The Wrapping of the Earth in the
Swaddling Garment of Crystal
Hail, O light!
I AM here in the light of the Central Sun, in the light of the Holy of Holies. I AM come! I AM Elohim! I AM the keeper of the flame of the Word of God. I AM Cyclopea. By the All-Seeing Eye of God, by the emerald ray now trained upon this civilization, God ordains the acceleration in earth of the flame of living truth.
I am joined on this platform by numerous Great Silent Watchers who keep the watch of the immaculate design for each soul, each system of worlds, each galaxy. Contemplate Elohim and Great Silent Watchers without number through the vast cosmos that is God, holding the matrix of the Mother light for the intricacies of starry worlds and of souls and of light itself.
We enter the fiery coil. We know the Word. We are become the Word. We are that life. We are that universality. We contain the ocean. We are the drop in the ocean.
Do not entertain notions of infinity until you are infinity. All else must be speculation, for the finite is yet the drop. Yet the portion is the All. And if you will enter the All, I assure you, you will not fall but rather rise and rise again and again with Sanat Kumara. For he is the light of the world. And every servant-son who has come forth from the throne of the Ancient of Days has repeated his mantra, “Lo, I AM the light of the world! Lo, I AM the light of the world! Lo, I AM the light of the world!” 1 And so it is. And so it will be when you have uttered, as he did, a million times a million that mantra.
So, the Son of God, patient, tireless, in the starry octaves, entered in to the repetition of rounds of the Word for aeons. And lo, he declared, “Before Abraham was, I AM!”2 And lo, Abraham was in the bosom of God, even as Christ is in the bosom of Abraham aeons before the incarnation of the Saviour. The Saviour was the Word in the beginning. That Saviour, that Christ, that Lamb of God is the resonance of the world, of all creation.
Lo, I AM come! And I sound the Word of the All-Seeing Eye of God. And there is whirling from the very eye of the Creator the descending geometric thoughtform that whirls and spins, descending in the great spiral. And it cascades from Spirit unto Matter. And that geometric forcefield is the bearer of the bright light of love of Sanat Kumara unto these darkened worlds.
Lo, I AM come! Lo, the All-Seeing Eye of God is an infinite arc of light. It is a ray of light that follows the entire curve of cosmos. The ray of light, the All-Seeing Eye, is the penetration, by that seeing, of every electron in all space and time and before and after time and space. If it were not so, the worlds would not hang together. For it is the eye of God, the all-seeing of God, by which the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in the birth of the Universal Manchild. For the creation is perpetually giving birth to the Word, even as the Word was in the beginning before the creation.3
Understand the corridors and the compartments of Universal Being. Understand the universes beyond universes.
Understand God if you will, O mortal. Understand thyself if you will, for he has willed it so. Therefore, he who understands not has not willed it so. He, therefore, is out of alignment with the All-Seeing Eye of God. By the eye, the crystal of the mind of God divulges its secrets.
O mind of God, we approach thee with a hush, an awe, a silence. And the tinkling of crystal reminds us of guardian spirits who surround the Great Hub of Life, who guard the way of the mind of God, who transmit the mind of God by the sound of crystal. For the power is too great. And when the power becomes so great, its thunder is not containable by the universe. And therefore, the thunder is condensed into the crystal. And the crystal transmits the tinkling sound of higher worlds, and thereby the thunder is heard in the soul.
Capacitors of the mind of God you are. Light compressing, light decompressing, light accelerating, light decelerating, undulations of sound, and lo, you are the instrument of that sound. And you are the sound itself.
I AM Cyclopea. I love. I transmit the fiery world and the fiery Word. I AM Cyclopea. I transmit the light of the ruby ray. There is no power but God4 that can act in universal manifestation.
You are held in the crystal fire mist. You are held in the heart of the Infinite One. And lo, we are come for the fixing of the blueprint. Therefore, let all the earth rejoice. For every child of God who has dared to dream a dream of a heaven-world may now follow the dream and enter the matrix of the etheric blueprint of a golden age held now as the light of filigree crystal, as the light now is placed round about this earth as a swaddling garment of crystal. And the crystallization of the crystal fire mist is for the dispensation of the turning of the worlds, the turning of the worlds!
O light! O light! O light in the heart of every living soul!
Respond to the light, the light that we, the Silent Watchers, deliver.
This world shall be changed, but who shall observe the change? Shall every eye behold him or only the eye that is beheld by him. The eye that gazes upon the star becomes the receptacle for the fiery pools of starry worlds. As you meditate upon the stars, an arc of light returns to you rays of a Cosmic Christ. And some stars are for the ruby ray and some the emerald, some the crystal and the blue fire mist of the Pleiades5 and the aurora of their corona light, the rose hue of the ruby cross, and some stars return to you the violet flame. If it were not so, O earth, O earthling, you could not know God.
Transmitters of light positioned everywhere in a cosmos may be contacted by the inner eye, by the inner vision. Let your stargazing be upon the Sun behind the sun, the great Spirit/Matter cosmos. And the Sun behind the sun is the point of origin whereby this Alpha and Omega cosmos translates again and again and again until the sign of infinity weaves an antahkarana of caduceus through fiery worlds.
Come. Come, have the courage to take the hand of an Elohim. Have the courage to be in the earth in the fiery pyra mid of Matter and to ascend for a moment in the fiery pyramid of Spirit.
I AM Cyclopea. I am sent on the mission of the wrapping of the earth in the swaddling garment of crystal to effect a golden age and to bring hearts pure nearer to the inner walk with God. I approximate light in you. I give you co-measurement. I give you vision—the ability to see your self positioned on earth and your soul reaching for the stars, the ability to see yourself come and go within your temple—to be detached from your desirings that are impure, possessive; to be detached, for hours of soul journey, from mental patterns, physical density, even illusions recorded in the lower etheric body.
I show you a house, a house builded on sand. You come and go from that house. And one day you perceive how unstable is the house built upon the sand. And then you decide to build the house upon the rock, the everlasting rock.6 And so you build anew. The house built upon the rock becomes your habitation. You come. You go. You fulfill the Law, I know.
The house is your four lower bodies. The four lower bodies, then, unstable for unfounded upon the rock, may become stable upon the rock and therefore be the vehicle— yea, the temple—for the comings and goings of the soul until the hour of your ascension. Therefore, tear down, rebuild. Rebuild the house and know that by nonattachment to that house, you will be free to be God and not ensnared by identification with a vehicle rather than with the fire that burns upon its altar.
Know the Word. Know thyself. Come and go in these octaves. But do not identify with the spirals of dense desire that must rise out of the subconscious to be transmuted. For when they rise, they appear as serpents to taunt and tempt and tantalize the soul. The serpent beguiling is nothing more than an untransmuted, old spiral. Let the spiral, the fiery coil of your very own mighty I AM God Presence descend with such intensity and accelerated momentum that the descending spiral of ascension current consumes the rising spiral of dense desire.
I give you the key to the transmutation of ancient karma. For some of you have transmuted recent karma and now will be required to challenge, to bind, to call for the consuming, even unto the uttermost, of that dweller-on-the-threshold. When you do it, it will be done for all, in the sense that your victory is a momentum of victory to everyone who must also make the call.
Beloved ones, with the wrapping of the planetary body in the crystal swaddling garment of light comes the initiation on the path of the ruby ray of the binding of serpents. Take up those serpents. They will not hurt you when you understand that it is the white light, fiery coil of Mother flame, that has already ascended that now descends to consume it to the last.
It can be done. It shall be done, I promise you. But it is of all initiations most intense. And therefore, even these systems of worlds, her evolutions, have been at one point or another on the path of initiation beguiled by the serpent and the serpent consciousness and the seed of the serpent that rises out of the depths of your own subconscious electronic belt.
I AM Cyclopea. I seek victors who are willing not only to wrestle with the angel, as Jacob,7 but to wrestle with the serpent, with the determination to win. Do not wrestle with any serpent unless you have predetermined your victory! I warn you, wrestling with serpents is not child’s play. And therefore, it is given at the end of the path of the ruby ray. Take the path step by step. One day you will know how it is required of you and how you will fulfill that requirement. One day it will become mandatory and therefore no longer an option.
Therefore, prepare with childlike trust. For the only preparation necessary is an abundance of white-fire Mother flame sealed in your chakras, ready to vanquish the enemy self-created. For the egg of the serpent has become the sea monster of the depth of the subconscious. This is called “sowing the wind and reaping the whirlwind.”8 All spirals multiply unless checked by the crystal sword, by the Great Divine Director and all who are his initiates under the light of the hierarchy of God-power—hierarchy initiators called “Capricorn.”9
So, let the chelas of the light understand that when the original Word was spoken, “Let there be light!”10 that Word was repeated, is repeated, shall be repeated throughout all creation. And as it is repeated, following the fiery coil of the spiral of the Creator, it accelerates and accelerates and accelerates. And wherever you enter the spiral, you begin to vibrate with the increase.
Let there be light! Let there be light! Let there be light!
And so, the repetition of the Word accelerates faster and faster until it is a single tone of crystal light. And therefore, those who follow the Word, even as they follow the Lamb whithersoever he goeth, are exalted by the accelerating sound of the Word.
Why, you can find the beginning and the ending of the Word even in a cross section of chelas who begin with the resonant affirmation, “Let there be light!” and to end with the sound, “Aummmm” [7-second intonation], and the tinkling crystal and then the silence. Stepping up and stepping down light— this is the office of the Great Silent Watchers as we watch and wait to vest you with your mantle of the authority of the Word.
I have come for the acceleration of lightbearers of earth into closer proximity with the light of holy angels and the crystal matrix of a planet. I AM Cyclopea in your midst alway.

5. In our portion of the universe, the seat of the Great White Brotherhood is the Pleiades. This cluster of stars was named by the Greeks for the seven daughters of Atlas and Pleione. The cluster is situated in the constellation Taurus at a distance of four hundred light-years from planet Earth. Of the five hundred stars in the group, six are easily visible to the naked eye.
