The Purity of Our Love—
the Foundation of the New Jerusalem
Part 2
So to have a heart filled with love and forgiveness is the requirement and the testing on your path of initiation, and you can also thank the Holy Spirit that you have an opportunity to pass through this fiery trial and to prove the oneness of our love.
It is the love of twin flames, the love in the family, the love of father and mother placed upon the altar of God that is truly the foundation of the community and of the city. It is the love of the devotee for the God Presence. It is the love of the devotee for the bands of angels and of the Brotherhood and of the teaching and of humanity, the love of the devotee for all that is life and God.
This loving is the living flame to which we would have you witness as we accompany you as you go forth door-to-door.1 Can you imagine that we would send you, representatives of the Church, two-by-two without focusing with you our Electronic Presence, our love, our companionship?
Well, in case you might have imagined, I am here to tell you that not one of you who goes forth in our name and in the name of this Church will be without us to accompany you to each and every one [you meet]. And wherever you go and whenever you speak the name of the I AM THAT I AM and of Jesus and Gautama, know that many angels—angels of our bands who have been working with these people for so many years—we will be with you.
We will not tarry behind, for we are very concerned to set free these souls. And now that we have seen the release of Mary the Mother to your own blessed Mother for this plan of contacting the children, we see that the action will begin and the flames will leap and the fire will be kindled and there will be that great conflagration and that great rapture in the Spirit for which the blessed Christians have waited so long in the Second Coming of Christ.
Let me tell you of this Second Coming. Truly it is the prophecy, and truly it shall be fulfilled in the moment when the individual soul discovers his own Christ Self and acknowledges that Christ Self. Then does Jesus, the Lord and Master, descend in great clouds of glory into the aura of that one who has finally acknowledged the light and the presence of the Christ-reality. The Second Coming is the coming of the Christ Self within each heart, and it is the coming of Jesus to that heart to pay homage to that Christ Self, to bend the knee, and to acknowledge the living Christ in each beloved son and daughter.
And so, you see, the law of the Father and the requirement that the children of God acknowledge that Jesus is Christ and is Lord in order to be saved is a simple requirement. For by acknowledging Christ in Jesus, each soul passes through the open door, prepared and ready to acknowledge the Christ within. When you bring the good news of the Holy Christ Self of each one, in that very moment Jesus comes to bend the knee before that Christed being, even as that soul has for so long bowed before Jesus the Christ.
Is this not a magnificent ritual of the Great White Brotherhood, that when the individual soul has the courage to say, “Lo, here is Christ and I AM that Christ-reality of my own God flame,” when the individual has the courage to declare himself to be the flame of the only begotten Son of God, in that instant of the declaration of the divine identity, every angel and ascended being will confess that Christ as well. Can you not see, then, how souls of light have been deprived of this communion in the mystical body of God?
Now, then, when you bring the good news and you announce that inner key to souls whom you contact—that inner kingdom and of Christ who reigns on the throne in the temple of the heart—you can expect the Second Coming. You can expect the voice of angels and the appearance of Jesus. You can expect the soul to feel that contact.
It is not always that the outer mind can conceive this magnificence, but I can assure you that the soul perceives it and that there is an electric spark that leaps across the city as one by one there is that inner knowing that Christ has come. Christ the Lord—he lives, he reigns, he is forevermore the King of kings, the Lord of lords!2
My angels can scarcely wait until you begin [going out door-to-door, two-by-two]. They are lined up, ready to accompany you, and they come so well equipped. They come with the sword of Archangel Michael to cut free the souls. They come with the light of Mary. They come with book in arm and shield in hand. They come with every possible means to defend the souls and to give you the tips and the little techniques and the understanding of the rescue mission. You know there are angels of the rescue, angels who come to deliver souls from the dilemma of the carnal mind.
And so my angels will attempt to be and to play many roles all at once in order to be certain that you have every support, every help at hand. And now I daresay that your own souls are fairly leaping with joy, and you are like the angels. You can’t wait to see how God will work through you, how the Holy Spirit will go before you.
Bless you, my children. I am so grateful for the opportunity to speak with you, for your acceptance of me as an ascended lady master and as the counterpart of Jesus in the heart of the Holy City.
I am so grateful for the redemption of the Saviour and for the casting out of the demons from the planes of the seven chakras. I am grateful that I could be a part of the mission of Jesus and that I could be the example to the world of the depths to which the feminine ray could descend and yet still be saved by the Saviour.
Each one has a role to play. God called me to play that role so that the elevation of the feminine ray could come through beloved Jesus. And as Mary played her role in the exaltation of the feminine and the bringing forth of the Christ consciousness, so Jesus was able to illustrate that whether or not you have initially the great purity of the Virgin Mary, you can rise to that state of purity and it will not be denied to you. You have access to the same Christ and Lord and Master whom I addressed, “Rabboni,” my Lord and Master, my Redeemer, my Strength, my Saviour.3
All should come to know God in the person of the Christ as able to redeem and to call home all energies that have been channeled out of the way of the right use of the Law. And so he filled my soul with the Holy Spirit. He filled the sacred centers of God-awareness with a new polarization of Alpha and Omega, and he brought my four lower bodies into alignment with the threefold flame of the heart. He accepted me among the holy women, and I too was privileged to be a part of the sacred instruction that was released to us in the Upper Room.
This is, then, a lesson—a lesson to all. As Paul has said, “All have sinned and come and fallen short of the mark.”4 What of it? I say, Christ is able to wash every soul clean who is willing to be made whole. The requirement for forgiveness is repentance, and the requirement for repentance is the acknowledgment that one has made a mistake.
Therefore, you see, it is important to deal with reality and to know that we have made the mistake, that we require forgiveness, and that in order to be forgiven we must repent of the incorrect manifestation of the law of God. Without this very necessary process, souls cannot be freed from the stain of misqualified energy. Therefore let those who have made a mistake be willing to confess that mistake to their own Christ Self and I AM Presence, to call on the law of forgiveness, and then to know that God will answer with a mighty torrent of sacred fire for the sacred cleansing.
And once you have been cleansed, precious children of my heart, then you must hold the flame of immaculate purity and you must not allow your consciousness to be trodden upon by the condemnation of the fallen ones and their darkness and their despair and their accusation.
Once you have made peace with your Christ Self and with your God, once you have become penitent and perform the necessary decrees and sacrifices of the lesser self, then I say, be free and do not be intimidated by anyone. Then go forth to declare the purity that is without stain, without spot, and without blemish. Then I say, go forth to declare that purity in the flame of God and know that you are just as whole as the angelic hosts and as those who are the holy innocents. For when God manifests his wholeness in you, I say, you are indeed made whole.
I AM the living witness to the wholeness of God, and I stand before you blazing forth the light of the purity of our love so that you might be free from the condemnation of impurity and from those who declare love to be impure.
Let us say, then, that love that is consecrated to God is pure love and that love that is not consecrated to God ought to be, and that the flame of transmutation can be passed through all experiences that are less than the fullness of the love of God. And I say of the Law and of the Christ, “What more can we ask of him and of the Lawgiver?”
God has given to us a challenge in this age. It matters not what you were yesterday or an hour ago. It matters that in this moment you claim purity and that you surrender impurity, and for a brief split second, a moment, you are willing to say, “This and that and the other are impure. Let them go into the flame in the name of Christ.”
For a moment it is necessary to acknowledge that at a peculiar point in time and space in your relative consciousness there was an experience that was not of the light. In order to surrender that experience there is the necessity to acknowledge that it occurred, and that is all. Then let go. Do not revolve it. Do not condemn yourself. Let it go into the flame and move onward.
Hold your head high, let your spines be erect, and walk as liberated sons and daughters of God, joyous in the conviction that God has made you whole and that God seals you in that wholeness. And then I say with him, as he said to me, “Go and sin no more.”5

This dictation by Magda was delivered by the Messenger of the Great White Brotherhood Elizabeth Clare Prophet on Friday, October 8, 1976, during the New Age Discipleship conference, held in Pasadena, California. [N.B. Bracketed words have been added for clarity in the written word.]
1. Door-to-door. The door-to-door, two-by-two program was introduced at Summit University in 1976. Students went two-by-two, knocking on doors to introduce people to the teachings of the ascended masters, gave them flyers or a packet of information, and invited them to a lecture or conference. The program was designed to fulfill a required initiation on the Path, based on Jesus’ sending forth his disciples to preach (Matt: 10:5-14; Mark 6:7-13; Luke 9:1-6). The emphasis of this program was the heart-to-heart contact with each individual. Elizabeth Clare Prophet explained: “The reason Jesus gave the initiation without purse, without scrip [sack or pouch] was for the initiation of the Holy Spirit and that white light, that fourth ray, the utter reliance upon the spirit within, without preparation, without knowing what you will say to deliver unto the people that message of salvation.... So the alchemy is between the flame in your heart, the flame in the people inside that house, and the flame of the ascended masters who accompany you.” (Lecture, December 2, 1976) Mrs. Prophet also stated that the mantra of the door-to-door program is “I AM the open door which no man can shut.”
