Souls to Be Born on Terra
I AM Uriel of the light. I come to salute you in the flame. I come to adorn you with angel wings. I come in the love of Father and Mother rocking the child in the cradle of my heart.
I come with the light of Alpha and Omega. I come with a scroll for the new year. I come with a parchment of the Law, and I come with an etching of beauty. It is the beauty of your soul and of your soul’s destiny. And my angels come with me to present to you a letter from the Father-Mother God, even as you are about to present your letters to the Lords of Karma.1
“Dear son, dear daughter, most beloved of the One, thou creation, thou flame, thou hope of God.” This is the salutation of Alpha and Omega. This is a parchment rolled as a scroll, a letter answering many of the letters you have written, answering your prayers and finally giving to you the prayer of God that you might succeed in amplifying those certain qualities of the Godhead in the new year that are necessary for the raising action of the consciousness of Terra.
This is the hour for the release of resurrection’s flame—resurrection as the crown of the Mother, resurrection as the light of Peace and Aloha, resurrection as Uriel and Aurora and the dawn of Christ peace.
I AM the sealing action of peace within you. I AM the fulfillment of your call for peace. I AM the light that conquers all, and I AM resurrecting the blueprint of Keepers of the Flame. I AM resurrecting the sacred flow of Mother. I AM resurrecting the rose of the heart.
I AM the angel serving with Gabriel, the angel of the ascension, and we foretell the birth of liberty within you. We foretell the coming of the Prince of Peace within you and within the City of the Angels. We foretell the coming of Christ and of Buddha, of the Mother ray, and we are instruments as you seek to resurrect a golden-age government, a golden-age education and culture, and to clear the way for the coming of the Christed ones.
I have with me certain lifestreams who have received the seal of Alpha and Omega to be born on Terra during 1976. They come to the altar to be baptized by the archangel and the Mother. They come to this altar with a prayer. It is a prayer to you that you might intercede on their behalf in order to be certain—to be absolutely certain—that there is no interference in their taking incarnation. For these souls must play their part. They must come to the fore, they must be born, and they must not be turned back. For this is the year of the prophecy of their coming.
They gather here under the shadow of the wings of an archangel, under the canopy of our causal body of light. They come by dispensation from Mary and from Jesus and the Lords of Karma. They are assembled, then, these several million souls who would be born, who would be certain to be born. They ask for your calls to Archangel Michael, to the hosts of light, and to the Christ Selves of those who are to bring them forth.
They ask that you give the decree for the reversing of the tide2 of all attempts by the fallen ones to abort their life plan, and this they ask in the name of the I AM THAT I AM. They ask it, for they know that the answer to prayer is certain, that the call will be succeeded by the answer.
They ask it not selfishly but because they have seen the blueprint for the fulfillment of an age, and they would take their place in the year 2000 as leaders in every nation. And they see that without these flames that they carry and without the dispensations that have also been written on scrolls and handed to them by the angels of record, there will be calamities and cataclysms and disturbances and a great imbalance in Terra.
Therefore I AM inaugurating the cycle on New Year’s Eve that shall be carried forth each new year for the gathering of souls who are to be born in the twelve months following. This is so that you might make the contact, so that you might touch their auras. And then in retiring to your homes and communities, you make the invocations for their safety, for their health and wholeness, and for their coming into homes of light with parents who are understanding and who will receive them as the Christed ones.
Their parents are already selected, and some of them are even among you, and many, many are found in South America and throughout the planetary body. Therefore I make the invocation to the LORD God for the tuning of the hearts of the parents and the teachers and for the attuning of their consciousness to the wisdom, the knowledge, the glory, the light of the Logos.
Let them be sealed in love. Let them be sealed in gold and white light. Let them be sealed in blue spheres, and let them come forth by divine decree! I send forth the decree! Let your word and your invocation daily be the decree for their protection and their safe passage from the octaves of Spirit to the octaves of Mater.
Lo, I have spoken. A word to the wise and to the faithful is sufficient. And I thank you for sharing our concern, as I know you have been concerned with the new ways of the world concerning the birth of children. Yet the Lord Christ said, “Suffer the little children to come unto me, and forbid them not. For such is the kingdom of heaven.”3
And therefore I would receive them. I would take them to my heart. I would place my hand upon the crown so that they might know the golden light of the sixth ray as the adornment of purple fire.
Now, as the washing of the waters of consciousness by the Word of God,4 let the sixth ray be poured out upon them. Let the sixth ray be that robe of righteousness, that balm of Gilead, that holy anointing for a sacred mission and admission to the Holy Church of God.
I AM Uriel. I come from the Great Central Sun. I tarry with the evolutions of these several systems of worlds. I come to celebrate the turning of the cycles for the new birth. Let this be a year of new birth for all who yearn for light, for all who come to the fount of enlightenment.
Let it be the year of birth in Christ and in Buddha. Let it be a year of enlightenment and expansion and the fulfillment of the cosmic cube.
Lo, I AM with you! Lo, I AM with you for the fulfillment of the Rose of Sharon5 and the unfolding of the petals of the heart.
Lo, I AM with you! Lo, I AM with you for the fulfillment of your mission and your love, for the fulfillment of your life and the perfection of life.
As Above, so below, I seal you in the name of the Father and of the Mother, of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.

This dictation by Archangel Uriel was delivered by the Messenger of the Great White Brotherhood Elizabeth Clare Prophet on Wednesday, December 31, 1975, during The Challenge of Initiation conference, held in Anaheim, California. [N.B. Bracketed words have been added for clarity in the written word.]
1. Letters to the Lords of Karma. This refers to the letters written by the students to the Karmic Board. The Lords of Karma meet at the Royal Teton Retreat at the turn of the year and at summer solstice to review petitions from unascended devotees and to grant dispensations for assistance and for constructive endeavors.
2. The decree to reverse the tide. The messenger has explained that the decree 7.05, “Reverse the Tide,” should be given “when you have energy directed, either consciously or unconsciously, directly or indirectly, against you or the light for which you stand. There are times when there is so much energy upon us that we have to use the call “Reverse the Tide.” And there are many situations where nothing else will work but “Reverse the Tide.”. . . [This decree] is the acceleration of the judgment and of the return of karma. All energy will cycle back to the one sending it forth someday. . . . They must deal with the energy they send forth. This is mercy, this is love, because that energy becomes their immediate teacher, and the teacher instructs them that if you send out this type of energy, this is the effect it has on the body of God. They will only know what that effect is when they experience it in their own bodies. And so this is the justice of the Law that must be implemented by those who elect to do the will of God.” (Elizabeth Clare Prophet, January 1, 1977) This decree is also highly effective in dealing with negative national or planetary conditions. 5. Rose of Sharon. Song of Sol. 2:1. Archangel Zadkiel explains the meaning of the Rose of Sharon. He said: “Blessed ones, the Rose of Sharon, the rose that blooms in the desert of matter, whose perfumed essence is indeed a bit of heaven borne to earth, is symbolical of the hidden Christ nature ensconced within the heart of every man as the sacred threefold flame of blazing love, light, and power.” (Archangel Zadkiel, Pearls of Wisdom, vol. 7, no. 41) The Rose of Sharon has been equated with the Christ consciousness. In a lecture given on March 22, 1992, Elizabeth Clare Prophet has also stated that the Rose of Sharon “is another name for Jesus.” Jesus often refers to the Rose of Sharon. He has said: “I would have you unto the Rose of Sharon of my heart.” (Jesus, Pearls of Wisdom, vol. 34, no. 23, p. 309) Jesus explains: “I am come to you even as the Rose of Sharon unfolding in your heart. . . . My heart in thy heart is the adequate vessel. . . . Then know you must become one with my heart, for the heart is the point, the very first point of thine immortality. This heart of petals of Rose of Sharon truly is the vessel.” (Jesus, Pearls of Wisdom, vol. 34, no. 41, p. 481)
