Part 2
Beloved ones, we are troops. We are legions of light. But we train every single day for our precision action in the astral plane, which we carry on in concentration between the hours of 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. These are the hours when the astral hordes are most active against mankind and when they are building their matrices to overthrow mankind on the following day. And therefore during these hours we are most active in the binding of the fallen ones.
You see, then, that during the day we have a certain period allotted for our training and our formations and our drill and our decrees and our preparation and our garnering of energy in the chakras and our meditation. And we meet, as it were, in military session, planning on the drawing board what will be the activities of those hours. For it is a dispensation of time as Mother that gives to us these cycles. And therefore the legions are assigned north, south, east and west.
Now I invite you to come to Banff, to come and enter into our councils and, therefore, have your say as to where you would like to direct our legions of light. And therefore you may come and you may offer the deliberation of your study. And you may make your calls in the day and give your decrees and fiats for the direction of our legions. You may also ask the Lords of Karma for dispensations of more troops.
We have presented our case before the Lords of Karma for this earth, and their answer has been, “Let it come forth from those in embodiment and we will grant your dispensation, Archangel Michael.” And therefore I place my case before you. We need more troops, and we need more lightbearers who are willing to come from other systems of worlds. Will you, then, ratify this dispensation by making your request this day in writing to the Lords of Karma that we might have reinforcements for the victory? [Congregation responds: “Yes!”]
Let these petitions, then, be burned by the hour of midnight that we may have our reinforcements swiftly. I thank you.
Joy Is a Feminine Principle of the Blue Flame
Now then, beloved hearts, lest you think that the blue flame is all discipline and the tension of the Law, let me explain that there is a feminine principle, a shakti of this light and power which I bring to you, that is a buoyant joy—an intense joy that is physical movement, as the dance of Shiva, as the laughter of the Mother. It is the dance of Kali. It is the movement of the flame. It is the principle of tension and release, tension and release. And in the release, there is the great movement of the wave. And in the breaking of the wave, there is the release of that intense power that has been garnered in the discipline.
And therefore the true servant of the will of God is by no means rigid. It is the fallen ones who have that rigidity and that fear that is not born of faith but only of a perversion of faith. There is no fear of hierarchy. There is only the immense appreciation of those who are the servants going before you, the awe of the great light of God that he has sealed in the hearts of the Elohim, the archangels and the messengers of God—not fear but the awe that you place before giant energy systems, knowing full well that one stands before the Holy of Holies.
One does not abuse these energy systems. One does not abuse a concentration of light. Respect is the Word. Love is the Word. Devotion is the Word. Commitment.
Let us remove fear, then. Let us remove doubt. For there is no doubt that I AM here. I AM here to stay. And I AM here to infuse you with the greatest light for freedom that the world has ever known.
Children of the sun, I love you. I seal you in the momentum of the Pleiades. I charge you with the awareness of your high calling. And I place upon you the blessing of eternal love.
