The Hour and the Time When the Old Dispensations Must Give Way to the New
Now Is the Acceptable Time for You to Accelerate
Now unto the golden yellow flame of the Buddhas and bodhisattvas, we pay homage. May that light, bright and gold, intensify in your crown chakra in this hour that you might participate in the tremendous revolution of consciousness that we bring to earth as Manus of the sixth root race.1
We send, beloved, light rays piercing the minds of all, assisted by the Elohim Apollo and Lumina, [Archangel] Jophiel and Christine, and all who have the halo of the Christ. Thus, concentrated energy of the second ray does stimulate the brains of all who abide on earth.
We have come again and again to anoint the crown chakra and for the purpose of intensifying action of the mind of God become congruent with the mind of man. There is only one mind and that is the Mind into which you dip for self-knowledge, God-knowledge, for science, invention and the building of the whole renaissance man and woman.
Children of the Sun are ye. Shoulders bearing responsibilities have ye, singing the songs of the day and the night, planting the seeds of science of sound in the earth. O beloved, nourish and succor the fledglings of the sixth root race, who love the LORD their God and their Saviour, Jesus Christ. I ask you to pray for them, for they have been infested with demons of fanaticism to the point where they no longer own their own souls but become vicious and intense in their determination to convert all others to the one whom they love, the Lord Jesus.
Yet they know not that they do him a great disservice. For in spite of themselves they carry not that which the World Teachers, Jesus and Kuthumi, would give them, but rather they are pulled into lesser levels tempted by demons, impostors of the Holy Spirit and of the angels of the Holy Spirit. Thus, a root race that has been embodying for two thousand years and more does still not have the deep anchoring in the Sacred Heart of Jesus.
Pray That Those of the Sixth Root Race Be Delivered
Fanaticism in religion, politics and other paths is wholly unacceptable. These sweet children of the Sun, when they descended sponsored by us, had none of this. Now they have been injected with the serum of fanaticism and therefore, unbeknownst to them, they have trampled upon the very garment of Christ, the robe.
Beloved, these young souls need nurturing and love, deep love, and understanding. They need to be cut free through your Ritual of Exorcism,2 which involves the use of the ruby ray and the ruby-ray sword. This Ritual of Exorcism can and shall deliver them from these burdens of fanaticism, which often cause their children to run away for they cannot bear the demons that infest the nest.
Blessed ones, inasmuch as you have the call that you know for the binding of the dweller-on-the-threshold and you know the very grave need of the Lord Christ to have those of the sixth root race delivered by judgment calls3 from the fallen angels, [give the calls]. Unfortunately, they [those of the sixth root race] are ripe and prey to them. And they see those who could be their shepherds and ministering angels and tending elementals as though they were of the devil and all others as though they were of the devil.
This is a travesty. And this travesty, beloved, is all the more a problem for us because upon the foundations of the sixth root race must the seventh root race enter. We have said we will hold back from allowing the seventh root race to embody until this resolution takes place. So see how the cycles anticipated may be aborted and centuries may be required before there is a righting of the wrong of the misstatement of the entire tradition of Jesus Christ and his service in the Piscean age.
Let Those of the Fourth and Fifth Root Races
Who Are Mature and Able Come Forward
Think of these things, beloved. For here in Lake Titicaca and at the retreats of Lord Himalaya, the Great Divine Director and Vaivasvata Manu, we understand. We understand that thousands of years have passed since the fourth and fifth root races have come to earth and yet their progress has been slow for the very typical indoctrination of the angels called Serpent.4
What is the way? The way is the path of Maitreya and the World Teachers, Jesus and Kuthumi. The way is to draw souls back to the fiery core of the heart chakra, to look to the kingdom of God within, to swiftly accept the dispensation of the violet flame.
So let those of the fourth and fifth root races who are mature and able, who could, if they would, preach the teachings of Buddhas and bodhisattvas and avatars, let them come forward, then, and let them surrender to the path victorious of union with God. This earth must at last come to the place where all her evolutions know the sign of a golden age and begin to embody that age ahead of time, increment by increment.
We have called you the avant-garde, and so ye are. When you put on the mantle of illumination and walk the way of that path, you set an example for all to emulate. You show that there is a way out. You show them still what is the meaning of the scriptures East and West and that in this new century and in the new millennium there is the hour and the time when the interpretation of the old dispensations must give way to the Aquarian-age interpretation and to the dispensations that are new for those who would move forward swiftly with the accessory of the violet flame.
Aquarian-Age Renaissance
We, then, are simply delighted that you have invited speakers to this conference who can teach on the subjects of accelerated learning, of teaching values for children, of bringing children into an awareness of the seven types of learning, the seven types of intelligence.5 This is important, beloved. And when you realize that you can stimulate all seven types within your children, you also rejoice as we do. For these shall be the true renaissance children of the Aquarian age, even as those who came before did light the way in the arts, in sculpture, in building, even in the understanding of the core of being.
So, beloved, to accelerate and to be on the cutting edge of being able to internalize not only knowledge but wisdom, this is our great desire. Do not shun it! Do not think you have missed the boat, you are too old or should have been born in a future century or a past century. There is nothing you can do about it. You are here today, of a certain age and time, and now is the acceptable time for you to accelerate. Thus you shall have this as a momentum, a gift, an attainment even as you move on in the cycles of being, whether to reincarnate, remain in the etheric cities or move on to your ascension.
The more you have of the mastery of the science of being, the greater shall be the aura and the rings of light, the greater shall be the opportunity for you to help this civilization make the transition into spherical consciousness and oneness with the mighty beings of light.
Time and space is so limited and its opportunities for self-transcendence almost nil. But when you enter into the techniques discovered, and the more that you yourselves will discover and build upon the foundations laid by others, so the more you will see the infinite capacity of the mind of God within you.
The mind of God in you occupies every cell of your being and not merely the brain. The mind of God is everywhere and it is the mind of God that causes all functions of the body to play their roles in the mighty and fantastic system that is the vehicle that you wear.
Capitalize on the Greatest Talent You Have
There is no time to dally, only to accelerate, only to be there on the cutting edge to produce the materials that the world can use and, in the process, earn your way to establishing magnificent edifices of learning for children of the youngest ages moving right on.
You have the gift to accomplish this! You must understand that when you have a gift, it is for many reasons—of course to bless those for whom it is intended and then to multiply it for the entire planet and in so doing to feel the joy and the personal pride, if you will, of having accomplished this by raising funds through creating professional materials.
Blessed hearts, you must be artisans in the workshop of Nazareth. You must be artisans with the Lord Christ. You must see that you cannot wait for others to come and sell you their wares, though they be blessed, though they be important. You must produce your own.
As in all paths that you have seen, whatever ray you are serving on in this organization, in your homes and in branches throughout the world, each one of you must capitalize on the greatest talent you have and use it to bring in the wide opening that the age of Aquarius does provide for all.
Nothing has ever been accomplished without sacrifice and surrender, selflessness and service. We have touched upon this before and we have told you that it is important that your children see that example and emulate it. Thus they will become strengthened and fortified, confident that they can succeed wherever they go and wherever they may be once they go out from this community to make their way in the world and to give their service to a planet.
Blessed ones, we have waited too long for those in the field of education in this community to produce the materials as well as the books that will teach the people one step farther. And that step, beloved, is the step of the spiritualization of consciousness, of drawing the minds of children and people of all ages into the next dimensions where there is no limitation to contacting the mind of God and bringing forth the ingenious inventions that are required for peace and enlightenment and freedom in the coming age.
I ask all who have abilities in writing and producing books and materials for the new levels of education that are demanded to roll up your sleeves and qualify yourselves, whether with more education or with prayer for the gifts of the Holy Spirit. One way or another, beloved, these materials must come forth, else others shall take the ideas and manufacture them for you.
Let the Teachings Go Forth from the Summit
I ask you, then, to note for yourselves in this community worldwide, to determine this day and to think about it throughout this conference, what is the most important talent that you have. Then determine on what ray you have achieved that talent. Then determine what is the next greatest qualification you have to contribute to this worldwide mission and, again, determine on what ray you gained that mastery. With that major and minor ray that you have worked on for many centuries, then apply, apply, I say, to the Lords of Karma for dispensations. And apply your knowledge with the work of the hand and the mind.
Let the teachings go forth from the Summit! Let them go forth from the Summit and the Lighthouse on the mountain. Let the teachings go forth by the fire of your heart and the desiring of the soul and the raising up of the light of the crown chakra.
We are the God and Goddess Meru and we seal you now in the yellow fires of Victory. Go for it, beloved! Go for it! For this is the moment. Strike while the iron is hot!

Background on the God and Goddess Meru
From a lecture by the Messenger Elizabeth Clare Prophet
delivered on June 30, 1995, in the Heart of the Inner Retreat
The God and Goddess Meru are the Manus for the sixth root race. The terms God and Goddess denote that they are cosmic beings who ensoul the God consciousness of their office. God Meru has explained that the names God and Goddess Meru have come down from ancient Lemuria, where their twin flames guarded the light of the Motherland. The physical focus of the Mother flame was lost when Lemuria sank beneath the Pacific Ocean, but the God and Goddess Meru have enshrined the Mother flame at their retreat on the etheric plane to make up for the loss of the physical focus on Lemuria.
Their vast retreat, the Temple of Illumination, is located over Lake Titicaca high in the Andes mountains on the Peru-Bolivia border. At this retreat the God and Goddess Meru focus the feminine ray of the Godhead for the planet. The center of the retreat is directly over the remains of an ancient temple on the Island of the Sun. Jesus, Mother Mary and many saints have studied in this retreat.
The God and Goddess Meru are the sponsors of education, advanced learning, the acceleration of the mind, the heart, the soul and the full development of the potential of the unborn child and all children as they mature.
In a dictation given December 22, 1973, Goddess Meru invited us to make the call to hear the lectures she and the God Meru have given at their retreat. She said: “Of the many lectures and addresses which the God Meru and I have given before the multitudes on the etheric plane, there are specific ones that may be heard by you if you but make the call and the attunement. It is as though you were to take a tape recording of one of your messengers’ lectures [and] play it back.... So you can, by tuning in to our retreat, receive these lectures that we have given. And therefore, our message to you can be an unending one. For if you so desire, and if you make the invocation each day, all through your life you can be receiving the words of the God and Goddess Meru into your etheric body.
“Your outer mind may not have the full awareness of these lectures, these teachings, but step by step as you rise higher, you will have that awareness of the Mind that was also in Christ Jesus. And you will know because you are known of God. You will know because the known laws of God are anchored within your forcefield, within your consciousness, being and world.
“This is a sacred opportunity, one that ought not to be taken lightly or forgotten. May I suggest, then, that you make note of this dispensation and that each night before retiring, each morning before getting out of bed you remember to make the call for the continuing release of wisdom from the heart of the God and Goddess Meru.”
