The Challenge of Initiation at All Levels of Consciousness
“I Stand in the Center of China!”
Part 2
Understand, then, that this fulfillment of the law of mercy must be for the ultimate liberation of each and every soul and, therefore, the mercy of God is not according to the mercy of man, even as “my thoughts are not your thoughts,” saith the LORD, “neither are your ways my ways.”1 For the ways of the mind of God and the ways of the minds of mortals can never meet. Since God will never surrender his mind, it might as well be that mortals—sooner than later—come into the great surrender whereby they become in the flesh the ones who have the flame of immortal life and therefore know that mind which was in Christ Jesus.2
Let mercy, then, be translated through elemental life, and let it be seen as the action of fire and water, air and earth. Will you not take note, then, in the coming weeks, how these elements, in their attempt to bring alignment to the earth, are used by elemental life to outpicture the law of harmony which may appear to be the law of the destroyer, Lord Shiva.
Let it be seen, then, that in order to establish that perfect harmony of the Holy Spirit and the Mother, there must be the tearing down for the building and the building for the tearing down. These are the natural cycles of life, and do you know that your souls lack that essential daily fulfillment of the cosmic interchange when you do not engage in this process of each day consigning to the flame some element of the lesser consciousness that you might secure great gain?
I stand in the center of China! I increase the light of mercy. And as that light has been increased in recent months and years, there has come to that land that cataclysm that has been for the upheaval and for the teaching of the souls of the people of China that all is not well and that their government is not in alignment with God’s government. And do you know, it is by the inner heart tie of the people of China to me and to the Mother of the Flame3 that they have seen the great earthquake4 as a sign from the powers that be that all is not well.
People of earth have called this superstition. It is not superstition; it is the intuition of the soul that is in direct contact with elemental life as they translate the edicts of God. Therefore, the souls of mankind always know the meaning of the activities of elemental life, while those who have aligned themselves with the intellect disregard these signs of the times and the signs of heaven and earth. And therefore, they have no warning when the end comes. And when the end of a cycle of consciousness is nigh, they pooh-pooh the marks that are written in the sky.
Is this not the way of mortals, foolish mortals? Let the children of God, then, enter the way of the wisdom of the immortals. Let them read the signs of the stars and of their own inner cosmic clock. Let them chart the cycles of their own testings and their own initiations on the Path.
Do you think that any son of God has ever overcome without the foreknowledge of initiation granted by the Cosmic Virgin, now revealed to you once again in your own cosmic clock by Mother Mary?5 Did not the Magi come according to the signs in the heavens? Were they not both astrologers and astronomers of the karmic cycles of the earth and her evolutions? Did they not chart the returning of the light and the darkness and therefore know the hour calculated by the Lords of Karma and all the way back to the Great Central Sun for the birth of the Saviour of mankind?
When you understand the inner working of cosmic law, you see the inevitability of the mathematics of that law and therefore you can anticipate your greatest joys, your greatest trials—not by the psychic superstition of the world’s astrology, but by the great cycles that are woven by the Elohim, the archangels, the Lords of Karma and the Lords of Creation. You, then, may make contact with these inner cycles of your being, not through a process that must pass through the subconscious mind or the practice of hypnosis or autohypnosis. Nay, I tell you, you can just as easily enter the mind of God, the I AM Presence, and the Christ mind and there find all of the answers to the great riddle of life!
Is this not the great solace to the children of God that you do not need to descend to find God or his Word within you, but only to ascend into the holy mountain of God, there to find the cascading flow of light and power, wisdom and love, and every God-quality that is dispensed by the emissaries and representatives of the LORD’s hosts? I am grateful and privileged to be one such emissary. But I say to you, I am only one, and there is great need for the forcefield of consciousness on earth and in heaven of many emissaries of God.
Saint Germain wants you! Saint Germain calls you! Uncle Sam calls you into the service of your country and your earth!6 The Knight Commander of the Aquarian age has stood before the Lords of Karma this day asking for recruits, looking with the sternness and yet the eternal youth and joy of his Presence which is not customarily outpictured in the representations of Uncle Sam, who appears to be weary and timeworn when in actuality the God of Freedom to the earth is the eternal youth of freedom in the Aquarian age.
And he stands before you to call you to be minutemen and -women of the hour and to call the children of America to return in the tradition of the Boy Scouts and the Girl Scouts of America. And therefore, the blessed master has given the edict of the Lords of Karma to the Mother of the Flame that the Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts that shall be formed into a troop—a troop of children moving with the troops of elementals and angels on this campus—shall be formed after the original concept of the threefold flame, the fleur-de-lis carved in gold as the emblem of these precious ones.
And these shall be formed, then, after the tradition of the path of initiation of the sons and daughters of God. And they will see their training and the passing of their tests and the earning of their badges as a duplication of the path of initiation—as training for the greater initiations which will come to them as they step from being Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts to becoming the minutemen and -women of Saint Germain.
And who are they? Well, they are the ones who, when called, reply instantly, “Here am I! Speak, LORD, for thy servant heareth!”7 They are the ones who are mobile in consciousness, who are ready on the minute and on the moment to be the instrument of the LORD’s energy, his grace, or his judgment.
See, then, how from childhood through the development and maturity of adolescence to the greater years of fruitfulness and unfoldment, there is a path and there is an overcoming and there is a challenge for every level of development. There is even the challenge for the one in the womb; for the great challenge of the child in the womb in this hour is to come forth and to be whole and to live.
The child in the womb, then, is preparing for the initiation of the Holy Spirit and to receive the sacred fire breath. The child is being prepared by brothers in white and angelic hosts and the God flame of father and mother to come forth in that supreme moment of transition, the birth cycle. In these troubled times the children must also be taught the protection of the soul in the transition at the hand of the abortionist. And these holy ones must be trained in the supreme going within as they experience that pain that occurs through the process of abortion, especially through the saline process when their very skin is burned as with acid and they find themselves going through the horrors that were experienced in the concentration camps under Hitler by the Jews, and that are still being experienced in the concentration camps where the Christians are yet held in the Soviet Union this day. And therefore the newborn child who is not to see the light of day is suffering the hour of the mother’s crucifixion even as the more mature ones of the earth have suffered that crucifixion.
You see, then, what a great cosmic initiation is taking place at all levels of consciousness—so much so that the very earth itself shakes beneath our feet as there is that trembling from the LORD God and that coming of the judgment and that realignment. From the sun of even pressure, then, Virgo and Pelleur send forth a balancing action of light—eternal light, for the holding of the balance for the descent of mercy’s flame.
Will you not, then, determine to blend your energies this week in your adoration of mercy and in your calls for forgiveness, that the earth might be found intact and souls of light [might be] on the path of freedom as never before as the result of this dispensation?
See, then, that Saint Germain is pleased that he has received from the Lords of Karma that grant of energy for the training and the reestablishment of the Boy Scouts and the Girl Scouts and for the calling forth of those who will to be once again minutemen and -women moving with Godfre, moving with Lanello, moving with the soldiers and the army of the hosts of the LORD. With these and with the saints who have received their white robes,8 we will see the communion on earth and in the etheric plane of the overcomers who will deliver into the hand of the God of Freedom to the earth the message of victory!
Will you visualize that moment now to make it a reality? Will you see yourself, a cosmic runner in the race, carrying in your right hand a piece of parchment that is rolled, tied with a golden cord. And upon that parchment you see that the LORD God has written: “Victory to the Light! Victory to the sons and daughters of God on earth and in heaven! The Victory is claimed this day—and this day the Victory is won! Signed and sealed by Alpha and Omega.”
This, then, is the Victory that you win, and this is the parchment you will draw from your heart. And you will run with it, and in that day and that hour of the Victory, you will place that scroll in the hand of Saint Germain and you will feel the great cosmic worth of having lived on earth for the hour of that great Victory. And you will know the supreme joy of the surging of Victory’s fires through you as the reward of Victory is also your own, and you will say to yourself, “I thank you, God, that you allowed me to win my Victory and that you did not allow another to win it for me. For never in all eternity would I have wanted to be deprived of this moment of placing that supreme gift in the hand of Saint Germain—the message of my eternal Victory which has become the Victory of earth!”
Precious ones of the Sun, I kiss you with my love. I place upon your crown chakra a violet-flame flower from our retreat. So the violet orchid is the symbol of the bringing forth, from within the heart, of your own violet transmuting flame.
To the Victory I have come. I have come in tenderness which you have discovered to be the strength that you see chiseled on the face of the Goddess of Liberty. This is the strength of the Mother flame. This is the tarrying of the Mother with her children until they earn the right to be in the Holy of Holies with Christ the Lord, with Gautama the Buddha, and in the Presence of the I AM THAT I AM.
In the flame of the Father and the Mother, in the flame of the Son and the Holy Spirit, I seal you unto the hour of the fullness of your joy of Victory!

3. The inner heart tie of the people of China to the Mother of the Flame. On October 13, 1973, Confucius announced a dispensation establishing the flow of light from the hearts of the people of China to the heart of the messenger. “Their overlords, the powers of the dark ones who seek to gain control in every nation upon earth, there seek to snuff out the Christed plume of Christ consciousness.... I say the energies of the light within their hearts shall not, cannot be used as Antichrist! I stand this day as the authority of China and China’s ray, and I say: Roll it back! Roll it back! Roll it back! By the sword of illumination, I cut the flow of light to the dark ones and they shall no longer usurp the light of wisdom’s flame from the hearts of my children. Instead, this light and energy, this sacred flow of release, shall go this hour to the heart center of the Mother of the Flame, who cares for these precious ones and in Kuan Yin’s name does stand to sponsor their evolution and their ascension. Thus does wisdom flow from causal bodies blazing bright, from Christed minds from ascended heights—and the children of China are tied again to the Mother flame and to the victory of the feminine ray. This dispensation of hierarchy creates an entirely new forcefield and a new flow across the planetary home.... The Sun of Righteousness, the sun of strength, shines in the night over China; and the dawn of the new day will bring to the hearts of children of all ages hope—the hope of a mother’s heart.”
4. On July 28, 1976, two major earthquakes measuring 8.2 and 7.9 on the Richter scale devastated the industrial city of Tangshan in northeast China and caused extensive damage in Peking [Beijing], leaving an estimated 750,000 dead. It was considered to be the second worst natural disaster in recorded history.
