The Authority of the Christ Is Your Right to Rule
Part 2
You are victors in light! You are victors for the right!
Let honesty prevail, one to the other. Let integrity and truth be emblazoned upon your foreheads.
Go forth, then, for I am representing you as your public relations manager. And I am going forth from the Darjeeling Council chambers, and I have also appointed under me a cabinet of devotees of the will of God who serve from our focus in Darjeeling. And they will prepare the way for the coming of the flame of the Divine Woman and her seed.
If you will do the footwork, the legwork, a bit of perspiration along with inspiration, then, I say, legions of goodwill will enter the fray with you, will accompany you upon your appointed rounds, will make way for the power of the spoken Word to be released throughout all the media of the world. For the media must become the instrument of the LORD, of the Almighty. The media must represent the total spectrum of mankind’s consciousness.
As Saint Germain says, “We desire and we shall have equal time.” If mankind are determined to parade the astral mire of their electronic belts and their subconscious worlds across the television screen for the minds of the little ones, then we are equally determined to parade the banner of Maitreya, the Cosmic Christ, the marching, the triumphal marching of the hosts of light.
Let them appear in the image of the Divine Mother. Let them appear. As Wisdom teaches her children, as Jesus the Christ consoles the holy women of Israel, so let the women of this nation be consoled in the flame of the feminine ray.
And by the authority of the Christ, let the Second Coming be proclaimed as the entering into the hearts of a mighty people and a mighty nation of the true Spirit of the Christ Mass. Let Christmas be proclaimed every day of the year. As the amassing of the energies of the Christ—the concentration of that fiery light of the descent of the Son of God as the Bethlehem babe and as the ascended master—so child, and child-man, is given the right to rule as the Son of heaven and the Son of earth.
The Evolution of Hierarchy
This is hierarchy. And the evolution of hierarchy, from the Central Sun to the central sun of your being, is an evolution, a glorious array, of cosmic beings, angels and archangels and mighty Elohim, tiny elementals, fiery salamanders, mighty sylphs of the air, undines of the water and the gnomes, who toil.
All of these comprise hierarchy. All of these compose the evolution of heart, head and hand, of Father, Son and Holy Spirit—a mighty trinity of angels, elementals and men working hand in hand for the illumination of a great nation. And so let the spark that you set be the spark that ignites the entire consciousness of this nation.
I am sending forth the pattern as a mandala of hierarch and of God’s will, and I am placing that pattern over the Ascended Master University at Santa Barbara, California.1 And it shall be a lodestone, a magnet, to draw all who are destined to fulfill their evolution and their divine plan in this age through the ascended masters’ teachings. And they shall make their way through this antahkarana, this web of life, this web of reason, that draws the soul to the very seat of its own divinity.
I, Morya, stand forth to sponsor the Mother of the Flame in this endeavor. I stand with Lanello. I stand with Jesus and Kuthumi. For we desire to make that Ascended Master University an ascended Jesus Christ success—a God-victory for the age in the name of the will of God, a God-victory for all eternity!
Do you see, precious hearts, how the hope of hierarchy waxes strong, waxes hot? As devotees of light come together to manifest the fervor of their devotion to the will of God, so that fervor is matched a hundredfold. And we give our all. We give our momentum. We give our devotion to the will of God. For what else can a hierarchy do as they serve a planetary body that is steeped in recalcitrance, in density, in orthodoxy and the immensity of human error?
Hierarchy must press on with the best souls. Hierarchy must press forward, ever higher and ever drawing the souls of devotees and chelas to a higher understanding and a higher service.
Thus so long as there is a response from even one heart, hierarchy—thousands, millions in number—will not desert a planetary body. We stand to champion an age, the Aquarian age of freedom! And we lend the momentum of God’s holy will, our fiery momentum, as a foundation from which freedom shall rise in the hearts of men and women.
Vigilance at the Hour of Victory
I come, then, in the spirit of the two-hundredth anniversary of this nation, which will be upon you before three years are passed. I would point out to you that prior to the culmination of any cycle or spiral, in the closing hours of the victory of a circle of light, there are the forces of retaliation, of resentment, of revenge that come as a tail of the dragon to sweep back and forth, back and forth, to slap down the unwary, who rejoice in their victory without the understanding of the vigilance which that victory requires.
Thus when you pray the holy rosary,2 you say to the Blessed Mother, “Pray for us at the hour of our victory over sin, disease and death.” The hour of victory is a most treacherous hour. It is like the changing of the tides in the sea, when there are currents in many directions and undertow. So, precious hearts, the greatest vigilance that has ever manifested in this nation must be forthcoming among devotees of light, among true patriots, among those who espouse freedom, not for America alone but for every nation upon earth.
Therefore, I come to warn. I come to counsel. I come to bare my heart to you, a heart that is filled with love for a people whom I have observed through the records of akasha and through many past embodiments—a record of a people who are striving for perfection, who have sacrificed their lives again and again.
You are that people! You have given your lives not only on this soil but on foreign soil and in many civilizations throughout the planet. If you could see the record of your own sacrifice, your own giving—for principle, for light, for the destiny that was marked in the era of these embodiments—you would realize that there is the danger that all that has gone before, all that has led you to this great preparation to be given charge of this nation, stands to be lost in that hour of victory, when there is the greatest reaction of sinister energies.
Your Divine Plan Is Linked to America’s Destiny
I say to each one of you, your divine plan is indissolubly linked to America’s destiny. Many of you must make America’s destiny a victory of freedom in order to ascend. And unless you give full time and the allness of your energies to invocation for America and for her government and for her people, you may very well compromise your opportunity for your ascension. For in addition to the balancing of karma, may I remind you that in order to return to the heart of God, you must fulfill your divine plan.
Thus I say, out of an enlightened self-interest, you must take up the interest of America. For God, for self, for country, for Christ, you must prove the Law on this soil. You must set the example of the Christ consciousness here. Here is the place where the causes were set in motion. Here is the place where you must master the effects.
And so it is spoken that the criminal returns to the scene of the crime. And thus by cosmic law, those who make karma in a certain geographical area with a certain group of people must return to that place. Not by accident, then, are you found upon this soil—not by accident but by law, by destiny, which is that Deity established within you.
I say, destiny, not dust! Destiny, not dust! Destiny, not dust is the sacred fire and the power of our authority. And we are determined that that destiny shall manifest within you.
The Blue Fire of God’s Will
Therefore call to us. Call to the legions of God’s will! Call to Morya and Michael and Hercules! Call to Lord Himalaya! And forget not Lanello, dedicated to that holy will.
And see how that focus, as the manger of Bethlehem, is now being prepared at the Church in Santa Barbara. Just behind the Motherhouse, a little place is being prepared for dedication to God’s holy will.3 See how, then, you also can erect a shrine, a tabernacle within you, dedicated to God’s holy will. See how you can preserve the matrix within your heart of the fire, the blue fire of God’s will, so that at any hour of the day or night when the legions of God’s will are searching for an electrode in time and space through which to anchor the diamond-shining mind of God, your chalice will be ready, ready to be filled with the fire of blue—that fire which can stay the hand of cataclysm, the hand of returning karma, the hand of mass chaos or famine or war or economic collapse. That is the fire of God’s holy will!
And you have heard it said that the Elohim of God’s holy will, Hercules himself, has the authority from God to stay the hand of cataclysm. And he is the only one, for he occupies that authority and that office in hierarchy. Do you not see, then, how necessary it is for children of the light to establish these focuses of the will of God, to dedicate themselves in a more than ordinary dedication to invoking the blue fire?
This blue fire, together with the focuses of the Electronic Presence of Jesus the Christ, will serve mankind well and will serve you well in that hour when you must give an accounting for the manner in which you have spent your allotment of energy for this embodiment. For one and all, ere a century has passed, will stand before the Lords of Karma to be interrogated, both by the Lords of Karma and by your own Christ Self. And you will give an accounting of every word, every thought, every action. You will have to give an accounting of time spent idly—wasted hours, wasted moments—when you could have employed the power of the spoken Word to change the earth, as you vowed to do before you took embodiment.
Tether Your Mind to the Will of God
Are these harsh words? These are the disciplines of those who would follow the will of God.
Shall I pamper you? Shall I coddle you and tell you how wonderful you are? God already knows how wonderful you are! And you should claim the wonders of your being in God also. The wonders of man tied to God are known. These do not stand as the stumbling block in your pathway.
And thus I place my attention upon those areas which require correction in your consciousness. For I would see you a step higher each day. I would see you sealed in the fiery blue ray. I would see you standing in the center of the cosmic cube. I would see you standing in the center of light’s perfection.
Precious hearts, tethering your mind to the will of God can only result in one phenomenon in your life, and that is this—dissatisfaction with the former self, the former state of affairs. As a cosmic being once said, “A thousand years from now you will not wish to even shake the hand of the individual that you were today, for you would consider it an act of self-contamination.”
Thus the sins of yesterday are seen for what they are—unreal, illusion, fantasy, maya, not worthy of man or God’s attention. Each day you invoke the will of God, you become more like that will—staunch, straight, aspiring higher.
Carry your forms and your frame as though you honored the God within you. Let your carriage be the dignity of the kings and priests unto God. For you walk with Morya! You walk with the blue cape of Lanello! You walk with the ascended hierarchy night and day. Therefore represent the hierarchy. And be all that God intended you to be by the fiery action of his will!
I stand, and I shall not be moved! And I stand to proclaim the victory of the light in every man, woman and child upon this planetary body!
So be it. It is done in the name of the Holy Spirit.

3. A little place for dedication to God’s holy will. El Morya is referring to a small sanctuary dedicated to the will of God that was built on the grounds of the Motherhouse in Santa Barbara, California. This focus was established in response to Saint Germain's dictation given September 19, 1969, at the Motherhouse, where he announced, “El Morya is walking upon the very soil [of this property] in order to establish here a focus of the will of God, not only for Santa Barbara but for all of California, for all of America and for all of the free world, extending, then, beams of hope into . . . the countries behind the iron curtain.” This focus of the will of God was consecrated on October 10, 1973. Subsequently, in 1979, a will of God focus was established at the Ashram of the World Mother in Los Angeles. Other Summit Lighthouse centers have also established focuses to the will of God.
