There Will Never Be a Greater Opportunity

Part 2

What more can I say to you? I can say that my beloved ­Portia is also with me and that she is absolutely determined that the flame of divine justice shall intervene. And at my left hand I find the lovely lady master Kuan Yin and she also has said to me, “Between beloved Portia and myself, we will give the momentum of the violet flame of our causal bodies to you, be­loved Saint Germain, because we know so many lightbearers, so many children, so many lifestreams who are ready to place their footprints in the earth, to grow up, to be leaders, to raise the stature and the level of integrity—integration with the manifestation of God.” Oh, we can do these things, be­loved! Rejoice!

What can I do for you that will enable me to have more from you that I might give to God and that these individuals whom I shall not name, who are in positions of power at top levels of the government, [shall no longer be allowed to represent the people] when they will not keep themselves in the integrity of the sacred fire of the seventh ray?

It is truly a very dark hour in Washington, D.C., a very dark hour in many nations of the West. It is dark because the ­people do not have integrity—integrity through the violet flame, integrity through the great causal bodies of all as­cended and cosmic beings.

I tell you, beloved, when you think about this, you must know that God has everything you need to have your victory, that God is ready to give this to you! Only prove to him that constancy, that effectiveness that will carry us through the dark astrology of these three years. [25-second standing ovation]

Be a Futurist

Let us consider the most lethal dangers to the evolutions of the planet, to the atmosphere, to the four lower bodies. We must begin at the point of our greatest vulnerability—our vulnerability as keepers of the flame, our vulnerability as citizens of the world—as we see the selling wholesale of all kinds of armaments between nations, among those in the Middle East, perhaps those even coming into the United States. The entire world is a powder keg. Therefore, it is the greatest threat, and an even greater threat since the leaders in this nation have not seen fit to put in place what is necessary to turn back missiles aimed at the United States.

America the vulnerable! America, a people of greatness, a people who could save the world if you could wrest them from their couches, who look and look upon the fictions, drowning themselves, not even seeing reality. Have there not been a hundred examples of such situations where people of greatness have come to naught because they could not see the enemy, they could not believe that they were not the most powerful and the most equipped?

Blessed ones, I think that we all must contemplate how we would all feel this night if we were sitting in this court of King Arthur and if it were all over and we had lost the war and freedom had lost its position in the planet, perhaps, God knows, for hundreds of years to come or more. How would we feel then? It is important to be a futurist—and the messenger has always been a futurist—looking into the future, positioning oneself there, then looking back in time to the present and saying, “Will we have had made it? Will we have conquered? We will have the ultimate victory—is it so? Will it happen? Or shall we also be asleep?”

Blessed ones, there are many who can form committees. There are many who can do much simply as watchmen on their own representatives, senators and congressmen. You can keep watch upon the wall of the Lord but it will take more, beloved. It will take the action of the bodhisattvas. It will take the action of the commitment of many hierarchs of light who, whether in recent times or in not-so-recent times, have determined not to give and give again of their causal bodies for the saving of the earth, for they have seen such darkness that has come upon the earth.

So, you see, I am a lobbyist and I lobby for Saint Germain—I lobby for myself. I ask you to lobby for me before the Lords of Karma and the great Surya and Cuzco.<10> Let us lobby, beloved, so that all cosmic beings will say: “Those keepers of the flame of Saint Germain, they mean business! We will move with them. We will see if they will do what they said they will do. We will see the word that they bring forth. We will see how they can set on fire a world.” Beloved ones, when you prove that for me for the Solar Logoi so that they will sponsor me, when that also comes from Omri-Tas, you will simply see miracles before your eyes that you could never imagine would ever have happened.

Look to the future, beloved; then look back. That is the only way you will know and understand whether this victory will be won. You must look and calculate what happens not just in this year but in decade upon decade upon decade. And those of you who are astute understand that the times, the ­seasons, the wars can be known. After all, Nostradamus proph­esied many of these things.<11> Some have come to pass. Some may be on the brink of coming to pass. But we also know that prophets prophesy so that [the people] may turn back the prophecy. That is their one desire.

Since there have been such accuracies, such repetitions, shall we not use our decrees, our momentum, our reversing the tide and all of the challenges that there are? Shall we not use every means at our disposal? You have great means now, beloved. Let us have greater means and let them come swiftly.

Think Globally

I am Saint Germain. I see now the planet in another octave. I see it in a sphere surrounding this planet that is fully a violet-purple hue. It is a magnificent realm, beloved. It is in the etheric octave. And it is there that many souls reside until they are called again to take embodiment.

It is, as we have said before, a very complex planet, very com­plex. Those who have not the understanding of the controls of the international bankers, those who do not understand the misuses of funds and how South America is being strangled because of the misuse of funds—if you do not understand the international equation, the monetary systems and what is being done, you ought to study it. You ought to have a weekend seminar on this very subject so that you can see how the world is being destroyed by these Watchers,<12> these fallen angels. You must understand it, beloved, because the little people in every nation are being strangled, strangled to the death. Where does this poverty come from?

Again, the lords in Africa, millions on the march—these things are horrendous and they beget such a recompense and such a descent of karma, beloved, that I cannot even tell you what shall come upon these fallen ones. But I can say this: that inevitably many of the highest ranking of these fallen ones are being taken by the seven archangels because you have called for it. Call again!

Remember, once upon a time you were giving calls every hour on the hour for one to two to three minutes.<13> What has happened to this, beloved? Let us get back and let us get on with doing what we know how to do. If you exercise everything at hand that you can do and if you meet in caucus and say to one another, “Let us have one plan. Let us go with that plan and let us go with it big time!”—let us do that. Let us not have little groups here and little groups there thinking they know what to do when you have to have the mastermind consciousness that you are going to transform not only a nation but a world. This is a global situation and nothing less. So you must think globally and you must realize that if war truly comes, it will not come alone to the United States. You have those in varying nations who have nothing to lose and everything to gain by destroying this nation and many other na­tions.

Let Us Act and Be Up and Doing

This is the pivotal moment. This is it, beloved. There will never be a greater moment, a greater opportunity to solve the problems of earth, to win stripes for your ascension, and to get rid of these interlopers, these aliens, these laggard evolutions that have been, as you might say and as I truly say, a “pain in the neck” for thousands and thousands of years! We are fed up! We can do something! Keepers of the flame, remember I have called you. Let us act and be up and doing.

I bow to the light within you. I multiply my Electronic Presence. Therefore, at any moment when you call upon me, I shall be where you are and we shall be one together in this victory.

I seal you now. I seal this conference. I seal your conscience. And I say, “Know the truth, for the truth shall make you free.”<14> [46-second standing ovation]

“The Summit Lighthouse Sheds Its Radiance o'er All the World to Manifest as Pearls of Wisdom.”

This dictation by Saint Germain was delivered by the Messenger of the Great White Brotherhood Elizabeth Clare Prophet on Thursday, January 2, 1997, during the five-day conference A World Vigil for Youth: The Ascended Masters' Rescue Mission for the Youth of the World, held at the Royal Teton Ranch, Park County, Montana. Saint Germain's dictation, the concluding dictation of the conference, was preceded by a dictation by Lord Maitreya. Lord Maitreya's dictation, “Glimpse the Golden Sun of Higher Spheres,” is printed in 2000 PoW, Vol. 43, no. 48. Throughout these notes, PoW is the abbreviation for Pearls of Wisdom.

1. Connection to King Arthur's Court via telephone patch. In 1996, headquarters and participating teaching centers and study groups began using teleconferencing equipment to bridge, or “patch,” the audio program in King Arthur's Court to groups throughout the United States and Canada as well as to international groups. This process allowed devotees at these centers to simultaneously participate in conferences and services conducted at the ranch. That technology has since been replaced with Internet broadcasts.

2. The Cave of Symbols, Saint Germain's North American retreat, is located at Table Mountain, Wyoming. This etheric/physical retreat is a focus of golden-age science and invention. 5. The etheric/physical Royal Teton Retreat, the principal retreat of the Great White Brotherhood on the North American continent, is congruent with the Grand Teton mountain near Jackson, Wyoming. All souls who are willing to diligently pursue the path of self-mastery are invited to study in their finer bodies at the Royal Teton Retreat under the ascended master Saint Germain.

6. Saturday night service. On Saturday, the seventh ray is released from the heart of the Great Central Sun and the earth is saturated with the violet flame of freedom. On Saturday evening, members of the Keepers of the Flame Fraternity come together for a service dedicated to Saint Germain in behalf of personal and planetary freedom for earth's evolutions. During the service, keepers of the flame offer dynamic decrees and invocations to Saint Germain, to Archangel Michael, to the All-Seeing Eye of God, and to the Elohim Astrea for the binding of the forces of darkness and for the protection of the government, the economy, the youth and the destiny of America. Keepers of the flame join in joyous songs inspired by the early American patriots and by the melody of the violet singing flame. In a dictation delivered on January 2, 1994, El Morya said: “I come in the name of Saint Germain to appeal to you to restore the original fervor of your Saturday night decree services....I call you to renewed action and specific action for the judgment of the fallen ones who control the weapons of the world, whether they be nuclear weapons or conventional weapons. I ask you to make the calls for the binding and the judgment of these fallen ones, whose intent...is to blow up the earth as their final hurrah before the second death....The gravest mistake this body of chelas worldwide could make is to not heed my warning this day!...This is the time, the time when you can turn back what is coming. If you wait, all will be lost….You can have this victory, but I must see a far greater intensity and fervor of soul on your parts....Empower me every day and see what I will do! Nothing is withheld from me by Almighty God. God has called me to lead you—along with Saint Germain and many whose names you know not of—in this ultimate battle. We march with the Faithful and True, the Lord Christ. He is the Victor. Bible prophecy has pronounced it. Will you make that prophecy come true?” (1994 PoW, vol. 37, no. 1, pp. 2, 5, 7, 8, 10).

8. Count Saint Germain. Not long after his ascension in 1684, Saint Germain sought and was granted a dispensation from the Lords of Karma to return to earth in a physical body. His desire was to liberate God's people. He appeared as the brilliant Comte de Saint Germain, a “miraculous” gentleman who dazzled the courts of eighteenth- and nineteenth-century Europe, where they called him “the Wonderman.” He was an alchemist, scholar, linguist, poet, musician, artist, raconteur and diplomat and was widely admired for his adeptship. The Count hoped to assist Europe in a smooth transition from monarchical to republican forms of government and to bring about a United States of Europe. Having failed to achieve his dream there, he worked behind the scenes through early American patriots in the founding of the United States of America. 9. Omri-Tas present on earth once a month for 48 hours. On November 16, 1991, the messenger announced a dispensation from Omri-Tas in which he would be present on earth on the third of each month to render service by his great causal body. The messenger said: “That is the day when walls of violet flame can come down and we can be directly in the Electronic Presence of Omri-Tas.” Since it is the third of the month in at least one time zone somewhere on the planet for a span of 48 hours, the monthly Omri-Tas' Day violet flame vigil begins on the second and ends on the fourth. 10. The Buddha Surya holds a great balance for the earth from the God Star, Sirius, and through the ascended master Cuzco, his disciple. Cuzco's retreat at Viti Levu in the Fiji Islands in the South Pacific is dedicated to the holding of the balance of the forces in the earth, including the adjustment of the earth to the weight of karmic effluvia and the guarding of the earth on its axis and in orbit, by the use of computers and scientific instruments. On December 23, 1973, Cuzco said that his retreat “is concerned with such matters as planetary cataclysm, its possibility, its prevention, with the straightening of the axis of the earth, with climatic conditions and with the evolutions of souls migrating from one continent to another in order to gain awareness of all of the facets of the Christ consciousness in preparation for mastery. As I stand in my retreat, cosmic instruments available to me enable me to perceive the aura of any individual lifestream walking the earth at any place, at any hour of the day or night. For it is my responsibility to determine whether the energy, the weight of darkness, released through the aura of the individual increases the total karmic weight of a planet, and thereby increases the possibility of cataclysm....I come to show you that the preservation of a planet, a people, of lifewaves and root races is most scientific and is carried on by the ascended masters for this one purpose—to preserve the opportunity for evolution. For, you see, if the planet Earth were destroyed it would take thousands, tens of thousands of years for your souls to complete their evolution on other planetary homes amongst other lifewaves at different levels of evolution. Therefore, hierarchy is concerned with the preservation of the platform of planet Earth.”

13. Call to Sanat Kumara every hour on the hour. In a landmark dictation on October 11, 1992, Sanat Kumara gave a dispensation allowing us to command him “to take command of any and all affairs in the world.” He said: “Blessed ones, without ceremony and without missing a beat of your daily responsibilities, you can breathe…the single fiat and the single prayer....But give this word...and I will give the word and legions of angels, millions of angels will go forth in your command. Simply be specific....Simply say, [for instance]: 'In the name of Brahman, in the name I AM THAT I AM,...Sanat Kumara, take command of the youth of the world! Take command of drug, rock music, alcohol, nicotine and sugar addictions. Sanat Kumara, bind the entire sinister force of the attack on the youth of the world!...Sanat Kumara, go after the entire matter of health care for the people of this nation and every nation and bind all forces opposing their perfect health, including ____________________!...In the name of Sanat Kumara, I demand the binding of every evil force in the earth this hour!'...A one-sentence call thoughtfully worded and given as a fiat to me by name, Sanat Kumara, will result in an action of the hosts of the Lord and the armies of the Faithful and True. How can you, then, resist making that single call? I pray that you will not forget so great a salvation that I am offering to you....Think of yourselves as commanders of battalions and legions of angels. Think of yourselves as standing before a hundred thousand angels who await the word of the command....Therefore, you must qualify your prayer: 'Let this call be executed by the legions of light according to the will of God and only the will of God. Sanat Kumara, not my will but thine be done!'” (1992 PoW, vol. 35, no. 29, pp. 619-24, 625). On October 12, 1992, in response to Sanat Kumara's dispensation, Saint Germain said: “I desire to sponsor those of you who will make it the centerpiece of your life to command angels and to determine how you will clock the hours to remind yourselves that each hour on the hour you may give a thirty-second call [in the name of Sanat Kumara] consisting of commands [to the legions of light] for the liberation of the oppressed souls of an entire world” (1992 PoW, vol. 35, no. 65, pp. 731-32). On July 4, 1993, Saint Germain spoke again of the importance of making “a call every hour on the hour—a simple call in the name of Sanat Kumara to assign the angels and legions of light and hosts of the Lord to go forth for the binding of Evil in the earth. Well, beloved ones, the messenger has programmed a computer to beep every hour on the hour. I suggest you do the same, for when you hear that little beep you can give a fiat of thirty seconds or a minute. And in the time it takes you to make that fiat, you can go through your lists and you can empower millions of angels as you send them to deal with areas of crisis throughout the globe” (1994 PoW, vol. 37, no. 25, p. 282). Report on Accomplishment of Violet Flame Vigil

Report Given on March 30, 1997, at the Conclusion of Easter Retreat 1997

by the Messenger Elizabeth Clare Prophet

Thank you, everyone. I would like to give you a report. Following are the words of Saint Germain:

My desire was to have Omri-Tas here more than just once a month. My desire was that you would give me a powerful support in your violet-flame decrees, as I requested at the conclusion of the New Year's class.

The Karmic Board is looking for consistency on the part of the students and a zeal and a fervor in giving the violet flame. The zeal during the conference is primarily due to the causal bodies of the sponsoring masters. Your ongoing test is to keep the fervor and the constancy of your violet-flame decrees on a day-to-day basis. The Karmic Board sends their blessings to those in attendance and on the patch for their zeal in support of and supporting Saint Germain, but his request has been denied by the Karmic Board.

I suggest that we take this quadrant of the year and throughout the years, fulfilling the three-year cycle, very seriously and that we all determine to give lots of violet flame every day for Saint Germain. I can understand the message of the Lords of Karma. They do not want Saint Germain to be indebted because of the wanting of the chelas to give more decrees—less chatter, less preoccupations, less everything except what we absolutely have to do to make our organization happen.

We are hopeful that in this quadrant we shall all marshal our forces, decide a time of day, and keep that time and keep that flame blazing for Saint Germain. And hopefully when another twelve weeks have passed, Saint Germain will be able to tell us and the Karmic Board will be able to tell us that this request can then not be denied but consented to.* [*See Saint Germain with the Solar Logoi, December 30, 1998, “I Stand with You: I Will Never Leave You—This Is a Dispensation of the Solar Logoi,” in 1999 PoW, p. 56.]

It's quite an amazing thing to think of how many people we actually have on patches around the world and that all of the violet flame that we have given during this conference is not enough. But Saint Germain actually told us in the concluding dictation of the January class<†> [†refers to Saint Germain's dictation printed in this Pearl] that he would need a great deal of violet flame. I think some of us have missed that most important message from him and perhaps not taken it seriously enough. The times are indeed serious and I pray that you will, by the flame of your heart, have that great love for Saint Germain to give him every spare moment you have in really fiery, challenging decrees.

So that is our message and response from the Lords of Karma and from Saint Germain. Let's heed it and go on to victory.
