Part 1
Messenger’s Sealing of the Temple prior to the Dictation
May we call for a great pillar of violet flame from the heartof Pelleur’s realm in the center of the earth to blaze up underneath this room, to fan out and form a carpet of violet flame underneath our feet. May we call for this carpet of violet flame to be sustained, to pour the energy from Pelleur’s realm into our realm—the transmuting energy of God.
May we call now for walls of light three feet thick, expanded by the ascended masters’ power, the color of the sun shining upon new-fallen snow—dazzling white—surrounding this room and cutting it free from the vibratory action of all outer condition. May we see these walls rising high up into the ascended masters’ octave to meet in the angelic realms the forces of light.
May we see the secret love star—the nine-pointed pink star of divine love, dazzling bright with its pink radiance—suspended in the air of this room and pouring out its rays of divine love in every direction, passing through the walls of light and the violet-flame carpet to flood the earth with a magnificent love of God’s own heart.
May we see the crystalline interlaced triangles at the front near the altar, the downward point and the upward point—the interlaced triangles—and in the center the All-Seeing Eye of God. May we see a ray of light from the eye in the center sweep fanlike through this room and pass through the head area of everyone a mighty ray, the Presence of God beholding in us his own image.
And now as we are cut free from the vibratory action of the human, see me surrounded in an oval of magnificent white-fire light from the ascended masters’ octave, that I may render my service to the sacred fire as a Keeper of the Flame to the Keeper of the Flame and its Knight Commander, to my beloved I AM Presence, above all. And now as we await the coming of Morya, our beloved [pianist] will play.
Heart friends of the ages, in the holy name of freedom, I, El Morya, Lord of the First Ray, greet my many friends here in the holy will of God.
The benevolence of everyone is conferred upon them each hour by that priceless seed pearl of great price1 that is within them. And by the luster and opulence of its radiance, I trust that all will sense the conferment of that eternal blessng from the heart of light. O thou pearl of great price, thou wondrous radiance of the Presence of Life within each heart, hail to thee and to the will of God—supreme magnificence and splendid—towering over the earth as a monument to the eternal perfection of God! It expresses for each lifestream the fullness of all that God is and all that he desires for his creation.
I salute you today with the full power of the first ray. I call for the domination within you [over] all that is not of the light by the mighty power of God and the invincible power of his perfection made manifest.
Hail to thee, my brother Saint Germain, thou friend of freedom illustrious, thou brother who can be called so well friend of the ages. To thee I call today in honor of thee as Knight Commander of this order,2 and I ask that you give the blessing of your radiance, the munificence of your Presence to these who are here assembled and to [those] who are not here but would break bread with us. Let them also today, by the power of the angelic host, have conferred upon them the blessed sacrament of our Presence.
And therefore, I am calling to the angels of the blue flame to come now and to take the precious hosts of light and carry them from Washington to various parts of the world to feed the students in various parts of the world with the sacred manna that descends to us from above. I call also that the fires from the coals of heaven’s altars may be carried abroad by the angelic arms, by banners of love to surround all the students everywhere upon the earth plane who desire so much to honor the name of beloved Saint Germain. May a spirit of cosmic unity permeate the atmosphere of earth, then, and bring to mankind a greater realization of its meaning so that they will not so easily forget.
At the close of World War I, mankind of earth, beloved ones, were made aware of the great sacrifice of human bloodshed by rows of crosses on Flanders Field and the saying “Lest we forget.”3 I say to you, beloved ones, our cause is not a dead one, but our cause is a living one whereby there is conferred upon all of life the immortality which God intends. And if, therefore, there exist upon earth lesser causes which need allegiance, then I say, let them have our assistance, but let us not ever forget that our first cause is the Divine Presence of Life and that religious service rendered from a sincere heart is the greatest service anyone can ever render. It is a service to the light. And when mankind serve the light, the Law decrees that the light can do no other than to turn and serve that lifestream so doing. And I tell you, beloved ones, that in this place today there are living witnesses who walk among you—individuals who are a part of this audience—who can testify to the service of the light to them and to their life- streams. These individuals know the truth of that which I am speaking.
You are Keepers of the Flame by reason of your acts and not by reason of your admission to this room. To confer the secrets of our power upon you, beloved ones, is a simple thing indeed; we have but to speak and the gift is given. But to use the gift wisely and well is entirely another thing. And therefore, I call to you now to accept the fullness of the discriminating intelligence of your own Holy Christ Self that you may be able to determine how best you can serve the light. And realize that the light of God, which does not fail, cannot fail to confer upon you in answer to your request the fullness of that divine understanding which the moment may require. Won’t you please be seated.
Some of you were present recently and heard an address given by Paul the Venetian. You learned that for a number of years he has been at work on a marvelous chalice of comfort and that this chalice was finally completed and then carried by angelic hands to Ceylon to be used by the Lord the Maha Chohan in his retreat.
Some of you yesterday were witnesses to the work of Paul the Venetian in his embodiment as Paolo Veronese.4 You all ought to have in due time the text words of the address of Paul the Venetian,5 for it is most enlightening. And I hope that the organization who serves this light will see to it with diligence and dispatch that this address is removed from the electronic recording tape upon which it is now presently recorded and transferred to the printed page, that the hungry hearts who would have his precious words may be able to feast upon them.
I wish to express my gratitude to the students today for the alacrity and response of your hearts to the needs of the moment for this organization. Heaven does not forget; therefore, remember.
Beloved ones, I wish to say to you now that my own spiritual teacher, the Great Divine Director, gave words of great illumined wisdom to you last night,6 and I am today speaking to you as a servant of light to remind you that you have been thus far well fed. I hope that the nourishment is assimilated by your mental body and put into action, for I have observed through the years an accretion of recalcitrance in the hearts of some individuals. It is a form of creeping paralysis, for individuals seem to find a widening disparagement in connection with their aims and their efforts. And I, therefore, would like to see this gap narrowed until your aims and your efforts become greater.
I am specifically and particularly concerned with the lack of decrees. There are few groups upon the planet at present who still realize what a decree means to those of us who are ascended masters. There are many who do not like to decree simply because they tire of the effort. Well, beloved ones, the mainspring of heaven has not yet run down and I do not think yours will either. Your life is God’s. And I am so grateful when I behold in you a determination to decree, knowing that the call compels the answer.
Let misguided individuals, if they will, tell you that decrees are ineffective. Let them tell you, if they will, that they are offensive to mankind who do not understand them. Let them complain, if they will, about the noise of decrees. Let me tell you here and now that this planet would be but a pinch of dust in cosmic fingers if it were not for the decrees of the I AM students throughout the world who have served in the various activities of light. For it was because of the decrees of these students that any number of impending cataclysms were deflected from the earth and did not manifest upon the screen of life.
Now then, beloved ones, I ask you in the holy name of God, because this is pure truth, are decrees, then, ineffective? They are the energy of mankind who inhabit this planet offered on behalf of their brethren who know not the Law to those of us of the ascended masters so that we may take up this energy and use it at inner levels to bring before the Lord of the World and the Karmic Board to set aside, at times, cos- mic law which calls for the descent of an avalanche or a jug- gernaut of negative karma upon mankind. And in calling for the setting aside of these conditions, we must have the decrees of the students which call for the violet transmuting flame to transmute by the flame of mercy and forgiveness these outer conditions. Unless we can balance the Law by the forthright action of men’s hearts, we cannot in any way still the impending doom which mankind otherwise would reap.
Let those would-be teachers who know better than we do declare what they will; they shall stand responsible for their declarations. Let anyone teach mankind wrongly, and they are fully responsible for their wrong teaching. Let, therefore, men who would be teachers take care and pay special attention to that which they teach. A pure motive is not enough. One ought also to know the Law before they speak it.
Now, I am certain you realize that heaven takes into account the innocent who in full love of their heart speak an untruth to mankind not knowing that it is so. But, beloved ones, those who are in doubt and are not yet certain concerning a point of the Law and yet declare it to mankind as absolute truth ought to realize that they have some requirement to balance before the Lords of Karma. And therefore to the Keepers of the Flame today, as I address you, I call to your attention a need that at this hour, when the mankind of earth are facing so many perilous situations, the Keepers of the Flame ought indeed, as this messenger told you, be militant in their defense of truth and justice.

The Covenant of the Magi

Father, into thy hands I commend my being. Take me and use me my efforts, my thoughts, my resources, all that I AM in thy service to the world of men and to thy noble cosmic purposes, yet unknown to my mind.
Teach me to be kind in the way of the Law that awakens men and guides them to the shores of Reality, to the confluence of the River of Life, to the Edenic source, that I may understand that the leaves of the Tree of Life, given to me each day, are for the healing of the nations; that as I garner them into the treasury of being and offer the fruit of my loving adoration to thee and to thy purposes supreme, I shall indeed hold covenant with thee as my guide, my guardian, my friend.
For thou art the directing connector who shall establish my lifestream with those heavenly contacts, limited only by the flow of the hours, who will assist me to perform in the world of men the most meaningful aspect of my individual life plan as conceived by thee and executed in thy name by the Karmic Board of spiritual overseers who, under thy holy direction, do administer thy laws.
So be it, O eternal Father, and may the covenant of thy beloved Son, the living Christ, the Only Begotten of the Light, teach me to be aware that he liveth today within the tri-unity of my being as the Great Mediator between my individualized Divine Presence and my human self; that he raiseth me into Christ consciousness and thy divine realization in order that as the eternal Son becomes one with the Father, so I may ultimately become one with thee in that dynamic moment when out of union is born my perfect freedom to move, to think, to create, to design, to fulfill, to inhabit, to inherit, to dwell and to be wholly within the fullness of thy Light.
Father, into thy hands I commend my being.
