclopea, have been charged with the responsibility of carrying that manifestation for this system of worlds, the single-eyed vision of the Almighty. And so I have come this night to tell you that mine eye has seen glory....I see being born this very hour and in days to come children of light, sons of flame from Venus, from the sun itself, who have responded to the calls of the students, who are descending from their octaves to bring assistance in the travail to bring in the golden age.” These children shall come forth because devoted and receptive souls upon earth will pray daily for their victory, protection, insulation, and dedicate themselves “as chalices of the Most High God.”

As Cyclopea turned “the spotlight” of the eye of God upon earth, the Elohim saw, “from deep within the recesses of the beings of men, a response to truth....I see groups of light springing up across the face of the earth....I see the cooperation of angels, elementals, and men in a trinity of manifestation. I see universities of the Spirit now already in session in the octaves of light taking form in the world....

“I see the minutemen of the Spirit gathering at the four corners of the globe. I see freedom rising as a gigantic flame to consume pornography and senseless derision, senseless pleasures of men and all forms of perversion. I see that flame gaining momentum as the hearts of children turn to invocation, turn to the mighty powers of light. And I see the babes in cradle as they are overshadowed by their Holy Christ Selves uttering praises unto the Father in their babblings....By the power of the all-seeing eye of God, I see the transformation of the masses.”

Cyclopea said that although “the days of purging are ahead,” those “whose identity is in the flame shall not be scorched”–not by pestilence, germ warfare, atomic fallout. For “they are hid with Christ in God.”

Continuing the dictation, Cyclopea said: “By the power of the Elohim this night there is being superimposed upon this planetary body the forcefield of the Great Blue Causal Body. And its full-gathered momentum of all the hierarchies and hosts of light shall be superimposed as a matrix of victory upon this planetary home....I, Cyclopea, have seen the vision. And that vision of future triumph, of present reality shall consume all past failure if men will determine to align themselves with the great creative purposes of God.”

Cyclopea emphasized that “your identity is secure as long as you are allied with the will of God....You were saved from the moment you were born in God’s heart.” And yet “it is important that you fulfill the calling of God each day, work to your best, acknowledge his power, deny the forces of darkness...and let there be room for mirth and joy in your heart, the joy of overcoming....

“I am this night painting before you the vision of the Holy City, the magnificent City Foursquare, the divine kingdom that shall come upon earth even as you keep the flame. And whenever you see reports of problems, of crises, of injustices in your newspapers, I am calling by the power of the Elohim in the name of Almighty God with the permission of your Holy Christ Selves that that vision of the City Foursquare shall flash forth from your consciousness into the world, into that situation, into the problem areas as a divine matrix of the cosmic cube, that City Foursquare that is the key to each man’s overcoming, the key to the ascension of the very planet itself.

“And so I say by the power of mighty Victory, by the power of that six-pointed star of divine balance as above so below, by the power of the all-seeing eye that penetrates in the center of that star, I am focusing within your consciousness this night and anchoring within your own third eye the vision of that cosmic City Foursquare.”

That gift of the Elohim was a dispensation of the Lords of Karma. Cyclopea said that “that focus is the most powerful image that can be brought forth for the manifestation of Christ and the kingdom of God upon this earth. It contains within it the full power of the World Mother and her divine matrix of the entire material universe for the manifestation of the Christ.”

Therefore the Elohim admonished all to guard their vision from “the horrendous forms that come through the media, through the television, through the movies....Let the all-seeing eye of God penetrate to ascertain what is occurring in the world, to ascertain the position of the evil forces. And then, let that projection of the cosmic cube be stamped upon them, sealing the place where evil dwells by the power of the Most High God.”

Cyclopea revealed that the hierarchy of the Pleiades was behind “this experiment for the complete transformation of the planetary orb by the power of the all-seeing eye of God. Therefore, I say, I give you the key: Call to the Pleiades and the hierarchies thereof. There are millions of cosmic beings with their cosmic retinues who will come forth in answer to your prayer, millions of Cosmic Christs who will carry into manifestation that divine blueprint.”

In conclusion, Cyclopea said that we must be “chalices, guardians of the blueprint. And give to God and his emissaries the opportunity to bring it into manifestation–even by the power of the spoken Word which you use in the giving of decrees, even by the power of your heart flame....Love the Christ and let it come forth in your fellowman. And do no withhold that love. For by your withholding you place a veil upon the divine blueprint of the City Foursquare. For by the withholding of your love you withhold the rhythm and the pulsebeat of the heart of God that must travel from your heart flame, through the third eye, out into manifestation as precipitation in the world of form.”

On January 1, 1972, Cyclopea came “to break the tyranny of the human consciousness of self-love and dual vision.” The dictation was entitled I Would Know Thee as Thou Art.

“I come to quicken the all-seeing eye of God in the foreheads of all mankind that they might return to the Edenic consciousness,” the Elohim began. “I present my body consciousness a living sacrifice, and I draw into my being all that the Lords of Karma have decreed should be allowed of mankind’s karma of human selfishness and misuse of the sacred fire. And as I draw that substance into myself for supreme transmutation, I release into the earth the momentum of God-power, of God-vision to the earth this day, and I seal it in the third-eye consciousness of mankind.”

This power of vision is “as a divine seed,” Cyclopea explained. But “be careful not to burst the seed until you also are prepared to make your own body consciousness a living sacrifice....

“It is the lightbearers who hold the balance for the planet in times of chemicalization when the light descends and turmoil is created because mankind are steeped in wickedness and in density....Unless there be those among you who can hold to the vision of God...and keep the flame, then utter chaos ensues in the elemental kingdom as well as in the human kingdom.

“This seed I have implanted in your third eye, then, is for the healing of the nations,” the Elohim said. “And you will not know how to use it or its power unless you first transmute your own selfishness and self-esteem....Do not act out of sympathy for your wants and the desires of the little self. Act out of compassion for the soul that yearns to breathe free, act out of compassion for the God within you....Be neither attached to your own human self nor to the human selves of others and you will know a freedom, a dominion, and a power that can come to you in no other way.”

It was by the authority of the Solar Lords and the Lords of Karma that the action of this “macrocosmic/microcosmic exchange” was fulfilled in the “body consciousness” of the Elohim. “I have absorbed that substance,” Cyclopea said, “and released unto the earth a momentum of light and power which, if properly used, can be the key to the golden age.”

Cyclopea explained that the seven mighty Elohim “serve in the outermost parts of creation as electrodes for the five Elohim within the heart of the sun.” Together, Cyclopea said, “we shall walk with you every step of the way.”

Cyclopea carried “a flaming sword of the emerald ray like unto the sword that was placed eastward in Eden to keep the way of the Tree of Life. This is the sword that you may also invoke. And my legions shall place it before the third eye to protect the coming and the going of the thoughts of God’s consciousness as they spiral into your mind, are adorned by your love, and sent back to him.” For “if you would build a brighter tomorrow, you must go against the tide of the world.”

If you regard this as “a human task,” it will be difficult indeed. “But with the ‘whole-eye’ vision of God...there is no pull, there is nothing there....And therefore you rise and you go against the entire tide of human creation. It is almost effortless because you are buoyed up by...the entire hosts of heaven.” If you remain “tethered to the consciousness of the Elohim,” Cyclopea promised that “you will literally walk upon the clouds; you will not know what it is to feel the weight of your body or your feet touching the earth.”

With all the gifts that God has bestowed upon humanity, “why are you fooled by the world?” the Elohim asked. “When you have the vision, you have the Christ and the God in you. Go forth, I say! This day the Lord giveth unto thee the earth.”

Cyclopea promised that if only this group would remain steadfast to the light for one year, “you would find an entire reversing of the tide....Can you not this day pledge this embodiment–if only one embodiment–to the light?...Heaven is a playground and, if you safely arrive there, you will find that you have millions of years to do all the things that you would like to do–to learn all those musical instruments and subjects of human knowledge and divine knowledge. But now it is time to be up and doing;...to put aside family, friends as well as enemies, and to say: ‘This day I AM consecrating every erg of energy within my being in the service of the light.’”

“This is the dedication and constancy of the emerald sword,” Cyclopea explained in conclusion. “I place that sword upon your heads now. If you will say within your heart how much dedication you would like to have as a momentum from my heart, the sword will convey it to you now.”

On April 2, 1972, Cyclopea spoke of Man, the Arc of God. “Will you give me the power to balance your perceptions?” the Elohim asked. “Will you give me, in the holy name of God, the right to objectify those conceptions that come to your mind and being? If so, I will undertake for you, I will assist you, I will direct into your world those qualities that are of correct perception.”

Cyclopea pointed out that mankind depend almost entirely upon their intellect “without understanding the great cosmic reflections that come from higher levels of manifestation,” whereas the Elohim “yearn to give embodied mankind the fullness of those perceptions.” Cyclopea promised that “when you turn it over to me, I will undertake to screen out those difficulties that come to you because you attempt to apprehend too much too soon, or in some cases I will step up the intensity of cosmic action in your world.” The Elohim emphasized that “cosmic law is most efficient.” And “what is perfect and right for you will be brought to you at the precise instant when it is a requirement of your lifestream....

“We love to see individuals suddenly illumined and watch how the cosmic energy flashes forth not only over the screen of their mind, but over the screen of their heart. And the grids and forcefields of cosmic identification that are already waiting and ready as chakras within your feeling world, within your physical body, and within your mental body, do hold the positive receptor mechanisms for your God Presence.” These “transformers of higher energy” need not be fashioned by mankind. They have already been placed within by the God Presence.

“We want you to understand how perfectly natural the unfoldment of a man’s spiritual development comes about,” Cyclopea said. Whatever the difficulty, “the way out,” according to the Elohim, “is complete dependence upon your Divine Presence....

“All you need to do, precious ones of the light, is relax and let the benefits of heaven flow through your consciousness.” Cyclopea explained that when this occurs, “when the flame pulsates and rises on the altar of that one’s heart, he is holding a certain quality of universal balance for all mankind.” But “when that individual withholds the blessings of the law and does not actually spring forth with the grace that heaven has bestowed upon him but instead retains this energy in an inactive state, it deprives the world of certain universal blessings.”

Continuing the dictation, Cyclopea invoked angels from the heart of the all-seeing eye to descend for “a cosmic experience.”

“An acute intensification of cosmic energy is forming here right in your midst,” the Elohim said. “You will find yourselves in the weeks ahead beginning, at first slowly but then increasing the tempo, to understand and to perceive things that you were not able to do before, simply because of the descent of these cosmic energies–if you will accept them....

“We are creating a sphere of pure and radiant green. This sphere so beautifully encased in crystal by the angelic host contains within the center of the sphere a replica of the all-seeing eye of God upon the great altar before his throne. The eye of God is an eye of light and has the power to draw together, to focalize energy, and to bring into the center of intensification in the mind of individualized mankind the realization of just what specific quality of life is acting everywhere....

“We are tonight precipitating energy in your midst. And you are witnessing at inner levels the precipitation of energy from the Elohimic level. AUM. Manifest! Behold the precipitated energy of preception....Look into the atoms within your physical body. Look into the furnace of the electrons. Perceive the working of God right where you are.”

Cyclopea said that “the beauty of divine perception” was increased “because we expect great things from you.” The Elohim explained that “as mankind gains in his perception of spiritual things, he is able to harness a greater measure of cosmic energy. And as that energy continues to stream forth in an intensified manner, it is able to carry out many of the plans of heaven which have hitherto not been carried out simply because of mankind’s failure to be receptive to those things which we intend for the mankind of earth....

“Do not ever allow yourself to become defeated,” the Elohim exclaimed. “When you see that the wrong thoughts are entering your world, call unto me and unto your own beloved I AM Presence and ask for assistance. And watch how speedily that assistance will come forth transforming all that is done into a mighty and transcendent victory not only for yourselves but for all mankind.”

On August 12, 1973, Cyclopea delivered a dictation entitled The Crescendo of Truth–An Exposure in This Age. The Elohim came “in answer to the calls of the children of light for the exposure of the lie in government, in the economy, in society, and within the human heart.”

Cyclopea observed that “mankind are becoming intolerant of the lie.” And by the power of the spoken Word, by invocation to Cyclopea and Virginia and the momentum of light so released, the Elohim predicted “an exposure in this age of the worshipers of Satan, of the followers of Lucifer, of the Illuminati and their dark councils, of all nefarious practices practiced against the children of God.” Therefore, “be relentless!”; Cyclopea exclaimed. “Now is the time to increase your calls.”

Cyclopea then released “the mandala of truth from the heart of the all-seeing eye of God” into the mental belt of the planet. “All energies which you shall give forth to me and to my own during the coming months will coalesce around this focus of light and of the eye of God. And it will gather and increase in light’s intensity until it will be propelled by the hierarchies of the sun–the hierarchies of Aries, Taurus, and Gemini–into the emotional quadrant of the earth.” Cyclopea warned, however, that “the disturbance to mankind’s energies will be great when the power of the twoedged sword that cleaves asunder the real from the unreal...exposes mankind’s carnal-mindedness and his adherence to error in place of truth....Those who still espouse error will stand naked before the high tribunal of the Court of the Sacred Fire, and they shall come to judgment.”

Yet “all can yet be saved,” the Elohim declared. “If there be any among mankind this hour, no matter what their past sin, if there be any who will determine to align themselves with Truth, to espouse Truth, to defend her cause, the Lords of Karma will accept these souls” and “give them the opportunity to make right every jot and tittle of the law.”

“The harvest of souls comes nigh,” Cyclopea said. And “representatives of the Holy Spirit” shall go forth “two by two.” The Elohim recommended twelve-week training at the ascended master university, the “preparing of your being and consciousness for the going forth to the multitudes.” And Cyclopea promised that “when you are ready, we will arrange the interviews” on radio and television. “We will arrange for the multitudes....Throngs, numberless throngs, will press about you when they realize that the Holy Spirit is within you.”

Cyclopea went on to explain, however, that “we cannot release to you the multitudes if you cannot stand up before them, if you cannot stand up against the substance of their four lower bodies. For at the hour and the moment when mankind are prepared to receive the Holy Ghost and the righteousness of the saints, the mantle of the saints, it is then that the dweller on the threshold–the accumulation of their entire momentum of karma, which is called the carnal mind–arrays itself against the Christ. And thus to be a true teacher of the light, you must be able to stand before the disciple, to challenge and bind the dweller on the threshold while speaking the gentle word of truth....

“This is the responsibility of the World Teachers,” Cyclopea said. “This was the momentum of the Lord Jesus as he walked among the multitudes who thronged him and desired to kill him....It was the carnal mind within them that would have killed him, while the soul and the Christ within hungered after his truth.”

The messengers, too, have dealt with “the training of souls in the mastery and the dominion of these momentums.” This “inner conflict is ever and always the dichotomy of the momentum of past ages of sin and oppression that works and strives against the momentum of the Christ that is in the causal body of man,” the Elohim explained. And “the hours grow shorter and shorter as the hour of the judgment of the elect comes to the fore.”

In conclusion, the Elohim sent forth the light of truth. “I blaze forth the light of the all-seeing eye of God into every church and every assembly of religious devotees this day and every Sunday for the balance of this year! I plant my electrodes of truth in the altars of the world for the redemption of the children of God and the exposure of the liars who preach from the pulpits of the world a false dogma, a false doctrine....So let the power of truth go forth to expose the lie of the Illuminati and the Satanists and all Communism within the churches of the world.”

Cyclopea sent forth “the aid of truth to those of the Christian church who are behind the iron and bamboo curtains. Let the Christians who follow the walk of the Christ receive the succor of truth this day!...

“Let truth be anchored in form by the power of the Elohim and Mighty Cosmos’ secret rays, which shall intensity this hour the action of truth from the heart of Cyclopea and Virginia. I AM the power of truth. I press the power of truth into the four lower bodies of a planet, into the elementals, into the sylphs of the air, the undines, the fiery salamanders, and the gnomes. I press the consciousness of truth from the very heart of Alpha and Omega into the waters, into the fire of the rock, and into the heart of man!

“I say, let it be a chemicalization! Let truth disturb the consciousness! Let there be that chemistry, that bitterness, that causes mankind to be turned upside down and inside out and restored to the presence of his right mind, his right consciousness in Christ. I say, let truth prevail!”

On October 11, 1973, in a dictation entitled There Is No Death: Expose the Truth! Cyclopea was introduced as the Elohim of Music. “Music is the geometry of God,” Cyclopea explained. “Each note has its frequency, its mathematical formula, its color, its healing potential. Thus by the music of the spheres and its release into the hearts of mankind do the Elohim release the sacred energies of the creation, and through the intercession of the Elohim mankind are co-creators with God.”

Cyclopea said that “all creation that is in truth is wrought by music. There is the music of the workman,...the captain of the ships,...students in universities. There is music that accompanies the walk of a child....O man, let thy senses expand so that thou, too, might hear the grand symphony of the soul.”

Cyclopea then announced the purpose of his coming: “To expose the lie of death and the death consciousness.” The Elohim explained that “the cycles of the soul and the soul’s rebirth must of necessity involve transition as the soul makes its way from one octave to the next, plane after plane of evolution and evolutionary spirals....In the mind of God, this transition is natural, is part of the flow and the freedom of the electrons that have served to maintain a body temple for the reality of the Holy Spirit in man.”

The Elohim made clear that the ritual of cremation whereby that which is no longer useful to the soul is returned to the flame “is a great protection.” For “if you allow the remains of your habitation to go into the earth unguarded, there to rot and decay,” Cyclopea explained, “forces of darkness that harbor near the mausoleums and the cemeteries of the world will be living off of the light which you garnered in this house during the period of contemplation, service, and dedication to the Most High God.”

“There is no death,” Cyclopea emphasized. “Why then preserve a record of death when these records must be undone, line upon line, each one till every jot and tittle of the law be fulfilled?” Cyclopea said that “the earth is pockmarked with records of death.” Therefore the Elohim sent his legions “to transmute death” by the action of the all-seeing eye. “I send them forth anywhere and everywhere upon the face of the earth where in ignorance you have discarded the outworn shell in past lives, past incarnations, and there I send them by the authority of your Christ Self and by the authority of the Lords of Karma this day to transmute that energy and to give you a freedom from death which you have not known before,” Cyclopea said, speaking to all who were in attendance.

Cyclopea emphasized that “this is the key to God-mastery in the flame of Jesus the Christ. This is the resurrection.” The Elohim explained that “each such focus of the remains of sense consciousness is like a lead weight upon the soul,” the “density of cycles of imperfection long past.”

Continuing the dictation, Cyclopea spoke of “my plan for the exposure, and this shall be an exposure of truth.” The Elohim requested decrees for this exposure, and placed “a beacon light of truth within you so that wherever you go the energies shall flow of the flame of truth, the ray of truth....We shall take a time exposure of the entire planetary body and as you walk and move and traverse continents...,” Cyclopea said, “grids and forcefields of light shall encircle the earth, shall encompass the earth in a giant web of light, and this shall be for the exposure of truth.”

The Elohim explained that “as mankind embrace truth,” the lie is dissolved just as “when you touch the switch” and the “light dissolves darkness.”

In conclusion, Cyclopea declared that “I AM the exponent of truth by the power of the all-seeing eye within you. And this day I shall declare before the living God the immaculate image of your divinity, of your divine plan, each one. And the Lord God Almighty shall send his legions to deliver you each one into the arms of truth.”

The Elohim emphasized that “the reward of selflessness is divine vision....Efface self and you shall see the murkiness, the density disappear. You shall behold reality. You shall have God-control. You shall win. You shall be able by the power of sight to determine every word, every step. You will not lose one erg of energy in impatience, in intolerance, in irritation, for love is the fulfilling of the law of selflessness.”

On December 30, 1973, Cyclopea came with The Sign of the Crystal Sword and of the All-Seeing Eye. The Elohim released “lightning from the heart of God” to “shatter the stranglehold of the laggards and the fallen ones. In the name of the Christ within all mankind, I claim the earth for the sons and daughters of God,...for the Divine Mother,...for Almighty God.”

The Elohim said that this claiming of the earth in the name of the Christ ought to be made by every son and daughter of God each day, for “your I AM Presence has the authority over all energy pulsating, vibrating upon the planet.” Therefore “do not, then, stand idly by in the observation of human creation,” Cyclopea said, “but take your stand in the invincible Presence of the authority of God and say, ‘In the name of Jesus the Christ, and by the all-seeing eye of God, I claim all energy misqualified for the causal body of the entire Spirit of the Great White Brotherhood. I claim that energy for redemption, for purification and repolarization. I claim that energy for the light that it might be redistributed to the children of God through the hands of the Cosmic Virgin.”

Cyclopea then explained that “those Luciferians and fallen ones who preach the doctrine of equalization and the redistribution of the wealth of some to the masses pervert that law whereby the sons and daughters of God have the right to reclaim energy....If that which you have is not based upon the law of harmony, then, you see, you do not have the wherewithal to retain.

“The great retainer of God consciousness is this–and I impart to you a secret of the ages–the retainer whereby you retain all of the gifts and graces of God is the very focus of the Great Central Sun magnet which you must consciously invoke and place within your own heart. A replica of that magnet is bequeathed to each one of you this day. But in order to keep it, it must be used according to the great balance of the scales of the Holy Spirit.”

The Elohim emphasized that “if at any hour or moment of the day or night you lose your light through discord, the balance scale then tips to the side of your own impending karma and, you see, you cannot hold the balance for cosmos, and the balance of Alpha to Omega energies in the focus of the Great Central Sun magnet cannot be retained. Therefore...by invocation and service and devotion keep in one side of the scale that portion of light that is sufficient to the keeping of balance, of harmony, and the abundant life within your forcefield. This is the happy way to the ascension. This is the way whereby the pain of overcoming and of the divine alchemy is dissolved.”

Cyclopea promised that when the student has made himself “ready through surrender,” then “there is no master in cosmos who will withhold his presence from you.” Even “the tinest surrender will cause the angels to rush to your side.” Ask yourself the question: “Why do I not make greater progress in the light?” and the Elohim Cyclopea answers: “(1) a lack of humility, and (2) a lack of surrender.”

Cyclopea said that “you can make a decision to put on the robes of immortality and walk the earth as unascended masters. The only difference between you and more advanced teachers is application of the law which you already have....The science of the ages has been delivered unto you through the hand of Mother Mary and the Mother of the Flame. Why are you reticent to take that plunge? to be unafraid to be stripped of all mortal garments as was Jesus in the face of the mob.” The Elohim said that the stripping of human personality is “a prerequisite to serving with the World Teachers” and that hierarchy is limited only by our own “consciousness of limitation.”

“Why do you not span the stars in your meditations and call forth the fiery energy of a thousand suns to come forth and capture humanity for the light? When you call in the name of your Christ Self, ought you not to call in the name of the Christ Selves of all who inhabit this plane, and all who have every overcome this plane for the victory of Life? You see, by the action of the all-seeing eye of God there is given to you that specific tool whereby you can increase and multiply and maximize your calls.”

Cyclopea spoke to those who covet their neighbor’s goods with the admonishment that “whatever you observe in another–be it beauty or abundance, intelligence or healing powers–all of this can come to you through the Christ flame in the heart. But you must invoke! But you must tie into the source of energy!” In the time spent “fretting and fuming about what you do not have,” Cyclopea pointed out that “you could be drawing forth enough energy to be a thousand Christs in manifestation.”

Continuing the dictation, Cyclopea described the vastness of the consciousness of the Elohim, who have “the power to concentrate awareness of self in an electron and in the entire Cosmic Egg at will and instantaneously.” Cyclopea said that “the purpose of meditation is that you might be God-free beings, that you might, from time to time, exit the body temple for journeys into space and return to that temple at will.” The Elohim affirmed that “the Christ Self within you already has that attainment.” What is it, then, that hinders the acceptance of the “divinity of being”? A sense of unworthiness and limitation, not comprehending “the commeasurement of the cosmos–measuring the flame of the self against the flame of the Infinite,” Cyclopea said.

Yet this rising above the “brainwashing” of the “mass consciousness at its lowest common denominator,” cannot be by the pride of the intellect but by the discernment of the Christ mind. Cyclopea urged lightbearers to look for true leaders who are “tutored of the heart by the angelic hosts” and “visitors from far-off worlds” both ascended and unascended, who “will come to earth again in 1974.”

In conclusion, Cyclopea warned of scientists who declare, “we can do all things of ourselves, and all causes and effects throughout the cosmos can be registered by mathematical formulae, by scientific advance and technology.” The Elohim said, “Beware of those who seek to conquer planes of Mater without the infusion of the flame of Spirit; for these are the Luciferians and the fallen ones who will come to mankind as antichrist with great miracles and...great manifestations of power which they have stolen from the Most High God.”

The Elohim clearly stated that “the greatest danger to the evolution of this planet is pride..., the belief that man can attain all things without God. If, therefore, there is not a great swelling of lightbearers and students of the ascended masters’ teachings in this coming year, you will see that the advances of science will sweep mankind off their feet until they think that they have no need for God, for flame, for light.”

Cyclopea promised that “if you will call to me for the proliferation of the teaching by the action of the all-seeing eye, you will have the answer of the multiplication of souls....And you will learn a lesson from Cyclopea as to how the oneness of vision can multiply one times one to infinity.”

On October 13, 1974, angels of Cyclopea and Virginia came to each soul to lower over their hearts the glistening white cube “that is the forcefield of the City of Light.” The replica of the threefold flame is in the center of the cube that descended from out the Great Central Sun according to the free will of the soul and at the hand of their Christ Self.

“As I contemplated my address to you this evening,” the Elohim began, “I said to myself, There is a need for a matrix of the cosmic cube; for so many are not able to expand God’s energies according to the perfect square of the Holy City for their four lower bodies are not aligned, wedges of darkness come between the mind and emotions, and there is an off-centeredness, a crookedness, an energy and a grid that does not conform to the inner blueprint.” This occurs because of the jagged rhythms, the noises of the city, art forms–“so much that defies the inner geometry of God’s law.” Cyclopea and Virginia come, therefore, to heal. “For I am the fulfillment of the healing ray. I come with science. And I must exact, by the power of pure seeing, the mathematical formula of your being.”

The cube placed over the heart “will assist you in expanding the threefold flame,” Cyclopea and Virginia said. “And as that flame expands so the cube will expand also. This will provide you with a platform and a forcefield for energies of the Elohim to descend into your forms....And therefore, a much greater action of the law will take place and all of your decrees and invocations will have this additional grace.”

Continuing the dictation, Cyclopea and Virginia pointed out that “God always shows forth his gratitude to mankind. You cannot render a service to your fellowman in His name or give glory to His light without feeling the return of energy multiplied.” As God himself does not neglect to say “Thank you,” so we must remember to say “Thank you” and the fulfillment of the spiral in “You are welcome.” Cyclopea and Virginia said that “if you do not develop this habit of saying, ‘You are welcome’ to each other, you will neglect to say it unto God.” And “De nada” or “Il n’y a pas de quoi” will not do. The Elohim explained that seventh-ray ritual is manifest “in the expression of manners and mannerisms which are conducive to the flow of light. Entering the Aquarian age then, it is time to learn that good manners, good decorum, and dressing properly is a part of the art of the sacred science of fohat.”

Cyclopea and Virginia emphasized the importance of graceful body movement. For “you are the sender of energies of cosmic light....If you are slouching, bending over, sloppy in your habit, sloppy in your dress, sloppy in the way you sit so that you are sitting almost on your back and allowing your chakras to be out of alignment, you see you set up grids and forcefields through which energy flows in a very erratic pattern and you contribute to the general tension, the malaise, and even turbulence that mounts into war upon the planetary body.”

Cyclopea and Virginia then spoke of the “sacred union that is the Lord’s table,” emphasizing the God-control that allows each child in turn to communicate with father and mother (who sit opposite one another to anchor the ray of Alpha and Omega) as well as with the other family members. Table manners “must be an implementation of the flame of comfort of the Holy Spirit and the flame of alchemy of Saint Germain,” the Elohim said, encouraging parents to obtain a book on etiquette.

Cyclopea and Virginia then explained that “you are invoking light at such an intense intensity that your entire being is becoming a grid and a forcefield of light.” But “if you allow yourself to misuse your chakras and your body temple, we must limit the flow of light to you.” And that is why the Elohim came to teach the “sacred science of graceful movement and care and consideration for each other.”

Cyclopea and Virginia admonished ascended master students to shower every day. Clothing worn next to the body must be clean every day. And the lines of the clothing must “follow the flow of the masters.” Cyclopea and Virginia said that “there is no reason to dress with the purpose of arousing sexual energies...or the flattering of the form to the point where you draw undue attention to that form, and by mankind’s attention to your form there is a lowering of your energies into the lower chakras, and you wonder why you have problems....So be gracious, so be tactful, so be diplomatic, and see how in your restraint, in the guarded word, you control forces and lifewaves.”

Having lowered the white cube and given necessary instruction for the alignment of the four lower bodies, Cyclopea and Virginia then pursued the subject of Exploring Selfhood in the Eye of God (see p. 69). “The eye of God is a mighty sphere,” the Elohim began. And “when you master the art of entering into the sphere of the heart, when you master the power of the spoken Word and show that you have determined to have God-control in your speech...” Cyclopea and Virginia here emphasized that “your mouth is the mouth of God.” And therefore, by the misuse of the word in discord and anger, the light guarded in the throat chakra, the “distillations of the energies of the Elohim,” is stolen by the fallen ones and used by them “to further war and chaos.”

Cyclopea and Virginia went on to say, however, that “when you have that mastery of meditation in the heart, God-control of the spoken Word, when you come into that alignment where you can visualize the emerald ray at the brow and be comfortable in that ray, there is an initiation which you can receive in the retreats of the ascended masters whereby you can enter in consciousness the orb of God, the orb of God’s all-seeing eye....I speak of it that you might strive for that initiation. For once you have entered the eye of God, you return to the paradise of seeing only God-good and you move out of the plane of relativity.”

In preparation for that initiation, Cyclopea and Virginia recommended the meditations given by Lanello in Cosmic Consciousness and by Djwal Kul in Intermediate Studies of the Human Aura, as well as invocation and purification by the violet flame. “Give the violet flame as you bathe,” the Elohim said, “and watch how the elementals will shower with you....And so it becomes a session of cleansing of elemental life as you cleanse your physical form.”
