and Never the Flesh-and-Blood Person
Saint Germain Bears Witness to the Light in the Messenger
Part 1
By the light of God-justice, by the flame of my beloved Portia, I stand in your midst to deliver the Woman and her seed. I am the champion of the flame of the divine feminine. I am the Lord of the Seventh Ray. I am your Saint Germain.
I belong to you, as you belong to me. And we are one, and our love spans the octaves. Even so, through you the ten thousand saints of Sanat Kumara are in heaven and in the earth.
My beloved Keepers of the Flame, I salute you in the light of the Ancient of Days. I bid you welcome to my purple fiery heart. Won’t you be seated upon the throne of the authority of your own God Presence, I AM.
Lo, the light is come into the world, and the world is offended thereby. And if the light be an offense unto the world, then that light is the deliverance unto the children of the light.
Souls of the seventh age, rise into the secret chamber of the heart. Souls of the seventh advent of the light of the Holy Ghost, understand the mystery of the incarnation. For it has been told to you by our Lord, and it has been demonstrated to you by the Saviour Jesus Christ.
The hosts of the LORD draw nigh. Their light is a pressing down into the world body, and that light produces every manner of reaction in the body politic as well as in the body of believers.
The Second Advent:
The Destiny of Christ-Potential Fulfilled
What is the meaning of the Second Advent? Oh, it is the glorious coming into their own of the sons and daughters of God! Oh, it is the glory of those twin flames who accompanied Sanat Kumara! It is those who have passed through the initiations of life and have arrived at the dispensation of this hour, those who come under the blood of the new covenant sealed in the heart with the advent of the Son of God Jesus.
Now then, the hour is come when the many Christs in the earth are those who manifest the threefold light of the threefold flame. The Second Advent is the hour when all who originally came with Sanat Kumara arrive at the fulfillment of their destiny, which is to walk those final initiations under the four cosmic forces.1 And if they are to ascend, so they must be baptized by water and by fire. So they must be crucified, be resurrected and be ascended. This is the natural walk under the Holy Spirit of the ones who chose to demonstrate that Spirit to earth and her evolutions.
For all ages, the fallen ones have feared the Second Advent. In the First Advent, they had a certain degree of success—not in the death of Jesus, for he did not die but expanded to live forevermore in the cosmos and in the myriad stars of God’s sons and daughters through the congruency of the heart. Their semisuccess was in the turning over and the undoing of his doctrine.
Therefore they were set, lo, for another two thousand years, until the coming of the Second Advent, when the numbers of the 144,000 and beyond this archetypal number and all who had come to earth to fulfill the Christ-potential would hear my word and the delivery of the message which I began in this century (through the beloved Godfre and Lotus)2 in the great revelation of the mighty I AM Presence, in the revelation of the Higher Mental Body and of the violet-flame gift of light that is the fiery baptism.
What is the fiery baptism but the transmutation of karma that the initiate might be transfigured before his fellows. The transfiguration, then, is that fiery baptism fulfilled whereby the violet flame of the Holy Ghost has balanced the very energies of life, and even the physical temple is able to contain the glorious light of Alpha and Omega streaming forth out of the mighty I AM Presence.
Now you see, in the moving stream of events leading to the moment of the celebration of the seventh anniversary of the ascension of Lanello,3 how the light has increased in the earth by that ascension, how the darkness has increased by the Dark Cycle preceding the hour of his crucifixion. Understand the meaning of the acceleration of light and of darkness simultaneously in the earth.
I, therefore, the prophet unto the Israelites anointed by Almighty God,4 have pursued the offspring of the Most High, these twelve tribes,5 from the hour of their appearing, even with Lord Maitreya in the Garden, even unto the present hour. So I have been their sponsor. And so, I have come.
The message which I have delivered unto the two witnesses has been for the perfecting of the saints6 who are the seed of the Woman. The seed of the Woman are the seed of the Guru, who is always the Mother flame in the earth. Now, then, is the hour of the clustering together of that seed for the great conflagration of the Word in the earth. For the fallen ones know the hour of her coming again and of the coming of her seed. They know the reality and therefore they do fear and tremble—they and their devils and all of their fabrications of the godless, soulless creation. For they know of a certainty that the light is come in the earth.
The Ascension Light
Anchored in the Heart of the Messenger
In the hour when Serapis Bey released the fourteen-month cycle of ascension’s flame,7 you were brought into the very heart of Luxor for a single ascension. It was not told to you in that hour who was the one who took the ascension, nor will it be told to you in this hour.
What I have come to tell you is that the light of that ascension, full gathered in its momentum, was also anchored in the heart of the embodied messenger, marking the moment when, in the cycles of time and space, this messenger completed the balancing of all but 8 percent of the karma remaining to her lifestream. This 8 percent of remaining karma is that which is required of the avatars to keep in order for them to remain in the earth in the service of the light in the multitudes.
Therefore did Jesus keep that 7 percent, for it moves between 7 and 8 percent, as the Law does require it. And this he kept until the hour of his resurrection, for this is the requirement of the Law.
This turning of the cycles was most necessary for the holding of the balance of light in the earth in the Dark Cycle. And therefore I did go before the Cosmic Council on behalf of life upon earth, and I requested of the Cosmic Council the acceleration of the light in the messenger for the acceleration of the balancing of that karma which we ourselves had determined to have her keep in the earth, in order that her mission and life might yet be preserved from the notoriety of the world scene, which always comes when the light is increased.
There comes the hour in the annals of the Great White Brotherhood when this acceleration must occur for the very holding of the balance of the evolutions of a planetary body that they themselves might continue in the walk of the Word. These cycles, my beloved, are most delicate. They are balanced against the entire planetary karma and that cataclysm which threatens to run over the lip of the cup of world consciousness. So near has been that cataclysm in every form that I dare not speak of it lest you yourselves should entertain a vortex of fear and thereby lower the planetary vibration of the Christ consciousness which you hold. It has therefore been the figure-eight interaction of the messengers ascended and unascended, together with the company of saints in our community worldwide, which has held the balance against the upsetting of the balance of light and darkness in the earth.
Therefore on that occasion when I went before the Cosmic Council, they gave to me the interrogation which is given unto one ascended who comes before that council on behalf of an embodied initiate. And they asked me to give my guarantee of the light which they would authorize in this process of the acceleration of the balancing of karma and the depositing of the ascension flame within the heart of the messenger—to guarantee that light, that it would not be misqualified. Therefore, in the full awareness of the lifestream of my chela and my embodied messenger, I vowed my own attainment before the Cosmic Council that my chela would not misqualify that light and that dispensation. I tell this to you, beloved, because you are the firstfruits of them that slept,8 because you in your body comprise the electronic fire rings surrounding this manifestation of the Word. This event may be considered extraordinary in some levels and entirely unextraordinary in others.
When you have the overview of life evolving Godward and myriad planetary bodies, initiations that have gone on for millions of years, you realize that there does come a moment in the interaction of ascended and unascended life when the one called to service who has served for tens of thousands of years must truly manifest in the earth that light. And if that one is worthy of the light, and worthy she is, then is it not so, that the ascended one ought to be able to make that vow and that guarantee?
Beloved, this also is the testing of the ascended master. For with all of the information present from the Keeper of the Scrolls, it is possible to determine even the future, as well as the past, based upon the work and the word of the devotee. Nevertheless, given free will, there is always the opportunity for that free will to be misused by the embodied one. But, beloved, when the one so embodied contains the light of the Son, that will is truly no longer free will, for that free will has long ago become God’s will. And the one who declares in the earth, “I and my Father are one,” the one who declares it in the fullness of that initiation, therefore is that will incarnate. Thus, you yourself may look forward to the hour when an ascended master can make for you the same petition and the same guarantee.
Why, then, was it necessary to manifest that light in the earth? Because it is the hour of the Second Advent. And until the messengers ascended and unascended—as one spherical light in Spirit and in Matter—should focus in the earth the momentum of their unique ascension flame, the chelas of the light, sponsored by them from the Beginning, could not take up that light and follow the path of the incarnation themselves.
Thus in order for the Second Advent of this universal light in universal manifestation in the sons and daughters of Sanat Kumara to take place, so the two witnesses must be in the heaven and in the earth the full witness of that light. Therefore the hour is come—therefore the hour for the confession by the Holy Spirit (and not by flesh and blood) of the disciples of the embodied Lamb: “Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God.”9 For by that confession, they who are a part of the mighty chain of being of the Great White Brotherhood also receive the impetus for their own Christhood. The incarnate Word, then, marks the turning point of the ages.
You have also heard Serapis Bey return a year later and announce the placing of the flame of the Great Pyramid, the ascension flame of Luxor, in the heart of the messenger for the balance of light in the seat-of-the-soul chakra of the earth.10 Therefore the twofold light—the Alpha light of the ascension flame of the one who ascended, the Omega light of the pyramid, the ascension flame itself—is established.
The Christ Is Far More Vast
than Even the Light within the Person
Now, my beloved, you can understand the progression of events which follow, these events being the recognition by those who are judged by the light of the presence of this sacred fire in embodiment. They come, then, these betrayers, determined that by the flesh-and-blood testimony they will somehow prove to the world that the messenger is not qualified, authorized or able, by reason of inherent virtue, to carry the flame.
Beloved ones, they have witnessed the outer events. But though they have stood at the very side of both messengers, even in the hour of the ascension of Mark, even in the hours of the initiations of Elizabeth, they have never perceived aught else but flesh and blood; and this is their testimony.
Now, I have reviewed their report and I have reviewed all of the life records of these two messengers, and I have before me all of the facts and all of the figures. Yet still I have, before the Cosmic Council, pledged my life and guaranteed that the messengers, and this messenger, would not misuse that light. I can assure you that were the messenger to have withdrawn from her our mantle and our authority, the Word would cease to flow and the community would cease to be and the Guru-chela relationship would be no longer available from this fount.
It ought to be very obvious to you that the messenger in and of herself can do nothing except that which is given as the overshadowing of the Trinity and of the Mother. And we have left her to be very much a part of your own evolution that you might specifically observe the imperfections so that you would not enter into a religion of idolatry. But rather realize that this is never an initiation of flesh and blood but always the dispensation of the Christ, that the Guru is Christ and never the flesh-and-blood person, and that this Christ is far more vast than even the light, which is great, that is contained within the person. That Guru is the Christ, to which you all have access.
Your access is most direct through the messenger embodied, who has become the light. But that light is the light of your own heart. And the Christ is one Christ and the Guru is one Guru, worlds without end. Understand, then, this being “found after the fashion of a man,”11 this very description, so that all might realize that the eternal light is the light that we pronounce, in the name of Sanat Kumara.
The Transfer of Light Is by Grace
We read, then, the handwriting on the wall and all that has taken place according to the inner blueprint of the descent of the light. We see that this blessed activity of light is strong—strong in the fiery core, strong throughout the earth. For by the dictations and the lessons and the Pearls, many have put on an extraordinary portion of their own Christ consciousness. And even before the ascension of the embodied messenger, some have taken that light and gone on and they have ascended. Does this not prove that it is not even necessary for the full dispensation of the written Word to come ere souls are caught up to the right hand of God and received in the very light of the Lord Jesus Christ?
See, then, that the dispensation of the transfer of light is not dependent upon the written Word but has been given through them by grace. Nor was it dependent on the cycles of the messengers’ karma or whether or not they had passed through their initiations or the acceleration of light. Those individuals who have ascended have received the light of God as the initiatic light through the very sacred heart of our two witnesses independent of their flesh and blood, their outer manifestations of perfection or imperfection.
Therefore, my beloved, I have not guaranteed, nor will I, the flesh and blood of the messengers. I guarantee the light. I guarantee your light. I guarantee the motive of the heart and the purity of the heart.
And I say to one and all, neither the messengers nor you will ever be saved by flesh and blood, and by this do understand the mechanization of perfection and of ritual. It is by that grace of the LORD God descending into the temple that is prepared by works, by the balancing of karma.
There is a moment when that which remains is transmuted in the twinkling of an eye and the last trump sounds.12 Understand the last trump of human creation. Understand that the twinkling of an eye indicates that all is in readiness, that the chela has shown good faith and a right heart and a right mind and the best work of which he is capable, which may be far from perfect. There comes a moment when the chela is not found wanting any longer, when he has given all that he can give and obeyed the Law to the best of his ability. And in that moment, the ascended master sponsoring that one is authorized to assume unto himself the last vestiges of that one’s karma, for he has indeed fulfilled the law of love. Therefore flesh and blood will not reveal unto you who is ready and who is the manifestation of that Christ.
Be free, then, from the idolaters. Be free from the Sadducees and Pharisees. For, lo, the Second Advent is nigh! And as our messenger has told you, you walk closely in her footsteps. And the hour of her crucifixion and the hour of yours cannot be far separated, for the Second Advent is indeed the birth of that personal Christ in ye all. Recognize, then, this truth, and be humble before your God.
Let this message, then, be known by Keepers of the Flame that they may decide whether they will fall to the right or to the left of the one who does proclaim, “I AM. Lo, I AM the Christ, the Son of the blessed I AM Presence.”
You have been given that mantra of the affirmation of the Word where you are. You have not understood that the Word you have heard in the affirmation of yourself as Christ has come because of the very Guru-chela relationship, of which you are a part, and that in affirming that Christ you have affirmed the Christ of the witnesses and all who stand behind them as the Spirit of the Great White Brotherhood. And the Holy Ghost has revealed it unto you, for you have the testimony of Jesus Christ.

1. Initiations under the four cosmic forces. In 1979 Sanat Kumara said: “The four cosmic forces are the initiators of the 144,000 on the path of the rose cross.... [They] sustain the ruby cube whereby the heart of God becomes the heart of man.” On the path of the ruby ray, Sanat Kumara, Gautama Buddha, Lord Maitreya and Jesus Christ hold the offices of the hierarchs of the four cosmic forces (which correspond to the four elements, or quadrants) and they give the initiations of the ruby ray. As diagrammed on the Cosmic Clock, Lord Maitreya on the 12 o’clock line (etheric, or fire, quadrant) in the office of the Lion gives the initiation of sacrifice. Jesus Christ on the 3 o’clock line (mental, or air, quadrant) in the office of the Man gives the initiation of surrender. Sanat Kumara on the 6 o’clock line (emotional, or water, quadrant) in the office of the Flying Eagle gives the initiation of selflessness. And Gautama Buddha on the 9 o’clock line (physical, or earth, quadrant) in the office of the Calf gives the initiation of service.
