The Scroll of the Eighties Is Opened
Part 2
I AM here in the fullness of the glory of the ascension flame that is upon the two witnesses.1 Together they stand where I stand and they are the focus for the flow of the figure eight in the holding of the balance of this decade. Mark you well, my beloved, for it is the hour when there can be, if you will it so, the complete flow and the cycling of the light of your causal body through the nexus of the heart of your Christ Self to the lower spheres of your consciousness.
The light of your causal body directed in its descent by your I AM Presence will come only as swiftly as you can contain the light, tolerate it, assimilate it, become it and use it effectively as you wield your sword Excalibur in Morya’s name.2 Thus, within your Great Causal Body is light enough to allow you to glow and to glow until the white cube becomes the glowing fervor of your soul in the earth.
Let each individual hold the key to the decision of how much light he can contain within his chakras. It is, after all, neither Sanat Kumara nor Gautama nor Maitreya nor Jesus Christ who will determine what initiations you will receive. But it is always your free will measured by the Law, measured by the reed that is given into the hand of John the Beloved for the measuring of the temple and those who worship in the temple of God.3
This is the hour for the measuring of the ability of the soul to contain light. It is the prophecy of the eleventh chapter of the Book of Revelation. And before the prophesying of the two witnesses goes forth abroad in the world by every means of communication, there is the moment when John the Beloved moves within the inner court, coming and measuring with the rod, like unto the reed, measuring the light quotient of every soul committed to the seven chohans, to the World Teachers and to the Holy Spirit.
The angels walk the earth, angels of John the Beloved. And there is a moment, almost, as it were, a silence in heaven for the space of half an hour. And the moment is the interval of light for the preparation of the transfer from the initiations of the seven rays to the eighth ray.
If you have newly found the Path and the teaching, it does not matter. For cosmos accelerates. You may pick up all of the stitches of the crocheting of the seamless garment. You may yet weave the deathless solar body.4 You may yet pass through the halls of the retreats of the seven chohans even while there is abuilding in your temple the outline of the mighty figure eight of the Spirit/Matter cosmos.
I AM the Maha Chohan. I hold in my right hand the seven-sealed book. May you be worthy and may the Lamb who is worthy be the Son of God who elects to be the elector of the Four and Twenty Elders.
The Path! The Path! To the Path, I summon you! At last! At last, to rise from the morass of earth! At last, to hear the certain voice. At last, to know that there is a way to go, that I AM the way, that the I AM in you is the Word, that the Word in you is personified in the embodied Lamb and that the Word in the messenger is indeed the Word of God, is indeed the Person. At last, at last, souls of earth can know the homeward path is open.
Open the way! Open wide the way, for we have come to San Francisco today to announce the procession of light! And all who have graduated from earth’s schoolrooms under these seven chohans, the World Teachers and myself have gathered here in a mighty demonstration of light to say, “See! We are here. We are the ten thousand times ten thousand and the thousands of thousands robed in white who sing the hosannas and the praises unto the Lamb and the Ancient of Days. For we have come up through the school of hierarchy. We have passed through the retreats of the seven chohans and we witness unto the Path—the certain path of life victorious over hell and death. We are here as the Lord Jesus Christ places in the hand of his vicar5 the keys of hell and death that they may be bound in the earth as they are bound in heaven.”
Understand the meaning of the binding of hell and death. It is the final initiation of the one ascending—the binding of the power of the entire astral plane to intrude itself upon the children of the light. Therefore, the summoning of the Word and the Word that is manifest and the key of the Word is the binding of hell and death as the entire hierarchy of God ascended holds back the astral sea and it is parted, and the children of the light pass through unto the Path, the path of victory!
I AM the Maha Chohan. I warn of the treacherous waters of the astral sea. I warn of danger lurking that surely is overcome in the presence of the Lamb and the saints. I warn of a path filled with light and glory opposed by all who are threatened by that path.
Therefore, walk—not with head tilted back or head tilted down, for in too much heaven-gazing you will lose your ground, and in too much earth-gazing you will lose your balance and your perspective. Therefore, look straight ahead. Look into the eyes of God who is before you in the person of the faithful and true.
Look before you and look on the line of the horizon where the setting sun and the rising sun show the cyclic flow of the figure eight glowing with the light of the nexus. Thus, at the dawn and at the dusk is the celebration of the hour of the soul’s daily ritual of passing through the nexus of the solar light consciousness.
I AM the Maha Chohan. By the application of all that you know, you will pass through the initiations of the eighties God-victorious. But apply you must and trust you must in the light of the ascended masters, your own God Self, your own Christ Self and in the nexus of the figure eight who is Sanat Kumara, the Eternal Lamb incarnate in the embodied Lamb. For the nexus is the key to this victory.
And you have heard of psychic forces hurling their psychic spheres, hurling their psychic predictions into those years. You have heard of astrological signs and portents and the Jupiter effect6—all of this—and the prognostications of war and the rumors of war and the massive buildup of power East and West and all of the manipulations. All of this, all of this is destined to be dissolved in the white flame of the fourth plane. And the fourth plane is the seat of Sanat Kumara. And the sign of the emerald is the sign of that plane.
Therefore, if it is destiny, and fiery destiny at that, then, in the earth, positioned as the strong pilasters,* are the souls of light who will be the fulfillment of that destiny. Let shepherds rise from among you.
Rise, shepherds, and seize the Book of Life! For the Book of Life is the Everlasting Gospel and the angel flies in the heaven to preach that gospel to the men who dwell upon the earth.7
Take the teachings of the Maha Chohan. Take the teachings of the seven chohans. And as a mother feeding her children, take the teachings crumb by crumb, morsel by morsel and place them in the mouth of the little children. Learn as you go and go as you learn, for there is no time to wait.
Take the books. Be armoured with the tapes and listen to the Word and then speak the Word. For that Everlasting Gospel is the composite of all of the teaching of the Great White Brotherhood delivered by the witnesses in many forms and in the lesser gospels.
So it is come. So the mighty angel flying in the heavens is indeed the flying eagle.8 And the flying eagle is your very own beloved Sanat Kumara who comes on time, ahead of time, on schedule in the nexus of the hourglass to deliver the Word whereby the evolutions of earth are saved to the uttermost in the eighties.
I AM come. Rise, O shepherds of the people! For now I would feed you my manna of light, and therefore I would bless the bread and the wine. Let it be brought to me.

Hail, O Elohim! Hail, O seraphim! For I AM come for the sealing of the light of these souls. I invoke the light of Victory. I invoke the light of the legions of Archangel Michael.
I AM the Maha Chohan. And with this ritual and with this consecration, I seal every heart of light who will carry my vibration to the ends of the earth. I summon my angels as guardian spirits of the life, the temple, the soul, the mind, the heart, the consciousness of you who have the courage to be the shepherds of the people of earth.
O tender sheep upon the hillsides, I send you love and comfort and promise that the true shepherds are coming. O tender sheep, feel my love, for in this hour it is love that you understand. And when you receive my shepherds and know the voice of the Son of God in them, you shall indeed hear the voice of the Almighty One and follow it. And then wisdom will crown the love that you are and that you have.
O my beloved, if it were only love that were necessary. I tell you these sheep have much love, but they are lacking in the balance of wisdom. And therefore, in order to balance the threefold flame, they must first have the wisdom of the Law, and therefore by the balance of wisdom and love receive the initiation of power and with power, the resolution of life and with the resolution of life, entrance into the halls of Luxor.
Therefore I transfer my Body and my Blood that none shall be able to pluck one of these out of the hand of the Father or out of the hand of the Son. I make the sign of the cosmic cross of white fire that none of the true children of God may be lost to the false gurus and the wolves in sheep’s clothing. By the authority of our Word, we bind them in earth and in heaven.
Be bound by Alpha, by Omega! I AM the Maha Chohan. I tear from you your garments this day! I tear from you your garments! Be exposed unto all the world and unto all of the lightbearers! Be exposed, ye fallen ones! I tear from you your garments!
I AM the Maha Chohan! You shall no longer defile the light of the Holy Ghost nor the person of Sanat Kumara in the Mother flame nor the person of the Father or the Son nor the person of the witnesses, the saints or the great multitude. I tear from you your garments!
Now receive the initiation of the station of the cross. Be stripped of your garments! Stand naked as you had him stand before all the world. He stood naked and he was not found wanting. Now you shall stand naked and all shall see the defilement of your being and the being of God, for thou art the abomination of desolation standing in the holy place where it ought not.9 I tear from you your garments, ye fallen ones! Be exposed! Be bound in the earth and in the heaven!
In the name of Sanat Kumara, in the name of the cosmic cross of white fire, it is done! And I charge this Body and this Blood of Christ with the full impetus of my Word that you might witness unto the Holy Spirit’s judgment in this hour of those who have defiled love—the true love of the Guru and the chela, the true love of the Lamb and the Lamb’s wife, the true love of twin flames and of the Almighty for his own.
I AM THAT I AM, and the LORD God is come into his temple and he will not be moved. I will not be moved. You will not be moved. Therefore, come. Come to this altar now and receive of me and mine own. For I AM here to atone because I love you.
[Holy Communion is served.]
My light body you are and you are become myself. Portion by portion is the Holy Spirit granted unto the soul. You have stood and you still stand.
Before the throne of the Lamb, I announce your names, each and every one. I speak your given name in this life and I speak the new name. And the recording angels have written that you have stood to be the shepherds of the people. Now all of heaven will converge upon that soul who says, “Here am I, Lord, send me.”10
Therefore, watch and wait, for by many means will the teaching come—by our teachers taught and our books that we have wrought. We will raise you up in proportion as you raise up the light of the Son of man within you.
I AM the Maha Chohan. I have come to embrace you as [of] old. I hold you in my arm of light. I hold you to my heart. Now be with Sanat Kumara, the eagles that take flight to carry with the angel the Everlasting Gospel.
Lo, I AM Who I AM. Lo! I AM come and it is sealed.
