in the Third Eye and the Crown Chakra

Part 2
Angels from out the Central Sun are descending now with the thoughtform for the year 1979. They deliver to me that symbol which is to be the symbol of light and of the lowering of the light from Alpha and Omega to evolutions of earth in this year. Now with the opening and the unveiling of the emblem, you will come to understand your great tie to the God Star, Sirius, and even the symbol of the eagle.
It is a flag of the United States of America and you see it now in its inner design. You see the stripes, and the red ones have become the gold of the blood of Christ that is the liquid consciousness of Spirit. And you see the white as the energy of Omega, Mother, purity, path of initiation and ascension. The thirteen stripes in gold and white now are the understanding of your wholeness in Alpha and Omega and the path ahead of your initiation in purity by enlightenment. Only those who are enlightened by the light of Alpha can be wholly pure in Omega. These thirteen bands are thirteen rays of the return of the twelve tribes and the thirteenth tribe of the priesthood. That priesthood has become the Order of Melchizedek1 manifesting the Christ consciousness in the center of the circle.
As you gaze upon the white stars, you will see that each star is the sign of the coming of a great avatar into your midst—fifty of these avatars destined to be born in this year if you will allow it. The LORD God has said to me, I will allow it. I will find the home of light and the parents for these souls. Their starry bodies will be magnets of the Central Sun—magnifying the divine plan, the teaching, the love, the compassion, the mercy, the forgiveness—each one a freedom star, each one a messenger unto the fifty states. The white upon the blue is the T’ai Chi, Alpha/Omega, Spirit becoming Matter, Matter becoming Spirit.
And now in cosmic spheres, you see in another level of that emblem a mighty eagle. And as you look closely you see the formation of angels of Surya coming to earth to reinforce your ranks.
The Great White Brotherhood, in the name of the I AM THAT I AM, raises the Old Glory unto the new glory of the New Jerusalem, founded in this nation, sealed within the heart of our messenger and our chelas. Long may it wave. And may it be the emblem that is the sign and the standard for the rallying of the forces of light.
It is returned to you after hundreds of thousands of years. For this, the original standard, is that with which souls of light went forth to claim an earth and an evolution for the victory and to one day come to these shores known as the Promised Land. For here in America, you were told by Alpha and Omega, every promise of God to your soul would be fulfilled if your free will would confirm that promise. And so America has been a land of hope and of dreams and of opportunity and of fulfillment for many.
Anointing by the Holy Kumaras
Now while the precious sands descend in the hourglass (as energy, resources and life itself are being abused daily right and left), let you who have heard, you who will expand the circle of the Guru-chela relationship that is the foundation of America, come forward now to the great Three-in-One to receive the anointing of the Holy Kumaras. [17-second pause]
And now, beloved ones gathered at Camelot, while thousands come down the aisles of the great amphitheater, joyous in the finding of the meaning of life, I speak to you a tender word of love. For you have kept the flame unto this hour of their coming. Many souls and loved ones that have been a part of your life are seeing, here tonight for the first time, actually what your mission is. And you will find in the days ahead that souls for whom you have prayed will enter in to the miracle spirals of the master Saint Germain. [9-second pause]
Now the Holy Kumaras stand. They know each and every lifestream well. They have studied the record. They know the beginning and the ending. Therefore they know who can be anointed with the light of Venus—Venus, Mother flame of Mu and of this hour. [8-second pause]
This is an unprecedented release of light from Alpha and Omega. It is consuming layers of density in those who are dense. It is opening octaves of light in those who have prepared. [14-second pause]
Now angelic hosts high in the upper atmosphere are releasing explosions of light reminiscent of the Fourth of July. These explosions of light, of every color and many colors you have not seen, are for the breaking up of that dense substance that has settled over this nation as gloom, as boredom, as confusion and chaos. And so, the people of America respond with joy, for each explosion brings another perception, another release as hearts filled with love and eyes filled with tears begin to know the real meaning of life.
All those present who have not bent the knee and confessed the Lord Christ and still determine not to do so, in his very living presence and in the presence of the members of the Brotherhood, are now bound by angels of light. They must stay where they are and witness the rejoicing of the return to God of his precious children. They are watching as they have watched for centuries. But now they are silenced. They may not speak. And thus, they are not able to interfere in the joy of the chelas who have found their Gurus in the ascended masters and in their messengers. [8-second pause]
Time and space are altered for this conclave. [14-second pause] And in this single night many will be taken through tens of thousands of years of individual cycles. It is our prayer unto the light of God in the embodied chelas that you will hold the flame for the adjustment of this awareness and that you will summon this awareness to the surface, that you will challenge souls to come up, up out of the deep and the depths of subconscious living and a subliminal awareness into the true awareness of God. This will be the wrestling of the angels with the density of mankind.
You will find yourselves in many situations in the coming year where you must absolutely insist that individuals look at the truth of the hour and look at the facts and the figures of the state of this nation—the woeful state of the economies of many of the cities, the state and the records of investment and manipulation of currency and of the banking houses and of those power elite who suddenly are exposed and who are a bit indisposed at this moment.
Those who are the initiates of the sacred fire will understand what it means to hold the balance for souls passing through this adjustment. Many teachers are needed, but teachers must be pupils before they can become teachers. Many positions are vacant, waiting to be filled. And if you make yourself available, we will see to it that you are busy night and day ministering to these new souls.
Let all be forewarned of the reactionary nature of those who feel themselves cornered. Be ready, then, to tackle the dragon’s tail and the lashback against the victory. You who know the science of energy, to you to whom it has been given to understand the vibrations of the energy veil, you will be our cosmic surgeons, removing by incision those dangerous elements, those toxins released by the flushing out of darkness by the light. Stand fast, then, and all will see the salvation of our God. This is an experiment of hierarchy that comes as an urgent necessity. It is an experiment which you, as chelas, have participated in. You have been present in Darjeeling for the discussion of this very dispensation, and some of you have spoken forthrightly of the need for such an action. Alpha and Omega, having heard the evidence and the testimony and especially having seen your devotion of the past years, have therefore granted this opportunity unto your fellow Americans.
Let Teachers of the Law Go Forth
Now let us make the most of a dispensation that will be carried through this fourteen-month cycle,2 an opportunity for you to serve at inner levels with the messengers—speaking, conversing with many millions of people, teaching them the Law, giving to them an understanding and many explanations which they require.
Now it is meet that these souls, upon return from their inner retreat experiences, will have in their physical hands the physical books explaining what has transpired and what they have learned. Much of this teaching is already available, but certain keys in the Coming Revolution in Higher Consciousness having to do with the International Capitalist/Communist Conspiracy are not yet available. And the Great Divine Director’s study on the mechanization concept3 is a missing link—which deprives the children of God from direct action and from challenging the wicked. Let these publications appear, and let teachers go forth armed with slides, armed with visuals, armed with a certain awareness and the attainment within themselves.
Souls May Have the Light but Not by Abuse
I AM Gautama. I hold you in my arms, O chelas of Morya and Saint Germain. It is a tender moment, one that is very moving for all of us. For we see, even more than you see, all that is transpiring in the earth. And so, our gratitude before Alpha and Omega is very great. For without this dispensation, many souls would not be able to receive the blessed Saint Germain in this and coming years.
Beloved ones, they have noticed your auras, they have noticed your light, and they see the difference. By your example, you are setting a new pace in the style of the wearing of the garment of the soul. And you will be the instruments for the popularization of purity.
They desire to have that which you have. And so the Cosmic Christ, Lord Maitreya, portrays now, upon the circular domelike screen, how they too may have that same light. And in absolute certainty he reveals that it is impossible for them to steal that light and get away with it. For that light will go away with them and take them to the Central Sun.
Self-consuming, all-consuming, the light must be worshipped because the light is God. The light must be adored because the light is God. The light is energy as Holy Spirit. They are beginning to see, one by one, that it cannot be abused with impunity.
The Gifts of Vision and Enlightenment
Oh, what an awakening there is this night as you see what vision gives to the people—new hope, a sense of mission, of direction and of the certainty of a law that works whenever it is applied. The gift of vision is like unto the gift of enlightenment and next unto it.
For, beloved ones, these are the precious gifts that the Luciferians sought first to take from the people of earth. This they did by chemical means, by separating the children of light from the transfer of energy through the brain cells (from the crown chakra and from the I AM Presence and the Christ Self descending through that crown) and covering over the third eye, using every means of distraction, manipulation, rhythm, music, images until an absolute hypnosis covered over the original vision.
What we have done this evening, then, is to restore an experience in the third eye and the crown chakra. This is the gift of Mother Omega, who has supplied the raising energy of Mother light in each and every one of these souls and who sustains it until the lessons are fulfilled with vision, with enlightenment.
Now the necessary ingredient is love. Love in the heart is beamed by every ascended being, and Mother Kuan Yin melts the absence of mercy, the misqualified energies of hardness of heart. For without love, my chelas, the people will not respond to the vision or to the wisdom. And it is by the absence of love that they originally betrayed the great masters who held the keys of enlightenment and of vision.
Let love be amplified as the gift of Saint Germain’s heart. Let hatred be transmuted as the gift of his violet flame consumes all that is anti-God, anti-Love and anti-Aquarius.
I AM your father of light. I AM your beloved. Chelas of Morya who have advanced to certain degrees will find a certain room at Shamballa where you can come and go with ease, like a family room in your own home, where you can meet with friends and with me. Those of you who look forward to basking in the light of Shamballa,4 I welcome you to Darjeeling5 to accelerate your chelaship so that you may know and be welcomed in the courts of those who frequent the temple of the Lord of the World.
Here, then, in that room, I will continue my dissertation to the chelas of the will of God, even as I will continue [my dissertation] for America in the Royal Teton this night and in coming weeks for those who will elect to return. May the new glory of heaven in earth and of the New Jerusalem wave as the banner of Mother and Maitreya in your heart.
I AM Gautama. I now infill you with my flame of peace.
[The holy breath sounds three times.]
And so it is done. When you take your leave of your body temples this night, you will come to consciously experience this conclave. Though not all will remember on the morrow what they have seen, yet it can never be taken away as the record of life within you.
I AM your Gautama always and always. I belong to you as you belong to God.
The Messenger: There is a candle-lighting ceremony at the Royal Teton now. If you look within, you will see over two hundred million candles borne by angels from the Central Sun to the souls that are present.

This dictation by Gautama Buddha was delivered by the Messenger of the Great White Brotherhood Elizabeth Clare Prophet on New Year’s Eve, December 31, 1978, during the four-day conference The Feast of Saint Stephen, held at Camelot, Los Angeles County, California. 2. Fourteen-month cycle. On December 29, 1978, two days before this dictation, Serapis Bey, chohan of the fourth ray, announced that a fourteen-month cycle of initiation in the white sphere of the Great Causal Body had been inaugurated at winter solstice, December 21, 1978. Serapis said, “The goal of this fourteen months is the passing through of your lifestream on the fourteen stations of the cross of the Woman and her seed....I announce to you, then, the dispensation and the means whereby you can increase the great white sphere of your individual causal body surrounding the light of Alpha and of Omega.” Since that time, each fourteen-month cycle has marked the initiation of another fourteen months through one of the bands of the causal body.

4. Shamballa is the ancient retreat of the Lord of the World. The retreat was first established for Sanat Kumara, hierarch of Venus, who came to earth in her darkest hour, when the Cosmic Council had decreed the dissolution of the planet because not a single soul was giving adoration to the God Presence. Accompanied by 144,000 sons and daughters of the planet Venus, Sanat Kumara came to keep the flame of life for earth’s evolutions. Four hundred who formed the avant-garde went before Sanat Kumara to build the magnificent retreat of Shamballa on an island in the Gobi Sea. In subsequent dark ages this retreat was withdrawn from the physical octave and is now in the etheric plane over what has become the Gobi Desert. On January 1, 1956, Gautama Buddha succeeded Sanat Kumara in the office of Lord of the World and thus he became the hierarch of Shamballa.
5. Darjeeling, India, is the location of the retreat of the ascended master El Morya. It is in the etheric realm in the foothills of the Himalayas above the city of Darjeeling. Here El Morya holds classes on the path of personal Christhood through the soul’s blueprint in the will of God. Attendance at the universities of the Spirit, conducted by the seven chohans of the rays in their retreats, begins in Darjeeling with the master El Morya, chohan of the first ray.
