The Release of an Energy Spiral
for the Fulfillment of God’s Plan in This Age
“Be the Buddha Where I Am”
Part 1
In this day in the cycle of my appearing in Terra in the white-fire core of the hearts of the sons and daughters of God, my ode to joy1 is the release of a spiral from the Great Central Sun, from the heart of Alpha and Omega, from Helios and Vesta.
This spiral of energy now encompasses the earth. I include within its forcefield every son and daughter of God who will respond to the inner calling of the dispensation of the hour to be the bodhisattva, to enter the great spiral of God’s heart for the deliverance of a planet and a people.
In this hour, in this moment and in this city, Almighty God has chosen to release through me, as the ruling hierarch of earth, the energy spiral that is required for the fulfillment of the plan of God in this age. Within the spiral of energy is the code, in cosmic cipher, of every lifestream who has vowed to be a part of this ultimate push unto the victory for the lightbearers of earth, for the children of God who will take the spiral that is extended and follow it to the white-fire core of their own being.
I, Gautama, stand before you. I extend the light rays from Shamballa to this city and to the forcefield of light that has been intensified over this city by the devotees of light. And through the mandala, I extend now the reinforcement of the inner vow of every soul upon earth to enter into the mainstream of deliverance for the salvation of earth’s people.
This is an era and a dispensation that has an origin and a culmination of its cycle. We have been many centuries preparing for the hour when the fullness of the feminine ray might come to the fore in the sons and daughters of God upon earth. And by that coming, through the meditation of a hundred thousand flames of the hundred thousand Buddhas, that Mother flame has been sustained and is rising. And through it, each child of God will crystallize the tiny crystal of Mother light that is the magnet to draw the Buddha into the self and the self unto the Buddha.
I am the electrode of the figure eight for the sustainment of a cosmos, of a system of worlds. I desire to make you the electrode for the sustainment of life within your evolution.
I declare to you, then, that those who are contacted this day in all planes of Matter across the face of the earth by my heart flame who elect to become one in the Buddha and in the cause of the Great White Brotherhood will enter in at the point zero of the release of this spiral and, therefore, will be able to traverse it unto its culmination in their own individual ascension and in the ascension, ultimately, of the earth and those evolutions who have chosen to be caught in the upward sweep of this energy that comes from the Central Sun as a great magnet of the ascension flame.
The light rays which stream from my heart are infinite in number and yet finite insofar as the numbers of those upon earth are concerned. I reinforce, then, the contact through the messenger with every soul destined to fulfill the ascension in this era. I reinforce the contact through Jesus Christ, the Anointed One, to all disciples and all initiates of his flame. I reinforce the contact with the souls who carry the light with the dispensation of Islam.
I extend, then, from my heart, the intensification of the light ray which will draw each soul who has the fulfillment within of the highest light, and that reinforcement will be the antahkarana of the mandala of the age. Now I extend from my heart to the hearts of those who have fulfilled the Real Self through Hinduism, through Buddhism, through Zoroastrianism, through Confucianism, Christianity, Judaism and every form of religion upon the face of the earth. Wherever the soul has made contact with the flame and become that flame, that soul is singled out as the point in the mandala where the cross of white fire becomes the point of leadership for thousands and millions of souls.
I release through the messenger the training for leadership to sons and daughters of God who remember the inner vow made to the Ancient of Days. [4-second pause] I release the teaching. I release the memory from the body of memory. I extend and expand consciousness. [4-second pause] I release Victory’s flame. [3-second pause]
I raise my arms and form the circle with the spiral of light around the earth at the equator, and the earth is girded now with this coil from the Central Sun. And within this coil, the Coming Revolution, the marching of the legions of light.
Let there be the gathering. Let there be the enlisting of souls of light. Let those who physically hear the message run with the Word to deliver the message to those who have not heard, so that all might hear with the inner ear and see with the inner eye that I, Gautama, the Lord of the World, have received from Almighty God the dispensation of light for the fulfillment of the ten-year plan2 and for the fulfillment of the salvation of earth’s evolutions.
I draw you into my heart. Now come, blessed of my Father. All of you can be contained within my heart, and the millions of earth’s evolutions. All are one in the intimacy of the one great Buddhic heart. I draw you into the mind and the wise dominion of love.
I make known to you the reality of your counterpart in the ascended octaves of light. Each one of you serves under an ascended being of great light. Some of these ascended beings are known to you and some are among the nameless ones. Each of you, then, is responsible to a very present person, one who does deliver to you the light, the energy, the coordinate of your own identity twenty-four hours a day.
This ascended master stands in relationship to you over the figure-eight flow. And as you draw the light from above, so the energies of the day will cycle. And your ascended master friend of light will receive perhaps your weariness in the way, perhaps your weakness, and transmutation at the nexus of light will occur.
I urge you, then, to make friends with this one son of light, who has, before Almighty God, rededicated himself anew this day to the holding of the balance of the flame of life on earth. For every son and daughter of God who lives on earth today, an ascended master has gone before the altar of Alpha and Omega to pledge this intimate and very personal relationship that spans the octaves, that enables you to realize that the reality of heaven is a here-and-now experience and that you may hold consort with friends of light, with loved ones who are ascended, and feel the integration of your body on earth with the body of God in heaven. And for every child of God on earth, the outer rings in the temple are filled with the saints in heaven who also have rededicated their vow to stand with these children of God who know not the way to go.
Some of you understand that the one who is called the Son of God has passed the initiations of the Christic consciousness and therefore, as an initiate on the Path, has greater advancement than the child of God who is only coming newly into the awareness of himself as the joint heir with the Begotten Son and with the Word incarnate. And so the shepherds are the sons and daughters of God, and the sheep are the children. And the fallen ones are those who usurp the position of the sons and daughters of God. And their creations, as the demons and the dark ones, are those which come to taunt the little children as they make their way toward the center of the flame that is God.
I am Gautama Buddha. I stand with you for the deliverance of earth. My presence, my aura, quivers with the power that Almighty God has transferred this day for action upon earth.
It is very clear, ladies and gentlemen, to the Cosmic Council and to the Lords of Karma that earth and her evolutions will not continue their present way of life unless there is great change in every area of life. We have seen the handwriting upon the wall. We have seen the playing out of the karma that increases day by day. We have seen the darkness that is coming across this land and every land as the result of the Dark Cycle and, in turn, the multiplication of the karma-making process by ignorance.
In order to avert the cataclysm that this oncoming karma brings, there is required far greater numbers to invoke the violet flame, to give the intonations and the invocations to God. And therefore the dispensation for many souls to come into the light and the understanding of the I AM Presence must be forthcoming.
Whether you are ready or whether you are not ready, the giant wave of light is oncoming. And now it crests for manifestation in the physical octave. Those who know the art of surfing will be there to crest that wave. Those who know the art of the salvation of the worlds will be there to crest that wave.
Blessed ones, as you say when you are children on the playground of life: “Ready or not, here I come!” Beloved ones, the earth is not ready for the coming of God but, then, will the earth ever be ready?
[Audience responds: “Yes!”]
It is always true that some will understand.3 God gives his life for one, for the many and for the few. God will send his only begotten Son into the world if but for the purpose of the salvation of one soul.
And therefore God releases a mighty oncoming wave of light. God releases the energy, that many souls may be caught up in this wave and coil over the great coil of fire to the center of the Sun. Those who do not take this dispensation may very well find themselves in other spheres, in other planes, in other evolutions.

This dictationby Gautama Buddha was delivered by the Messenger of the Great White Brotherhood Elizabeth Clare Prophet on Sunday, December 4, 1977, during the class Become the Buddha, held in San Francisco, California.
1. An excerpt from “Ode to Joy,” the fourth movement of Beethoven’s Ninth Symphony, was played as meditation music after the dictation.
2. On May 8, 1977, Gautama Buddha inaugurated a ten-year plan to turn the tide of darkness in the earth.
3. Some will understand. After Gautama Buddha’s enlightenment under the Bo tree, the tempter Mara tried to dissuade him from his mission. Mara said: “How can your experience be translated into words? Return to nirvana. Do not try to deliver your message to the world, for no one will comprehend it. Remain in bliss.” Gautama replied, “There will be some who will understand.” He then journeyed to Benares and delivered his first sermon, revealing the Four Noble Truths and the Eightfold Path.
