The New Order of the Ascension Flame
Part 1
The triumph of the light is within the sanctuary of the Holy Grail, the counterpart of your innermost temple of being. Thus in Spirit and in Matter is the temple. And it is the temple within the secret chamber of your heart, where your Christ Self receives me now, the Goddess of Purity. I enter, Mother flame, bearer of the ascension light.
Long, long ago I departed from an earthly temple of Lemuria to accelerate my own light of purity. I departed then because there were not sufficient souls of light to maintain the levels of purity required to sustain an outer focus of my flame. And thus, I abandoned all, and many I left behind—many who yet are evolving within the earth and some who are within these very walls who chose, then, to remain in the outer court as I took the initiations of the inner court of the sanctuary of the Holy Grail.
Thus, I have held within my heart, long centuries now, the hope and the faith and the charity that one day once again that focus of purity’s light could be externalized not only in Spirit but in Matter also. For the value of the temple and the inner flame here within the physical octave is that many souls who cannot go within, who know not how to contact the inner Christ, and who do not retain the memory of the inner walk within our retreats at night therefore require the outer focus, the outer representatives, something concrete—a book in the hand to study, a friend on the Path to greet, a smiling face, and the seeing of the very eye of the master in the eye of the messenger. This is why our bands have come to earth to embody.
And what is the purpose of your coming in this life? Many of you met with me, with the Lords of Karma and in my retreat of purity’s flame with the understanding of how the light of the ascension flame, the flame of the Mother of Mu, had gone out because there were all too few, not enough, to sustain once again in the outer court a flame of purity, a dedication of ascension’s fire.
Thus, with all of the projects and the commitments to Saint Germain and to the Great Divine Director for the saving of America and for the giving of the teaching of the violet flame for the awakening of the 144,000 and their memory of the Ancient of Days and their mission—for all the assignments that you have been given, your souls yet understand that the apex of life and the capstone upon the pyramid of the mission is the raising up of souls of light unto the reality, the great practicality, of the goal of the ascension, which is won stone by stone in the fulfillment of all requirements of all of the chakras, all of the seven rays, in the very levels of earth, society and civilization.
I Come with Ascended Master Pilgrims of Light
And so I come. I come focusing my flame of purity. I come to return. I come to stay.
I AM the Goddess of Purity. Over many thousands of years I have periodically come back to earth to survey the scene and the outer temples and the busyness of men. And each and every time I have concluded, there is not yet a spot pure enough for that flame and that vigil. And when beloved Saint Germain came forth to sponsor the great teaching of the I AM Presence and of the very personal Self, the Real Self, and of the violet flame, I lent my sponsorship and my light and my causal body. And because of Saint Germain, you know my name, you have that contact with a cosmic flame of purity that you are able to invoke and to be one with if you so choose.
Today in this hour of my coming, I come as the result of the opening of certain temple doors in the inner temples surrounding the central altar of Lemuria. I come, and with me is the long procession of devotees of ascended masters who guard the flame on the twelve lines of that cosmic clock of Lemuria, ensouling the purity flame in those alabaster cities of light hermetically sealed far beneath the access of men, far beneath* their fondest dreams or understanding of what in reality are the light evolutions of earth.
These pilgrims of light, ascended masters, are those who came in the hour of the sinking of Mu. Some of them came, mind you, as remnants of the first three root races, who attained their ascension. And when they saw the great devastation and the betrayal of those evolutions who were sent to guard the flame, they volunteered to keep the flame within those inner temples in the etheric plane, anchoring that light into the body of the earth.
The Unbroken Thread of the Path of Initiation
Thus there has ever been, since the sinking of Mu, the focus of the ascension light—the Mother light, the white light that is won, even upon the twelve doors, the twelve gates, to the New Jerusalem. The twelve gates, three on each side, into the New Jerusalem are gates that mark the initiations of the twelve solar hierarchies. And so in winning the ascension flame, it is necessary to balance the threefold flame and to extol and to externalize purity’s light within each and every one of the temple doors.
In ancient Lemuria, you knew the great ritual of moving from temple to temple at certain seasons of prayer and fasting as pilgrims of light would walk from temple to temple and there tarry for a ritual of purification and ensoulment of the light of Mother. And then the initiates who had mastered the sacred fires of those twelve temples would be invited to enter into the central altar of the Mother light, presided over by great cosmic beings, ministered by the Holy Kumaras. And thus you see, awareness of a path of initiation is part of an ancient memory of Lemuria, of Mother and of all souls of the real and living Mother Guru, that universal principle of life Omega.
You are all a part of her great vast consciousness, you who are of the light. She is the original teacher; Mother is the teacher of the offspring of Father. Therefore by the hand of Mother you learned of wisdom in the very earliest manifestation of your souls, who came forth born out of that great solar fire.
And thus, your acquaintance with the white light of Mother Omega and your understanding of Omega as the eternal Guru have enabled you to understand Mother also as the messenger in your midst and to perceive beyond the veil that from heart to heart through ascended masters and Elohim and solar hierarchies, there is the unbroken thread of the path of your initiation. It is handed down from Omega to other emissaries of light and, finally, placed most preciously as the sacred communion, the body and blood that is the teaching of the entire Spirit of the Great White Brotherhood.
Consecration of the New Order at Camelot
I AM the Goddess of Purity, and once again I am welcome. Once again I have the dispensation of Mother Omega, of the Four and Twenty Elders and the Cosmic Council and your own blest Karmic Board to now send forth an outpicturing of light, a flame of light—a white light within this community and within this very sanctuary of the Holy Grail.
And with me are the cosponsors of a new order of the ascension flame, my own beloved Goddess of Light and Queen of Light. We three keep the flame of purity and of light, of crystal white light, as the three dots of a cosmos of purity.1 We come, then, in fulfillment of the inner vow of your souls and of souls incoming. These little children of light have come forth with great dedication, knowing that the flame of the ascension must be kept on earth as a physical flame.
It is my desire, then, to draw out from among you and all who will hear my word those who will be initiates of the twelve temples of Lemuria, walking from temple to temple to learn specifically the way of purity’s light of the ascension flame in each of those twelve points of the Law and of the hierarchy. And therefore, my beloved, the Great Law of the universe does allow this new order of the ascension flame to now be consecrated here within these walls of Camelot, here within these heart chambers who are gathered.
For souls among you, souls who are a part of this circle of fire, certain souls, have qualified by the purity of God-desire and the pure motive of the heart to carry a portion of my flame—each one carrying a portion, from the wee little ones to those who are preparing for other octaves, each one carrying a portion. The total of that sum, then, becomes the quantity of light required by the Great Law for an extraordinary manifestation of the white light.
Reconsecrate Yourselves to the Ascension Service
And therefore I call you, my beloved, to reconsecrate yourselves once again to the ascension service, held here within this sanctuary each Friday evening. And as you come, let it be known of you that you will bear those candles, even as the pilgrim ascended masters—walking, processioning from those temples of Mu—bear them today. And each bearing of the candle, my beloved, is the consecration of a single life unto the ritual of the ascension.
You who bear the physical fire may also bear the sacred fire of an ascension flame. And as you know the requirement of the Law, the candle that you bear must first be borne for the ascension of your own soul. Thus, in bearing that candle, the bearing of it in itself is your own acceding to the initiation and the path of purity. The fire that you light is a signal to cosmic beings and hierarchies in far-off worlds that you have elected to carry purity, to expand your chalice, to strengthen your chalice, to carry more light and to take, come what may, each and every test that is the very next step on the path of your initiation.
Let souls within the community and in the larger body of Keepers of the Flame understand, then, that the dedication of the Friday evening services of the ascension will be that I myself will be in your midst, together with the Goddess of Light and the Queen of Light, focusing within all those who participate in the service our Electronic Presence and our stepping up of your lifestreams to be the staff of the ascended masters within the earth.
Be Educated about the Forces of Anti-Purity
Now, my beloved, I do summon you to purity’s light. That each and every cell of your physical temple might increase as a cup of light is my prayer, that you might be tutored by me, through the Mother, of the many subtle forces of anti-purity that have sought to deprive you, some of you for more than a hundred thousand years, of the inner walk with purity.
One of the subtle arguments of those who bear the energy of anti-purity is that it is uncomfortable and unpleasant to be pure. But those of you who have pursued a path of self-purification know that the more light and the more purity you hold, the greater your joy, the greater your freedom. And those who would hold you in ways of impurity are themselves bound by all types of human habit patterns, all types of addictions of the senses. And thus, they are not free. Being jealous therefore of the freedom of the children of the light, they have waged a mass advertising campaign and a penetration of their anti-purity philosophy into every corner of the earth so as to enslave the children of the light and thereby, in their enslavement, to steal from them the great light of purity.
One of the great dangers of the child who is pure is that the child who is pure is so accustomed to the purity of the light that in his innocence he does not perceive that which is anti-purity as being impure. You might say that to the pure all things are pure. And sometimes they do not perceive the great contrast of darkness abroad in the land that would, if it could, so threaten their inner stand of light.
And thus I desire that you should be educated in that which is the vibration of impurity in every avenue of life. And therefore, guard the temple by the sealing of the white light of purity and, preferring one another, unite your energies only with those initiates who themselves have sealed their life on the path of purity.

This dictation by the Goddess of Purity was delivered by the Messenger of the Great White Brotherhood Elizabeth Clare Prophet on Sunday, January 14, 1979, at Camelot, Los Angeles County, California. Part 2 is published in Pearls of Wisdom, vol. 54, no. 14
1. The messenger has explained that the Goddess of Purity, the Goddess of Light and the Queen of Light have majored on the one-pointed goal of focusing the intense light, the Christ consciousness, of God; and they should be invoked daily. As you meditate upon the three giant ovoids of light of these cosmic beings, she said, “Your attention becomes like a straw... and you sip the nectar of this light—as much as they will allow you to draw down into your aura.” The retreats of the Goddess of Light (in the Andes), the Queen of Light (above Sicily), and the Goddess of Purity (on Madagascar) focus an action of the Trinity to the earth. Together these hierarchs draw the action of the cosmic three-fold flame on behalf of earth’s evolutions. The Goddess of Light made her ascension after an embodiment in South America, where she had achieved great spiritual attainment, but in an off-guarded moment of overconfidence she was trapped by black magicians who imprisoned the lower part of her body in the form of a fish. For three hundred years she served her fellowmen from behind a counter, raising her thoughts ever upward and calling unto God to manifest light, light, light! As an ascended master, she once explained, “I am called, by God’s grace, the Goddess of Light simply because I have paid allegiance to light for so long.” The Queen of Light focuses the action of the crystal fire mist and the crystal sword, and she may be invoked with her legions to cut through the densest human creation. The Goddess of Purity focuses the flame of Cosmic Christ purity. From her retreat, where the flame of purity has been sustained for thousands of years, angels of purity carry light rays to the four corners of the earth.
