Call to Light:
Dedication of the Flame

Good morning, sons and daughters of flame. I come at the behest of Saint Germain, even as you have come in answer to the call of the Knight Commander. I salute you one and all in light. I come to dedicate this conference, as I have dedicated civilizations in the past, by the light of the rising feminine ray.

I am so privileged to be called to come with my taper of light to ignite a torch of freedom, a torch that each one of you will then carry through this conference day by day by the action of the five secret rays. Those of you who have come to find yourselves this day in the right place at the right time have the privilege of carrying an inner action of the white-fire core, the five secret rays of God-mastery of the mighty Elohim in the Christ consciousness. And those who come on the morrow will carry the taper of the four aspects of the four lower bodies. And so those who come for five days will carry the action of the inner rays and those who come for four will carry the action of their manifestation in the four quadrants of the Mother flame.

Let it be, then, that sons and daughters of flame who have come together again and again in civilizations rising, rising with the spirals, undulating and rising again--so let these Keepers of the Flame who have known the face of the Ancient of Days and the face of the lady master of Venus, let them also know the face of one another that this body of lightbearers may recognize each other as brother, as sister of light, as the indomitable light of the will of God and the will of freedom carried in the heart which is for the victory of an age.

I come, then, to endow with light, to dedicate with light, and I bring with me the full-gathered momentum of my service to light on the continent of South America, through North America, and through all of the ages past when light, as the apex of the rising of Omega to the flame of Alpha, has been the apex of civilization. It is therefore to the feminine potential of man and woman and child that I dedicate this conference. I dedicate this flame of freedom to the freeing of the soul potential of each one. I dedicate this conference to Saint Germain, our noble king, to Portia, our lady, our queen.

Angelic Reinforcements of Cosmic Consciousness

With me are the reinforcements of the angels of light who serve in all of the retreats of the Great White Brotherhood. For did you know, O precious hearts of light, that our angels are called upon to tarry and to reinforce the light, light, light momentum of every action of every Ascended Master and Elohim and Cosmic Being?

We are legions transparent and our garments come. We are the ones who filter the air, the land, the sea, the sky. We filter all elemental life. Our garments of light are charged with cosmic consciousness of fire and air and water and earth, and our awareness of that flame is for the balance of all of the beings of the elements.

I give you this insight into the service of the angels of my bands that you might understand that in this cosmos, in each of the consciousness of the Ascended Masters, there are bands of angels who serve in a very specific way, in a very specific calling to make life on earth and in these planetary systems a balanced manifestation of Father, Son and Holy Spirit which can only be released in Mater <1> by the action of Mother light in you and in me, in the masters ascended and unascended, in the entire Spirit of the Great White Brotherhood, in all of the chelas and devotees of the flame.

Let Your Heart Be That Place for the Release of Light

So let the Mother fire within you release the full potential of the kindling spark of threefold flame! And now let the mighty Elohim, let the Queen of Light and the Goddess of Purity, let the entire Spirit of the Great White Brotherhood, the causal body of the World Mother, the light of Alpha and Omega now touch your heart as a kindling fire. Let it burst aflame as the sparklers of the Fourth of July, and let your heart be that place for the release of the light of Columbia, the name of Portia, the name of the flame of opportunity--Columbia!

Let each one be the gem of the ocean of God’s being! Let that gem be the jewel in the heart of the lotus! Let that gem-fire be for the igniting of a world!

We are not dismayed by the darkness, for the darkness has never in all eternity displaced the light of God. The light of God always puts out the darkness, and the farthest star, the farthest causal body, illumines the heavens. And so the single candle of the Keeper of the Flame keeping the flame of life, of freedom, and of the Holy Spirit suffices to illumine a world. All of the darkness of the world cannot silence the single flame of devotion.

Our Oneness Is One God, One Christ,One Cosmic Consciousness

I AM the flame within you! I release the light of the Great Central Sun for the inauguration of the spirals of freedom! I AM the flame of fire and of light within you! Let us then vow together that we be not separate but that we be one, that there is the converging in the heart of all hearts, that the one heart is the heart of the many, is the heart of God and Christ and of all elemental life.

Therefore if I AM and if you are, then we are one. Then I AM where you are in my Electronic Presence. And therefore I stand where you are that our heart chakras might be one, that you might understand that defeat is in division and separation, and victory is in our oneness.

Our oneness is the understanding of one God, one Christ. And in that fire of cosmic consciousness, I release the energies of the fiery core of the earth, of Mother Earth. O Virgo and Pelleur, send forth thy light! Oromasis and Diana, send forth thy light! Aries and Thor, send forth thy light! Neptune and Luara, send forth thy light! I AM light, light, light! There is one light--universal light! And in the moment of your God realization, death is swallowed up in victory! <2>

Homage to the God of Freedom

Freedom is the fulfillment of all who have ever overcome bondage and tyranny. Freedom is the flame, freedom is the joy, freedom is the beholding of the light! Now as I stand with you, I desire to pay homage to the God of Freedom to all of this galaxy and these many galaxies and systems of worlds, for by his flame there is hope and hope of freedom on Terra.

May I, then, sing with you in this moment of the glory of Saint Germain, may I sing with you to his blessed name? And may your voices echo across the cosmos that every Cosmic Being and cosmic council might hear the breath of joy and of the Spirit that ascends from your heart this day in gratitude for the gift of freedom.

In the name of the flame which we are, I salute you! In the name of the entire Spirit of the Great White Brotherhood, in the name of the Father and of the Mother, of the Son and of the Holy Spirit--All hail, Saint Germain!
