We Come for the Liberty of the Nations
Hail, legions of the light! We are firmly established on this platform, and we have come for the liberty of the nations! And we come with a determination, beloved, that we would convey to you!
[34-second standing ovation]
Won't you please be seated.
Your messenger has led you in the fervor and fire of her heart in giving this Judgment Call.<1> When you give it in this manner, beloved, I tell you, worlds change, atoms are quickened, the acceleration of consciousness comes upon a people. Therefore you ought to have that decree given just prior to our remarks so that you might remember the fervor that you have poured into that matrix. It is this fervor that will save the world and nothing less.
Therefore, we counsel you, when you set forth to decree, let the decree be on fire. Let it express the full dynamism of your soul. When you call for the judgment of the fallen ones or the binding of the dweller-on-the-threshold, yes, beloved, you must go after it with the vengeance of Almighty God. This is your calling as sons and daughters of God.
We have come forth from the God Star, Sirius. We have descended in support of Saint Germain and we remain in support of you, the messenger and all students of the ascended masters throughout the world. For, beloved, it is because you have taken up this path, this calling and yes, this empowerment from Almighty God that we ourselves can remain to assist this nation and all freedom-loving peoples of the world who are this day, many of them, enslaved by those powers of darkness that ought not to have ever been a part of this planetary home. Yet the invaders came and they remained and they are still here, beloved. Yet the earth is the LORD's and the fullness thereof.<2> And this earth belongs to the sons and daughters of God.
As we have said before, the sons and daughters of God must rise to that level of authority and not simply mouth your decrees but understand that when you send forth the fire of God through your chakras, so you are changing this world! You are an alchemist with Saint Germain, Zadkiel and Holy Amethyst, beloved Portia, Arcturus, Victoria, Oromasis and Diana and beings of fire without number.
You Have an Opportunity—Be Alert
So the legions of the violet flame planet have come; they have come to earth.<3> Omri-Tas also does come. You have an opportunity. I say, take this opportunity, beloved. For many things can change, and when they change for the worse and not for the better, that may mean a swift and sudden descent—a descent of energy, a descent of consciousness.
You cannot know, beloved, precisely the winds of change as they move and as the stars in the heavens and the planets tell the story of past, present and future. Therefore, above all, remember this—that when you have concluded this conference and you go to your homes, remember that we have told you that simply because things seem to be in a lull, do not believe it. Do not believe it, beloved. Things can change quickly and you may find yourselves much unprepared.
We have designated this place as our retreat, as our headquarters. It is ideal for the magnification of the spoken Word for the millions of acres that surround you.<4>
See, then, beloved, that you are as alert as any great patriot of old has been alert as the watchman on the wall. Yes, you be that watchman, beloved. You be that watchman, beloved. For I tell you it is necessary, for the nations are asleep. Those who plot evil and destruction, they do not sleep. The devil does not sleep. The fallen angels do not sleep.
Understand the Gift of Protection You Have—Fear Not
So we say, if you understand in the tremendous peace of God the gift of protection you have from the archangels, and specifically Archangel Michael, you will not fear. You will not regress. You will not descend into depression. You will be there. You will know that your God is with you. You will know that you and your God are one. And when you walk this earth and climb these mountains, you will be walking neath the canopy of your I AM Presence.
You have seen many changes in the world in past lives. You have seen upheavals and cataclysms and even nuclear holocaust in ancient days. Yes, you have seen much, beloved, for you are old and tested and ripened souls. Now is not the hour to slouch. Now is not the hour to say, “I have done my part. I will retire. I will go golfing. I will not be where I must be in that moment when the fire of the fallen ones is unleashed.”
Beloved ones, those who are prepared—those who are prepared must realize that this nation is vulnerable, that the forces of evil in other nations, such as those who caused the death of the Americans in Saudi Arabia,<5> these ones, beloved, have a hatred of America. Where is their hatred centered? It is centered in the fact that America has received the Jews. And therefore these nations are angry, for they have been at war with one another from the beginning. Understand this, beloved. There are other compromising reasons but the basic fundamental point here is this—that the fanaticism of some Islamic peoples is now centered upon the destruction of the United States.
Yet from right within this nation there are those who would destroy and kill. And we will not forget the bombing in Oklahoma.<6> We will not forget this, beloved, for it is a rent, a rent in the garment of this nation. And therefore some have said, in discussing the situation of bombs, that once this has been opened it can never be stopped. Prove them wrong! Prove them wrong, that it is not necessary to have bombs blowing up here and there and anywhere, leaving people wondering, “When shall it fall upon me? When shall it fall upon my country? When shall it be the next time? And will I survive?”
Do you want your children to grow up in that climate, beloved? Well, they already are growing up in that climate. They have seen the Oklahoma bombing. They have seen what is happening to this country and they ought not to be shielded. But step by step, as they grow and mature, they must understand the dark things of the world and the bright light that is in the very midst. Even in the very midst of their breast is that bright light of the living Christ that leads them into all beauty, into all maturity, into all wisdom of the mind of God. Yes, raise your children, beloved, to become stalwart sons and daughters of God, of Liberty. Rear them, then, to fear not. Fear not, beloved, fear not! For God knows the days and the hours of your coming and your going. He has set that course.
Therefore take advantage of opportunity while you are in the prime of life, while you can anchor more good karma for yourself and your nation, while you can perpetually invoke the violet flame, for it is the most important flame that you can invoke.
You Have the Reinforcements of Heaven—Call upon Us
So, beloved, as you have heard, the nations are angry.<7> And they are angry because they cannot have the Christ consciousness. Therefore they do their warfare against the people of God. You have the reinforcements of heaven. You have the Path. You have the teaching. You can call upon us!
I pause for a moment that you might ask yourself when was the last time that you appealed to the Fourteen Ascended Masters to assist you in any way. How many weeks or months ago was it, beloved? Do not treat us as though we were from distant stars and relatives who come now and then to visit. We are here! And our foundation is in this country, and we go forth from this nation because you are here representing your nation.
And thus, when you hold the banner of your country this Fourth of July and you proudly march through this valley,<8> you will know that because you are a keeper of the flame, because you stand for Saint Germain, we shall return with you to your native land. And we will begin the process of assisting you to guard the bastions of your liberty, to go after those who have misused the coin of the realm, misused the economy, the banking houses, and so forth.
Yes, beloved ones, we will help you in answer to your call. And I tell you, it is so because we have so much of an understanding of the great worth of those who are true keepers of the flame of Saint Germain. And because you are his keepers of the flame and because he is the hierarch of the Aquarian age, we may enter your nations, beloved.

The gratitude of your hearts is truly magnanimous. Therefore, as friend, as brother, as sister, as ones who have known you long, we salute you. And again, won't you be seated.
I tell you, when the messenger began to realize that this was the hour, this was the day, this was the month when she should travel to South America,<9> she also consulted through Saint Germain and through those working with her what is the best astrology of the day. And so the one who answered said, “Things could be very, very good, and things could be very, very bad.” [laughter] This is true. And so she said, “I'll take my chances that things will be very, very good.” And as you have seen, they indeed have turned out to be extremely good for all. [17-second applause]
Three Elements to Correct, Three Elements that Strengthen
Ladies and gentlemen, teens, youth of America and the world, we now, as you have heard, have entrée into your nation. We call upon you, then, again to consider—adults, teens, children alike—what is the most pressing problem of your nation. For, you see, if you scatter your decrees everywhere, you may not accomplish the victory anywhere.
So, let us go back to the power of the three—the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. What are the three most appalling conditions in your nation that you are determined to go after? And what are the three conditions of your nation that represent the highest representation of the people and their ability to create, to multiply, to raise their civilization, their nations to new heights of a higher consciousness?
Just as you have three elements to correct within, so you have three elements that will strengthen you, empower you. Consider what they are and remember, they begin in the very center of the threefold flame—the empowerment, the wisdom and the love and then the support of the white fire of the Divine Mother.
Think of these things, beloved, and do not scatter your energies here and there or leave tasks unfinished because now you find something more important to do. These things must be studied, especially the economies of the nations, especially the large debts upon the nations.
Receive the Electronic Presence of Lord Maitreya
Understand these things and know that the power of the Lord Christ Maitreya stands before you and over you. The Presence of Maitreya is upon the messenger now. Will you quietly stand that you also might receive the Electronic Presence of the Lord Maitreya. [Audience stands.]
We bow to this Buddha. We bow to the state of his bodhisattvahood. We bow to his Presence in the turning of worlds. Yes, this beloved Lord Maitreya has said that if there is a golden age, some six hundred years into that age he may reincarnate with his disciples.<10> These disciples may be ascended masters. These disciples may move among the people. And yes, beloved, they will be the great teachers of the future.
Speaking, then, of these blessed beings on the second ray,<11> remember, remember and remember, beloved, the burdens upon the youth of this and every nation who do not receive the highest levels of education that they must receive in order to enter an age of vast technology and a future unknown where they must be able to deal with any circumstance and condition, including that of war or cataclysm or, by the grace of God, moving into an age of peace and enlightenment.
Now I ask that you speak in whispers to Lord Maitreya of those things, those three things, that you desire and beg to be delivered of as you are one with Maitreya, as you work with him. And also consider what are your greatest strengths that you may lay upon the altar of the heart of Lord Maitreya. And pray that his heart flame might be one with your heart flame and increase, intensify, challenge, expand that presence of wisdom in the earth. So, speak to the Lord from your heart.

As you continue your prayer, I speak to Helios and Vesta.
Prayer for the Healing of Souls
Helios and Vesta, let thy light shine in these hearts, in the secret chamber of the heart. Let souls be healed! Let them be delivered.
O Helios and Vesta, O God and Goddess Meru, as the cycles turn and these souls rise into their ascension in the light in the appointed hour, so let them know thee as Father-Mother God here on earth and in transition and in the hour of victory.
O Helios and Vesta, we call for mercy and pity on behalf of those in the earth who may have to go through great burdens ere they are taken into the realms of light at the conclusion of this life.
I call to the great Bodhisattva Kuan Yin, to the Blessed Mother of Jesus Christ. Nurture these souls and heal them.
We the Fourteen represent the seven rays. We call, then, for our causal bodies of the seven rays to begin an action of balancing in your chakras to continue until the conclusion of your stay at the retreat. [11-second pause]
Now we speak to you in silence, each of the Fourteen. We convey to the mind through your own third eye a tangible, visible message. If you are not able to decipher it now, you may do so when out of the body in sleep in a retreat or as days pass and you suddenly come to a realization of the wisdom of the infinite mind of Maitreya that has been passed to you.
Let the mind of God within you be quickened. Let the crown chakra be cleared. Purge your physical bodies of tobacco, of cigarettes, cigars, all types of drugs—heroin, cocaine, et cetera. These things must be purged from your cells that the light may once again occupy those cells. The vestiges of tobacco will come out but not without purging, fasting, working out in the sun, perspiring, letting that tobacco substance come out of the pores of your being.
Be cleansed, we say. Be cleansed in the name of the Lord Maitreya. Be cleansed in the name I AM THAT I AM! Be cleansed in the name of God and on behalf of your twin flame, whom you support. Yes, be cleansed, beloved, and you will know the quickening of the mind. You will move with the mind of God and the mind of Buddha. And you will remember, I trust, that fourteen ascended masters stand by you, by Saint Germain and Portia, by the entire Spirit of the Great White Brotherhood.
The Archangels and Hosts of the LORD Do Battle for You
Remember, when we hear those fiats so fiercely given, we respond. We call for reinforcements. And you have the victory. And the fallen ones are totally defeated. They have no power! They have no power! They have no power over you! Wherefore, call upon the LORD! Rise in his dominion! And remember that the archangels do battle for you. Never enter into a direct confrontation with aliens or fallen ones but turn them over in your decrees to the hosts of the LORD. This is the formula, beloved. It works.
I ask you, for the sake of all evolutions of this planet, make the formulas of the Great White Brotherhood work in your life every single day.
I bow to your light.
We are the Fourteen. And we are here to stay!
