Perfect Love Casts Out Fear
Part 1
Today I would like to deliver the message of the apostle Paul and Pallas Athena through the fifth Pearl of Wisdom of our beloved Portia. In preparation for this, I would like to have a meditation in which we concentrate on an intense release of sacred fire from our hearts. We are building a spiral of love in preparation for the message, so please meditate on the perfect love of your heart.
Messenger’s Invocation:
O wine of forgiveness, blessed body of the Lord, let thy atonement manifest within us that we might be fitting vessels for the Word. Chasten the cells of consciousness. Purify them by crystal fire, by the fervent love now within our hearts.
Let the fire of the cell expand and let it consume all cal-cification of fear, doubt and absence of thy perfect love. Invincible flame of perfect love, come forth now from the Mighty I AM Presence of each one. Let thy perfect love cast out fear.
Father-Mother God, Son and Holy Spirit, let the joy of the flame of life, which burns upon the altars of thy children, leap now to cast out death and dying. O joy flame of eternal life, overflow the boundaries of our beings and reach the shores of the infinite. O eternal life from the very heart of Alpha and Omega, let life perfected in love now be for the victory in these hearts of fire.
I call to the Seven Archangels. I call to the angels of the five secret rays. I call to the mighty legions of light. Now, in the oneness of love, let this Mystical Body of God be the acceptable offering of the Lord upon this altar. Archangels from on high, perfect these chalices. Archangels, come forth for the celebration of the seven rays in the seven bodies of man and woman.

We are going to sing to beloved El Morya. As we build a love spiral to the Master in preparation for the teaching, I would like you to visualize a diamond in your heart. See the diamond in your heart expanding, and within the diamond is the pink flame of love you bear for the Lord Morya El.
Lord means “One who has become the Law of the Word” and El Morya has become the embodiment of the Law of the Word on the first ray of God’s will. As he is the living Christ in his attainment, so he is our Saviour, our Guru. I would like you to form a perfect flame of love within your heart for El Morya. At the conclusion of this song, feel that perfect flame fly as a snowy white dove from your heart, as your messenger of love to El Morya. [Song 192, “Master Morya,” sung once.]
How many of you felt that dove fly from your heart?
As I watched mine fly, I was impressed by the great strength and energy its wings exerted to fly from my heart, overcome the anti-love of this plane and traverse the planes of earth. As this dove flew, I saw how determined and courageous love must be to reach its mark.
It is a happy experience to observe a meditation and then to realize that even though we may think that the dove of God’s love is our own creation and our own meditation, it is really the dove of God’s love. It has a will of its own and that inherent will and determination is based upon momentum--the great momentum of love that is focused in the dove of the Holy Spirit.
On our heart’s altar we must build a reservoir of love, and the moment we are called upon to impart love for someone’s healing, that dove will already be formed and will already have a permanent nest there and can fly on demand to carry our message of love.
Love as Initiation on the Fifth Ray
Beloved Portia, Pallas Athena, Hilarion and El Morya have asked me to speak of love to you today as part of our initiation on the fifth ray. So I would like to read to you the words of the Ascended Master John the Beloved, written in his final embodiment with our beloved Jesus.
Beloved, if God so loved us, we ought also to love one another.
No man hath seen God at any time. If we love one another, God dwelleth in us, and his love is perfected in us.
Hereby know we that we dwell in him, and he in us, because he hath given us of his Spirit.
And we have seen and do testify that the Father sent the Son to be the Saviour of the world.
Whosoever shall confess that Jesus is the Son of God, God dwelleth in him, and he in God.
And we have known and believed the love that God hath to us. God is love; and he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him.
Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as he is, so are we in this world.
There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love.
We love him, because he first loved us.
If a man say, I love God, and hateth his brother, he is a liar: for he that loveth not his brother whom he hath seen, how can he love God whom he hath not seen?
And this commandment have we from him, That he who loveth God love his brother also.

Reading the Records
The recording angels are scientists of the fifth ray. Their science is truth and truth is healing. Healing is based on wholeness and wholeness begins with love. Many people fear truth. They fear the truth of what others may think of them if they knew the truth about them. They fear the truth that is incarnate in Jesus Christ and every Son of God. They fear the light that discloses the secrets of men’s hearts.
Truth is a very powerful energy. The green of the fifth ray represents the crystallization of the white fire of the fourth ray and the crystallization of the threefold flame. The first three rays are the Trinity. The fourth is the Mother and the fifth brings all of this into physical manifestation.
When the Father, Son, Holy Spirit and the Mother be-come physical, then judgment is come. When truth comes, the real and the unreal are divided by the living sword of truth.
Today, at the request of the Maha Chohan and Pallas Athena, the angels of record, who are angels of science, have transmitted to me the records of your lifestreams. These records go into the Holy Christ Self of the Universal Christ Mind and, based upon the reading of these records by the computer of the Cosmic Christ, the necessary instruction is given to you. It is teaching regarding the fifth ray and the flame of truth from the heart of Portia.
This means of assessing what is to be transferred to the student body, to those assembled at the feet of the Ascended Masters, has been used by the Brotherhood for hundreds of thousands of years. Their computer is not a computer in the sense that we understand computers; it is the Mind of God in action in the Brotherhood through the All-Seeing Eye of God and through the tender gaze, the most loving gaze of the Masters. Out of this reading, therefore, comes the instruction for your souls.
Records of Fear in Our Cells
The reading is that many of you have records of fear hidden in the folds of your garments, in the physical cells of your beings. We know that another name for fear is doubt and another name for doubt is death and the records of death. And if we turn to the flame of God-mastery of the Lord Jesus Christ, we realize that following in his footsteps gives us the momentum whereby we can overcome the sense of injustice on the eight o’clock line, which is in opposition to Portia’s presence and is the point of our God-mastery in this quarter. <1>
Jesus Christ and Lord Lanto are the initiators on the arms of the yellow cross and give us the enlightenment we need to conquer fear. <2> Fear manifests as both superstition and ignorance, but the deadliest fear is the absence of love that has come to manifest in our beings as a result of our long journey in time and space.
As El Morya was giving me the thoughtforms for this message, he wanted me to explain to you that all of us, as well as the plants around us and the animal kingdom, are made up of ingredients that have passed through the physical body as nourishment, water and energy. This includes pollution and all that you can name that we imbibe from our environment.
If you understand that the astral, mental and etheric bodies are similar to the physical body, you can see that the momentums of fear, harbored over centuries and long forgotten, are like nutrients. They are like nourishment that has passed through the physical form.
If you think of yourself as a plant and think of the astral body as a plant, you realize that by the process of living and ingesting fear, experiencing fear, putting out fear, taking in fear, that the very cells of consciousness have been built with these ingredients. The result is that the cells of the etheric, mental and astral bodies are composed of fear substance that is somewhat calcified or crystallized after centuries of being part of the structure of our vehicles.
Each Cell Has a Central Sun
Every physical cell within the human body has a central sun. It has a center, a miniature computer, that directs the life and function of that cell. Behind the physical center, the centrosome, is a spiritual sun, the Sun behind the sun of the cell. That spiritual sun is the sacred fire of God’s light. It contains the etheric blueprint that should be outpictured within the physical cell.
When the physical cell is full of the toxins of life and contains the records of fear from the etheric, mental and emotional bodies, by its interaction with them becomes clogged. Although the natural flow of polarity is intended to establish a figure-eight flow from the Sun behind the cell to the sun within the cell, this does not happen unless the physical cell, the astral cell, the mental cell and the emotional cell--like discs upon discs or spheres upon spheres--are cleansed, purified and cleared.
The flow of the figure-eight spiral, or the eighth ray, from the inner to the outer man, requires the highways of the cells of consciousness to be cleared, and this is what we are directed to do in this teaching.
Love God in One Another
We read from the words of our Lord and the apostle that “perfect love casts out fear because fear has torment.” How does perfect love cast out fear?
This is one of the mysteries of the Holy Grail that El Morya, Portia and Pallas Athena gave to me today. They want you to understand the process by which the individual cell, as a unit of life in your body, is becoming a chalice of the Holy Grail. The process is, as John said, “Perfect love casts out fear.”
John speaks earnestly about loving our brother because “no man hath seen God.” Therefore the perfect love we manifest must be for what we do see, and that is the God in one another. Perfect love begins with a perfect love for God.
God bears a white-fire wrath against those who are idolators of him--idolators in the sense that they profess to love him in their sanctuaries, temples and mosques, but when it comes to loving God in the temple of their brother or sister, they spurn him.
Idolatrous love loves an idol, a figment of man’s imagination, which is manufactured by him. Man forms an image of God and then pours out his love to it, while pouring hatred to those whom he knows on earth. Perfect love, then, begins with perfect love for our Mighty I AM Presence and Christ Self.
In India, when they have a perfect love for Kali or Shiva, they go to the temple on certain feast days and bring food for the god, recognizing that the god has needs and wants. We go into the highways and byways of life and bring our meal of soul nourishment not to the statues but to the people who are God, who are Shiva, who are Kali. We lay that offering upon the altar of the living God as he dwells in the temple of his children.
Nevertheless, the symbolism of Hinduism ranges from the quaint to the sacred if you have a true understanding of what is taking place. The point is that the perfect love for the Mighty I AM Presence and Christ Self, which we give forth in our invocations and in our service, must have an anchoring point. It must be immediately transferred to a real person who needs compassion or another facet of the seven rays that is required for the elevation of that person’s consciousness.
Overcome Fear by the Figure-Eight Flow
The premise of this lecture is that each and every one of you has at this moment, to a greater or lesser extent, varying degrees and momentums of fear. These momentums from the etheric, mental and emotional bodies have outcropped into the physical cells of the body you now wear, and that momentum of fear is sustained by toxins contained in the physical cells.
The impurities we carry around in our cells, having a negative polarity, attract the momentums of fear and impurity that are in the other bodies. One of the spiritual reasons for fasting is for the cells to self-empty, to be flushed out by the crystal-clear waters of life, through the nectar of fruit and through the invigorating energies and waters that come from the cells of vegetables.
Whatever type of juice or water you choose, you should charge it for the specific purpose of cleansing the cells. Once the cell reaches a certain point of self-cleansing by the violet flame and by fasting, there is an acceleration of the figure-eight flow within the cell. Light can now begin to move, and from the Sun behind the sun to the physical center of the cell there is an interaction of this figure-eight flow.
The sacred fire is a manifestation of perfect love, and the perfect love in your heart, the giant cell of the physical body, is the devotion that is poured forth from this central cell to your Mighty I AM Presence and that returns to you to become a perpetual figure-eight flow. This basic pattern of devotion, flowing from your heart to God’s heart with the nexus at the Christ Self, is instantaneously duplicated by the computer of your higher mind, your Christ Self, so that every cell in your body will reflect this figure-eight flow.
When you think of the billions of cells within the physical temple, every one of them sustaining the figure-eight flow from the Sun behind the sun to the cell, you see how life can truly pulsate where you are.
Fear Is the Anti-Sun
We realize that there are percentages of absence of flow in direct correlation to the percentages of karma remaining to be balanced and the percentages of toxic substances you have allowed to build up in your physical body. All of which comes down to the point of fear itself, for fear sets up a counter sun within the cell. It’s like an anti-sun.
Other momentums of the human consciousness begin to evolve around this fear. When you receive the enlightenment of Jesus Christ and Lanto on the yellow-fire cross, you realize that fear is the denial of Selfhood. When you say, “I AM” and affirm it, it is a statement of absolute God-determination to be, whereas to express fear by saying, “Maybe I am not” is the anti-statement.
If, in your fear, you think or say, “Maybe I really don’t exist, maybe God doesn’t really exist, maybe life is not real,” fear then becomes the antithesis of your identity. Therefore you can understand how fear would be the nucleus of the anti-sun. We also know that the process of cancer and other diseases in the body has to do with cells functioning in a way that is out of the ordinary.
When, for various reasons, fear becomes greater than the pulsation of light within the cell, you can see that the not-sun would take over and become more powerful than the actual sun of the cell. Fear, then, is a term I use today for the entire accumulation of our human karma and planetary karma that remains untransmuted.
Lanto says that the fact that you can inject instantaneous fear into a crowd of people by a message of fear--news of an assassination, of an earthquake, the cry of “Fire!” in a crowded place--is due to the fact that such an announcement causes the polarization of fear throughout the misqualified energies in the cells of the body.
Where Is Consciousness?
The philosophical question has been asked, Where is consciousness located in the body? Most of us have the sense that consciousness is in our heads and in our hearts, and as you continue to develop, you have the sense that consciousness is in your soul, because that is where you have gut reactions to people.
The more you purify yourself, the more you realize that consciousness is distributed throughout the body. You begin to have an awareness in the third eye or sight in the third eye to help you locate consciousness. When you feel the power of the Holy Spirit speaking through your throat chakra delivering the Word of God, you are aware that a consciousness has actually superimposed itself over the power center and is reaching someone through the Holy Spirit.
When you come to recognize the solar plexus as the place of the sun, you can feel peace or you can feel an absence of peace in discord. So the more you advance on the Path, the more you come to the conclusion that consciousness is not localized merely in the brain or the central nervous system.
If you were to have a completely purified body, a purified soul and a balanced karma, you would come to the realization that consciousness was equally distributed throughout your entire forcefield, your four lower bodies and your aura, as the points of the sun in every cell are radiating centers of the Mind of God.
The Mind of God Is in Every Cell
We experience the Mind of God in every cell. Can anyone deny that the Mind of God is active in our cells, re-creating them and carrying on all the various functions of the separate organs?
The cells are organized in armies, in groups, in mandalas of service. Cytology is a fascinating study. The Mind of God is the central point of light in the center of the cell. It functions as we allow it to, for sluggishness of cells means sluggishness of consciousness.
When we fast, our minds get clearer. As there is a clearing in all of our bodies, the cells of the brain are cleared. The self-emptying process of fasting in the first several days has mainly to do with the organs of digestion, food processing and the absorbtion of nutrients into the bloodstream. So, when you have great clarity of consciousness such that you feel you can contact the very stars themselves, as I’m sure you’ve experienced on a fast, you must realize that it is because every cell now has a higher attunement.
Every cell in your body is a star, a consciousness and has a focal point of the Mind of God. The streams of light pouring through those cells reach the stars and the stars return the current. Cells are sensitive to the energies of the stars. In fact, the energies of the stars nourish the cells at other levels, from the physical, the astral, the mental to the etheric plane. In addition, on the basis of your experience in fasting, you have empirical proof that your consciousness is not centered in what is called the brain.
