A Mother’s-Eye View of the World
“Do Not Destroy the Earth: I Will Keep the Flame!”
I AM Kuan Yin of the light, and I come to welcome you to the hearts of mercy and the mercy seat1 as that place where the spirit of the ark of the covenant adorns real life as the anointed one of the heart.
I come as your Mother of the East. I come at a time when many of my children are yearning for freedom, for surcease from pain. And I have a Mother’s-eye view of the world at Christmastide. I see the joy in the eyes of children. And I see the pain in the eyes of mothers where there are those who are starving, where famine rages across the land because they have known not the Mother, because they have denied the flow of her abundance.
Truly, beloved hearts, to be able to know all that is transpiring in a world at a given moment, to be able to contain the pathos and the grief as well as the happiness, ephemeral as it might be, requires a masterful consciousness—the mastery of the Mother flame. You who would have your chakras opened, realize that for the chakras to be fully open you would have to be aware of all planes of a planet and her evolutions simultaneously. And this would be madness, I tell you; for your souls, your minds, and your hearts could not contain all of the suf-fering—the suffering of the body of God upon earth.
And so the ascended masters cry out, “How long, O LORD? How long? How long will thy Spirit strive with flesh?” And the response from on high: “My Spirit shall not always strive with flesh.”2
I release mercy today in the gentle but powerful ray of the Divine Mother—mercy because mankind need mercy. I come with the fires of forgiveness. I come with a taper in my hand to ignite the eternal flame of mercy in your heart. Won’t you come to the mercy temple at Peking?3 Won’t you be my tem-ple of mercy, even as you come into the temple there?
O hearts, understand the need to be pillars of mercy, to forgive seventy times seven,4 to take the blessed children in your arms, to love them and love them and love them—and realize that adults, too, are children—and therefore, for the sake of mercy, to forsake envy and jealousy and strife and scorn and pride and prejudice and separation.
For the sake of mercy, will you do something for me as I bring you the tide of mercy? Will you write your Christmas list as you would a letter to Santa, but write it to me and list all that you can remember whom you have failed to forgive or who have failed to forgive you, and give me that Christmas list. Give me also your heart flame with the authority to inundate life, specifically those whom you name, with an increment of mercy from my temple and from my altar. For, precious hearts, the way of the bodhisattvas, the way of those who will tarry until the last man, woman, and child have ascended from Terra, our way is the way of mercy. And the way of the Karmic Board and the requirement of those who serve thereon is mercy.
Will you start, then, the new year by forgiving yourself all wrongs, all infractions of the Great Law? Will you truly forgive—which is to forget and to forsake the past, to forsake the past?
O precious hearts, do you not understand how the tear flows from the eye of Kuan Yin when those who are brethren fail to forgive? The Arabs and the Jews, they are brethren. White and black, they are brethren. And the yellow and the red and all of the races of mankind, all have come forth from the one flame.
Can you not forgive, O mankind? Can you not feel the love of a mother when you hear the Christmas caroling and remember Him who came with that love fire of forgiveness to forgive the sins of a world? Can you not understand, then, that your hearts need to melt this Christmastide? You need forgiveness in order to be forgiven.5
Do you not understand that the LORD God, in his infinite mercy, places around you souls, individuals, lifestreams who may wrong you, who may irk you or irritate you, who may go against the grain of your consciousness, just to prove the law of forgiveness—just so that you can exercise that flame and respond to the Prince of Peace to forgive seventy times seven? Do not count the number, but forgive again and again.
Do you not understand that as you forgive those who are nearest to you, so the LORD God extends exactly that portion from his heart of mercy to your own soul for the balancing of karma, for the balancing of cycles? Do you not see how this game of life is so accurate? Thus you must look upon your fellowman and say, “That is myself. That is an aspect of God, the God of my being.” And therefore clothe that self, feed that self, forgive that self. Walk the second and the furthest mile with that counterpart of your own reality!
That is what life is all about. That is what the teeming millions are for, so that each one might come to regard all of humanity as facets of individual cosmic consciousness. As you learn to love and to serve humanity, so you will win your cosmic awareness of Selfhood, so you will become the limitless Infinite One.
I come with a message of forgiveness. I come also with a warning. I come to ask the devotees of the sacred fire to increase their invocations for the protection of the sons and daughters of God in China, in Russia, in all of those countries where socialism and Communism are on the move—in fact, throughout the planetary body. For great changes are in store in these nations. Leaders will be retiring, will be passing from the screen of life. Others will come in their place.
It is a time, then, for the mandate of the lights locked within the hearts of the people to rally to put forth sons and daughters of God in levels of command of the economy and of the government. I ask you to pray as never before for God-government through the Holy Spirit and for the reign of the Prince of Peace in every heart, in every nation, in every government.
Somehow, somewhere upon the planet there is always a circumstance that presents the Y of decision, of discrimination—the right hand or the left, the high road or the low road, the ascending or the descending spiral. Therefore, recognize that it is the testing of the nations of the world in every aspect that is coming to pass. And if the nations and their governments topple one by one, where will the common man appear? Where will humanity appear? For government is structure, the skeletal framework of the flow of abundance, of life, of law.
Understand, then, that if all is torn down, if there are none to keep the flame, then we approach that anarchy which leads to chaos, which leads to death and destruction. And who wins? Who wins? Always the fallen ones who have a net gain of megatons of light that has been misqualified by mankind in their wars, in their revolutions. And thus the veil is perpetuated when mankind fail to keep the flame of order and God-government.
Do you not understand this simple law that when you are frightened and confused and upset and torn and worried, all of that misqualifies energy. And that energy that is misqualified in terms of social upheaval and cataclysm can then be seized by the fallen ones who perpetuate their existence and their thrust to tear down other lifewaves by stealing the light of mankind who are ignorant and off guard. Do not give them your light—not without the fight of honor, the fight that it is for self-mastery, for God-control, for defending Truth where it ought to be defended!
I say, then: Guard your light! Keep the flame of harmony! Be love, all love in action! Be mercy with me this Christmastide. And be prepared to shoulder the responsibilities of the Aquarian age. For if the chelas of the ascended masters do not respond, if they cannot understand what it means to keep the flame, then I say, Who will? And if there be not those who keep the flame upon Terra, then I fear cosmic councils will meet again as in the days of the Ancient of Days, Sanat Kumara, when it was determined that this planet, because none of its evolutions were able to keep the flame, should cease to exist for it had lost its reason for being.
In those days came the one, Sanat Kumara, who said, “Do not destroy the earth. I will keep the flame! I will leave my home on Venus. I will go to Terra. I will keep the flame until some respond.” And so he did. And so they built Shamballa. And so, by and by, after thousands of years, there was a response in the heart of Prince Siddhartha, and then in Maitreya and others that followed. And so, the spark of Life was transferred. Only recently was Sanat Kumara able to take his leave of Terra and to return to Venus, the home of light.6
Now then, the call goes forth once again from cosmic councils: What will the fate of Terra be? Will there be some who will forsake all for the flame and for the keeping of the flame? Is there a response? Are these those who raise their hands and say, “I will keep the flame! I will stand! I will hold forth mercy and grace and love, wisdom, and power as the sacred trinity of this hour. I will be a Keeper of the Flame with Kuan Yin. I will be a dispenser of mercy”?
And so I come looking for recruits for the army of mercy. I come to enlist you in the light and in the flow of light. So then, to those who can respond as never before with “I will come!”—I will come with a mantle of mercy, to each one who responds. And this violet-pink cape of velvet, this cape of mercy, my angels of mercy place upon you as those who will wield the scepter of the authority of mercy, as those who will walk the earth remembering to forgive and to forgive and to forgive.
It is the concern of Mary the Mother, of myself, of Nada, of Pallas Athena that the children of the world be sealed in a swaddling garment of violet flame. And therefore, in answer to your call, we will also bestow that flame around the world’s children, around you one and all.
So often it is the case that mankind come, they hear our dictations, they go forth. But they do not remember, they do not take up the Word and make it action, make it service. If you need to have something to remember the flame of forgiveness, it would be well if you would mark in your notebook the actions of forgiveness until you develop a very firm habit of forgiving, of knowing that you forgive, and remembering that unless the memory and the record is dissolved from your consciousness, you have not in truth forgiven.
And if you can resurrect the memory of a wrong that has been done unto you that you have long ago forgiven, simply because there are renewed wrongs from the same source, then I say you have not forgiven. You have hardened your heart. You have stored the record as a squirrel with his nuts. Deep within the subconscious, deep in the etheric plane, you have stored the record of that wrong. You have not released it into the flame. You have not been willing to let go and let God be free to express in those who have wronged you, in those whom you have wronged.
So, then, come to the temple at Peking, come to the place of mercy. Come and learn of me, and learn how to dispense that law and that grace. Jesus came also to Peking in his finer body, and when he said, “Lo, thy sins be forgiven thee. Take up thy bed and walk,”7 it was in the full understanding of the action of the law of forgiveness whereby the Christ of each one may set aside an increment of karma, an increment of [misqualified] energy.
You see, then, forgiveness is not the balancing of karma; it is the setting aside of karma whereby you are given the freedom in renewed creativity to conquer, to go forth, to make things right without that heavy burden, that weight of sin. And when you come to the place where you have further attainment, then, according to the law of forgiveness, that karma that was set aside is returned to you. And in your heightened state of consciousness in the plane of self-mastery, you are quickly able to place in the flame that substance for transmutation and to pursue your high calling.8 And so, training in the law of forgiveness is necessary, for it is indeed the foundation of the Aquarian age.
I have been with mankind for thousands of years, anchoring mercy. And I tell you, there would be a great dearth—the flowers would not give forth their floral offering, their fragrance—without mercy. Elemental life would be sorely afflicted without mercy. And many among mankind who are in their right minds would not be, would have passed beyond the pale of the norm into the depths of insanity. All of this, mercy has accomplished—and much more will mercy accomplish if you will recognize what God has in store for you as you unlock the fire of the heart and let it flow as lilacs in spring, as the fragrance of violets, as an adornment to your fellowman.
My angels now who have tarried here feel, I suppose, as you do—they cannot wait to take their leave to go out into the highways and byways to greet the sons and daughters of God and to say silently within the heart, “God bless you, dear one. God forgive you. I forgive you.” So let mercy abound. So be the instrument of that grace and see how you enter new eras of enlightenment, new eras of freedom, of soul expansion and soul expression.
And there are some among you who have wondered about your life’s calling and your place in the scheme of things. I say to you, the design and the matrix, the direction has not been forthcoming, simply because you have failed to forgive. The sin of omission—not to forgive oneself, not to forgive another—allows those densities of the carnal mind to stand between you and your God, between you and your realization of the golden rod of power.
So I say, be quick and be nimble to forgive and see, then, how you will also jump over that candlestick, that light, that fire of the heart—how you will be the master of that light, how you will fulfill your divine plan and take your leave of this planet in the ritual of the ascension. And then if you like, you can join me in the initiations of the bodhisattvas here at Peking.
I await the day of the celebration of your soul’s reunion. So may it be blessed with the fragrance of the violets of forgiveness.

Decree for World Mercy
O my very own beloved Mighty I AM Presence, Holy Christ Self, and Holy Christ Selves of all mankind, I call now to thee and to beloved Kuan Yin, Goddess of Mercy, beloved Saint Germain, Lord Morya El, Jesus, Mother Mary, the Great Divine Director, our beloved Gautama, Lord of the World, beloved Guru Ma and Lanello, the entire Spirit of the Great White Brotherhood and the World Mother, elemental life—fire, air, water, and earth!
*Flood, flood, and flood the world by the power of the three-times-three and the power of the sacred fire with enough of the cosmic quality of Mercy from the heart of God in the Great Central Sun and the heart of beloved Helios and Vesta in our own dear sun to saturate the earth and all thereon, including myself, with more Mercy than we will ever need until all are wholly ascended and free!
Let this Mercy be amplified without limit, expanding its service so as to free all from the power of every recalcitrant substance, thought, and manifestation, transmuting all life—human, elemental, and imprisoned angels—changing all into the illumined, invincible power of Christ Victory over every negative condition, which automatically raises all men into their own God-given estate and the full victory of the ascension!
Melt, dissolve, and transmute daily all hate and hate creation, including the entire accumulation of human discord over the large cities of the world! Mitigate the effects of mass karma and restrain the reaction thereof by cosmic wisdom and mercy in perfect divine balance as an overcoming victory for all those whose hearts yearn for Victory and recognize the power of their Presence to sustain it without limit until all the world is God-victorious, illumined, ascended, and forever free in the Light. 3. The Temple of Mercy is an etheric retreat of the Great White Brotherhood over Peking [Beijing], China. As hierarch of this retreat, Kuan Yin focuses the flame of mercy and forgiveness for the children of the ancient land of China and the souls of humanity. 6. Sanat Kumara returned to Venus. In a ceremony which took place at the Royal Teton Retreat, Gautama Buddha received the mantle of Lord of the World on January 1, 1956, from Sanat Kumara, hierarch of the planet Venus, who had held that office on behalf of Earth’s evolutions since the darkest hours of our planetary history. At the moment of the transfer of the mantle, Gautama Buddha assumed the responsibility for sustaining the lifeline of the God Presence to Earth’s evolutions through his own heart flame and crystal cord. Simultaneously, the office of Cosmic Christ and Planetary Buddha that had been held by Gautama was assumed by Lord Maitreya. Maitreya’s mantle of World Teacher was passed to Lord Jesus and his dear friend and disciple Saint Francis (Kuthumi). In their service to all life, Jesus and Kuthumi hold the office of the personal Christ as the great exemplars of each one’s own Holy Christ Self. With the Christed (anointed) ones—Gautama, Maitreya, Jesus, and Kuthumi—holding the balance of the threefold flame on the four sides of the pyramid of being, Sanat Kumara, as Regent Lord of the World, returned to his home star, Venus. There, in another dimension of the ‘physical/ etheric’ octave—together with the other Holy Kumaras, Mighty Victory and his legions, many ascended masters, and the lightbearers of Venus—he continues his service with the Great White Brotherhood on planet Earth. On May 25, 1975, Lady Master Venus, the consort and twin flame of Sanat Kumara, announced that she had come to “tarry for a time on Terra” to dedicate anew the fires of the Mother as Sanat Kumara keeps the flame on Venus.
