The Mercy and Justice of the Law in the Mother Flame of Freedom
Part 1
O my beloved, now let us see how the mercy and the justice of the Law will triumph on earth through the Mother flame of freedom. I AM THAT I AM. I AM that Mother flame of freedom—free dominion of souls of God to move and to be throughout the cosmos and to come beneath his rod by the commandment of the LORD unto Abraham and Isaac, Jacob and unto Moses; Moses, our beloved, the one who took the tablets of the Law.
And yet I tell you, there were tablets, there were the manifestations of the Law, which were not given to the children of Israel. The first tablets, beloved ones, that he brought down the mountain and that he broke out of anger (the very wrath of God for the rebellion of the children of Israel)1—these tablets contained another manifestation of the Law wrought by the Mighty Blue Eagle of Sirius for the nation Is-ra-el.* And in these were contained the great mysteries of the Lord Christ, the mysteries of the spiritual Israel.
And when it was seen that the people were not ready for the sacred mysteries of the Holy of holies, so the matrix was broken. And Moses mounted once again into the mount of Horeb to draw forth the light of God and to see the writing of the Law as it was required for that rebellious generation. Therefore do we send our messengers in this age for the writing of the ancient code of the Ancient of Days that is the lawful inheritance of those who have now reentered into the covenant made by God with the people Israel.
O my beloved, as we have watched, even from the Central Sun, in those eras of earth’s darkness when it was not permitted that we should even enter into the lower forcefields, we have seen the sorrows and the trials. We have seen the results of God’s people going out of the way of the Law.
And I must quicken your memory, though it be a bit painful now, of the days when the abrogation of the laws of God exacted from each and every one of you a price, beloved ones. The price for the disobedience to the laws of God was at times a frightful karma—long periods of separation from the inner monad of light.
Lest you forget, lest you forget, O beloved ones, I come in the name of mercy. And I implore you to have mercy for the LORD God himself and for ascended hosts of light, who have waited now aeons upon aeons for the redemption of humanity and for this very drawing together of the elect of God.
The Circle of Sacred Fire
Beloved people, do you know that it is a rare instance upon earth today to find such harmony and oneness of the person of God amongst a body of this size and diversity of origin and conviction prior to your coming together? Why, beloved ones, you represent practically the entire spectrum of views on religion and politics and education and science. And suddenly you come into the flame of the Holy of holies, and by that alacrity of the Spirit, by the very joy of your souls, you leap into the flame! And the cleansing is like the restoration of an ancient work of art, a sculpture of beauty, the statues of the immortals that have been buried long ago beneath the sea with Atlantis and Lemuria.
O beloved ones, how you respond to the light! How the joy flame leaps! And as we come into the midst, there is that energy of union, that circle of fire, that moving sphere of consciousness that is always, and I say always, the signal of victory.
In every evolution, in every planetary body where we have served, when there is enough light invoked again and again, then the people are one. For all discord and betrayal and division and argumentation is a fabrication outside of the great circle of light. All of this exists only in outer darkness, beloved ones. And therefore the strife of war and the threatening of war today could not exist were these people to be contained in harmony within our circle.
But do you know, beloved ones, it is as though it were a magic circle. For the circle of God’s being has a property whereby it expels, excludes, rejects the implanting of souls of discord or deception or betrayal. And therefore when these souls come into the midst of the people of God, they are not pleased nor are they included among the blessed. But they themselves find that the blessed are an anathema unto them. And this is the very action of the circle of the flame—the flame that leaps, the flame that, then, challenges each one who comes and knocks upon the door of our heart. And ere that door does open, the flame of the Keeper of the Scrolls, the flame of the Keeper of the Gates, does leap. And if the one who knocks can answer with a like flame, then we bid him enter.
And so, beloved ones, the circle of sacred fire excludes, includes. It is therefore exclusive—inclusive of light, exclusive of darkness. This is the property of the Great White Brotherhood. And when those within the circle understand the purity of the Law, they then become the instruments for the preservation of that circle.
The circle today we have called, and you have called, Camelot. Did you know it is a Buddhist concept? It means “nothing;” hence it means nonattachment to the things of this earth.2 It means the building within the sands and the rocks of the earth, and yet it is a flexible forcefield that can move into and out of dimensions of being because the very buildings and people themselves are imbued with that inexplicable light of cosmic flow. And therefore all building upon the Rock of Christ is a building for eternity, as each successive building transcends itself unto the greater and greater glory of the Law.
Examine the Laws of This Nation
How, then, will freedom—as a Mother flame, as the Shakti of Saint Germain—translate the mercy and the justice of the Law in this age? O beloved ones, justice and mercy, mercy and justice, are the interaction of the great caduceus of the feminine ray of the seventh age and dispensation. The seventh ray of God’s light of the violet flame is a fiery caduceus, the weaving of mercy and justice as a garland of Alpha and Omega around the central altar of freedom’s light.
We, then, look to each nation in the person of Mother, and we come nourishing the gentle flowers of the violet, the purple and the pink. We come also with a declaration of the law that is just, the law that is free, tempered by mercy.
Let there be, then, the examination of the laws that have been added unto the Constitution of these United States. Let there be an examination of the laws by the legislatures of these states, by the acts of Congress. And let there be an examination by this body of lightbearers of the Supreme Court decisions that have been made since the beginning and the founding of this nation.
Beloved ones, based upon your meditation upon the I AM THAT I AM, the supreme law of the universe, and the great discriminating intelligence of the Christ mind, we desire that souls of light should form a committee on law and jurisprudence, examining, then, that which has been added unto the divine document, studying whether or not the decisions of the Supreme Court justices, the enactments of Congress or the executive orders have in any way caused this nation to go out of line with the divine plan held intact in the God Star, Sirius.
As you know, there are any number of laws, even amendments, that are not exactly in keeping with the inner matrix of Alpha and Omega. Let these, then, be listed. Let those who have the ability, then, put their hearts to the task of making an alternative list of decisions, precedents and legislation that would undo that which is not just in the eyes of God and that would replace injustice with cosmic justice.
This is the assignment of alchemy that comes from the twin flame of Saint Germain. This is an alchemy. For as you set forth on paper that which you desire to put to the torch and again on paper that which you desire to bring into manifestation in its place by the threefold flame within your heart, you will set in motion the light activity of Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva that is the threefold-flame light in the heart of every ascended and cosmic being and every soul of light upon earth. And then as you make your invocations to me, to the Lords of Karma and the councils of the Great White Brotherhood, you will begin a spiral of positive action.
Call Forth Spirals of Light to Replace Negative Spirals
You have heard of the arresting of the spirals already begun, those negative spirals that produce degeneration, decay and death. Now, when you have called to the heart of the Great Divine Director for the arresting of the spirals, we desire to see that you will call forth in every area of human endeavor spirals of light—specific calls for specific manifestations that will replace those negative spirals. For they have occupied an energy field in time and space, you see. And therefore even misqualified energy is a part of the balance of forces on earth.
When that misqualified energy is removed, you must replace it with positive action. You must replace it with positive action, as Jesus said when he cleansed the temple of the one who was possessed, “Go and sin no more, lest a worse thing come unto thee.”3
And a teaching was given forth that when the discarnates find a clean house, they come and they bring seven others to invade that house. And the last state of that man is worse than the first. And so, beloved ones, whenever you go through a cleansing of your own consciousness—whether by fasting in the physical, mental, emotional or etheric vehicles of light—you must take care to replace that which has been removed by an intense momentum of light, else you will discover that the old habits and momentums will return in increased measure.
So it is in the desire body of the earth and her evolutions. You will understand that when you remove the spirals of the fallen ones, they will come with their legions and create even stronger spirals of iron bars to imprison the souls of humanity.
And before that can take place, quick as lightning, beloved ones, let us have our committee of the “other seventy”4 calling forth the right use of the Law. And you will notice, then, as you give light to these alchemical listings, that you will be lowering into the mental plane the ideations of the mind of God. And those souls who are receptive will catch the spark; and you will find often that without even making a proclamation of your concepts and precepts, all of a sudden, here and there, various individuals are picking them up and charging forward with the totality of the divine plan.
We are concerned, then, that the laws of this nation and every nation shall be for the protection of the soul’s advancement on the Path, for the protection of the soul pursuing the alchemical marriage. All laws instituted by God are of the covenant whereby God sends forth a light, and the people, in obedience to the moral code, do then send back to God the purity of their life’s expression.
The Judgment of Injustice and Corruption
I say, then, this day, the Lords of Karma do hand down the judgment on all of those manifestations which are not only injustice but corruption in America and throughout the nations of the earth. We challenge every form and vibration of tyranny that has become the law of the nations. We challenge every abrogation of the supreme right of the individual to be free. We challenge, in the name of the living God, every violation of the human right of the individual to discover himself first as a human being and then to discover himself as the divine being that is God. This, then, is the light that comes forth from the Royal Teton Retreat, from the Lords of Karma.
We begin at the beginning. We begin at the origin of the cycles in the Great Causal Body of the Great Divine Director. We begin with the fohatic keys of the Lord of the First Ray. We begin with the light emanation of the will of God, and that will of God must be done on earth as it is in heaven.5 Therefore let that Will of God Focus now be enshrined at the Ashram of the World Mother,6 that Keepers of the Flame may keep their vigil there, that this will of God will penetrate all of the rays until the culmination of the will of God in the seventh ray is the mercy-justice-freedom trinity of that ray.
O beloved ones, with what joy we observe the talent that you bring to the altar—talents God-ordained, developed by your free will over the centuries. Now God has proclaimed the victory of light. Let your souls not take flight or fright but enter into the discipline of these chakras. Let those who are men and women of science now receive hope and encouragement. What if the world has rejected your precious gift upon the altar! We come and we say, we accept your innovation and your genius, which you in fact have derived from Saint Germain and the Cave of Symbols. Call unto us! We will sponsor you right through and through.
Has the bureaucracy, has the establishment excluded, then, the innovations that are for the sons and daughters of God? Let them be bypassed. Let them be judged. Let them be challenged!
Beloved ones, all of this that moves against the light from the citadels of government is not a strength but a weakness. It is only in your mind and in the fear of your mind that you imagine that you cannot dismantle these superstructures of manipulative power. Beloved ones, I say to you, run and begin to dismantle that which is injust and build anew. For, beloved ones, they have only a facade.
Go, then, to Hollywood and look at the sets, and see how the buildings are only a front. This is the way it is with the fallen ones. They have built their false fronts, and the props are rotten and decaying. In some instances it will require only the push of the hand and you will see how God’s hand through your own, as a mighty whirlwind action of the light, will roll them all back! And they will fall as dominoes!

* Is-ra-el: all that Is Real
