Do You Have the Will to Save This Planet?
Go Forth and Fulfill What You Have Promised God
Espouse the Cosmic Honor Flame and Know Your Victory
Now, my beloved, I speak to you on the saving of the planet and the saving of your soul. I am come in the white fire of my being. And I would tell you, beloved, that you have much to do in this hour.
I would encourage you to realize that the greatest potential you have is the potential of the Christ consciousness. The ascent to the Christ consciousness is daily and hourly. There is an ascending coil of fire that rises from the base chakra to the crown. Be centered in your heart and extend mercy to life. Extend it, beloved, for it is a requirement of your ascension—so much so, beloved, that even had you balanced 51 percent of your karma, had you not within that context forgiven all whom you perceive have wronged you, you would still be required to work that out in the etheric octave before you would take your ascension.
Can you imagine an ascended master, beloved, who is incapable of delivering mercy to all? There of course is no such thing. Therefore the call for the prayer of forgiveness must be your own. You must come to this place, beloved, for truly in your heart of hearts there needs be a cleansing.
Keep the Vow of Mercy
The world must be saved by the Christed ones—you who are anointed by God and anointed by your Holy Christ Self. If you are yet reaching for that status of Christhood, I would counsel you as a mother to make haste daily to have strength at the center of the heart and to know the compassionate heart and the forgiving heart.
Do not be stingy with your forgiveness or your compassion but realize, beloved, that your ascension weighs upon whether or not you will enter into that flame of kindness of Lord Maitreya, his compassion, and that which all of us hold for every member of the human race, bar none. We do not seek out merely those who have a threefold flame or have attainment. We go after the lowliest and those who seem to be of the darkness. We bring out the light in them, for “there must be light somewhere” is our sense. And when that light comes out, it takes over the darkness, it displaces it. And therefore you may find individuals who have gems in their hearts, gems in their minds.
Therefore I come to you, beloved, and I ask you to keep the vow of mercy no matter how badly you have been wronged. You have the violet flame. This means that the Lords of Karma can provide no excuse for you to withhold mercy at every hand.
You know that we have taught you that the action of the light, the action of the light itself is the purging. We have taught you that the greatest point whereby you can change the world is to become one with your Holy Christ Self. I bid you make supreme effort to do this. I bid you, beloved, do this, for the light of the sacred fire in you must be raised up. We must find among the body of God in the earth—no matter what their calling, their religion, their affiliation, it matters not—we must go after those who have the closest tie to the living Christ, the living Buddha.
Release the Full Fire of Your Being in Your Decrees
Therefore we speak again of these three and a half years, for, as you know, I also am a member of the Karmic Board. I tell you, beloved, mouthing the decrees as I have heard you mouth them this morning will not do. You might as well pack up your bags and go to some other planet, for you will do little for this planet.
I speak to you sternly, for the messenger has demonstrated frequently on numerous occasions on releasing the fohat, or the fire, of one's being to accomplish an end. This ties into the word fiat.<1> Thus she has delivered to you fiats and taught those present how to deliver the fire—the fire that comes forth out of the soul and the solar plexus and the heart chakra and, above all, the Science of the Spoken Word, the spoken Word itself.
Blessed ones, this is the time to spend and be spent, as the apostle Paul said.<2> You must give your life to this cause. And if you catch yourself in a namby-pamby, laid-back kind of mumbling of your decrees, it would be best if you get some good physical exercise, see that you have properly eaten, and determine that you will go back to your altar and let that fire be released. The fire of fohat in your being is what will consume Antichrist. How can you expect to consume Antichrist if you have not yet raised up the Word of the living God in Christ, in yourself and in Christ Jesus?
So, you see, beloved, though you call to the I AM Presence and you call to your Holy Christ Self because you do not yet have the attainment to deliver the light as you could, you must strive to enter in and be that Christ.
Blessed ones, the masters and the unascended adepts and the messengers will do much for you. But if you have something in your psyche or in your psychology that does not allow you to release the full fire that you have been taught to release, that the messenger has taught recently, then, you see, you will not accomplish what you set out to do.
The Lords of Karma are very concerned that you may once again leave this place and not recognize that God Almighty is depending upon you. And if you know and believe that he is depending upon you, then you must accelerate. You must know that when the call is given and it is a fiat, that you must deliver that fire that comes out of your chakras. And if you are not willing to do that, if you are just willing to bob along with a tape, with a CD or with a decree leader that is not putting out the fire either, you are wasting precious time—precious time, beloved.
It Will Take Your All to Consume the Prophecies
I would speak to you, then, of the release of “Ancient Prophecies,” an hour-and-a-half program that has been delivered in the United States.<3> I would like you to know the Karmic Board's assessment of that very show that was released. The Karmic Board's assessment of it is that it is 33 percent correct.
Now, beloved, if you take 33 percent of the very statements that were made in terms of the end of the world, et cetera, you will see that it will take all of your life and energy and available time to consume that which has been prophesied and to consume much more that has not been included in these shows, for the producers were not aware of that which the ascended masters do know.
Some of these prophecies, being psychic, can be consumed by the action of your Astreas.<4> And there are many psychics in the world who make many predictions but their prophecies fail. The ascended masters' prophecies do not fail, for their chelas in the earth will see to it that the false [and negative] prophecies fail.<5>
Come, then, and reason together. I, Kuan Yin, tell you, it is time to try on the garment of Saviouress and Saviour on the seventh ray, of Saviour and Saviouress on the path of mercy and forgiveness and violet-flame transmutation. May we not weep in decades and centuries to come concerning what might have been. I ask you if there is anyone here today that would be happy if they were to come to realize that their absence of pouring the fire into the earth may have made the difference in success or failure. I do not believe that there is anyone here who desires to fail in this life the blessed ascended masters. And I realize also that most of you desire to attain union with God even if you should walk the earth as an unascended master.
So, beloved, the consequence of failure is what one feels in oneself and the part one has played in failure. Therefore, follow the example of your Two Witnesses<6> and recognize that in all their service in lifetimes they have always gone the extra mile and the extra ten thousand miles to be absolutely certain that the job they were appointed to do was done, was done well, and therefore did assist humanity in their time and in that age, whether long ago or today.
The Margin Whereby You May Have the Victory Is Small
If you are not sure, beloved, if you are not sure that your decrees in a given session have dealt with what you are decreeing about, then keep on keeping on. Do not look at your watch but determine that your staying power at the altar is greater than the staying power at the altar of the demons who have come to the altar to torment you, to overthrow you, to make you yawn and get sleepy and then, by and by, simply be mouthing words that you are forgetting what they actually mean.
The science of the spoken Word is more powerful than all nuclear energy, than all the energy of the planet when it is used by those who have said: “I must make the grade this hour and this year. I must know my union with my Holy Christ Self. I must know my Bridegroom. I must enter in. I must walk the earth—in and through—clothed upon by my Holy Christ Self. I know that if I do accomplish this, then my life will have counted for God.”
Beloved, I am a fierce mother when I am determined to be fierce. For it is not merciful for me to withhold from you [admonishment for] that indulgence that allows you to, for instance, remove yourselves from the tent when the messenger is not there. Blessed ones, it is the perfect time to decree. It is the perfect time to uphold the forcefield. When you have the power that multiplies your numbers by the power of the ten thousand-times-ten thousand and other dispensations given for the multiplication of your decrees, recognize what a loss it is to have one person absent in your teaching center or study group when you look at the squaring of the numbers of those present. There is a very small margin whereby you may have the victory. It is small, beloved; it is not wide!
Slay the Dragon with a Sword of Living Fire
I tell you truly, you must not sing and dance to the tune of those who make merry and then do not go back to the altar. It is wonderful to gather together to enjoy one another, to dance and sing in the three-quarter time of Saint Germain. But it is not good to continuously make merry and to continuously squander your light through excessive conversation. This, beloved, must be the bane of the West! I tell you, sometimes I must put my hands to my ears and say, “When will they ever stop this ceaseless chatter caused by that yin condition where they continue to babble on and babble on and babble on, and all of this fire going down the drain!”
Therefore, with what shall you slay the dragon—a sword? Nay! A sword of living fire that comes forth out of the mouth of the Two Witnesses<7> and must begin to come out of your mouth that that sword might go forth and meet its mark and take out of the way those fallen ones who prey upon the children and upon yourselves.
Blessed ones, you have heard our appeals for many, many years. This is no longer an appeal; it is a mandate and it is a warning. These things will come to pass if you do not do something about it. And that “something about it” is to get busy and become the Christ. Get busy! And don't waste words except you give your dynamic decrees. This will not happen simply because you came to this conference. You must maintain this level of fire and exceed it and come back a year from now or sooner with a higher attainment and a greater determination and a fearlessness that you have gone after, fearlessness flame and Ray-O-Light.
Blessed ones, to attain the victory of your own soul is one thing, and it is a very great challenge. Think how much greater is the challenge when you will bear the burden of the fire that is not there in millions of people in your respective nations!
This Is a Cause That All Must Espouse
I do not know what more I can tell you except, unless you give your heart and mind and soul to this cause and get these teachings out, you may at least be glad that some of you have shelters. For I will not be able to promise you more than that unless you become a people so mighty, a people as watchmen on the wall of the LORD, a people who understand what you have been hearing all of these days—that it is up to you! Blessed ones, you do have a messenger in the earth. You do have a messenger in heaven. And they work constantly for you, both in and out of the body. But I tell you, this is a cause that all must espouse and, in espousing it, have your victory!
I implore you! I implore you! I am Kuan Yin. I have been with earth's evolutions for aeons. It is the Christed ones in the earth, the bodhisattvas, it is they who will make the difference. Now throw away all that human consciousness that holds you to such a mentality that I dare not even enter your mind until you clean it out, for it is supercilious and ridiculous. When I commune with your mind, I want to receive back your essence of the mind of Christ that you have garnered in the secret chamber of the heart, in the heart chakra and in the crown chakra.
Blessed ones, it will take all of you. It will take all of your intensity. I say, know the disciplines of the Holy Spirit. For the Holy Spirit is also waiting to be your mentor, waiting for you to rise through the understanding and the disciplines of the seven chohans that you might be tutored through the Holy Spirit, and the Holy Spirit might one day deliver into your hand that sword of the Holy Spirit that you might wield because you are a living envelope of that Holy Spirit yourself.
Be Men and Women of Your Word
Aspire to attainment! You have all the keys and the teachings! Blessed ones, do you have the will to save this planet? [“Yes!” (30-second standing ovation)]
Beloved ones, you have made that commitment. Be men and women of your word. Your word is law in heaven. Heaven has heard you. Whatever it takes—write signs in your rooms—but do not forget that you have made the commitment and that the power of the spoken Word will deliver you.
We must see in this community far greater energy, determination, spirituality, pursuing the path of true inner mysticism, communing with God. I say, beloved, remember all the saints who have laid down their bodies for the saving of the Church. Now look to the saving of the nations. Look to the saving of your souls. And remember, I, Kuan Yin, have spoken to you this day. Now go forth and fulfill what you have promised God.
If you could see, beloved, how some of you have not kept your promises to God over the ages or even to the messengers in this life--you must stop this. When you make a promise, even if all hell breaks loose, you keep that promise. Therefore you do not make a promise that you are not determined to keep. Espouse the cosmic honor flame and know your victory.
And I tell you, beloved, after this conference I will go straightway to Darjeeling. We will once again regroup. We will talk about what has been accomplished here and what must happen next. I will be there, beloved ones. And I will be in tune with everyone who is here and every keeper of the flame on earth. And I will find ways and means so that I will contact your heart and mind. And you will know that I have sent you a ray and that I have said to you, “Remember your word to me. Remember your word to God.” For it is not lawful to go against that word. I will remind you, and I hope that you are not so dense that you will not hear me. I hope that you will remember that this shall be that intensity of the battle.
The Option Is So Great
And if you have looked at some of those World War II recaps, you have seen what the troops went through. You have seen what they went through in World War I. You have seen people all over the battlefields of this world. Blessed ones, the hardships they faced were horrendous—horrendous hardships. And millions laid down their lives for freedom in Europe and in the United States, beloved. Millions did that! Now you can sit in the comfortability of your homes. You can turn on a tape recorder or a CD. You can give your calls without being threatened that at any moment fallen angels in physical embodiment should come and make war against you.
Blessed ones, the option is so great! And it has never been as easy to accomplish, ever, especially considering, beloved, those who have had to balance 100 percent of their karma to make their ascension in the old dispensation. Now it is 51 percent. I say to all of you: Wake up! Wake up! Wake up!
And I say this, beloved (this is a bit of humor): One day the messenger was in her home in California. And she asked to be awakened at 9:00 a.m. At precisely 9:00 a.m., Alpha was chuckling, and he caused an earthquake, and that earthquake awakened the messenger. Blessed ones, this is the intimate communion that you can have with your Father-Mother God that will carry the planet to its victory. It is not all sternness, for we in heaven can also be mischievous and play our jokes. Think, then, upon the intimacy between Alpha and the messenger and know that you can have it also. You are not far removed from the heavenly hosts.
Thus, I have given you what I could give you today. I pray, I pray that you will remember that when God has forgiven you in all ages, it is I, the Bodhisattva Kuan Yin, who have negotiated that mercy, that dispensation, that forgiveness. Truly I am with you. Now call for the cosmic energy to sustain you. For it shall, even as you see it sustaining your messenger.
In the love of the living Christ in your hearts, in the love of Maitreya, in the love of Padma Sambhava and Jesus Christ, I am your ever-present Kuan Yin.

“The Summit Lighthouse Sheds Its Radiance o’er All the World to Manifest as Pearls of Wisdom.”

In The Astrology of the Four Horsemen: How You Can Heal Yourself and Planet Earth, Elizabeth Clare Prophet writes: “Negative prophecy is meant to fail. When God tells us what will happen if we don't change our ways, we can pray to him for the merciful mitigation of prophecy. And we can ask him to give us the opportunity to balance that planetary karma which the Great Law will allow to be transmuted by the violet flame released from the Holy Spirit in answer to our prayers” (p. 293). “Prophecy concerning future events is always delivered as a warning of the impending return of karma so that the people can invoke divine intercession and save themselves before it is too late. One of the best Old Testament examples of this is the story of the prophet Jonah. The message of the Book of Jonah is unmistakable: Repentance can turn back God's prophecies of judgment” (p. 41).
In a dictation on April 4, 1983, Gautama Buddha delivered this message of hope: “I would remind you, lest any fear, that all prophecy concerning light and darkness may fail. It may fail for a very good reason. For the people of God have made strides and accelerated; and therefore, the dark cloud has been dissolved and a new day of opportunity is born.... We desire, therefore, to reinforce in your heart that whatever you may have interpreted as prediction of cataclysm, worldwide or specifically here or there, must not remain in your mind as something that has been stated with ultimate definition or finality by any of our bands but only as a reading of world karma and as a reading of the consequences of world karma” (1983 PoW, vol. 26, no. 39, pp. 464, 465).
Saint Germain, in his dictation of May 28, 1986, said: “The prophecy that is written in Revelation and in the Old and New Testament, that is written in the very sands and in the ethers which may be perceived, is not final! This is my cry to the age! You are mediators between mankind (who are in a state of ignorance and rejection of the truth of the teachings of Jesus Christ we bear) and the oncoming karma returning. You as anointed ones, by choosing this calling and election, may form a body of light that does indeed become the manifestation of the all-consuming flame of God. And that karma can be transmuted, beloved. And remember, the requirements are few. Ten righteous men could save an entire city by their righteousness (Gen. 18:23-33), proving that the power of God in manifestation is far greater than millions engaged in the blasphemy of the anti-light and the desecration of the innocence of the child” (1986 PoW, vol. 29, no. 58, p. 523).
