Victory to Those Who Love!
Part 1

O mighty work of the soul forging God, forming the reality of the mission in the very heart of the Self! O mighty work of the ages wrought by the Spirit of Love! O devotion to the cause that continues without being held back by any lack! This virtue of the soul centered in the rose of the sacred labor is the one I extol.

I come as a champion of the outworking in the heart of the chela of the very light of love. Love is my way. Love is my victory. Love is the ray of victory that I AM. This is the love that I behold in the heart of the chela who sees the goal as crystal fire mist and determines that the crystal fire mist shall not remain in the etheric octaves unheard, unknown, unspoken, unwritten--the chela who says: “I have seen God. I will see to it that millions see him and know him as I AM.”

O the one who has the courage to unveil the vision of his soul. Fearless, dauntless, unconcerned that the vision, that precious treasure, might be trampled upon, he reveals the vision because of his ultimate faith in that vision. The vision is greater than he is; it is all consuming. It has become the passion of being.

The vision is ultimate Truth. The vision is that measure of God the soul has been accorded in grace; and the soul who truly sees the portion apportioned unto him knows that the geometry, when translated into the Matter sphere, will of itself defend itself, preserve itself, perpetuate itself, as the music of Beethoven, chela of the Great Divine Director, reveals.

It is untouchable. It cannot be stolen. Though mortals have attempted to pervert it, they have only bound themselves further by the sacred fire that pours through it. It is the poetry of sacred fire plucking the harp of the heart. It is the sound of Elohim.

There is one initiate called of God who will one day appear in Matter to deliver the conclusion, the finale, of six other symphonies that continue the path of initiation of the ruby ray. But that one of Cosmic Christhood shall not appear nor shall the music be heard until a retinue of lightbearers has so incorporated this mighty music of the spheres as to have assimilated it as the Body and Blood of the Cosmic Christ, Lord Maitreya.

When every atom of your being whirls to this music, when the fiery core resounds it and transmits it from the Great Central Sun, when you stand as a pillar of fire of ascension’s flame and the ruby ray and the sound of freedom emanate from you to drown out and swallow up all dissonance of the betrayers out of the pit who have spread abroad their anti-music, anti-art, anti-dharma, polluting the sound waves of the earth and the soul, when the force of the music within you can swallow up the anti-light and the anti-freedom, then you will understand.

When the sound of Elohim, of the ruby ray and its initiates is heard in physical Matter and the balance is held as pillars of fire proclaim the name I AM THAT I AM, the Word and the sound of the Word in the music of freedom, then will the music descend. Then will that one descend to record it.

You will know that in the beginning was the Word, <1> and by the Word spoken and transmitted as the music of the spheres of Elohim, by the Word transmitted as the sounding of the soundless sound, the intoning of that music will spell the final round of the consuming of evil within the spheres of this solar system. And there will be no stopping that sound across a cosmos when it is emitted from initiates of the sacred fire, from the sacred heart of souls comfortable and comforting all life in heaven and earth by the intensity of the Blood of Christ.

By Harmony We Will Preserve Freedom

Therefore listen, O children. Harmony, O blessed harmony, is your challenge for the preservation of your freedom. And you will note how accurately he, [Beethoven], said, “I do not write noisy music.” <2> Noise, the noise of dissonance and discord, side by side with the veritable sound of fiery vortices of moving galaxies, of Elohim humming the sound of the HUM, the OM, the HRIM--all the sounds and tones of the Universal Ma can be heard in those nine symphonies of the Word.

Therefore, note well that those who manifest anti-freedom are inharmonious to the core. They have subverted the life force of Alpha and Omega in every atom of being. In physical Matter they are the irresponsible purveyors of the misuses of the energy of the atom and all manner of misuses and abuses of deadly substances and poisons, radioactive energy, and on and on.

Mark the individual who is discordant and you will know that man to be anti-freedom, anti-Saint Germain. He may cover over his discord from subconscious levels with an aura of peace or sanctity or apparent support for the causes of freedom, but ultimately, when face to face with the Great Divine Director or Saint Germain or a chela or the embodied Messenger, a rupture occurs and a volcano of psychic discord comes to the fore with the demands of the fallen ones for their right to be discordant, their right to be tyrants, their right to be free to be Antichrist.

God Harmony Is Indispensable

Well, my beloved ones, we see in the release of God Harmony in the past year the beginning of the harmonization of the forces within each chela. We see that the whirling of the sun centers, accelerating the light to throw off discord, originates in the harmony of the inner soul, the balance of Alpha and Omega.

We see that for the freedom of the earth, God Harmony is an irreplaceable, indispensable Cosmic Being. For Harmony transmits to you the initiation whereby you overthrow the invasion of invisible tyrants into the world of the self. All sorts of conditions, all sorts of physical manifestations from drugs and alcohol to sugar, nicotine and poisonous toxins contribute to the inharmony of the body--not to mention the pollution of the astral plane, the unseen pockets of rage and anger and the subtle, deafening beat of the demons and their rock beat that resounds on the astral plane and bombards the emotional body and the solar-plexus chakra even when the physical ear does not hear it.

Thus the dire pollution of the planetary body in the astral and physical planes is designed to thwart the descent of the magnitude of the light of freedom that comes forth from the Great Divine Director and Saint Germain.

My Name Is Not as Important as My Message

Thus, I come. No need to wonder who I am. Listen to my message and you will know. By and by I will tell you who I am, for you hurl your questions to me, “Who are you? Who is speaking?” And so you cut across the message that does flow. You see, my name is not nearly as important as my message. We are the nameless ones and our names are given as a point of reference for unascended chelas who need a name to know a vibration. Truly the vibration is in the name but the vibration comes first and the name second.

Therefore I give you my vibration today, and by tuning into that ray you may become myself. Then before you leave, I will give you a nametag that you can wear to say, “See, I AM THAT I AM.” Well, they shall know you by your fruits, not by your name or by my name but by the good works of the sacred fire of the ruby ray.

What does it matter if his name was Beethoven? His vibration is the light of victory, freedom and joy! Victory is his flame! Victory is that vibration! You can be it too. You can choose to be that flame if you will. Or you can sit and still wonder who you are, who I am, who anyone is.

Perhaps you do not even know the name of your own God Presence. Perhaps we should begin at the beginning and therefore know that behind the name I AM THAT I AM is the sounding of the Word and the sounding of the name. The name I AM THAT I AM is also a vibration of the victory of being and of life. It all depends how you read the word. Some read it as power, some as love, some as wisdom, some as the white light of purity. I have always read it as Victory.

I have always been that God-victorious flame, worlds without end, for when I look into the sun and the smiling face of Helios and Vesta, I see God-victorious, God-free beings. And I say:

Let freedom ring in the hearts of souls in the earth.

Let them receive a spin and a shake.

O world, awake!

Let their atoms spin!

Let their souls be enfired with freedom.

Let them accelerate!

By God-harmony We Will Overturn the Discordant Ones

Therefore, heed my message. We will overturn the discordant ones by God-harmony. Let all understand that what is perceived as harmony today may be perceived as inharmony tomorrow, as you refine your inner ear and tune in again to the sounding of your own celestial tone and bring your forces and your vibes to that pitch.

Thus, beware of those who come speaking of freedom’s song but harboring in the folds of their garment a wrong, wrong vibration. They are for freedom that they may have the freedom to impose bondage upon others.

Now I stand today and my legions stand with me and we are determined that those individuals upon the planetary body who demand equality and freedom simply to manifest the greater and greater degradation of the not-self shall not stand. No, they shall not stand in the holy place of the congregation of the righteous! No, they shall not be allowed to purvey their abominations any longer because we stand--because we stand in you and we have heard your calls and your cries for freedom.

And so we have taught the Mother the lesson of the deadly force of condemnation that is the anti-harmony that besets the decent, honorable people of earth. Therefore, we match her vow [to bind the forces of condemnation]. <3> We will come each day to reinforce her calls and we will stand with the heart of every friend of freedom to multiply those calls and the clearing crystals that descend by the “terrible crystal” <4>invoked by the Mother.

We will intensify them. We will burn and consume the demons and discarnates and they will not have a chance to survive, for their dance is the anti-dance. They cannot perform their dance in the presence of God-harmony, God-victory, God-direction, God-power!

I AM here and I AM come and I will match your vow. You have considered how you would make your vow. Well, whatever vow you make I vow to match, as long as it is in accord with the will of God. You see, I will come and I will give a spin to everyone who is determined to win and to accelerate.

This dictation by Mighty Victory was delivered by the Messenger of the Great White Brotherhood Elizabeth Clare Prophet on Tuesday, July 3, 1979, at the 1979 Freedom Class, The Coming Revolution in Higher Consciousness, held at Camelot, Los Angeles, California.

2. Before the dictation, the Messenger read selections from an undocumented source on the life of Ludwig van Beethoven. On one occasion, Beethoven is reported to have said: “My kingdom is the air. Just like the wind, tones whirl around and so often eddy in my soul. I never wrote noisy music, for my instrumental works need an orchestra of about sixty good musicians and I am convinced that only such a number can bring out the quickly changing gradations in performance.”

3. In her meditations on freedom before and after the conference, the Messenger said that she understood why the friends of freedom did not rise on the planetary body. “I see clearly,” she said. “It is the discouragement, depression and forces of confusion that are anti-freedom. As a conglomerate of energy and consciousness, they are condemnation. And this condemnation is in opposition to the release of the stupendous power of God on the twelve o’clock line by its Heirarch, the Great Divine Director. So I decided to make a new vow to Almighty God to give my calls daily for the binding of the forces of condemnation on every friend of freedom on earth.”

4. The “terrible crystal” is the purging light of the ruby ray contained in the sacred fire and the word of Sanat Kumara. The Messenger described it as “the pure white fire, sometimes tinged with yellow, that bears the judgment of the Lord.”
