Pledge Your Energies to God-Government
The Authority of the Christ Is Your Right to Rule
Part 1
Ladies and gentlemen of goodwill, sons and daughters of Morya, I greet you in the bonds of the diamond-shining mind of God and in the flame of the Divine Mother.
I am come to initiate the spiral of God’s will to men and women who see that the purity of heart, spoken of old by Jesus the Christ,1 will enable them to see God, to know his laws, to know his will, and to manifest that dominion over the earth which will produce in the annals of time and space a record of nobility, of chastity and of charity to all.
I come as the Chief of the Darjeeling Council, teaching men of goodwill how to govern themselves and then how to govern the cities and the nations. This is a time for God-government upon earth. This is a time for the sealing of the governments of the nations, by divine edict, in the flame of God’s holy will.
That divine edict comes forth from the Almighty as well as from your own divine God Presence. For the authority in the footstool kingdom is in the free will of man. It is in the crucible of your decision and your decision-making apparatus. If heart, head and hand you are willing to pledge your energies to the establishment of God-government upon earth, then I say it is time to examine your hearts, to examine the apparatus that establishes a decision for or against an issue, for or against the light.
In the domain of human politics and human politicking, there are those who are totally aligned with darkness, souls of light who descended of old. And through the pride and the ambition that they took upon themselves from the auras of the fallen ones, these souls became souls not of light but of gray and of darkening hue. And thus, these souls have a karma to work out, a destiny to fulfill, in order to balance the karma that they make in positions of power, in positions of carving the destiny of nations. They must return to those levels, to those institutions where the mistakes were made.
And thus you see that working side by side with sons and daughters of God committed to freedom and to the liberty of the soul are those ones who must expiate their karma and who must, by cosmic law, be given an opportunity to balance their debts to life. Do you see, then, precious hearts, that not by accident but by cosmic law do souls of varying evolutions occupy positions of power and prominence.
“I AM the Law!”
Now, aside from the karmic law and the great wheel of life, there are other causes and effects which bring the people of a nation to submission before the feet of overlords of psychic and Luciferian origin. And that cause is their ignorance and their great neglect of their individual responsibility to keep vigilant over the affairs of state, over the affairs of their governments.
I cannot say too much in an action of exposure to the American people. For I send forth the flame of God’s holy will today, and I say to you and you, O America, neglect not so great a salvation! Do not sleep while the enemy creeps in to take over your liberties and your heritage. Do not think that you have no power. Do not think that government is so overwhelming that you do not have a say.
I say to you, the authority of the Christ within you—the authority of the spoken Word to command darkness into light, to command transmutation in the name of the Holy Spirit—is your greatest power. It is your scepter of authority. It is your right to rule!
And when you carry that authority and when your consciousness is one with the Law and with the will of God, you can affirm, “I AM the Law!”—and thus the divine right of kings and queens, of sons and daughters of God who rise to key positions in the incarnation of the Christ. These are they, then, who must affirm that God in action is the Law, that God as the spark of divinity within the heart is the Law. And when you affirm, “I AM the Law,” you send forth across the ethers the flame of God’s holy will, the action of God in government, to transform and to bring into alignment the very wheels of your governmental institutions.
Keep the White City
I say, then, America is at a dark hour, when forces of tyranny, when forces of Luciferian control through the Illuminati, are working as a giant hand, a dark hand, to move across the face of this nation’s capital. And thus I am sending this messenger—together with a company of the staff (and I invite each one of you to join this company)—to the capital of this United States, to Washington, D.C., following this conference to anchor there my authority for the will of God, to there, upon that sacred ground, invoke the light that can set the nation free.
You have made invocation from afar—from your homes, from your sanctuaries across the nation and in Canada. Now I say, come see the place where the Lord lay. Come see the place where the Christ is crucified and buried in the tomb of Matter. Come to the heart and the spirit of Liberty. And there set the captives free. Set free a nation that is still groaning and travailing to give birth to the ideal of God-government and a golden-age society.
Come and feel the flame of Liberty anchored in the Washington Monument by Paul the Venetian,2 and circle the capital. As the ancient priests of old marched around the walls of Jericho,3 so march around the capital in demonstration of cosmic law.
You have the right to demonstrate. But yours is a demonstration of principle—an action of white-fire magic, an action of the great law of the Christ demonstrated by Jesus two thousand years ago and unto the present hour. You have a right to place your feet upon that soil where presidents, senators and congressmen walk, where decisions are made.
And thus I commend you to the keeping of the city. For unless the city, the white city, is kept, where will America be? And unless the Liar and the lie is exposed in every level of government, where is the integrity and the honor of a people?
A Leader’s Neglect
Precious hearts, the great neglect, the great ignorance of the American people, is also reflected in the highest office in the land. When a ruler can stand before his people and say, “I did not know what my advisers and my cabinet were doing,” is this not a great neglect?4 Can one who is chosen to rule neglect the knowledge of those who serve under him, neglect the knowledge of their activities and their manner of service?
I say, precious hearts, any man who is worthy to rule must have the attunement of the Christ consciousness, and that Christ consciousness is an ever-present help. And the action of the All-Seeing Eye of God in the person of K-17 is ever available—to every chief of state, every general of every army and those who commune—with protection for a nation or a people. I tell you that when the heart of a man or a woman is right with God, the LORD God himself sends emissaries, legions of angels, to guard and to care for that soul, that leader, in times when the intrigue and treachery of subordinates threatens the entire ship of state.
And so I say to you, innocence cannot be counted as an excuse for ignorance, and ignorance cannot be equated with innocence. It is altogether naive for the one who occupies a position of authority to neglect the inspection and to neglect communication with those who serve under him.
I say to you each one, take care that when responsibility is given to you, you do not turn it over to another of less attainment, of less honor, of less understanding. For responsibility in any office, in any position, comes as a result of spiritual attainment when it comes by the authority of God. And thus whatever happens in the name of the office and in the name of the individual occupying that office becomes a karmic debt for good or for ill that must be borne as a burden, either of darkness or of light, by the one who accepts the responsibility to represent hierarchy, to represent a nation, a state, a town or a family.
Precious hearts, we do not condemn individuals, for we have our hands too full to stand in condemnation of the lies perpetuated by the Liar. We have a full-time occupation, we of the legions of God’s holy will, to blaze forth that will into the sectors of mankind’s consciousness. And thus, should all men profit from the experience of others, from the temptations, the successes as well as the failures, of those who occupy positions of public prominence.
Hearts of fire, zealots for the will of God, I say, you are chosen this day because you have chosen to serve that holy will. You are chosen to anchor the light in this nation’s capital. And I ask you, one and all, that you preserve a painting or a photograph of the Capitol dome, graced with the statue of the Goddess of Freedom—that you preserve that focus in your home and in your sanctuaries where you can direct the light of freedom, the light of Liberty, to that place that is under such a bombardment of psychic energy, of psychic attack, of blackmail and all manner of contriving, that I would daresay that if any of you would come under such attack from the dark ones, you might also falter into positions of compromise.
It is very easy to point the finger to those in public office whose records are smeared, who are not altogether white in their record of purity. But I say, to assume that office and to carry it out according to the dictates of conscience in the face of all manner of intrigue—I say this is a test which for many who have not the knowledge of the sacred fire is overwhelming. And yet I say, to those of you who have that knowledge, it would also be a severe test.
Bear Witness of the Christ
And therefore when I say to you take part in the affairs of your community, I say beware that you go forth clothed upon with the royal robe, not only of the purple, but of the blue ray of protection. Go forth with the sword of Archangel Michael in hand.
For the spiritual wickedness that dwells in high places will soon encamp upon your doorstep. And you will be required to bear witness of truth before the Pilates of the world, before the courts of the world, before the priests and the judges, and the Sadducees and the Pharisees. And they will all come forth to point the finger.
And then in that hour, will you forget to bear witness of the Christ? Will you deny him ere the cock crows?5 Or will you affirm the righteousness of the Virgin Mary, of Jesus the Christ, of every ascended master?
I congratulate you and I congratulate this messenger, who will stand unabashed before the press, the news media, and give forth the teachings of hierarchy and represent hierarchy when all the world stands in mockery.
The question was posed to this messenger, “Do some men call you kooks?” And the answer given was, “Whatever the position of consciousness, there will be always someone to call someone else a kook.” As it was long ago said in a dictation, “What difference does it make a hundred years from now if you were mocked and ridiculed by the mass consciousness, for then you will stand in the company of the immortals, rejoicing that another mark has been made for the glory of the kingdom.”
I say, then, it is indeed the hour to speak out in defense of truth, to be willing to stand before the public and acknowledge the appearance of the Virgin Mary. This, indeed, takes the courage of conviction and the fearlessness of fearlessness flame, which clothes each one that goes forth to do battle with darkness.

In a dictation given September 30, 1962, the ascended master K-17 announced: “There was transferred from [Paul the Venetian’s] retreat in France this day, at the hour of eleven o’clock your time, the full pulsation of the great Liberty flame. This flame was permanently placed within the forcefield of the Washington Monument; and the pulsations of the Liberty flame are intended to grace the heart of America as a gift from the Brotherhood and from the heart of beloved Paul the Venetian.... It is given as a treasure from the heart of France, from the spiritual government of France to the spiritual government of America.... The Liberty flame is a gift of greater magnitude than the former gift of France, the Statue of Liberty, as a tribute to that great being, the Goddess of Liberty. It is incomparable, for the flame itself shall penetrate the structure of the monument, rising high into the atmosphere above it; and all who visit there shall become, even without knowing it, infused by the pulsations of the Liberty flame within the heart of America.” See Mark L. 4. This dictation was delivered in the midst of investigations into the Watergate affair (1972-1975), a string of scandals involving President Richard M. Nixon’s administration. On June 17, 1972, police arrested five men for burglarizing the Democratic National Committee headquarters at the Watergate complex in Washington, D.C. Nixon denied that anyone in his administration had been involved. In January 1973, the five were tried and convicted along with two other accomplices; all were directly or indirectly employees of Nixon’s reelection committee. In March, one of them alleged that there was a cover-up involving senior administration officials. U.S. Senate hearings investigating the affair were broadcast from May to August 1973, causing devastating political damage to Nixon. In spite of mounting evidence, he continued to deny his own involvement and any knowledge of the illegal activities of members of his administration. Then several high-ranking officials were convicted and tapes of Nixon’s White House conversations, which had been recorded since 1971, were released. Finally, on August 5, 1974, the president admitted that he had known about the cover-up and had tried to stop the FBI’s investigation. On August 9, Nixon resigned and was succeeded by Gerald R. Ford, who pardoned all crimes Nixon may have committed during his presidency.
