Manifest Who You Are

Work the Works of God and Be at Peace

Ho! I come to you, O chela of the sacred will of God! Ho! I enter the heart, and there I place my trust, my trust in you to deliver to the world itself, to those you know or do not know, the message of everlasting love—the message whereby this planet might be cured, cured of its excesses, cured of all indulgences.

Now you have made a certain step toward victory. Now you understand why we have counseled astrology, why we have pointed to the cosmic clock,<1> why we have told you, truly, you must come into alignment with the dark and the night.<2> There is one side of the moon and there is the other side of the moon, beloved. You must be aware.

So, be seated.

Tempus fugit.* [*Latin: time flies] By the lightning rod, so there does descend, truly, from the depths of the earth Lord Pelleur and the blessed Virgo,<3> elemental life, the beings of fire, air and water.

I now remind you, beloved, that you would do well to give the calls for the beings of the elements daily. I ask you to give that mantra at the end of the Angels booklet eighteen times per day.<4> It is not much, beloved, but it can turn the tide to help elemental life and therefore the elementals be encouraged to stop cataclysm and to bring you to a sense of—if not a vision of, if not a clear sighting of—the next round and the golden age.

Each One of You Is a Pillar of Fire— Let the Stalwart Ones Come Forth!

Internalize who you are. Manifest who you are in this octave! Go to the four quadrants, clean them out—like cleaning out the Augean stables. Clean out the vessels! Prepare the coming of the Lord. Will Sanat Kumara enter your being? Or will he go this way or that way until you have prepared for his coming?

Each one of you is a pillar of fire. Remember it! Remember I have said it. Remember that I have said it in the dark days of night and at the early morning when there does come a ray of the sun that says: Pain is no more.

Blessed ones, pain is here, there, everywhere, but it also can be nothing. For it is a beatitude of God wherein you internalize that harmony, that joy that ultimately dissolves pain and delivers something else—something of eternal worth, something that is of a cosmic truth and a very fine line that extends across the many spheres.

I, El Morya, am profoundly concerned regarding all issues, all nations—and it comes down to all single individuals. We of the Great White Brotherhood can surely know all inhabitants of this earth, and we do. We know them well, we know you well, and we know who are the ones who can make it, who can accelerate beyond themselves, can shed the snakeskin, can move beyond, do not have to indulge for ten years before they understand what the Path is all about.

Let the stalwart ones come forth! This is the reason for this conference and this seminar.<5> It is to take from the world those who can build, those who can work change, those who can save nations and the children and the mothers and bring to the planetary body such a clarification, such a clearing by the clear still waters of life of that which is pure, that which is lovely, that which is of God—that which is of the utmost of Reality.

Know a Path of Mysticism

Continue to observe self, continue to enter the Eastern paths, continue to know the way of Lao Tzu and the Buddha and so many. Continue to know in your heart that God lives and that that God is the God of very gods, who has placed himself there. Continue to know this. Continue to observe self and deny all irritability from entering into your world. Deny it, cast it into the violet flame, turn it round again, inside out, and let it become the flowering of a violet rose from the heart of Saint Germain.

Go after those pockets! Go after them until you truly can say, as Mark Prophet has said, “Mine eyes have seen glory! Mine eyes have seen glory!”

It is not so long that* [*i.e., before] you shall know. It is not so long that you shall be plucked out of this plane to other dimensions. Rejoice in this! Rejoice in all that you can do for the Darjeeling Council. Continue to call upon me and I will resolve your personal problems so that you might assist me in accelerating world conditions.<6> Let treachery and intrigue be exposed. And let your heart be so filled that you might know a path of mysticism that embraces all of the niches of Eastern and Western religions.

I am El Morya. I am gratified that so great an effort you have put forth has come to fruit so quickly because you have understood. In this communing together, beloved, there is tremendous strength. Establish ties—ties across the world—and keep yourself in the hand of God.

Many things must come to pass, but when you are God-centered it shall not come nigh thee. Therefore, fear not. Remember the secrets of Fátima. Ponder them. You may receive the inner interpretation of the one not given. Ponder the hearts of prelates. Ponder the hearts of those who ought not to be in holy places, for they are not holy. Ponder those who pretend to be light but are dark. Ponder your own darkness from within.

Spread the Word, the Joy and the Hope of the Kingdom

I now extend from my heart a ray. According to the vessel of your heart, receive my love ray; for it is the sealing of this seminar, the sealing of our love and our love feast together.<7> May we enjoy a love feast as a year has turned, as we return again here and once again take up our entrée into inter-levels and inner levels of being.<8>

Watch and pray...watch and pray...watch and pray—yet fear not. It is always the Father's good pleasure to give you the kingdom.<9>

Take now the kingdom, beloved. Go forth. Spread its understanding. Spread its joy and hope. Spread the word of Morya and his steed! Spread the word of his chelas. Spread the word, beloved. Tempus fugit! But time is yet on our side. Make use of it and we shall conquer all.

By the love fires of my heart, I urge you to self-discipline. It is a swift key to self-mastery. I shall look at you a year hence to see how much mastery you have gained. May it be great and solid and deep and powerful in the heart of the Maha Chohan.

I am Morya—I move on. Let the lightning flash descend!<10> And let your hearts tune into and rejoice in the teachings of Kabbalah that you will shortly be reading.

Thus I seal you. Thus I love you. Thus I implore you: work the works of God, and be at peace.

This dictation by El Morya was delivered by the Messenger of the Great White Brotherhood Elizabeth Clare Prophet on Sunday, July 20, 1997, during the twelve-day Summit University seminar The Victory of Love on the Twelve Lines of the Cosmic Clock, held at San Diego State University, San Diego, California, July 9-20.

2. Come into alignment with the dark and the night. This may refer to the initiations of the “dark night” and/or the “shadow” aspect of ourselves. In the lecture series “The Odyssey of Your Soul,” given during the 1997 Summit University seminar, the messenger taught on both of these subjects. In her teaching on the shadow, she quoted Carl Jung as saying, “One does not become enlightened by imagining figures of light, but by making the darkness conscious.” She spoke of the importance of dealing with the unconscious and pointed out that during Odysseus' journey, he came face to face with the shadowed, or hidden, parts of himself, which took the form of giants, monsters, temptresses, etc.—the shapes of his own ego, greed and fear. Jung taught that when we do not recognize our shadow side, or are unwilling to look at it, it tends to become demonic. The shadow is not only negative; it also contains the treasures of our unlived potential that are hidden, or repressed, within the unconscious. We must be willing to meet and embrace the shadow. Like Odysseus, we have to brave the painful and sometimes shocking adventures of wrestling with our own self-made monsters so that we can liberate the energy that is trapped in them. Psychologists say that once we become conscious of and embrace our shadowed substance, the formerly imprisoned energy is free to flow and can be directed into new forms, creating positive self-transformation. The messenger explained that dealing with the shadow involves both psychological work and using spiritual tools, including the violet flame. She said that it is not a process of smashing an unwanted and ugly part of ourselves, but a process of transmutation. (To transmute means to change something into a higher form.) El Morya counsels us in this dictation: “Come into alignment with the dark and the night....Continue to observe self....Go after those pockets!... Ponder your own darkness from within.” (See pp. 65, 67, 68.) Our everyday experience and emotions can clue us into the nature of our shadow. We can observe, for instance, what makes us angry or upset with other people or causes us to overreact. The more we resist the shadow, the more we tend to project it onto others and the more we will continue to attract the very situations that force us to come face to face with our own shadowed substance. Conversely, the more we are willing to own our dark side, our shadow, the more we will experience the powerful, creative energy and joy that flows from the wellspring of life within us.

6. “I will resolve your personal problems so that you might assist me in accelerating world conditions.” El Morya has instructed us to write our burdens on a piece of paper and during our decree sessions to place the list on our right knee with the wallet-size card of his image face down on top of it. He asked that we make a quick call for the resolution of our needs and problems and then give our all in our decrees for world conditions. This tremendous dispensation whereby Morya will help resolve our personal burdens so that we can take on the larger challenge of decreeing for the planet has produced positive results for many students who have taken advantage of his offer.

10. Let the lightning flash descend! In addition to the Tree of Life, another diagram some Kabbalists use to depict the emanation of the sefirot is the lightning flash. The Tree of Life is a blueprint for the divine world and for our own bodies and souls. It diagrams the sefirot, which are the ten aspects of God's being that emanate from Ein Sof (“the Infinite”). Some Kabbalists use the term lightning flash to describe the emanation of the sefirot or the continual descent of divine forces through the sefirot in a zigzag pattern like lightning.
