Hail, Torchbearers of the Age!
I AM Liberty and I would not be removed into a corner anymore.1 I would stand at this cusp of the year bearing the mighty torch of illumination, the Law that is in my hand, the mighty book of its text that is also borne by the Mother.
We desire no longer to bear [it alone] but to transfer it to you. This therefore is the year for the transferring of books of the Law to your heart and to your hand. It is the year of the transmission of the empowerment of the heart and the throat chakras for the delivering of that love of the heart in the spoken word of the preaching of the Everlasting Gospel.2 You have been called to this service by the power of Cyclopea in the initiation of Ezekiel and others, including the mighty Zarathustra, the mighty Uriel and hosts of the LORD.
Now I come with a dispensation extraordinary that will make this possible as the Karmic Board, seven in number, stands upon this altar to release to you simultaneously the seven rainbow rays which we represent. [We come] that you might have an activation and a balancing and an alignment, according to the will of Alpha and Omega, that will mightily assist you, if you do receive it [i.e., if you do accept it], in the giving forth of that teaching to those who deserve it and deserve it ten thousand times ten thousand.
You have seen the heart of Hungary and the Hungarian people. You have seen the beauty of their faces, the determination of these lifestreams, and you have also seen them wiped out by the iron hand of the iron machine.3 Recognize, then, that these saints and martyrs, many of whom have reembodied, are the ones to whom I refer when I say they are worthy to receive the teaching ten thousand times ten thousand. And ye also are worthy, having fought [for the light and for freedom] in many battles past.
And therefore the earth is filled with souls hungering for truth who are indeed worthy and who are on the path of the Buddha and will now know it! And they will be told because our books and teachings will reach them by word of mouth, by translated texts in hand, by your own speaking of the truth and by the media itself. We will use every avenue! We are opening the doors! We are clearing the highways! We are opening the way for the truth to be manifest.
Therefore run. Run with the joyous message! Go here and go there. Go one by one or two by two or three times three!
In the power of the living Christ, I say, it is given unto you to assist the mighty angel with the Everlasting Gospel. Unto you it is given! And we shall see to it that the thrust of your hand, the power of your heart will not be turned back.
Be tireless, be fearless, be hopeful. Be chaste in integrity and honor. Above all, be practical. And above all, remember [to know,] to dare, to do and to be silent when it is necessary and to shout [what you know] from the housetops when you are bidden and, by the heart of Maitreya, to know the difference.
I AM sealing you in the light of the Buddha Maitreya, for he has come [to this altar today] to accept the commission of the Lords of Karma to bring to the lightbearers of earth that which is required in this year. As you well understand, [the requirement to save the lightbearers] by this late hour [in the turning of the cycles of centuries] is a tremendous momentum of Cosmic Christ illumination.
Therefore, as Lord Maitreya does bow before the I AM Presence at this altar, I ask you to join together in giving a decree of illumination to increase its magnitude in this sanctuary for our continuing purpose in this dictation.
Golden Waves of Peace
O Glorious Golden Flame of Illumination from the heart of the Great Central Sun: In the name of my beloved I AM Presence and Holy Christ Self, blaze forth now from the heart of beloved Alpha and Omega, from the heart of beloved Helios and Vesta, and from the heart of beloved God and Goddess Meru into our individual hearts and minds, flooding them with the precious oil of Illumination poured out in limitless radiance into our chaliced attention.
Beloved Mighty God Presence I AM in me and in the heart of the Great Central Sun, beloved Alpha and Omega, beloved Helios and Vesta, beloved Great Central Sun messengers, all cosmic beings, powers, and legions of Light, beloved Lord Gautama, beloved Lanello, the entire Spirit of the Great White Brotherhood and the World Mother, elemental life—fire, air, water, and earth!
Come, come, come now in the fullness of thy power and direct thy precious light rays of Divine Illumination from the spiritual sun into our beings and worlds, flooding all with the golden flame of Christ Illumination, understanding, perception, and peace from the heart of God’s own omniscience.
Come, come, come, O Divine Illumination’s Ray;
Come, come, come into my world to stay;
Come, come, come in golden waves of peace;
Come, come, come, thy Wisdom Flame release!

I AM receiving, accepting, and absorbing the flame of Cosmic Christ Illumination from the very living presence of the God and Goddess Meru in the Temple of Illumination. (given 9 times)
O Flame of Light bright and gold,
O Flame most wondrous to behold,
I AM in every brain cell shining,
I AM in Light’s wisdom all divining.
Ceaseless, flowing fount of Illumination flaming,
I AM, I AM, I AM Illumination. (given 3 times)
And in full Faith I consciously accept this manifest, manifest, manifest! (3x) right here and now with full Power, eternally sustained, all-powerfully active, ever expanding, and world enfolding until all are wholly ascended in the Light and free! Beloved I AM! Beloved I AM! Beloved I AM!4
Invocation of Illumination
In the name of the beloved Mighty Victorious Presence of Almighty God I AM in me, my very own beloved Holy Christ Self and Holy Christ Selves of all mankind, by and through the magnetic power of the immortal, victorious Threefold Flame of Love, Wisdom and Power anchored within my heart: I invoke the golden flame of Illumination from the heart of God in the Great Central Sun and the Seven Solar Logoi, from beloved Alpha and Omega and Helios and Vesta, from beloved Lord Lanto and Confucius and the Brotherhood of the Royal Teton, from beloved Sanat Kumara, Gautama Buddha, Lord Maitreya, Jesus and Kuthumi and the Brothers of the Golden Robe in Kashmir, from beloved Vaivasvata, the Great Divine Director, Himalaya and all who serve in the Retreat of the Blue Lotus, from beloved God and Goddess Meru, Casimir Poseidon and all who serve in the Temple of Illumination, from beloved Mighty Cosmos, beloved Mighty Elohim Apollo and Lumina, beloved Archangel Jophiel and Christine, beloved Lanello, the entire Spirit of the Great White Brotherhood and the World Mother, elemental life—fire, air, water, and earth!
Blaze forth the Light of Cosmic Christ Illumination throughout my four lower bodies, the earth, the elementals, and all Lightbearers of the world, to rend the veil of ignorance and establish the I AM Law of Life through the mercury diamond-shining Mind of God consciously expanded right now with full power through this my decree:
Living Christ within and round me
Blazing ’lumination’s Flame,
Wise Abundance now surround me,
God-dominion ever reign.
Crown my brow with golden radiance
From the Wisdom of thy Light;
Crown my doings with the evidence
Of Illumination’s Christed might.
I AM, I AM the golden flame
Of Illumination blazing clear
From the heart of blessed Lanto
In the Royal Teton here.
Blaze, O blaze thy shining radiance
Through my inner being now;
Shed true Light upon my pathway
By a beam from Wisdom’s brow.
Light expand now to encircle
Every nook upon our globe;
Come, bring every man your blessing,
Brothers of the Golden Robe.
Living Christ now all about me,
Blaze with all thy Wisdom’s power.
Thy Truth blazing, none can doubt me;
Expand then in me every hour.
Crown my heart and mind with fire
Kindled on thy altars bright;
Let a halo of thy Wisdom
Honor every child of Light.
Hail, thou holy Royal Teton,
Brothers of the Wisdom Ray!
Intensify thy golden radiance,
Let the sun of Light hold sway.
Come, Apollo, Lumina,
Give Wisdom to perceive
The perfect pattern for each life,
Its way and means to weave.

Set forth on Wisdom’s page

As I hold the torch high in this year and see the movement of illumination’s flame, I contemplate that no point in the mind of God is ever stale or static nor can it be traced to a status quo of materialism or comfortability at any point of evolution. The blazing, roaring, consuming, life-giving illumination flame is that which moves and requires the devotee of God to move with it and to rise ever higher in new dimensions of cosmos.
The Book of the Law must be multiplied and borne by the shepherds, and when the shepherds have taught the multitudes, we envision that they also will carry it. The Book of the Law is the burden of the LORD.6 It is a weighty tome and carries great light. Therefore it is often too heavy and must be borne by those who have a commensurate attainment.
Now, in the golden light of your own auric emanation and your hearts’ giving, Lord Maitreya would speak to you on the return of his love.7 Won’t you be seated.
“The Summit Lighthouse Sheds Its Radiance o’er All the World to Manifest as Pearls of Wisdom.”
This dictation by the Goddess of Liberty was delivered by the Messenger of the Great White Brotherhood Elizabeth Clare Prophet on Sunday, January 2, 1983, during the five-day The Buddhas in Winter conference held at Camelot, Los Angeles County, California.
