I AM come to lock my cosmic circle and sword of blue flame in, through, and around the cause and core of all conditions of body, mind, and soul that you are prepared to release into that circle of blue fire!
Remember, then, that those conditions that are manifesting in your world in this moment are there because you opened the door, because you invited them in, consciously or unconsciously, ignorantly or knowingly.
So I come, but I must have your release. I must know that by your own free will you will release into that circle of blue flame those energies that are not conducive to your Christ consciousness.
I AM an Elohim, and I serve a cosmos. When I choose to place the point of my attention on a people and a nation and a continent, I expect that people, that nation, and that continent to place their attention upon me. For only by that meeting together of energies, as Above so below, can the mighty currents of Almighty God descend into the forcefield of your world.
Fortunately, then, you are here to open the door to the Elohim! And whereas you have opened the door in the past to other entities, now you welcome me as a being of light, and through you I have access to the entire continent. For you are the people of this earth! You have the authority for this earth!
And so I come to deliver a people and a continent from their false gods, their false teachers, and their false prophets. Let them now heed the warning, for I AM come! I send forth my light into the governments of these nations, into the educational systems, and into the churches and institutions of higher learning. Now let the light go forth!
I have brought with me ten thousand angels carrying the sphere of Astrea and the circle of blue flame and the mighty sword of light. Now they go forth from this very point where they have assembled in the formation of the Maltese cross. Before going north, south, east, and west, they enter your midst. They stand before you, each one, and they are prepared to remove now those lesser forces and forcefields—all conditions of consciousness less than the Christ.
Will you stand and surrender those conditions unto these beings of light, who have this very day stood in the presence of God in the heart of the Great Central Sun?

To be in their presence, then, is to feel the very aura and the reflection of Alpha and Omega.
Elohim, Elohim, Elohim from the heart of the Sun, let the light come forth now in the whirling of the circle of blue flame! Now, according to the inner prayer of each soul, let the circle now gird each one round with the fire, the all-consuming fire of blue lightning!
Now, angels, stretch forth your hand and raise the mighty sword of blue flame over each one. Let the power of Helios and Vesta and of the Great Central Sun descend, descend, descend! So as a mantle of light, so is the light come unto you. And it is the heat of the sacred fire that consumes even the dark substance of the cells of the mind, the body, the feeling world, and the memory.
Blaze the light of Astrea into the subconscious! Blaze through! Blaze through! Blaze the light of Purity through! Blaze forth!
Blaze the full power of blue lightning and the violet flame! Let cosmic purity reign! Let cosmic purity descend from the heart of the Cosmic Ones, Cosmic Christ, Cosmic Ones!
Blaze forth the light! Blaze forth the light! Blaze forth the light! Blaze forth the light! Blaze forth the light! Blaze through! Burn through! Blaze through! Burn through!
Bolts of blue lightning from the heart of the Great Central Sun! Let the power of the causal bodies of the two witnesses confirm in this octave this clearing action, which is for all time and all space!
Release the violet flame! Release the cleansing ray! Release now the light of the sacred fire!
Blaze the full power of Gautama the Buddha! Blaze the full power of Maximus! Blaze the full power of the I AM Presence of each one!
Now I ask you once again to make the inner prayer, beloved ones, to release residual substance—substance that clings to the self because you think it is your own self, but it is not of the light and not of your native soul.
Will you make that fervent call to me now so that I may have the authority to enter into the deepermost aspects of your being in order to clear you by the action of the Mother ray, by the action of Kali swinging her sword:
Blaze the light of Astrea! Blaze the light through! Burn through! Bind that demon! Bind that consciousness and that drug entity! Bind it now in the name of the living God! Bind all spiritual pride and forcefields of the discarnates!
Bolts of blue lightning, shatter the ties to the lower worlds! Blaze through and bind the carnal mind of those who are willing to have the carnal mind bound!
Bind the Antichrist in each one! Burn through in answer to the heartfelt prayer of each one! Blaze the light of Jesus Christ in that soul and prevent the manifestation of all disease!
Burn through and break the spell of witchcraft and black magic! Bind all those practitioners of black magic upon this continent in this hour!
Now legions of my flame, go forth, north, south, east, and west! Now travel the highways and go into the villages and into the cities and into the astral and physical planes! Go forth, bidden by this people! Go forth by the authority of their voice and their Christ Self!
Will you say to them, beloved ones: “Legions of light, go forth in my name and in the name of the I AM THAT I AM!”

Remember that you who live in embodiment are the sole authority for this octave. Though we have the full power of the Almighty One, we cannot enter to deliver you from one tiny little demon that flits as a fly in your ear and tantalizes you with darkness. We may perceive that one from a million miles away and we may observe your suffering, but we cannot release the light of ten thousand suns until you say, “Astrea, come in the name of Christ! Astrea, come in the name of the I AM THAT I AM!”
This you must say at every hour of the day and night when you are beset by darkness, when you have nightmares and bad dreams and sleeplessness, when you are surrounded by conditions that are less than the wholesomeness of the Christ.
Whatever it be, call me into action! For I AM an Elohim and I have the Elohimic consciousness to extend myself throughout time and space, to individualize myself in the fullness of my living flame wherever you are.
Though a thousand, million, billion voices call to me simultaneously, I AM here! I AM there! And I AM everywhere! I AM in the consciousness of God and I AM in the circle and sword of blue flame! I AM in the electron and I AM in the Great Central Sun! I AM in your heart!
You have heard the announcement that some who have given devotion through calls to Astrea over years and years of application have now been invited to frequent our retreat of purity and of light.1
I tell you, the retreats of Elohim are open only to the very special devotees who have a militant action of light and of witness to our flame. This is the first time in thousands of years that we have opened the door to our retreat to souls of light because they have given the calls in my name day after day after day. And by those calls, I tell you, entire cities have been cleared of discarnates and of impending diseases projected from the astral plane.
If you could only see what your calls to Astrea bring, you would know that by those very calls you are earning your ascension day by day by day. The circle and sword of blue flame is purity, is healing, is wholeness!
Now the legions are in position over the entire continent. They hold their swords of blue flame over every focus of darkness, which we have mapped out from our own retreat. We have examined the records of akasha. We have seen the records of the ancient black magicians and the black priesthood of Egypt. We have seen the ancient manifestations of the diversion of light in Ur of the Chaldees. We have gone back to the civilizations beyond history prior to the building of the Great Pyramid.
Bind the false gods! Bind the false teachers! Bind the false prophets! Blaze the light! Bind the demons!
I AM Astrea! By your word and in the name of your Christ Self, I challenge the dark ones! I challenge those who have taken the power of God unto themselves and have misused it against the children of light!
I say, release that power! Seize it now, angels of light! Withdraw from those who have taken the light and turned it into darkness!
So the Ancient of Days sends forth the word, “To them that have not shall be taken that which they have.”2 So let it be bound! Let them undergo the testing of the tenth station of the cross!3 Let them be stripped of their garments of black magic and witchcraft! Let them be stripped of their forcefields of deceit, of conceit and arrogance and an identity separate from the will of God!
Blaze forth the light! Blaze forth the light! Blaze forth the light! Blaze forth the light! Blaze forth the light!
This is the light of God that never fails! Now let the discarnates be bound!

Now let the fallen ones whose time has come be bound! Let them be bound in the name of the Christ of every living soul and in the name of Jesus! Let them be bound in the name of the Holy Spirit!
All those fallen ones who are at astral levels working against the plan of Afra whose time has come, whose judgment is called, are now bound by my legions and taken to the Court of the Sacred Fire on Sirius! And all those who are in embodiment are also bound in a circle of confinement that will limit their powers to work iniquity!

Now angels of Astrea, reinforced by the contingents of Archangel Michael who are making their way to this continent from Banff, I command you in the name of the Christ:
Legions of blue lightning angels and legions of Astrea, by the authority of Lord Michael, go into the depths of the astral plane and the subconscious of the people, and let your swords plunge now into the very core of the demons—demons that have been created by the malice that has entered the hearts of the people—demons that are the creation of their lust and their pride and their filth and their greed!
Bind the demons! Bind those forces and forcefields that prey upon the lightbearers and upon the women and children! Bind those forces that have perverted the image of Father and Mother and Child and of the Holy Family!
Blaze the light through Afra! Blaze the light through the etheric plane! Blaze the light through the mental belt! Bind the demons of pride! Bind the mass floating grids and forcefields of darkness that have hung over the land for a thousand and a thousand years! Blaze the light of the sacred fire! Blaze the light through the astral plane!
Bind the demons of insanity and suicide, of murder and crime! Bind those demons and forcefields! Bind the human creation of the fallen ones and the wicked who have left behind their creations of darkness as entrails to weigh upon the astral plane! Those who have been taken to the judgment, so let the debris that they have left as a burden to mankind be encircled this day, and let the flame pass through! Let the flame pass through! Let the flame pass through!

Raise your hands and stretch them before you to release my fires through your heart and through your hand and through your head.
Will you visualize four rays coming forth from you—from your heart, your third eye, and one from each hand? So release the power of the cube! Release the power of Astrea! This is the boxing in of discarnates and demons by the power of the square. So let your light go forth to confirm the work of the legions of blue lightning as you say together with me:

This word shall not return unto the LORD void,4 but it shall accomplish the purpose for which it is sent. It is sent into Mater to reclaim the energies of Spirit that have been locked in matrices of selfishness.
So you have participated this day in a ritual of the sacred fire of the priests and priestesses of Lemuria. So you have been the instruments of light and your temples have been cleansed of all that you have released into the flame.
With the Lord Christ, I leave you with the words, “Go and sin no more!”5

This dictation by Astrea was delivered by the Messenger of the Great White Brotherhood Elizabeth Clare Prophet on Sunday, September 19, 1976, in Accra, Ghana.
1. Our retreat of purity and light. The retreat of Purity and Astrea, Elohim of the fourth ray, is located in the etheric plane over the Gulf of Archangel, the southeast arm of the White Sea, Russia. The retreat focuses the energies of the base-of-the-spine chakra of the planet. The etheric focus interpenetrates with the physical on the nearby plains. Within the retreat, in midair, is the whirling focus of Astrea’s circle of blue flame, with the blue-flame sword, the pillar of fire, in the center. 3. Testing of the tenth station of the cross. The tenth station is “Jesus is stripped of his garments,” which falls on the nine o’clock line of the cosmic clock, under the hierarchy of Libra. The messenger has explained that this is a cosmic initiation that is given to the lightbearers and to the fallen ones alike. She said that those who think they are “rich and increased in the goods of this world will find that suddenly, overnight, they are stripped of their garments—stripped of their money, supply, outer prestige, and momentum—and all of a sudden they are reduced to nothing, because we are all required to stand naked before God.” On April 22, 1978, Mrs. Prophet stated that “Libra is the light of reality, and the karma of the misuse of God-reality becomes every form of deception, treachery, and intrigue.” The test of “the stripping of the garments means that everything that we do not have by attainment, all ill-gotten gains, all stealing of the light of God by deception, all of that is stripped from us....
