Rescue the People!

Tell Them the Name of God, I AM THAT I AM!

I enter the city on the Lord’s day. I come in the name of Mary, the Virgin Mother of all. I come bearing the scepter and the crown of her authority, and I am the defender of the woman in this age. I come, then, to secure a place for her children, children of the Mother who have come out of the land of Israel so long ago that they have forgotten their source and their common origin as the seed of Abraham, of David and of Christ, the Messias* of all.

I come, then, to deliver the mandate of truth and it is this: that the children of the light must be one, that all who have gone forth out of the nucleus of the sacred fire of Jerusalem to the four corners of the earth are now called to be sons and daughters of God. And yet they remain as prisoners of their respective nations, prisoners in the sense that they are bound by certain customs and laws and political and religious ideologies whereby they have forgotten the one true law of the I AM THAT I AM.

I center, then, the energies of the fiery core of my being here in the heart of the city, the New Jerusalem. And I place here the magnet of my devotion to the Mother for the calling in of the rays of the house of the Lord, the rays of Ikhnaton, who saw the one God and the people of God as one,¹ the rays that will call back the 144,000 flames of the twelve tribes of Israel.

I call those flames to the mastery of the heart chakra in this quarter of the archangels of the love ray.² I call forth the children of the light that we might forge a witness in this age. I call forth those wonderful souls who keep the flame for Mother Russia. I call you to come home. Watch how the angel of the Lord will also open the doors for you as you make your way to the feet of the Cosmic Virgin and the interpretation of the ascended masters’ release to mankind.

The Divide-and-Conquer Tactics of the Fallen Ones

All of this warfare and this division that has been created as the divide-and-conquer tactics of the fallen ones, even midst the brethren of Ireland and of the British Commonwealth of Nations and throughout Europe and the Eastern countries—all of this is to this one purpose, children of the light. Now understand, it is to keep the children of Israel separate and apart in the last days.

For in every nation there are lightbearers, but the fallen ones and those who have never elected to be one with the light of God live also among these nations. And the children of God, instead of identifying with the life and the Body and the Blood of Christ, have begun to identify themselves as members of these nations. And therefore they see their national loyalties as greater than their loyalty to the one purpose of the Ancient of Days, Sanat Kumara—to keep the flame of life for the evolutions of this earth.³

See, then, that you understand that for the defense of the karma and the dharma of the people among whom you have embodied, you must call yourself an American, an Italian, a Chinese or a Russian. But for the purposes of the salvation of earth, you must understand yourselves as the deliverers of the nations.

The cutting free of the nations by the action of your sword of life is your mission and your goal. It is to free the nations to be whole within themselves and not to come under, then, the boot and the darkness of those who proclaim a one-world government and yet do it not in the name of Christ but in the name of a scientific humanism.

They do err, and their divide-and-conquer tactics have taken a new course in this age. It is to play upon the reality of the inner understanding of the people of God that indeed the earth is one and to carry that understanding into a perversion whereby the karma and the dharma of the people of the nations is destroyed as they are forced to come into a totalitarian system whereby they are divested of their natural genius and their calling from the mansions of the Father’s house.⁴ And therefore, that which has become the politics on the international scene is not all that meets the eye. But these manipulations have come as a vast complication and perversion of the true science of the government of the nations.

Be the Instrument of the One God

That science of government is held within your own Christ Self and heart chakra. And those who expand the light of the heart, even a fragment, even a portion, in this age will find themselves coming into the position of rulership even though they had not planned upon it. For the Law is inevitable that the government shall be upon the shoulders of the one who is called the Christ—Jesus,⁵ the one who comes into your heart to liberate your Christ-potential with Lord Buddha that you yourself might be the instrument of the one God, who is able to govern the nations, the peoples and the energies of this earth.

Do not be concerned, then, about your manner of speech or your lack of training. For when it comes to the speaking of the truth, God will deliver through you that reality which none can miss or go against. It is well nevertheless for you to train yourself and for you to study that you might be acceptable in the nations. And you will notice that many of the world’s great leaders that have spoken for truth and for God have also secured for themselves that education which was necessary for them to stand and still stand in the last days.

You have called me Saint Patrick and I come by that name. Yet God has given to me another name, the new name which cannot be received except by those who enter into the white-fire core with the ascended masters. God has called me to be the champion of truth. And as I bring that truth to the nations, there is the rallying to the standard of truth by some, and there is division and darkness and murder and death in the midst of others. And so you see it in these days in Lebanon and throughout the Middle East, as there is the warfare and as there is the turmoil midst the Arabs and the Jews, and the Palestinians, who are caught in the midst, and all of these conflicting forces that come as a manifestation of karma which is the focus of the rebellion of those who refuse to take the responsibility for their actions, past, present or future.

The Necessity for Church Leaders
to Be Step-Down Transformers of the Saints in Heaven

We find, then, that the falling away from the Church (the Church which has been a part of my home and which has given unto me the name of saint), the turning away from the Church, has been because the very saints in heaven who are in the midst of the Church release such an intensity of light that the people themselves, wanting the leaders who have the true light of the ages, are not able to remain within the churches. For that light to them has become an offense, whereas once upon a time it was to them the very milk of the living Word, the very wonder of the Woman clothed with the Sun.

Do you understand that when the leaders of the Church do not act as the step-down transformers of the energies of the inner saints of the Church, the people who come to worship, being a part of the outer world, cannot sustain that light that is released. And therefore those who would be minister and preacher and priest before the altar of God must recognize that it is their duty to make greater sacrifices in turn for receiving the greater responsibilities of the prayer and the offering and the Communion cup. For they, then, receive the energies of the saints to give these to the people.

And if their lives are not in conformity with the will of God, then that energy will bypass them, going directly to the congregation. And those who are in the congregation are then sometimes burned by the immensity of the sacred fire, and therefore they become uncomfortable in church. Or they become bored because those who are speaking to them do not have the light which they feel within their own hearts, and they prefer to commune with God on the mountaintops and on the sea and by the side of the rivers of life.

Understand, then, that these churches, which have been filled with the ravening wolves who come disguised in sheep’s clothing, ought to be filled now by those who know that they are indeed the temple of the living God, by the communicants who have the inner flame of the Church Universal and Triumphant. Therefore we call the inner communicants from every house and temple and mosque and church to bring your light back into the temples that are consecrated for worship and to allow your light to be the chastisement and the confirmation of the judgment of the archangels as you pray in your homes and you pray silently in your churches.

Call, then, for the exposure of those who are misleading the people. Call for the members of the congregation to have stripped from their eyes the scales of their own selfishness that has hidden from them the truth of the ages. Make calls for the rescue of the people. For this land and every land must return to the worship of the living God, whereas this day there is the worship of a God that is dead.

God is no longer alive in the hearts of the people, and therefore their worship is at the mausoleum where they have entombed him and sealed him carefully that he might not rise again on the third day⁶ and speak to them of the great mysteries of the ages. Yes, I say, mankind, and the churches included, have sealed God in a tomb and they will not allow him to come forth. They prefer the dead. They are the living dead. And yet, that spark still flickers upon the altar of the heart, and it can be quickened by those of you who have walked among these souls and yet who have come out from among them to be a separate people.

Let My People Go!

Now that you are a separate people and you know who you are and you know what your identity is, I say, go back and rescue them, and open the prison doors! And go and walk with the angels, who will surely set the captives free. For this is the call of the Goddess of Liberty this day, and it is the call of the Lords of Karma.

Let my people go! They know not the way to go. Therefore show them the way. Speak to them the truth! And let my people go!

Rescue them from the hypnotism of the age! Rescue them from the purveyors of false teachings and of the fallen ones. They are there as lambs to the slaughter. Receive them before it is too late! Go and find them. Cut them out of the astral darkness! Wield your swords of truth and of living flame. And let my people go! They are yet in the house of bondage. They are yet in the way of their overlords. And therefore they await deliverance.

It is almost as though they were stiffened and stiffening in their own tombs, precious hearts. They are afraid to move. Even the very instinct of survival has been taken from them by the chemicals and the poisons and the pesticides that are saturating this land as well as the radioactive fallout that comes to the people of America and for which the people of the nations of the earth and their leaders will surely receive the judgment.

I send forth the call, then, for we would release more light. To release more light we must have souls of light who will keep the light, who will hold the light, who will love the light, who will not fear to be dispensers of the light in the midst of the people.

Go Forth in the Power and Conviction of the I AM THAT I AM

I am of the house of Israel. I am of one of the twelve tribes. I come to return the tribes to the one God. I come to rescue all who have gone out of the way. I come as the instrument of the Cosmic Virgin to support the work of the World Mother and her emissaries in this age.

I come because you have called, because you have desired to lead the people, and because you are like Moses, who feared to speak to the people, who did not speak well, and who wondered and queried within himself, “What shall I tell them and whom shall I say has sent me unto the people?”

And God spoke his Word. God gave to Moses that key to the power and to the deliverance of the nation. I stand before you to give it to you once again this day. I stand before you to proclaim: Tell them I AM hath sent you! Tell them the name of God, I AM THAT I AM.⁷ Go forth in the power and in the conviction of this name.

Surely you must know that truth is right. Surely you must know that you have a sponsor, that you are not alone in this age, that you are not alone with this mighty truth that God has delivered unto you. Surely you must know that your own I AM God Presence and the entire Spirit of the Great White Brotherhood stands behind you.

Now I say, as you go forth—taking the sword of truth to banish from this land the serpent force of the fallen ones, who have taken from the people their light—as you go forth to chase the serpents out of America and the earth, wield my sword, call to me, prove me as an emissary of the LORD that I will not come to you with ten thousand of his saints in the LORD’s appearing, that I will not come to you to free this people of Israel, and all of heaven with me.

I say, prove the Word of the LORD, and give that mighty shout of victory for his name! And take these dictations, which are our offering unto you, and let them be as the winking of your eye, winking with the Eye of God, until you feel the very pulse of his breath and the warmth and the sunshine of his smile, until you know that you are as close to heaven as the little child that goes before you to lead you in this day of days.

I am the light of victory! Every ascended master is that victory. Draw upon the hosts of the LORD! We wait and we wait and we wait for your call. Give forth the call now. Rise upon your feet, and let this day of hosannas and of praise now finish in a spiral of victory by your call to the hosts of the LORD to set America and the earth free! [Audience rises.] Let it be now as I commend you into the arms of the Holy Spirit, as I commend you to God! So let him hear your joyous battle cry of the free.

I wish you well. Go with God! And may God be with you all the way.

“The Summit Lighthouse Sheds Its Radiance o’er All the World to Manifest as Pearls of Wisdom.”

This dictation by Saint Patrick was delivered by the Messenger of the Great White Brotherhood Elizabeth Clare Prophet on Palm Sunday, April 3, 1977, in Pasadena, California.

1. Ikhnaton, pharaoh of Egypt (c. 1375-1358 B.C.), an embodiment of Mark L. Prophet, introduced a revolutionary monotheism based on the worship of one God, ‘Aton’—represented in the symbol of a sun disk or orb with diverging rays, each ending in a hand. Ikhnaton believed that everything that lived had its being through the sun’s rays and that he himself was the son of Aton.

2. The Spring quarter of Summit University, during which this dictation was given, was sponsored by the archangels of the love ray, Chamuel and Charity.

3. Thousands of years ago, in Earth’s darkest hour, when all light had gone out in her evolutions and cosmic councils had decreed the dissolution of the planet, Sanat Kumara, hierarch of the planet Venus, volunteered to come to Earth to keep the threefold flame of life on behalf of her people. One hundred and forty-four thousand souls from Venus volunteered to come with him to Earth to support his mission. They vowed to keep the flame with him until the children of God would respond and turn once again to serve their mighty I AM Presence.

4. John 14:2. The mansions of the Father’s house refer to the causal body—seven interpenetrating spheres of light and consciousness surrounding the I AM Presence in the higher levels of Spirit. The causal body is the place where we “lay up treasure in heaven.” It is the storehouse of every good and perfect thing that is a part of our true identity. The spheres of the causal body contain the records of the virtuous acts we have performed to the glory of God and the blessing of man through our many incarnations on earth. One’s spiritual resources and creativity—talents, graces, gifts and genius, garnered through exemplary service—may be drawn forth from the causal body through invocation made to the I AM Presence in the name of the Christ Self.
