You Must Make the Call to Claim Your Victory
Fervently, I AM come to lock my cosmic circle and sword of blue flame of thousands of suns around the cause and core of all human discord.1 The world knows not its eternal perfection. But the world shall know by the power of freedom that the world can be the perfect outpicturing of the God Self.
I, Astrea, wish to point out to you that you must consciously invoke the power of my sword and circle of blue flame in order to seize and bind all conditions whatsoever of a discordant nature over which you wish to obtain victory. Unless you shall make the conscious call to my octave, I have no authority whatsoever to enter your world. I stand like the Great Silent Watcher2 and remain holding a perfect God-design for you but I am unable and immobilized to release that into your worlds until you have determined consciously to call it forth.
Mankind today are hungry and thirsty for righteousness, it is true, as beloved Gautama has told you, but mankind must determine to make their own calls in order to obtain their own freedom.
Therefore, in these brief words, I wish to call your attention to the fact that, while another may render an assistance to your lifestream, no one other than yourself can possibly “know thyself” for thee.
Each one of you must deign somewhere, sometime, to acknowledge your God-freedom. And this, I think, is a privilege without parallel in the life of every one who is a manifest son of God.
I, Astrea, thank you. I call your attention to this principle this night and add my instruction to the blessed words of Gautama, spoken from Shamballa.3

Decree to Beloved Mighty Astrea
In the name of the beloved mighty victorious Presence of God, I AM in me, mighty I AM Presence and Holy Christ Selves of Keep ers of the Flame, Lightbearers of the world and all who are to ascend in this life, by and through the magnetic power of the sacred fire vested in the threefold flame burning within my heart, I call to beloved Mighty Astrea and Purity, Archangel Gabriel and Hope, beloved Serapis Bey and the seraphim and cherubim of God, beloved Lanello, the entire Spirit of the Great White Brotherhood and the World Mother, elemental life—fire, air, water and earth! to lock your cosmic circles and swords of blue flame in, through, and around:
Insert 1: my four lower bodies, my electronic belt, my heart chakra and all of my chakras, my entire consciousness, being and world.
Cut me loose and set me free (3x) from all that is less than God’s perfection and my own divine plan fulfilled.

Circle and sword of brightest blue.

Burdens fall off while souls arise
Into thine arms of infinite Love,
Merciful shining from heaven above.

Blazing blue-white my being refine,
Stripping away all doubt and fear,
Faith and goodwill patterns appear.

Raise our youth now, blaze right through!
Third chorus: Come now answer this my call,

Raise mankind now, shine right through!
And in full Faith I consciously accept this manifest, manifest, manifest! (3x) right here and now with full Power, eternally sustained, all-powerfully active, ever expanding, and world enfolding until all are wholly ascended in the Light and free!

This dictation by Astrea was delivered by the Messenger of the Great White Brotherhood Mark L. Prophet on Monday, January 1, 1962, during the New Year’s Class Watchnight Service held in Washington, D.C. Delivered in the early years of The Summit Lighthouse, this dictation was originally published in the booklet Spoken from on High and presents fundamental and timeless teaching of the ascended masters. In preparing this Pearls of Wisdom minimal editing was required.
1. The cosmic circle of blue fire invoked from the heart of the Elohim Astrea is a dazzling blue-white fire that oscillates as two concentric rings of fire at such a rapid rate that it appears as the action of blue-white lightning flashing around souls, planets, solar systems, galaxies—whenever and wher ever there is discord in any form. See this in your mind’s eye as a ring of brilliant sapphire and diamond-flashing fire—its regular, almost geometric flames cutting away, like a buzzsaw, layers and layers of discord and density. Then visualize the sword of blue flame as a pillar of blue fire per pendicular to the circle of blue flame, breaking the matrices of darkness, shattering forcefields of disease, decay and death.
