Helios AM I! I AM the light of the heaven and the earth! I AM the light of the Flaming Presence! I AM the Keeper of the Flame in the center of this system of worlds!
I have stepped forth into the forcefield of earth this day to reinforce Mater, to infuse the fissures in the rock with light, to fill the faults and the subterranean openings with light—now to infuse the earth with the cauterizing action of light so that the seamless garment that has been rent might be mended, even as yours has been mended by legions of Victory.
I come to release the momentum of the Great Sun Disc, and I now place a focus of that disc, an aspect of that disc, in the sun of even pressure* as an action to magnetize greater light from Helios and Vesta. This is an action to demagnetize, by the action of the fire infolding itself, the misqualified energies moving through the planes of the bodies of the earth.
Hierarchy comes to reinforce opportunity for Keepers of the Flame to keep that flame of life. As you sponsor life, so we sponsor in you that life that shall be victorious. Therefore our presence this day, as Vesta is with me, is to reinforce the cycles of the twin flames of all who have ever dedicated their life and their flame to the victory of the light on earth.
Hail, Sanat Kumara! Hail, Gautama Buddha! Hail, Maitreya and Lords of Flame! Hail, Divine Mother! Hail, all who serve to set life free! For I AM a very present reality! And as you look upon the sun each day, feel the arc from your heart to my own. Feel the flow and the interchange. Feel how close the Father-Mother God is as this light flows to bathe you in the warmth, the compassionate love, the wisdom of the Solar Logoi.
I AM Helios of the sun, and I come on a mission! I come to release light! I come to shorten the days of travail! I come to remove the factors of the night and to release the factors of the dawn. I come to seal the heart fires of Keepers of the Flame in the same disc of light that I place in the heart of Terra.
I come, and I plant my feet upon this soil. We shall walk the earth this day, and we shall place the momentum of our Electronic Presence here so that mankind might return to the worship of the One True God, known as Aton of old in the heart of Ikhnaton. So the sun, as the rays of light descending as outstretched arms of the Presence, is the giver of life.1
So I come to seal the hearts of ascended and unascended beings who have toiled now to draw mankind into the returning spirals. And so through our consciousness there is released from the heart of Alpha and Omega a golden-age spiral of victory! A golden spiral of light now goes forth to claim the flame of that light of Helios!
So I AM come in the true light! So I AM come in the true hour of the sun and of the Christed One! I AM here to magnify the Word—the Word incarnate as the energy of God that flows now through you! Let the fires of the sun flow! Let the brightness of the dawn of the New Day be upon you!
O shining ones, respond to the opportunity to set life free and to thereby win your sacred immortality! O mankind, look up to the sun and live! Look up into the sky and see the witness unto the Truth of the ages!
We witness Christ. We witness Buddha. We witness the I AM THAT I AM. We witness in our forcefield of light the gathering momentums of the causal bodies of saints and ascended beings of all ages.
And so the Law goes forth. And one day the planets of this system must be absorbed into the fiery core of God. Some will be sustained forever, as the ascension ritual reclaims the very bodies of the planets as electrons of the sun. Some will be no more, as they are consumed by the same sacred fire that has the power to create and to dissolve and is the sustainer and giver of life.
I AM God in all creation. I AM every aspect of being. I AM the cell of every atom. I AM the atom of every cell. I AM molecular life flowing. I AM the nucleus. I AM in the center of the flaming yod. I arc Being from sun to sun to sun throughout the cosmos, for we are one! We are one! We are one!
I AM Helios of the dawn! Therefore rise to greet the dawn each day and in this hour as you proclaim the victory of the light! Rise, O rise, O rise, O flames of fire! See what God can work through you—through joy, through enthusiasm, through the buoyant energies of reclaiming all life and setting it free!
As the sunlight penetrates the mist and the dampness and the darkness, displacing all with a freshness of the morning God, so let the light of your I AM Presence—a thousand million times more powerful than the physical sun of your system—now pour through you as that streaming light! I decree it! I release it! I call forth the action of your I AM Presence so that you might know what God is where you are!
As we have outpictured a physical sun, know that you can outpicture the spiritual sun of life within you! So God in you is a consuming fire! God is a sun of even pressure in you! God in you can sponsor lifewaves! God in you can become the Father-Mother light to systems of worlds! You can ensoul a planet, an evolution, a root race, an entire solar system. This is destiny!
I say, then, look up to the sun and live in the light! Look up now to your own I AM Presence and see the glory of the God of All blazing there as that point of individualization where you are!
I AM THAT I AM! And my causal body and the causal body of Vesta is, by comparison to the physical sun, also a million, ten million times brighter than that sun!
Do you understand, then, what God is? Will you tolerate for a moment, then, darkness, ignorance, limitation, desecration?
O precious ones, you have but to open your eyes, your hearts, your mouths, and to speak the Word of living truth that will unlock the energies of your Great Central Sun consciousness!
Why, this earth is but a speck—but a speck of life evolving here! Do you not see the perspective of your God Presence to this earth? Can you not now rise with me as I take you up in my living Sun Presence above the earth itself?
Come into the folds of my garment, now, and see the earth beneath your feet. See it there, suspended in space—that place you have called home for so long. Now raise your hands and project mighty light rays from the God within you and command and speak the Word, “O Terra, be free!”

So let that light go forth from your heart, your hands, your soul, your mind! Let it go forth from your I AM Presence! Know, then, that the God of your true self, the God of very gods, is able to contain the earth and all her evolutions right within one single sphere of the causal body, even as a cell in that sphere of the causal body.
Understand, then, co-measurement, as Morya has spoken.2 Understand relativity! Understand the absolute power, the absolute wisdom, the absolute love of your mighty I AM Presence to save this planet to the uttermost, to propel it into the cycles of the golden age!
Understand that all that is time and space can be consumed and brought into the flame within the heart for the Victory. Your I AM God Presence has the authority now over every speck of dust, over every aspect of human creation!
I say, I demand a ceasing of that consciousness of utter dismay, hopelessness, discouragement, fear and doubt among ascended master students!
I say to you: Shame that you would entertain such reactions to a planet in distress! I say, when you see those conditions that are of the darkness, beam the light! Blaze the light of Helios!
You do not have time or space to be dismayed, for you are the living Presence of God! And when you have those [negative] reactions to other parts of life, see to it that your decree momentum flows through that matrix! So the angelic hosts must come and clean up that substance that you have allowed to pollute the earth, perhaps even because of your irritation or condemnation upon mankind for their dalliance.
I say to you, Almighty God does not condemn! We do not condemn! For we behold the fallen ones who condemn mankind day and night. Therefore let no ascended master student be caught in that vibration of condemning mankind, but speak the word of the living Christ, “Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do.”3 This is mercy! And by “mercy” I mean that you are here in this room instead of being out on the streets of the large cities. By mercy you are given opportunity to keep the flame of life!
I say in God’s name, have mercy for the Great White Brotherhood and refrain from those little discords, those little gossip sessions, those little entertainments of melodramas and soapbox operas on television and on the radio! I say, this is a desecration of the communication of a planet! Therefore do not feed your attention into those advertisements and into those delirious motion pictures that take your consciousness and sweep it through the astral plane, returning it to you distorted and warped and unable to be a focus for Helios.
I demand chalices of the sun! I demand of Keepers of the Flame who are willing to be the smiling sun of Helios in the sky of mankind’s mental consciousness: Be the Christ light! Be the victory for a planet! And smile and see how the sunlight of God, like the rain, falls upon the just and the unjust. So leave the judgment unto God and unto his Law. And be love! Be wisdom where you are! Be the will of God! And prove by the example of your adoration what the ascended masters’ teachings can do for mankind!
I charge you this day! I charge these Keepers of the Flame: From henceforth, withdraw your energy from condemnation, from criticism, from judgment!
For I, Helios, will stand before the Court of the Sacred Fire in that day of judgment and I will bear witness to your qualification of energy henceforth! The truth shall not be hid! And I assure you that the LORD will not hold guiltless those of you who entertain those foul spirits of Luciferian pride and condemnation. Let it cease!
Now I release an action of the Great Sun Disc over the Mother of the Flame as an action of light that shall deflect all condemnation, vilification, all hatred and darkness [that has been projected upon her]. And this energy shall now be returned, by the action of ten thousand, to those sending it forth!
Let all beware, then, those who assail the feminine ray incarnate! Let all beware, those who send their arrows of darkness against that one who keeps the focus for the messengers of hierarchy! Let all beware that I, Helios, stand to defend the life that flows from the heart chakra of this messenger! I place my Sun Presence here to initiate a twelve-year cycle of victory in the sun consciousness of God, and I assure you that within the heart of this messenger there is total purity and dedication to your victory.
Therefore if there be any lack in this messenger, if there be any want, look to those who have sent forth a matrix of condemnation as a burden in the very body cells of this temple.4 I say, No more shall it be! And I likewise defend every Keeper of the Flame who shall support the flame of Saint Germain, who shall determine this day to refrain from every aspect of judgment.
Therefore, let it be so. Let it be written. I charge you this day, as the Keeper of the Scrolls stands in this place with his angels, that each one of you has your name written in a book of life and it is recorded there that you have heard my word and my warning.
I make this warning severe for this reason: I am placing my light within your heart, and I am standing before the Lords of Karma to offer myself in defense of that light. Therefore if that light is misused by you, I will also stand accountable. And therefore I am determined that the moment you misqualify that energy, it will be withdrawn and you will be as an empty house. And I will not come into your heart again. No, I say, not for a thousand, ten thousand years. For this is an opportunity that has not been granted unto unascended mankind before. This is an opportunity to have the momentum of the Father-Mother God in the center of the sun now placed as opportunity in your hearts.
So let us see what a group of devotees can be when united in love, when fearless in dispensing that love without dissimulation. So let this momentum of Christ light now be the dissolving within you of that anti-Christ, egocentric existence that caused the fall of the Luciferians and the laggard race.
So I say: It is the light of Helios in you and in the heart of the earth that is the overcoming victory over that force of Antichrist in everyone—in every man, woman, and child, and in the planetary dweller-on-the-threshold! Therefore when you make the calls of the overcomers and of the Great Teams of Conquerors, do not fail to pronounce the name of the sun and of twin flames in the sun:
“Helios and Vesta, come forth and dissolve, by the sun-action of the Great Sun Disc, all darkness and all that is less than Christ perfection!”
Therefore you may, in the name of Jesus the Christ, challenge that Antichrist, knowing that when you make this challenge you will have the reinforcement of the sun shining in his strength.5
I AM Helios! I have come! And I have come in the celebration of the birthday of the Mother6 and in celebration of your own ascension day, your natal day in the flame.
So, let it be! I AM the light victorious! I AM inundating Terra! And I AM inaugurating cycles of purity! victory! power! love! mastery! wisdom! harmony! and the full complement of God-reality!

This dictation by Helios was delivered by the Messenger of the Great White Brotherhood Elizabeth Clare Prophet on Saturday, March 29, 1975, during the Class of the Resurrection Flame, held at the Ambassador Hotel, Los Angeles, California. 1. Ikhnaton (Amenhotep IV, reigned c. 1353-1336 B.C.) was an incarnation of the messenger Mark L. Prophet. As pharaoh of Egypt, Ikhnaton introduced a revolutionary monotheism based on one God, “Aton,” who was represented by the symbol of a sun disc or orb with diverging rays, each ending in a hand. Ikhnaton believed that everything that lived had its being through the sun’s rays and that he himself was the son of Aton.

You must be able to see beyond the finite self, beyond your Lilliputian world, and by co-measurement perceive the vastness of the plan—the vastness of God’s being which you can make your own....
