Needle Rays of My Causal Body
A Necessary Reinforcement in the Earth
and the Bodies of the Earth’s Children
From many angles we are reinforcing earth, the four lower bodies of the earth and her people. Thus I add to that which has been accomplished and is ongoing the needle rays of my causal body. For I am called Mighty Cosmos. And the needle-like rays can only be likened unto crystal fire—fire crystallized as pins, pins so tiny that they cannot even be measured. But when all [move] as one, billions of pins bombarding the earth, there is a crystal fire mist that comes from the I AM Presence of all who have contributed to life.
So I am the multiplier of the five secret rays within your causal body. I focus through those five secret rays, with your permission, to direct into the earth now crystalline fire that comes in many dimensions, many manifestations. The point here, again, is to bring a planet in a state of disintegration to the point of integration. I appreciate your calls to me,1 for my secret rays are a part of the holding together of the core in the center.
You have known that planets have died. You have known that worlds have ceased to have life or chlorophyll or oxygen or any means of supporting life as you know it. It is possible for earth to go through such a change—perhaps not in thousands of years, yet it is a possibility. You live in a pivotal century, beloved, pivotal indeed. You will determine which way the planet goes, even as the little child that prays at bedside. The fervent prayer of your hearts in addition to that reinforcement that we can give will define the future of the planet.
An Opportunity and a Cycle to Make Your Ascension
Some of you have wondered if you have come with the fourth and fifth root races. Some of you have indeed. Others are angels who have taken embodiment in those races and therefore resemble them somewhat.
Those of you who have been long, long time in the earth, whose time has come for graduation, are in order for that graduation and you are receiving the support and the impetus that you need to complete your round here. It is an opportunity and a cycle to make your ascension.
For many, many reasons, which I shall not give you in this hour, I suggest that you see to it that you earn your ascension and maintain at least 51 percent of your karma balanced so that you might have a choice when the day might come suddenly or it might come in the greater distant future. I say this, beloved, because there are cycles. There are times and seasons. This is a time of a great graduation of earth, and it is time for others to come and to walk the earth and be the teacher of her children.
Let the elements play.* Let them play, beloved, for they frolic in the wind for they rejoice in a certain liberation when you give your calls and decrees and they are in our auras. They have little surcease from the burdens of mankind’s discord and death spirals and of the pollutions of the earth, which are almost overwhelming.
So, in the sweetness of this land, as I speak to you, untold numbers of angels and those who are of the elemental kingdom who are highly advanced are assisting my assistants in placing in the earth needle rays—again, in another dimension, yet this is a process most necessary. You all comprehend this, and yet perhaps you do not. You are waiting and my words come, and in the interim tremendous cosmic activity takes place. For I, Cosmos, place my causal body around the earth with the same consequences as the God Harmony described.2 We have done this because of this transition point and the fulcrum that it represents.
Now I suggest you sound the Om as a qualifier and equalizer of our work. [Audience joins in chanting the Om:]

The Thunder and the Lightning Descends
for the Piercing of Extreme Recalcitrance
Now may the choir lead you in singing of the lightning and the thunder of the resurrection. Give your fiats unto the Lord Christ and the hierarchy of your lineage from Padma Sambhava to Sanat Kumara.

We reinforce. For the Son, the Son whom God hath sent to the earth, has fulfilled his reason for being as the avatar of the Piscean age. There does descend upon every man, woman and child, then, the responsibility for his karma. And, thus, beloved, inasmuch as this has come to pass, we have provided a necessary reinforcement in the earth and the bodies of the earth’s children.
This does not mean that he, in the office of World Teacher with Koot Hoomi, with Lord Maitreya and Gautama, shall not prevail in the earth and move in the earth to give the teachings of the new age. It is his great causal body out of which the thunder and the lightning descends for the piercing of extreme recalcitrance in the people and in the earth body itself.
So know the blessing of the Lord and Saviour. And know that he has honored you by giving back to you the remainder of your karma to carry upon your shoulders.3 This must come to pass, for it is indeed a part of the ascension’s ritual and the Son’s victory.
That which we have begun shall continue for many months. We seal you in this hour. Know, then, that your continuing decrees of the first and the fourth rays will facilitate the goals that we have described.
Thus, in the joy of love, know God’s fulfillment in you.
I AM Cosmos, everywhere in the consciousness of God. And that means everywhere within you.

1. “Mighty Cosmos’ Secret Rays,” decree 0.03 in Prayers, Meditations and Dynamic Decrees for the Coming Revolution in Higher Consciousness. On June 28, 1993, Vajrasattva said: “The opening of the Mind of God within you has to do with your calling to Mighty Cosmos for the five secret rays.... Our names are attached to the five rays of Mighty Cosmos. And so if you will call to Cosmos and give our names at the beginning of that decree, along with the name Vajrasattva, you will know the stimulation of those five rays, those five spiritual senses, and other dimensions of your own being by which you will profit and by which others may profit” (1993 Pearls of Wisdom, vol. 36, no. 40, p. 553). (Vajrasattva [Sanskrit, lit. “Diamond Being”] embodies the five secret rays, the five elements, and the five personalities of the Five Dhyani Buddhas. He is the synthesis of the five and has the attainment of the five.) On December 30, 1993, Vairochana said: “In calling to the Five Dhyani Buddhas...with the preamble to ‘Mighty Cosmos’ Secret Rays’ decree, you will discover an amazing alchemy.... As the outer becomes more self-effacing, the inner becomes more powerful” (1994 Pearls of Wisdom, vol. 37, no.2, p. 29).
