Victory’s Way of Life
The enveloping power of your victory is a marvelous gift of infinite capacity—[the capacity] to expand, to expand your thought, to expand your perception, to realize that you are not the limited but the limitless!
I AM come this night on behalf of the Universal Hierarchy to bring to your souls not only a sense of victory and its buoyancy but also the God-realization that this is the plan that was conceived from the beginning by the pure Mind of God.
What joy is to be found in a happy child! How easily individuals can return, if they will only accept it, to the God-realization of the miracle of life, the pulsation of the sun’s rays as a marvelous potion, as a lotion that will bathe the body and the mind and the being of man and wipe away from his consciousness all sense of doubt and fear and tribulation and human mischief, and produce in its place the God-realization that I AM Victory!
You must understand that this is no ordinary activity. It is an extraordinary activity of your own God Presence! And your God Presence will not be brought under the power of human hypnosis or the thought that the individual can control the God Self.
This is the trouble on earth today. Individuals want power and they desire to use that power, not for their freedom and the emancipation of other human beings but that they might be thought wise by men and surfeit themselves in their carnal longings.
We are aware of all this, but we refuse to give power to it. For we are concerned with the Spirit, which understands that man is the offspring of God and, as the offspring of God, he ought to open up the portals of consciousness of his heart and of his feeling world to say:
O God, give me your Victory!
Give me your Victory!
Give me your Victory!”
Will you accept this [fiat] in your feeling world tonight and [accept] the pressure of the light that intends to convey upon you all beauty and perfection? [Congregation rises.]
Will you accept the thought that there is only a very thin veil between reality and man’s illusions? Why not, then, either unzip the zipper or cut it asunder? Do something with it. Don’t let it hinder you from realizing your God potential. (Won’t you please be seated.)
Accept Our Presence and Be at Peace
We are aware that the very manifestation of our words and our thoughts, our feelings and our love, may be strange to some of you. But we also think that many among mankind, as they passed through the veil and the change called death, experienced many strange adventures in the other world and these did not seem real to their consciousness at the time they transpired.
Will you understand, then, that it is perfectly natural for you, who have not heard dictations before or realized the thought of prophecy in this day and age, to have some trepidation? Please, then, disabuse your minds of any unsettling ideas concerning it and be at peace.
Let the understanding of universal love from the heart of your own I AM Presence flow into you. Feel the mantle of God wrapped around your shoulders and his love pulsing forth in the flame within your heart.
If you do this, you will make it easy for the ascended host. They will be able to come into the forcefield of your world and drop a conveyance of their love; and it will be a gentle thing, a sweet manifestation, as a face of a lovely child or a rose or the sound of waters moving over stones.
Take Command over Your Physical Body
Please understand that you need never have mortal tension if you will call to your God Presence and recognize that you can have the victory over every rippling muscle within your body. We fully understand, however, that a buildup of mortal tension from time to time makes people as hard as a rock. And when this condition occurs, they seem to find some surcease from distress through the hands of the manipulators who are trained and skilled in the plastic arts of molding the human form and helping it to release its hidden tensions.
We think, then, that mankind should understand that this [service] is a great boon. But the day will come when individuals, through a higher degree of victory and a higher degree of mastery over their world, will say to the muscle in their big toe, “Relax,” and it will do so.
Now, won’t you smile just a little bit with me over that? [laughter]
You Must Have a Sense of Humor
Precious ones of the light, you have to have a sense of humor, for it is very important on earth in achieving your victory. Some of the greatest Masters that ever lived, when faced with the most terrible, searing trials of their existence, understood that by a smile and the understanding that it was necessary were able to feel a renewal of the flame of victory within them, of the God-determination that said:

When this consciousness flows into you, you are accepting the pressure of the Ascended Masters’ octave. I tell you, you will be surprised; it will be remarkable how a change in your consciousness will then be brought into manifestation.
Some ladies who are accustomed to thinking that something is just a little bit too heavy for them to lift and that they need to call for the assistance of a man (although the object is really not too big, when you stop to consider it), will find that by a call to their God Presence they can summon enough strength to be thought of as an Amazon. [laughter]
We tell you tonight that the practical aspects of life are to understand that the natural flow of energy pulsations from the heart of God is based on the humor of the mind. When the mind decides that life is full of death and sickness and disturbing outer conditions, it sometimes thinks that the whole universe is pitted against it and that Almighty God himself does not care for and has no concern for the soul.
I tell you, nothing could be further from the truth, for the uncompromising light of God, the light that never fails, is waiting to be called into action to assist you to your victory. This is a very beautiful concept, precious ones, when it is understood by a soul who seems to find himself stalemated in a pool of mortal emotion from which he seeks deliverance.
At that moment, what a boon it would be if one could just quiet the thoughts of the mortal self. “But this is quite difficult,” you say. And so it is because you think it is; and, of course, it follows your thought and becomes more difficult by the moment, as long as you sustain the thought.
When you understand that the cosmic law of victory is waiting to be called into action, then you will see that all those little demons of mortal thought and feeling will be vanquished over the hill. We do not think that it will be a problem for you to see them running away; it is when they are running toward you that you seem to be in a state of trepidation!
Expect the Trial by Fire
I tell you, then, you cannot expect now or at any time not to be tried by fire. We have won our victory in the face of all sorts of outer conditions and, as I read the record, I think that some were a great deal worse then than they are at the present time.
It is one thing to have to face all manner of human ideas and human resentments, human resistance and human doubt and fear; but it is another to face those conditions and then thirst for a drink of water and find that that water is miles away across a desert, or find that it is denied you because you cannot pay the price, or find that your garments are threadbare and you cannot find a sou to pay for new ones, or find that you are accused of a crime you did not commit and you have no funds to pay for protection or help.
I want you to know and to realize, then, that men can be in terrible conditions. In ages past, when transportation was dependent upon animal life and upon water, and men moved lugubriously across the face of the earth, the conditions were not as they are today and there was little easement from pain.
Individuals often had to face the burning iron when their limbs required amputation, for the only way to stop the flow of blood was by searing and burning [the flesh] in full, waking consciousness. The pains of childbirth were also very much with the womankind of earth.
I think this age has brought many mercies and gifts into manifestation, which ought to assist the race to gain something better than a condition of euphoria or [a tendency] to vegetate and let the energies of their life stagnate in pools of wrong habits, thoughts and feelings.
I tell you, the Gods look down upon mankind and the immortal presences of all life and say, “When will you find your freedom and your victory? When will you accept it? When will you be free?”
We know from past experience that it does not necessarily require hours and days and months. To start the flow of that specific energy requires a moment of dedication and God-determination to never again accept anything but your victory. And when that specific energy has started and is sustained and fed each day and men believe in it and love it, what do you think will happen when other conditions come up against the pressure of that mighty stream of victory that flows from the heart of your own Divine Presence?
I tell you, it will produce a miracle in your life that you will ever be grateful for and you will love to pass on to your children and to your children’s children. It is a heritage of magnificence. It is something greater than the sense of struggle mankind has engaged in for so long--the sense of struggle that continues to produce the struggle, as Saint Germain has said.
Welcome Adversity and Laugh at It
[Struggle] is not what we want for you. It is not what you want for yourself and it is not what God wants for you. God wants you to have the joy, the joy, the joy, the surging joy of the reality of life. [He wants you] to understand that whereas you may have committed acts of karmic responsibility that must return to you by cosmic law, you can also welcome these conditions at every turn by saying, “I am grateful, because one more object is out of the way of my freedom and my victory.”
Become not discouraged but encouraged by the flow of your karma and understand that when God sees your attitude as such, it will be [to your credit] for, as beloved Morya has said, “The devill that prowd spirite, cannot stand to be mokqued.” <1> When you learn to laugh at adversity and to accept it and when you realize that adversity is something that can become a path to your freedom, you might even welcome it.
This in itself is an attitude of victory, for you can learn to overcome adversity, to mitigate it, to cause it to loosen its hold upon you and to ride up over it. This is the meaning of victory and the meaning of life. For when life is won and when attainment comes unto a son of God by his acceptance of the pressure of the Divine Presence, it is a beautiful thing to behold. Then he realizes that not by another’s vicarious act but by his own vicarious act he has identified with the God Presence, and the God Presence has performed it through him. That is to say, performed it through the veil of his own flesh.
Thus the Christ becomes the divine Mediator, and the Mediator acts to mediate the difference between the human self and the Divine. When this is accomplished, what a magnificent thing it is, what a joy, what a perfect manifestation of your victory! For your victory belongs to you now. You do not have to wait for it until some far distant mañana. It is here with you, within your God Presence, in the pulsing stream of light that descends from your God Presence now.
The Victory Way of Life
While you are seated here, will you try to understand that the very stream of energy that flows from your Presence and sustains your heart can intensify your desire to overcome your difficulties?
I tell you, it will produce, during your waking and sleeping hours, a changed man and a changed woman who will not be spineless creatures who decide to take the cure here or take the cure there or move here or move there and, perhaps, somehow or other, get a little joy out of living.
Well, life, as God intends it to be, is not that way. There is a whole lot of joy in living if you understand the victory way of life that I espouse. And I have espoused it not only for the people of Venus but for the people of earth.
I have sustained a mounting momentum of my victory, which I wish I could bequeath to you tonight in its entirety, but I suspect the Lords of Karma would not quite wink at such a monstrous thing. For if I were to give it to you completely, you would not be able to obtain it for yourself, and I do not wish to rob you of the precious opportunity of doing it for yourself.
This is a do-it-yourself project, precious ones, where a man becomes a God and then sits back upon the throne of attainment and laughs. He laughs because he has attained! Do you see?
It is not a thing of weeping and affliction. Doesn’t it say in your scriptures and is it not fully recorded, “God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes”? <2> What do you think that means? It means you should accept your victory and learn to rejoice in the victory that comes to you, in the fullness of knowing that that victory will also be your neighbor’s. There will be no competition, for you will all be striving for the same thing.
When you attain it, what will it mean? It will mean that you have entered into the joy of God, nevermore to descend into mortal density. You will busy yourself working in the many sosophoric rounds of identification with the creative schema, producing inspiration on other systems of worlds in little hearts who are mutants of the Spirit confined to the veil of flesh, not realizing who they are and fighting about it, wrangling all the while. And the Gods stand there with the mantles of their victory, waiting to drape them over their shoulders.
Don’t you see it! Don’t you understand it!
Well, understand it precious ones, for I tell you, this is the key and the solution to all life. Because of the conditions of the world, we need a group of staunch and stalwart students of the light who will go forth in the understanding of what it means to wear the mantle of their victory.
It is not a condition of the outer. It is not a condition of which one says, “I don’t think I am strong enough,” or “I am going to get strong enough.” It’s a matter of accepting the strength you already have and moving forward into the light, refusing to accept the pressures brought against you that try to pull you down.
These pressures are brought against every son of God. They test the mettle of man and they produce a miracle in every age if they are adhered to. But if you do not overcome them, if you disregard them and say, “Well, it doesn’t make any difference,” then, of course, you will go the way of the mediocre.
You will then find yourself to be very ordinary, very much a lump of clay, very much disturbed, very unhappy. [You will find yourself] coming back again and again into physical form to struggle against the same odds and ultimately to come to the same position you are in now--face to face with [the questions]: “Will I win my victory? Will I keep my determination? Will I accept the pressures of the light or will I go back into the dark or the realm of mediocrity? Will I accept a dogma that is not quite such a high tower?
A Prayer to the Maha Chohan
I do not believe this is what you want. I believe you want the fullness of your freedom and that this must come because of the cast of your mind, the set of your sail and the purity of the Holy Spirit.
I say, then, as a means of releasing a stream of freedom into your world tonight, I can do nothing better than to call to the Lord Maha Chohan. So I ask you to observe a period of stillness during which you may raise your arms upward with the palms of your hands turned up into the atmosphere.
“O Lord Maha Chohan, thou representative of the Holy Spirit, place thy rays of love and light and victory into these lifestreams. O thou Master of wisdom and Divine Love, let the essence of thyself flow through them. Bestow upon these children of God’s heart the celestial dove of their purity and let them feel its joy in their heart as it wings its way to the Divine Presence and creates the miracle flash of the ark of the covenant.”
[Master claps.] You may lower your hands. Fold both hands over your heart. Accept the treasure of these divine pulsations as a renewal of your energy from the Divine One.
There is but one God and all men are his offspring. And out of this monotheistic concept of the Deity we release the understanding that every son was intended to be that which God is. Behold, ye are gods. <3>
Let all understand, then, that you to whom the Word of God is given will receive tonight from my heart the ark of victory, the ark of the future and the ark of salvation for this planet. Bear it well. Carry it well. Love it. Cherish it! Raise it and it will raise you over the flood of man’s mortal concepts, out of the domain of darkness and shadow and into the light celestial where the purity of the Eternal One releases a stream of perfection from the Sun.

Out of the shadows have I called victory. Out of density and darkness has the eternal lily blossomed, the Buddhic manifestation, the budding of man’s divinity.
