Part 2
Expanding the Capacity of Your Heart Chakra
to Give and to Receive
I AM the presence of the Lord that will make you whole! I AM the presence of the Lord that will make you whole!
Will you not receive, then, the breath of the Holy Spirit? Will you not feel it now in your very lungs, in your belly, in your heart, filling your temple? And will you not give that call from the very depths of your soul, “O LORD God, I AM whole! Make me whole this day!” Will you not jump to your feet and leap in the presence of the Lord! [Congregation rises.] And will you not give that shout and that call that will tremble the ethers and call the angels of the Holy Spirit and command them to come and to enter your temple this day!
So, people of the LORD, shout! For the LORD hath given to you the city!1 Shout, then, in his name and to his glory!
[Congregation shouts fiats to the glory of the LORD for 26 seconds.]
Hear, then, the shouting of the multitudes. The tumult, then, is a tumult of joy and rejoicing. It is when you release the full vent of the breath of life that God has given to you and, with the deepest meaning of your soul, send that breath, by the science of the spoken Word, back to the very heart of your Presence. It is like hurling a love fire unto the throne of God. It is your message and your messenger until you yourself can be translated to enter the very throne room of Alpha and Omega.
Hurl Forth the Call unto the Lord
Therefore I say, release the full capacity of the Word, and let it be hurled unto God this day! And let the Four and Twenty Elders and the Cosmic Council hear the shouts of joy, the shouts that are the command of the Word in the name of God. So release these fires and, as I have said, let the bellows out! Shout, O my people!
[Congregation shouts fiats of joy for 31 seconds.]
Now do you think heaven will be silent?
[Congregation responds: “No!”]
I tell you, heaven will respond because you have shattered a plane of lethargy and of hatred directed against this forcefield and this endeavor.
Do you not see that mankind have forgotten how to give praise and thanksgiving and to send forth the hallelujah? But in a halfhearted, almost effortless attempt, they give forth their mutterings and their peepings, as though they were inhabited by discarnates.
Do you not understand that the devils tremble when they hear your voice in God-determination, when they hear your certain footstep on the Path? Do you not understand that the very energy of the tumult is that which counteracts the tumult that was made in the hour of the judgment of the Lord Christ?2 For this is the tumult that calls forth the legions of Victory, who enter now the city of Los Angeles to take that city and that place for the people that are the people of light!
Do you not see that once a day you must hurl forth that call and that cry unto the Lord, that you must give the full vent of that energy which God has given to you and see it rising, as a giant jet of water, rising into the skies, into the heavens and reaching even the highest throne!
The Great Key of Alchemy
in the Microcosm and the Macrocosm
When you take a baseball in your hand and you throw that ball, you are looking where you are throwing the ball. You are determined to win that game. Well, this is a game for Saint Germain, and you must look at that fiery sphere of energy which you wield in your heart and soul and in your cry, and you must see where you send it forth. And there comes a moment in the day when you must send it directly to the heart of Alpha so that the LORD God can know that there are other rockets that are coming out of earth, and these not the mechanical rockets but the very rockets of love that will go to the very heights of consciousness and there draw unto themselves the energies of the Holy Spirit and, on the return, bring to your very midst all that the Law requires for the fulfillment of the vow.
Then, you see, when you have this energy contact as the flow of the sacred electron to the farthest reaches of space where you are to the very center of wholeness where I AM, you will find that that whirling energy will set up a forcefield of such intensity, a whirling action multiplied by your very numbers, whereby you will see an energy field building in your very midst that will be those buildings, those forcefields, that land and all that you require to receive the hosts of Israel.
This energy that you give forth, then, is also for the expansion of your consciousness whereby the magnet of the Great Central Sun will be transferred little by little as that electron returns. As that energy force returns each day as a molecule of your word, it will return to you gathering more of itself, gathering from the very love fires of the Central Sun, and ultimately creating a platform beneath your feet whereby your victory is won.
This is the means whereby the worlds were framed and the planets were formed. It is because the mighty Elohim hurled the love fires of their heart to the very center of creation, and out of that creation they drew forth these worlds, these galaxies, these starry systems. This is the great key of alchemy in the microcosm and in the macrocosm. As you intensify the heart and expand the heart and hurl your energies to God, you become co-creators with him, creating first the platform that becomes your center and then the platform that becomes a planetary abode, an earth, a solar system and a starry home where millions and millions of souls will come and will gather and will find themselves beneath their own mighty I AM God Presence, I AM.
Then, you see, you carry forth this momentum of energy returning to the Great Central Sun. Then you find that at intervals during the day, as you are receiving that energy in return, you use the science of the spoken Word to direct into the earth, at specific points on the globe, those energies received fresh from God to counteract forcefields of Antichrist. And therefore, because you have made contact with the celestial home of the One, now you can use that energy very directly as an arrow that is shot from the heart into the cause and core of karma and sin and amalgamated forcefields of darkness that are seizing the energies of the people of God and that are causing the ramifications of the change in weather conditions which are building a forcefield on earth of extreme danger to the people of Terra.
I say to you, it requires a great concentration of energy within your heart and it requires a life that is lived in devotion to this purpose in order for you to receive that power fromthe Central Sun to counteract world conditions. And therefore the preparation, therefore the shout, therefore the daily giving of the science of the Word that you might have the capacity to literally receive cosmic meteorites right into your hands, right into your hearts! Fire, sacred fire that travels at other planes and octaves, can come into your being and can be received there. And it will not consume you, it will not burn you, but it will be for your step-down transformer, the action of your heart chakra, to distribute to the people of earth.
Children of Israel, I have given you this day a key from the heart of God, a sacred key. It is a key of love! Guard it well. Use it daily. And see how you will break the spell of the fallen ones on Terra!
