A Dispensation for the Youth of America

Delivered to the Students and Faculty
of Montessori International

Children of the one God, I come in the flame of the seventh ray to seal you in the forehead and in the soul this day, that you might have my ray and my momentum of freedom for your calling in this age.

Yes, I AM the Knight Commander, and I have called you to be my own. I AM the one who shepherded Jesus and Mary, and I come also as the guardian spirit of each life and of America, still the noble and the free. And so you are the firstfruits of the harvest of the Father’s vineyard, here in Montessori International in the New Jerusalem.¹

You are come, then, to be put through the great winepress so that the very essence of your life and all that you have given to God for so many centuries might be in this age the pure and undiluted essence of the spirit, the soul of America, the teaching of Christ, the flame of freedom.

You now are the remnant, souls who could withstand the fire of Morya, the discipline of the Mother, and all of the taunts of the demons and the fallen ones who would have torn you from your path if they could.

The Karmic Board did not allow me to speak to you until this evening, for the Lords of Karma determined that the rod of the Law should not exempt you from the full testing of your souls as chelas of the ascended masters. And those who would endure to the end, the same should receive the prize and the calling of my coming and my flame.

I am here to release the light of a dispensation of hierarchy in the Ashram of the World Mother,² here where Gabriel has placed the focus of the Holy Grail as the cup from which all may come to drink, here where I have already called souls from the world who could make known my name and thereby the open door of freedom through the I AM THAT I AM to all the world.

Here I will draw in this century, before the curtain is drawn upon this dispensation, thousands of souls who are the called, who are the elect, who can indeed right every wrong by God’s grace and bring America into the new song of freedom and the resurrection. This is the home of the Mother and of all of her sons and daughters. Therefore you are welcome. And we the ascended masters, also sons and daughters of the Mother, are welcome.

We come, then, for a very important mission. For the cycles are turning and many events are taking place. And therefore I call you. As of old I called you as lightbearers in the American Revolution to defend freedom and the integrity of the Union and the right of the original thirteen to be in the mandala of Christ and his apostles.

I come, children of the Sun, with Jesus this night, to awaken you to your inner identity and to your calling, to quicken you as minutemen and -­women of Saint Germain and Portia. I call you as the sons of liberty to march for me in the Coming Revolution,³ for the Lord hath need of thee.⁴

I call you, then, to be the forerunners for the calling together of students in America who are in junior high and high school, who ought to have this light before the fallen ones desecrate their sacred auras, their mission, their hearts, and their four lower bodies. They are children of the Sun every whit, as full of light as ye are, and yet they have heard not the Word.

Therefore I summon you, the students, and I summon the faculty of Montessori International. And I say to you, do you not know that you wear the royal robes of a priesthood and of novitiates as you serve together to set the mandala of the age of freedom?

Do you not understand your sponsorship of life and of the children who are moving upward toward the ranks that you now hold?

Do you not realize, then, that I have placed in your heart a portion of my own sacred heart, a portion of my yearning for freedom?

The Great Law would not allow me to place this within your heart had you not already called it forth in ages past and delivered that service to me whereby I could in turn sponsor you in this life, with parents and in circumstances whereby you would be brought to the New Jerusalem in the very hour of the coming of the Mother and our organization.

If you could see the inner workings of our law and of our members and how many angels have fought for your very life and your presence here, I tell you, one and all, that it would bring a tear to your eye to know how much heaven has loved you in the hour of your sacred return to the working of the works that we knew so long ago.

How many of you remember that civilization in the Amazon, in South America? How many of you remember the Sahara 70,000 years ago? How many of you remember Camelot, Tibet, Jerusalem, the Inca period, and all of those hours that we have spent together planning and planning the day when God would deliver to us not only the mandate of freedom but the energy of the Great Central Sun whereby we would overtake the Fallen One and come into our own upon Terra and deliver souls of freedom into the arms of the Cosmic Virgin?

O precious souls, this is your home of light, and you are home. You have been through so many battles and so much struggle over the centuries that now all of a sudden, finding us together here in one place, you have scarcely breathed a breath and sighed a sigh to know that, yes, yes, this is the hour! This is our coming! This is what we have talked about and written about in our poetry and in our song, even as you were the wandering minstrels and the knights and ladies of old in the many courts that we have held.

So, now, all of that—all of that is passed, as the rivers have flowed, as the waters have flowed. And here we are together in the supreme moment of the victory. And your souls are saying, as they have said to me before, “What will you have me do, Saint Germain?”

And I come to answer, even before you think you have made the call. And yet I tell you that in your heart of hearts you have made the call. For I have spoken with you in our retreat at the Royal Teton,⁵ even recently, of my plan for the youth of America.

The Lords of Karma have given to me a dispensation, which I have implored—the dispensation for you, students of Montessori International, to carry my flame, yea even the torch of freedom so symbolically presented to the Mother of the Flame so that you might carry this flame to the students of your own age across America.

“How will we do this?” you say. You will go, guided by your faculty, by those who have kept the flame with you. You will form teams. You will speak. You will sing. You will play your instruments. And you will go and you will contact these souls in the high schools, in junior high, and you will begin in your own state, here in California, and you will not lose a moment.⁶

You will prepare yourselves and you will be my representatives, for the Lord hath need of thee. You will not while away the hours and play and sing and dance without concern for your brothers and sisters who have not drunk the cup of the Lord’s table, so freely given to you.

And therefore we begin now. We begin in the hour of the turning of the cycle, in the coming of the Mother in this sign of the zodiac.⁷ We begin according to the astronomers and the astrologers, the three wise men (Morya, Kuthumi, and Djwal Kul), who come to the place, now, where the Christ Child is born within you. And they desire of you that you should—through your own student council and through your organization of the Boy Scouts and the Girl Scouts—formulate your plan to bring the message of freedom, not only concerning the teachings of the ascended masters but concerning the critical social issues that are at hand, namely the issue of abortion and the question of the Illuminati and the economic and political theories that are at crosscurrents, as well as the ignorance that has been placed as a heavy darkness, a dark blanket upon the youth of America.

Your lifewave of souls, who are presently in the age group from the seventh to the twelfth grade, represent a wave of souls sponsored by me and by Portia to assist the Great Divine Director in bringing in the seventh root race. It is absolutely necessary that Church Universal and Triumphant secure that place, that Camelot,⁸ that forcefield. For to that place I will draw your souls and the souls of your compatriots of light, which you yourselves will draw by the magnet of your heart and by the magnet of your word, which I will surely speak through you as the LORD God spoke through Moses to the children of Israel. And as the cry went forth, “Let my people go,”⁹ so I send forth the cry in this hour through Micah, the Angel of Unity, and Archangel Michael for the deliverance of the children of Israel.

I am calling, then, for you to set life free, for you to pass this torch heart to heart and hand to hand, specifically to draw souls of this generation into this community of the Holy Spirit so that moving into the New Age you might be the ones to bear souls who will be, beyond the year 2000, the parents of the incoming members of the seventh root race.

There are already several generations of lightbearers within the organization. There are those who have served who are preparing for the ascension. There are those who are on in years and yet who are still working a great work of their own talent and genius carried through the ages.

There is the staff, who are delivering the dispensation of the messengers and securing it in the spoken and written Word, and then there are the students of Montessori International, who represent the new wave. And then there are the tiny children as babes in arms, already almost a generation apart from yourselves. Between them all there is almost the spanning of an entire century of lightbearers marching, marching through this community.

Can you not see the full spectrum of the rainbow rays of God and all that is to take place as the forward march of the Knight Commander and as the songs and the marches of the free are sung—the marching of the souls into embodiment, the marching of the souls into the ascension?

And in between are all ages and evolutions who can appeal to those at their own level and frequency and vibration, which is governed by the Great Causal Body of the universe as it releases that light through stellar bodies and constellations and the twelve signs of the zodiac.

You, then, represent a key, like the keystone of an arch. You, then, are the open door for Jesus Christ, for Saint Germain, for Mary the Mother, and for the teaching of souls your own age and souls who are younger.

Precious ones of light, I want you to know that there are none other who can reach many, many souls in America today besides yourselves. Therefore I call to you, and I call to your parents to release you in this service, to release you in the army of the hosts of the LORD so that you might serve with me this summer in action and in preparation for the year that is to come—a year for the explosion of light, a year designated by the Holy Spirit for a greater awareness of this light among the people of America than has ever been known in her two hundred years of history.

I come, then, with a dispensation of energy to accomplish the task at hand. I come with a call! But above all, I come with the ball of vision! It is the sphere of light. It is the focal point in the chandelier of Jesus Christ. It is a sphere, like the ball of the ascension of Terra, like the sphere of white light in your heart. The sphere of vision contains within itself the complete blueprint and the divine plan for your lifestreams in this century. When you meditate upon this crystal sphere, you meditate upon the divine plan held in the heart of the Great Divine Director for each one of you.

Who told you that you were not worthy? Who told you that you were children? You are sons and daughters of God! You are mature in your hearts! You have lived many, many centuries, and you have been with me through the most difficult periods of our securing of freedom in the nations of the earth.

I call you, then, to leave all childish ways and to pursue the way of the childlike heart in innocence and simplicity, to come with me and to start the bonfire that is going to be the fire that is ignited around the world, like the fires that were lit for the jubilee of the queen of England.¹⁰

These fires will be lit in the hearts of a people, noble and free in every nation. And the torch that you pass will be the igniting of that bonfire until from city to city and hill to hill, mountain to mountain, you will see the great bonfires blazing of our Coming Revolution. And you will be the minutemen and -­women of Saint Germain who have carried the fleur-­de-­lis to the boys and girls of every nation by your scouting and by the integrity of the honor flame.

I call you, precious ones, and I remind you that you cannot look to the right, to the left, behind you, or across the earth to find those who will take this responsibility in your place. I tell you, you are the firstfruits! You are the ones called! I speak to each student, and with all my heart I place now within your heart the momentum of my purple fiery heart, which I give to you for valor in service and for opportunity in the future.

Let it be, then, that you know that your Knight Commander has stood before you this night [messenger arises from chair] and has come to this place in a very tangible vibration and in a very tangible forcefield! For I have brought my Electronic Presence as close to the physical plane as the Great Law will allow so that you will know that this is no ordinary dictation but an extraordinary manifestation of myself, which I promised to each of you, teacher and student alike, before you took incarnation. And I told you of your coming even to this very house,¹¹ which I have preserved even before your incarnation. And therefore I said, “I will be there with Master Jesus and I will receive you.” And you said to me, “How will it be so, Lord, that we will find each other and find the Mother?”

And with a smile and a wink I said to you, one and all, “Wait and see.” And now you see, and you see with an inner eye and you hear with an inner ear, and your soul is charged by the chakra, the energies thereof anchored in the city of Los Angeles.*

I AM come. I AM come to align your atoms and molecules for the battle and for the march of victory. Will you join me, sons and daughters of liberty? [Audience responds, “Yes!”]

Will you not stand in honor of your own God Presence?

[Students and faculty rise.]

As you stand in honor of your own God Presence, I say, revere that life, which is absolutely real, absolutely tangible. Your own God Presence is a vibrating sphere of light, pulsating, iridescent.

You can speak with God. You can walk with God. You can walk with me and with Jesus. You can never know again the period of separation and aloneness, for I AM with you. I have sponsored you. And I will be with you unto the turning of the tide, the binding of the dragon and the beast and the false prophet, the great whore, and the Antichrist.¹² For you will live to see the salvation of God in America if you remain faithful to our cause and to the end.

In the name of the entire Spirit of the Great White Brotherhood, I inaugurate in you and through you, by God’s grace, a new era of opportunity for the youth of America.

Go in peace. Walk with God. But let us be up and doing!

“The Summit Lighthouse Sheds Its Radiance o’er All the World to Manifest as Pearls of Wisdom.”

This dictation by Saint Germain was delivered by the Messenger of the Great White Brotherhood Elizabeth Clare Prophet on Tuesday, June 21, 1977, for the graduation of Montessori International students, held in Los Angeles, California.

1. Montessori International in the New Jerusalem. At the time of this dictation, Montessori International (M.I.) was located at The Summit Lighthouse headquarters in Pasadena, California, in Los Angeles county. The Church’s Montessori preschool was originally opened with five students in the fall of 1970 at the organization’s headquarters in Colorado Springs, Colorado. By 1972, M.I. expanded to two preschool classrooms, with thirty-five children. In 1976, the school moved to Pasadena in fulfillment of Jesus’ mission in “the New Jerusalem,” the city of Los Angeles. Beginning in 1979, at Camelot in Malibu, California, Dr. Elizabeth Caspari, friend, student and co-worker of Dr. Maria Montessori, conducted twelve teacher training courses over the next seven years. By the early 1980s, M.I. had nearly 250 students with fifty faculty members, and it remained in session at the Church’s current headquarters at the Royal Teton Ranch in Montana until 1997. Montessori International continues to grow and evolve at the Royal Teton Ranch, with the Montessori principles continuing to be a part of the Church’s childcare, education, and Family Ministry programs.

2. This dictation was given at the Ashram of the World Mother in what was called Jesus’ dining room. The Ashram of the World Mother was a spiritual focus established by Elizabeth Clare Prophet in downtown Los Angeles and consecrated to the World Mother. The property was purchased in 1976 and sold in 1983.

3. The Coming Revolution. In a landmark dictation given on June 30, 1976, Pallas Athena stated, “I dedicate this conference to the coming revolution.” Elizabeth Clare Prophet explains: “[Pallas Athena] was talking about the revolution in higher consciousness that had come to America in order for what was intended to happen to [actually] happen—the rescue of the lightbearers, the overturning of the fallen ones usurping our God-government and our Christ consciousness.” The dictation by Pallas Athena is in Pearls of Wisdom, 2001, vol. 44, no. 17.

5. Retreat at the Royal Teton. The Royal Teton Retreat is the principal physical/etheric retreat of the Great White Brotherhood in North America, located near Jackson Hole, Wyoming, and congruent with the Grand Teton mountain. 6. “How will we do this?” In answer to Saint Germain’s mandate in this dictation, students of Montessori International and their mentors established “Project Contact.” This program included a leadership seminar at headquarters attended by many students that summer, following the July conference. Students learned how to write letters to their congressmen; they engaged in outreach in local communities, including the door-to-door program to establish a heart-to-heart contact with others; they also trained in public speaking and the use of the media. Between 1979 and 1981, M.I. students presented live musical plays that were filmed for video presentation, Fireworks!, I AM the Guard (a musical salute to the National Guard), Front Lines! 7. This sign of the zodiac. Saint Germain may be referring to the turning of the planetary cycle into the sign of Cancer, the sign of the Mother, on the 6 o’clock line of the cosmic clock, when the planet enters the emotional quadrant at summer solstice.

8. Camelot. In 1977, The Summit Lighthouse purchased the beautiful 218-acre Gillette estate in the Santa Monica Mountains near Malibu, California, and named it “Camelot” after King Arthur’s mystery school. The move from Pasadena to Camelot was completed in 1978. Headquarters remained at this location through 1986.

10. The jubilee of the queen of England. February 6, 1977, marked the 25th anniversary (silver jubilee) of the accession of Queen Elizabeth II to the throne of the United Kingdom. On June 6, 1977, a “bonfire beacon” was lit by the Queen at Windsor Castle, and a chain of other beacons were lit throughout the entire country.
