A Fourteen-Month Cycle of Ascension’s Flame
The Soul's Witness of the Ascension Flame
Come to Earth in the Person of the One
Part 1
I AM Serapis of the flame, O chelas of the Most High God. I come to ordain you invincible flames of purity and to impel you forward and higher in the path of your own ascension spiral.
I inaugurate a year, a fourteen-month cycle, beginning in the hour of the victory of solstice,1 beginning in the very hour of the release of the cosmic unfed flame into the heart of the earth. And therefore I say, in these fourteen months that commenced this year in the hour of solstice, ascension’s flame as a living fire pulsates, increases and is carried north and south and east and west out of Luxor.
And the Pacific Ocean, site of the temples of ancient Lemuria2, now is a blazing light as priests and priestesses of the Mother flame of the temples of Mu and of the ascension temple gather robed in white with banners of living flame, banners of the Mother, which they have raised up, banners of the light of the Cosmic Christ.
With the coming of Maitreya3 is the initiation of your own raising up of the Mother flame on the path of initiation unto the ascension. A more than ordinary experience opens, then, as temple doors beneath the waters of that sea now open, and you see coming forth ascended masters and their unascended chelas who have kept the flame of the Mother of Mu even beyond the sinking of that land and the destruction of its physical temples.
The flame of the Ma4 has never gone out—kept in the etheric plane in the heart of the earth, in great cities of light, in the waters under the sea and in the earth under the waters under the sea.
The twelve ancient temples and the central altar burning in the etheric retreats—opening as these souls of light carry the flame north, south, east and west—are beckoning to souls of light who used to tarry there, some who came to worship, some who were initiates of the flame and devotees of the Golden Order of Mu.
Ra-Mu, the ancient priest, Ra-Mu, the ensouling one, and the Brotherhood of Mount Shasta5—they have kept the flame of the Ma upon this coast as a physical outer focus within the mountain of these thirteen stations of the mighty cosmic cross of white fire.
Therefore let it be known, all who have responded to the call of Luxor in this year past and who are yet coming into our temple for their training on the Path will now receive acceleration at Luxor (by the pulsating light of resurrection’s flame in the very center of the Great Pyramid) to now increase the flow of Mother light, to now accelerate the Alpha to Omega within the seven centers of being.6 And your initiations, O beloved chelas, continue by the light of the Holy Ghost, the Father and the Son. Wherever you are on that path in this moment you may accelerate tenfold and then one hundredfold.
The goal of this fourteen-month [cycle] is the passing through of your lifestream on the fourteen stations of the cross of the Woman and her seed.7 You will recall that the dragon does persecute the Woman who brings forth the Manchild.8 Thus you will understand the persecution of the white light within you as it rises and pulsates in the person of Mother.
The persecution of Mother upon ancient Lemuria even tuated in the murder of that Mother of the Flame by one who was then embodied, Lucifer himself, and many cohorts of that fallen one who have reincarnated to the present hour with their same momentum of the desecration of the light of the Cosmic Virgin in all of the sons and daughters of God. There fore all of that misuse of the sacred fire comes to the moment of consuming in the hour when sons and daughters of flame raise up the light, and seize the mighty living sword of truth of the Lord Christ himself to slay the dragon and the seed of the dragon and the egg of the dragon for the binding of all that would impose itself upon the seed of the Woman.9 This is the hour of the reckoning, and this is the place of the reck oning, and this is the person of the reckoning, beloved ones.
Now let all be brought into alignment by the mighty figure-eight flow released from the Archangel Uzziel as the light of the Buddha and the Mother now descending,10 now wending its way into your heart, into the chalice. O chelas of the ascension light, raise up a chalice bold; raise up the self unto God and let it be filled now with a mighty descending flame of the light of Alpha that descends as a light of glory from the heart of the I AM THAT I AM to meet the rising Mother flame.
The priests and priestesses of Mu, initiates within the thirteen temples, are marching the great march of the victory of the Mother. And within Luxor there comes forward now one whom you know and love incarnating that ascension flame, intensifying that ascension flame, intensifying that ascension flame within the heart until the threefold flame itself accelerates and spirals and burns through and becomes an outer, tangible physical focus within the heart now manifesting within the heart of the messenger as a tangible light of ascension’s flame that will arc to all chelas of the Great White Brotherhood in this fourteen-month [cycle] for a victory unparalleled since the hours of the great acceleration of light on Lemuria.
And therefore, I send my messenger before my face. I send the white light before me that when I, Serapis, come before you, you will know me as I am, for you will have seen me in that rising flame of Mother light.
O chelas of the Universal Mother, chelas of the Mother of the One and chelas of the Mother before you,11 I AM Serapis. I inaugurate within her and within you new levels of con sciousness, of purity that will be for the resolution of Alpha and Omega, East and West, and the confirming by your word unto the Ancient of Days of your own ascension pathway. It is your path, beloved ones. You make that path, you carve it step by step. As the steps are carved mounting Mount Shasta12 to the very summit of being, to the very light of your I AM Presence, you carve that path. You may use the model of others who have gone before, but it is a lonely way of the ones who are one in the aloneness of God.
I, Serapis Bey, commemorate now that great moment of the rebirth of light within you of the memory of your wedding day as I don the bridal veil and the garment. As I stand before you revealing your soul as the bride of the eternal spouse, let your meditation be upon the singular light of a rising purity and the deep desiring of your soul to fulfill that goal of life.
O my beloved, let not the outer distractions distract you from that single course of the adoring of the Beloved and the great white light. Oh, mystery of mysteries and the eternal wonder, ascension flame descend upon this altar of being. Descend now and blaze forth here forevermore as I pronounce this soul one with God.
And so the marriage vow is sealed, and the one in eternal life here and now, as Above, so below, is the reinforcement of the ascension flame for each and every one of you. That flame of Mother and of purity must go before each and every one, ensouled by Gabriel, ensouled by Hope, ensouled by Purity and Astrea, ensouled by the mighty Seraphim and Justinius. Angels of the Goddess of Purity and angels of cosmic beings of purity, descend now as the adornment of the crown of the Universal Mother, descend now in that mighty light. Let the earth be bathed in purity. Let the earth be bathed in the purity of the ascension flame.
In this hour, there is the sounding of a great bell of purity, and there is the death knell of all human creation. It is come to naught—cause, effect, record and memory. Beloved ones, accept this for yourself in the full awareness that the violet transmuting flame is adequate and indeed abundant to the task of consuming all that precedes your mighty victory in this great ascension spiral.
I AM Serapis. I am determined that you, the disciples of light, will be the disciplined ones. I am determined that you will know who you are because I have set before you an example which your souls now behold—the wedding garment filled with light, a Mother filled with joy, a soul rising in that flame of joy and God-happiness. Your souls then witness the ascension of the ascension. Your souls then witness the mys tery of the mystery, how mighty light can descend in a moment, in an hour. And in the twinkling of an eye, now you see and now you see again a translation of soul of light.
We stand at Luxor, we who are the adepts of the flame, ascended masters and all who have gone before. Enter now the one, the crown, the one who stands within the center of that flame receiving light descending from Helios and Vesta and all of the angels beyond the angels of the Great Central Sun. Earth, a solar system, a galaxy of light rises then to untold victories as that great demonstration of the assimilation of the soul by God is unto you the great conviction of the flaming rod and the mystery of twin flames as Above and so below.
I AM Serapis. I glow and glow and glow for happiness and joy in the great accomplishment of the chela. Let each chela, then, take heart that there is a path, and there is a start, and there is a finish. And as you are the living witnesses unto the victory of the ascension, now even within the etheric plane, anchored in the third eye upon your brow, there is the vision, there is the glimpse, there is the testimony of that ascension.
And therefore sealed within you is the memory of the victory, is the actuality of your participation in that ascension spiral, in that ascension flame. And once you have seen by the direct presence of your soul one single soul fill the goal stand ing within the altar at Luxor, then you will know forever and forever that you yourself will one day stand in that point, in that place, transmuting all time and space, accelerating into the perfection of eternal life.
Thus the requirement of this year, 1978, is fulfilled for one ascension to take place, my beloved, and a most unusual mys tery of the manifestation of that ascension. The Ancient of Days long ago set before the one hundred and forty and four thousand the understanding, for earth to remain within the orb of the path of initiation, that single requirement must be met—a single ascension in each year.
I then, Serapis Bey, have allowed you to be a part of the great circle of this great mystery, and unto each and every one of you is given the vision of that manifestation. As each one is able to receive it, it becomes the mystery of the Grail within you.
Now, souls of light, be infired, be accelerated with a great light and let the testimony of your soul be the witness of that perfection flame, that ascension flame come to earth in the person of the one.
I AM Serapis Bey. This ascension then complete, the newly ascended master does open the door for chelas to come to the Holy of Holies to worship at the altar of Mother and to draw that light.
This year will know an unprecedented release in the written word and the spoken Word of the keys of the Holy Grail, the mystical light of your own individual ascension.

“The Summit Lighthouse Sheds Its Radiance o’er All the World to Manifest as Pearls of Wisdom.”
This dictation by Serapis Bey was delivered by the Messenger of the Great White Brotherhood Elizabeth Clare Prophet on Friday, December 29, 1978, during the four-day conference, The Feast of Saint Stephen, held at Camelot, Los Angeles County, California.

And all of the four cosmic forces, who bow before her throne of grace, will respond upon the call of the chelas near and far.”

6. The messenger has taught that God placed within the soul or the etheric body seven centers or seven spheres of consciousness. On October 23, 1978, she said, “In Sanskrit, the Hindus call them chakras. Chakra simply means ‘wheel of the law,’ the wheel of God’s energy turning.The seven centers are seven planes of experiencing God. They correspond to the seven days of creation, the seven planes of heaven. Each of these centers is given to us in order to experience God.”
7. The fourteen stations of the cross are fourteen events in the last hours of Jesus’ life, from the time of his judgment and trial to when he was laid in the sepulchre. They represent his mastery and sacrifice on behalf of mankind. This Piscean cross is given for the balancing of karma and for the preparation of the initiation of the crucifixion on the cosmic cross of white fire. Answering the call of the ascended masters El Morya and Jesus, the messenger Elizabeth Clare Prophet and chelas began walking the fourteen stations of the Aquarian cross on June 27, 1972.The fourteen stations of the Aquarian cross is a path of initiation that we walk with the Divine Mother charted on the cosmic clock. 10. Archangel Uzziel referred to the figure eight of the Buddha and the Mother in a dictation on April 8, 1977, in which he released an action “to clear from your temple the most recalcitrant manifestations that have been set against your light to deprive you of this victory before your ascension.”
11. The messenger, Elizabeth Clare Prophet, is addressed as “Mother” by students of the ascended masters. A devotee of the Divine Mother, she received the mantle of the office of Mother of the Flame on April 9, 1966, from Clara Louise Kieninger, now ascended lady master and Regent Mother Clara Louise. (The ascended master Saint Germain anointed Clara Louise as the first Mother of the Flame in 1961.) Additionally, the crown of the World Mother was placed upon the messenger by the Goddess of Liberty in Mexico City on January 1, 1974.
12. In 1922, Sierra Club members sponsored the building of the Shasta Alpine Lodge. J. M. (“Mac”) Olberman, age 60, a caretaker, labored for twelve years to construct a flagstone path from Horse Camp to just below Lake Helen. From there to the summit of Mount Shasta, he placed mileposts, cairns and painted rock markers. The flagstone section was later named Olberman’s Causeway in his honor.
