The Voice of the Seventh Angel:
Seven Angles of God’s Own Self-Awareness

I AM the voice of the seventh angle of God’s consciousness. You have thought that the term angel meant but a solitary figure in the person of God. I tell you, it is this and much more. For the seventh angel is indeed the seventh angle whereby the light of truth descends from the Great Central Sun and you see the meaning of the seven rays. It is the seven angles of God’s own self-awareness, for with each new angle of the release of light there is a new consciousness, a new vibration, and a wavelength and a color spectrum that is for the nourishment of new awareness in God.

Our heavenly Father has provided aeons of life and evolution in a vast cosmos for the souls of his creation to journey through these angles of his consciousness until all is absorbed of the manifestation of life.

When you think upon the great genius of the cell and the atom and of all that is functioning in Matter itself, you can also think upon the pattern in Spirit that is the origin of all creation in manifestation. It is this pattern in Spirit into which God has placed your souls. Therefore do not reckon with time and space, for only in the sense of eternity can you grasp the many, many mansions of God’s consciousness through which you have passed, tarrying in the first, the second, and the third angles of God’s being, absorbing there the manifestation of the Trinity, then moving to the white-fire core, then the flame of science and of truth, then of the way of ministration and service, and then of the way of the seventh plane.

The sixth unto the seventh is a transition of consciousness, which is taking place now in this epoch. It requires hundreds of years for the change of the ages of God’s manifestation. Moving into the age of alchemy requires the full adjustment of your chakras and your four lower bodies. And therefore the sounding of the sound of the seventh angel is the voice, the very consciousness of God that focalizes the collective awareness of all evolutions throughout a cosmos who have passed through and mastered the seventh angle of God’s being.

Because I AM the hierarch of the Aquarian age, I AM the voice of this seventh angle. In my voice, then, you hear the resonance of millions of heavenly hosts who gather for the alchemy of the soul, and it is your soul that must be brought into attunement with the Great Alchemist. And through the cosmic consciousness of those who ensoul the seventh ray, your very own soul can be attuned to the inner pattern that will enable you to move forward into the eighth angle of penetration of the Buddha and the Mother.

Students on the Path with the ascended masters become very ardent devotees of the violet flame because they feel the joy of the soul moving as a stellar body into that alignment with the Great Central Sun. Becoming almost drunk with the light of the Holy Spirit and with the new wine, these souls take in and garner within the aura the frequencies of this seventh angle and they become the electrodes throughout time and space of the turning of worlds within and worlds without.

I AM Saint Germain. You may wonder at the vastness of cosmic consciousness and then the changing of frequency as we direct the All-Seeing Eye of God into what seems to be insignificant by comparison with far-off worlds. This is a manifestation of our co-measurement whereby I can be in the Great Central Sun in the heart of Alpha and Omega as well as in your very own heart, deliberating upon the transient matters of time and space.

Beloved ones, our God is a living God! Our God is a flame that is the caring and the consuming fire! Therefore I AM come as the defender of freedom on earth and the defender of the light of the evolutions of earth.

You who have heard me speak on world conditions know well my stand on freedom and on America, and you have been told of our meeting in the Royal Teton Retreat last evening as ascended masters and cosmic beings, even from other systems of worlds, have deliberated the fate of this and every nation on earth.

The questions at hand are very grave indeed. And therefore, though I come with a joy of a thousand million beams of God’s consciousness, I also come to that point where the beams of light spring up as a flame on earth, and that is the place where joy becomes the bitterness and the gall of that cup. And in this age it is not a cup that the children of light are required to drink, but it is a cup that is being forced upon them by the fallen ones. This cup is not to be confused with the communion cup of our Lord or even with his cup of sorrows, which he drank for all so that all might have life and salvation.

This cup, then, is the cup of the poison of the laggard races, who also sojourn on this planet and have perverted the governments of the nations and their policies and their politics, until the conspiracy of the Evil One is abroad and weaves its subtleties throughout every nation.

Let the flowers of the violet flame spring forth. Let them be in your aura now a consolation, for the Cosmic Virgin weeps, and therefore the consolation of God is unto her children.

I can only tell you the truth. Let the chips fall where they may. This nation, an ascended master nation, is sponsored by our Brotherhood to be the focal point of freedom and the transfer of freedom in love throughout earth.

Now we hear of the betrayal of Taiwan and the commitment of this president, this secretary of state, and the cabinet to that agreement in the Shanghai Communiqué¹ whereby it is stated that there is only one China, and therefore the negotiators would take up negotiations with the fallen ones who enslave eight hundred million souls and turn their backs upon the souls of light in the island of light.

This is a policy set by this administration. Ere it can be fulfilled, there will be many turns in the cycle of life. It is the supreme challenge of the Great White Brotherhood and their embodied chelas to go forth to stop, stop, stop the action of the betrayal of the children of light in Asia! For these are the children of the Mother, of Lemuria, and they have a right to be free!

Precious ones of light, to leave to the Chinese Communists the settling of the affairs of Taiwan is to lead the sheep to the slaughter and allow the wolves to come and to take them, to murder them in cold blood, as they will do when they are given the authority by those who are not the lightbearers. For their fruits have proven that they do not have the fruit of the Christ consciousness but only the fruit of compromise and the bargaining with the fallen ones, which was the original disobedience in the great mystery school of Eden upon Lemuria.

Precious ones, we will not admit defeat, and yet the demons of defeat march to a drumbeat of the night, to the drumbeat of the pit. Let the daughters of Zion and the sons of Israel know the power of Almighty God through their right hand, and let them raise that right hand to drive back now the fallen ones who are trampling upon the beautiful souls of the East and of the West.

You must be willing to stand with Francis and with Clare to turn back the Saracens and to turn back their hatred upon themselves. Let it be turned back! I tell you, Almighty God will come as a lightning and a thunder in this age because of the betrayers and their failure to defend America and freedom—the freedom of lightbearers in every nation through proper defense in the alchemy of self in the etheric plane, the mental plane, the emotional plane, and the physical plane.

The quadrants of Mater, of the Mother’s temple, must be defended! The decision not to have defense, not to have the fullest manifestation of the cosmic honor flame is a process whereby the manipulators have manipulated all of the ones who are in your government this day into the position whereby, by and by within a few years there will be no position of bargaining. There will be no superiority in science, in defense, in every avenue, and there will simply be the catapulting of the culture of the Mother in East and West into the degradation and the anticulture of the Antichrist. All of this is happening by the refusal of the ones who have the flame to forge that God-identity.

The transition of the alchemy of love in this hour is in your hands. We are the gurus. We stand at your side. We counsel. We release the flame. Citizens of a cosmos, it is your dharma to defend the rights of man to be free to worship God, to assemble, to publish the Word as they see the Word, and to come together in the action of the Law that is for the victory of all.

The rights of man must be defended, no matter what the cost. For the price that will be paid will be the price that was paid in Russia, in Eastern Europe, in China, in Vietnam, in Cambodia, and in every nation where there have been the tyrants of this conspiracy that is far, far beyond the word of Communism, this conspiracy of the fallen ones. The price is the price of the body and the blood of the lightbearers, but it is not the LORD God who has exacted this price. Nay, it is the price of the Devil, who seeks to destroy the soul by this process that you see taking place before your very eyes.

There may be some among you who have not heard of the Great White Brotherhood, who have not heard of the coming of the lightbearers or of the fallen ones. Perhaps you do not understand how God can be the personification of the Law intertwined with the affairs of man. You must understand that man is God and God is man, and there is no duality but one life, and in that one life there is the choice of free will, and in that choice there is the path to the right and the path to the left of Truth.

So then, earth is a dark star where laggard evolutions have chosen the destruction of the soul and of the temple of the Mother, and ye are lightbearers who have come with the Ancient of Days to rescue the remnant of those souls.

This is your hour, the hour of your victory. But I say to you, never has there been a darker hour for freedom on earth. The elementals are in mourning with the Cosmic Virgin as the fallen ones have plotted to thwart the release of light from the Great Central Sun in this anniversary of the Declaration of Independence. Therefore, let it be that our chelas shall receive that light and garner it in their hearts for every living soul on earth.

Beloved ones, God is not mocked.² See that you are not mocked. For this great mockery of life and light and freedom that is upon this earth and the nations of the earth is the bowing down of the bow of the ship in a stormy sea. Yet he walked upon the water. Yet he commanded the alchemy of the elements, and freedom was restored.

This is your hour, and the hour for your challenge—the challenge of the removal of the focus of light of the ascended masters from the nexus of the hemisphere, there in Panama itself. This is the nexus of the flow of the figure-eight pattern destined by God to be guarded by a free people and not by those who are already under the tyranny of the International Capitalist/Communist Conspiracy.

Let the saints of America, the saints of Russia, and the saints of China be one threefold flame who will rise up and overthrow the common enemy of the culture of the Mother. This is my plea before Keepers of the Flame and all lightbearers—that you will see that the Word as the Logos within you must be released for the turning of the tide.

I come as the voice of the seventh angle of God’s consciousness, and I tell you that the release of the light of cosmos through the love of chelas is so intense that with each increase of our ascended master movement and of the teachings going forth through the messenger there is a counterpoint by the fallen ones who are moving against the bastions of America—America that is the last stronghold that can protect this dispensation of the highest teachings that have been given truly since the Fall.

See, then, that the opposition to America and the hatred within and without, and the division and the betrayal, is only that which is directed against the order of hierarchy that is the Guru-chela relationship whereby the people of America are intended to be the disciples of Almighty God and his beloved sons and daughters in this age. America herself is the great mystery school provided by God for the opening of the way to the restoration of Eden within the heart.

Do you not know that Eden is in the chamber of your heart, your own threefold flame? Do you not know that Adam and Eve walked and talked in the garden of the cosmic consciousness of the heartbeat of Lord Maitreya?

You, when you enter the retreats of the Great White Brotherhood, enter into the heart of Elohim and sun centers and sons and daughters of God, whose hearts have become the veritable Temple Beautiful for the evolutions of earth.

Do you not understand that all that is without is maya, and yet the mastery of that maya and of that flow of time and space is for the securing of the platform of evolution, that it is only an instrument to God-mastery?

Let us then secure freedom and the freedom to be in God and to return to God in the ritual of the ascension. Keepers of the Flame, the hour is late! Act, and act now! For God within you is the power to turn the tide.

I place my Electronic Presence upon this altar so that you might have the presence of my person to draw upon and so that America might have the focal point of Uncle Sam as he holds high his hand and his finger, pointing the finger at the betrayers of the children of God. Let them be known, and let the curtains now be put aside so that all might know that those who are acting to represent the people are not of the light and have not the qualifications on the path of initiation to lead mankind into a golden age of freedom.

Have you wondered why your leaders, black and white, have been slain, crucified, even as the Lord Christ? It is because of this conspiracy of the fallen ones.

Let the light come! Let the awakening come! Let the enlightenment of the Buddha come! Let the Christ come to reign in all hearts, and let the people of earth manifest the victory!

I AM with you, souls of God. Press on. Press on. And give the last drop of energy unto this cause, which must be defended if you would retain the right simply to be.

I AM your Saint Germain. I AM your banner of freedom. I AM your advocate before the Father-Mother God. And I enlist you in the service of the light of freedom.

“The Summit Lighthouse Sheds Its Radiance o’er All the World to Manifest as Pearls of Wisdom.”

This dictation by Saint Germain was delivered by the Messenger of the Great White Brotherhood Elizabeth Clare Prophet on Friday, July 1, 1977, during the Only Love conference, held in Pasadena, California. This dictation was previously published in “The Summit Beacon” vol. XI, no. 2, August 1977.

1. Shanghai Communiqué. On February 27, 1972, the United States (under the Richard Nixon administration) and the People’s Republic of China (PRC) issued a joint statement known as the “Shanghai Communiqué.” At this time the U.S. military were stationed in Taiwan. As a result of the negotiations leading up to the communiqué, the U.S. agreed to progressively withdraw all of its forces from Taiwan. The PRC rejected the concept of “two Chinas” and declared that the government of the PRC “is the sole legal government of China” and that “Taiwan is a province of China.” The U.S. did not address the question of who should govern this “one China.” Both nations agreed to normalize their relationship. After taking office in January of 1977, President Jimmy Carter reaffirmed the Shanghai Communiqué. Carter’s Secretary of State, Cyrus Vance, his National Security Advisor, Zbigniew Brzezinski, and senior members of the National Security Council encouraged Carter to establish diplomatic and trade relations with China. On January 1, 1979, it was announced that the U.S. (under the Carter administration) and the PRC officially “have agreed to recognize each other and to establish diplomatic relations.” The U.S. government recognized the PRC as “the sole legal” government of China and that “there is but one China and Taiwan is a part of China.” The U.S. affirmed, however, that the “people of the United States will maintain cultural, commercial and other unofficial relations with the people of Taiwan.”
