To Seal the Divine Plan of the Destiny
of the Continent of Afra
Accra, Ghana
Good evening, ladies and gentlemen. I AM come in the light of the holy will of God. Some of you have heard of my initiation before Helios of the sun1—the initiation of light, the increase of my causal body. It was given to me upon the celebration of the flame of freedom and of Saint Germain.
Now with this light of the blue sphere of the will of God that increases my own cosmic consciousness, I journey with the messenger to the land of Afra to seal in the etheric plane over this land the great light of my devotion to divine direction and to the divine plan and the inner destiny of these nations, whose people have come out from God, whose people shall return to God.
The masters have spoken to you. You have heard our teachings, and many of you have kept the flame for many a year. Now we have come by the edict of the Lords of Karma to seal this continent for a cosmic purpose. We seal the hearts of those who have come to this place and who have tarried here to nourish the fires of freedom. We seal the matrix for the new government of this and each nation. We seal the protection for the sons and daughters of God who are destined to write a page on the history of freedom.
You have been acquainted with the great trouble that is upon the earth and the intrigue that has gone on now for decades between East and West. You have seen smaller nations at the mercy of what seems the big powers. Yet the powers that are the rulers and the princes of this world are not, in fact, the people, the individuals, the souls yearning to bring freedom to every nation.
The powers that be in East and West are not the representatives of God and are not the representatives of the people. I speak to you with the solemn warning that by prayer and intercession before the LORD you call upon his name to see to it that you are also protected from the spiritually wicked who would also seize positions of power everywhere in the land of Afra.
There is an outcry for freedom. There is a revolution, and everyone cheers; for everyone wants to be free. But they fail to reckon with the forces of manipulation that use each tumult of the people and every revolution and every change in government in order to move their men on the chessboard of the international political field. If one leader is removed, the question must be asked, “Who will the next leader be? Will it be a pawn of light or a pawn of darkness?”
No, God will not be defeated! The question is, will man be defeated? Can one say that God is not defeated when millions die on the battlefield, when daily there is still persecution in the world? What is the alchemy of freedom?
When by free will mankind fail to invoke God, then they must pass through death over and over again. And all the while, inch by inch, the land is lost to the tyrants who have invaded every house of government.
Now, there ought to be a ray of light, and I tell you that there is a ray of hope. As surely as the sun rises, so the dawn of hope is upon the hearts of the people of God. That ray of hope is the ray that I have brought to the land of Afra, and I also send forth that hope to the children of God in America and Russia and China. Let them all know that God has resources for the deliverance of a planet and a people. God has resources you know not of. It is yours to invoke the resources. It is God’s to deliver them and to deliver this and every nation.
Let the faithful stand tall! Let those with hope lift up their faces and behold the hosts of the LORD! Let those who have the true love and charity of the sons and daughters of God stand fast, and let them endure! For out of endurance will be fired the new order of the ages.
The end of cycles will come, and there will be the warring of the nations and the cataclysm and the plague and the pestilence foretold by the Lord Christ.2 All of these things will come to pass. And when they have come to pass and the Law is fulfilled and the judgment of the fallen ones is come, you will see the birth of a golden age.
I come to you, then, not to make you ease off in your deliberations and your decrees, your affirmations of light, but I come to make you understand this—this one thing—that God will have the victory, but he will have it through you, through his angels, through his emissaries in embodiment, that all that God designs for his people must come through the work of the heart and the mind and the soul. It must come through the congruency of the heart whereby the triangle that is God and the triangle that is man meet in the heart to form the six-pointed star of Christ.
Let the threefold flame be the place—let the altar be the place of the consecration of that fire of power, wisdom, and love. And let the altar of your heart be the place where you take your life into your hands and you say, “This is my gift, the greatest gift I have from God! It is life! Now I will make this life count. God, use me! Use me to manifest the victory!”
Yes, I AM the Great Divine Director, and I have an individuality that I have defended in freedom for thousands and thousands of years. One day you will see me as I AM, and you will see all of the ascended hosts of light. And then you will know that you have seen them always and that they have walked in your midst, unseen by you.
God’s helpers are here. The question is, people of Afra, will you be the helpers of God? Will you help God win his victory in this age?
God needs you even as you need him. And out of this need is born the union of the sacred fire that is the descent of the Paraclete on the day of Pentecost.3 Let the sign of the five-pointed star of Ghana be the sign of Pentecost, the sign of five, the sign of the gifts of the Spirit born in man.4 Let that man be the New Age man of Aquarius, and let the star be the elevation of the Christ consciousness in man and woman.
I release now my causal body over the continent. I fix it over the heart, the heart chakra. The energy contained within it is the blueprint for all that is to be accomplished here. If you would move on in the caravan of life, you must call and invoke that light from God. And when you call to him, he will send me as his emissary to intercede and to answer the call.
So I AM the defender of freedom on this and every continent! So I AM the defender of your divine plan! Will to be, and watch how the LORD will work through you.
Children of Afra, until the return, I AM and I remain your friend, always in light.
I thank you. I bid you good evening, and I seal the light of this entire conference in your heart and I seal the divine plan that is yours to fulfill.
“The Summit Lighthouse Sheds Its Radiance o’er All the World to Manifest as Pearls of Wisdom.”
This dictation by the Great Divine Director was delivered by the Messenger of the Great White Brotherhood Elizabeth Clare Prophet on Sunday, September 19, 1976, in Accra, Ghana.
1. My initiation before Helios of the sun. On July 2, 1976, during the Freedom conference, Higher Consciousness, in Washington, D.C., beloved Helios announced: “The Great Divine Director, the Master R, has come to this platform this evening to receive and be received of earth’s evolutions. The ceremony of the bestowal upon him of a great sphere of cosmic consciousness by Alpha and Omega does now take place before you.... As the Great Divine Director kneels, Alpha and Omega place upon his head a new crown—a starry crown, a golden crown of light bejeweled with focuses of God-mastery in the planes of Spirit and Matter.” The Great Divine Director requested that this ceremony take place on earth rather than at the Court of the Sacred Fire on Sirius, “for his great desire was only to leave a record of attainment that you also might know that your attainment is nigh and that the very close love and associations of the chelas for the master are the certain key to the victory of earth.” (Helios, Pearls of Wisdom, 2001, vol. 44, no. 23.)

4. The sign of the five-pointed star. The flag of Ghana, designed in 1957, is a horizontal triband of red, gold, and green. The red symbolizes Ghana’s struggle for independence; the yellow, the country’s wealth; and the green, its forests and farms. A black five-pointed star is placed in the center of the flag within the yellow band. The star has been referred to in Ghana as the “lodestar of African freedom.” Elizabeth Clare Prophet has commented that the five-pointed star in the flag of Ghana is a “symbol of the Christed ones, five points of the five secret rays,” (September 17, 1976) and it is “the sign of man, the rising of man. That is what the nation of Ghana is.” (October 8, 1976)
The Great Divine Director
In the name of the beloved mighty victorious Presence of God, I AM in me, my very own beloved Holy Christ Self, Holy Christ Selves of all mankind, the beloved Great Divine Director, beloved Lanello, the entire Spirit of the Great White Brotherhood and the World Mother, elemental life—fire, air, water and earth! I call for divine direction throughout my affairs, the activities of The Summit Lighthouse, the governments of the nations, and all ascended master activities, worlds without end:
1. Divine Director, come,
Seal me in thy ray—
Guide me to my Home
By thy Love I pray!
Refrain: Thy blue belt protect my world,
Thy dazzling jewels so rare
Surround my form and adorn
With essence of thy prayer!
2. Make us one, guard each hour
Like the sun’s radiant power—
Let me be, ever free
Now and for eternity!
3. Blessed Master R,
You are near, not far—
Flood with Light,
God’s own might
Radiant like a star!
4. Divine Director dear,
Give me Wisdom pure—
Thy Power ever near
Helps me to endure!
5. Shed thy Light on me,
Come, make me whole—
Banner of the free,
Mold and shape my soul!
