In Defense of the Mental Quadrant
I Demand That the Mass Media Be Employed
to Proclaim the Truth of Almighty God!
Part 2
Do you see, then, that the separation of the tares and the wheat upon Terra is not an easy matter for the Lords of Karma? For where mankind have not yet made the choice to entertain the Christ mind, even though they be children of God, the Lord God himself does not desire to destroy his children when there yet lurks within the recesses of their consciousness a certain partiality for the carnal consciousness.
These are babes in the arms of Christ. These are children who have not yet matured to the responsibility of being a son or a daughter of God. These are they who have not understood the Path, the holy way of the return. And thus to this hour they remain vulnerable.
Therefore you see great turmoil and great distress coming unto the nations and unto individual man. For there is a warring in the members which patterns the battle of Armageddon whereby light, though reigning supreme in the realm of Spirit, is engaged in warfare for supremacy in the planes of Matter.
Here in these quadrants are the decisions being made, here in the chamber of the heart where daily and hourly each one must choose to go the way of the Christ or to go the way of Antichrist. And in their studying of the Book of Revelation mankind look here and they look there for that personage, the Antichrist, waiting for the false prophet and the beast, trying to identify the adversary as a political figure, as someone in the world at large.1
I say to one and all, look within! For the power of Antichrist lies within you and within your gift of free will!
And each hour, by your choices or by your failure to choose, you are placing your weight either on the side of light or on the side of darkness, and there is no in-between. For the failure to choose, which is the idling of the mind in the state of indecision, pushes that energy onto the side of darkness. And so you see, no choice is not a choice at all. For it is a foregone conclusion that those who fail to choose when the Judgment is at hand will be found wanting, will find that their souls have not the wedding garment and therefore they cannot be received into the Presence of God.
O mankind, you have been warned for centuries of the coming of this hour. Do you not understand that you must not weary in the warning of the prophets? For surely those things which the LORD God has promised will come upon you in this age. Surely you will meet your God at the close of this incarnation.
This is a period that comes only once in ten thousand years—this opportunity to choose the light and to rise; to choose darkness and to go down. Therefore I say, I have come to place the stakes of Almighty God in the mental quadrant. These stakes are electrodes that are placed in the mental belt, firmly anchored there as markers in the way of the pursuit of the Christ mind [in order to make clear] that this is the path of the return, that this is the way of choosing the Law and of demonstrating that law.
This day I stand in the mental quadrant! And I AM given dominion over a certain portion of that quadrant which has been lost by Lucifer and the fallen ones because of their exercise of darkness upon the lightbearers and upon our messenger. Therefore the mental quadrant is receiving at this moment floodtides of cosmic energies that cleanse the heart and soul of mankind, of America, of each hemisphere, of every continent and every nation!
What this will mean, in effect, is this: that mankind will have greater clarity and greater awareness to choose the mind of Christ. They will begin to see through the lies of the fallen ones and their rebellious patterns. They will begin to see that they have been duped for thousands of years, and they will rise up in righteous indignation. They will overthrow the tyrants that have misused their government, their nation, their economy, and their supply that they have won by the sweat of honest labor. They will pull the rug out from under those ones who have fallen, who have followed the archdeceivers.
We look, then, to those who understand the meaning of dispensation, to you who are gathered here to intensify these electrodes of light of the mind of Christ—by your meditation, by your invocation, and by the cosmic honor flame. We look to you who from this moment forward will refuse to compromise error in any way in your personal life so that one day, when you are called upon to stand before mankind and to proclaim the truth, the dark ones will not be able to drag from your closet those skeletons of former deceits, of former pride and the fall of pride.
Those who would stand for truth must be immaculate in consciousness, in heart, in action. And as Saint Paul said, “Avoid the appearance of evil.”2 For mankind will judge you after appearances, as you well know, and not after the facts. Therefore, in actuality and in reality, let your conversations be “Yea” and “Nay.”3 Let your communications be “Yes, I AM a son of God.” “No, I will not walk in the ways of the fallen ones.”
I raise the standard of Mercury. I raise the standard of communication. And I demand that in this year, from this hour hence, the mass media be employed to proclaim the truth of Almighty God! I make that demand before the courts of heaven and before the courts of this assembly.
I say to you: The ascended masters are not about to take over the mass media, but they demand and they shall have equal time!
We are willing to share the media with the fallen ones until Almighty God himself recalls them from this plane and cuts off their opportunity, or until they bend the knee and bow before the Christ. For we understand the justice of opportunity, that opportunity must be given to every voice, to every opinion, to every side of the question.
But I submit that every side of the question has not been presented. And therefore we shall see to it that the ascended master side of life—of reality, in defense of truth, in defense of the mental quadrant—shall be presented this year! And at least mankind, before they come to the Judgment, will be given equal opportunity to know the truth, to hear the truth, and to make their choices!
I say, therefore, that this messenger is sent forth to deliver the Word to the age and I shall be unto her, as of old, a guardian and a shield. For I AM Michael, Archangel of Faith! And my legions raise the shield of faith over each one who now, in this room, pledges his heart to deliver the message of truth to the age.
For I say to you that any man or woman who has the courage to speak out [on behalf of] Reality will have our support, our protection, and our defense twenty-four hours a day! And no dark thing—no fallen one—shall come nigh thee so long as total surrender, total sacrifice, and willing obedience to the will of God is given to the best of your ability.
I make this pledge. I make this offer. Will you likewise make your pledge to Almighty God this day?
For I give to you, people of light, people of Terra, a word of hope: Other worlds and other systems have been saved by fewer individuals than are now gathered in this room, and they have been saved by those who had less awareness of truth than yourselves!
And so I say, the little band of Christians, the early disciples of Christ, went forth to found a new age and a new dispensation, and that teaching has circled the globe.
You exceed them in numbers and in attainment. Therefore, what is it that hinders you this day?
Forward, ho, I say! Legions of light, go forth! Claim the earth! It is already God’s! Make it your own! Make it a star of freedom shining in the cosmos, a tribute to the Lord of Life and to the victory of the right use of free will!
Almighty God himself believes in you and in your ability to exercise free will to free a planet! Will you not make good the faith of God in you? Will you not give him your faith, your pledge, your right hand this day?
For I tell you, the fate of the planet hangs in the balance of the choice that is in your hands.
Hail, lightbearers! Onward into infinity!

In the name of the Christ, may we express our gratitude to Archangel Michael, to Almighty God, to the entire hierarchy of light who support us in our mission, in our individual overcoming. We do ask to be made worthy to carry this light, as God has already made us worthy by anchoring his flame within our hearts.
We bow before the altar of the retreat of Archangel Michael situated in the etheric plane over Lake Louise in Banff National Park in Canada. We ask that we might also be taken there as our souls travel in our finer bodies while we sleep at night in order to learn the ways of the legions of Archangel Michael, to don the helmet and the armour and to go forth with the legions of Michael in defense of the mental quadrant, in defense of truth.
We thank you, we thank you, we thank you for the opportunity to serve and for the reward of service, which is greater service.
May we sing the song that is the keynote of Archangel Michael’s retreat, number 45. It is “The Soldiers’ Chorus” from Faust, “Glory and Praise.”
