I AM Here, and I AM Here to Stay!

Part 1

Ladies and gentlemen, radiant in the light of freedom, good afternoon. May I extend to you the welcome of my heart flame, the welcome to be in the light of freedom and to so remain.

Thanks to you, to Keepers of the Flame in America and the world, I can also welcome you to my home of light in the nation’s capital. In Washington, D.C., there is a place that I can call my own and that you can call your own. And I shall come to that place in the light of freedom to ignite there a flame and to consecrate a focus to Liberty¹—to the mother of sons and daughters of freedom, to Mother Liberty, and to all who have served her cause and her flame.

I, too, come in the name of the Divine Mother, and my mother is Liberty. For it is in that liberty of cosmic consciousness that I was conceived as a soul, as an identity, as the fusion of the spirals of Alpha and Omega.

I AM born to be free! I AM born to carry the torch of freedom! By free will I have elected to ensoul the flame that God, by freedom, has placed within me. And this is the convergence of the soul and the Spirit, the convergence of life as Above so below in the fiery destiny of life

Would you meet your God? Then I say, run to greet your fiery destiny! Run into the threefold flame and there find the living Presence of the I AM THAT I AM, which has ordained that destiny from the Beginning, from the origin of cycles.

You are keeping the flame. You have a part of that flame of freedom, which I shall enshrine in commemoration of the celebration of the Declaration of Independence² and of two hundred years of history as the recordings of a people and their comings and their goings out of the white-fire core of Alpha and Omega.

This nation is the consecration of my heart flame. This land is a land that I have chosen to ensoul, to sponsor. I also be Freedom’s Star!

Just as the LORD selected Jesus to be the Christed One, to be the example for all mankind, so according to the mandala of the Infinite One I have consecrated America to be the nation and the place for the drawing together of the peoples of the world who cherish, above all, their freedom to be the Christ!

And so two hundred years ago I placed a jewel of my attainment in a forcefield in the physical plane, in the heart of America. And that jewel has remained as the diamond of the will of God, as the saturation point for the light of freedom, drawing the elect, drawing those who have chosen to move with this great civilization of the Divine Mother in order to create the crucible, the cradle into which the Divine Mother might place the Divine Manchild.

The Divine Manchild is the Christ consciousness of you, and when you reach that Christ consciousness, you are in the crucible of the Mother. You are there, being fired, being tested, being initiated to draw out the highest frequencies of the light of Alpha and Omega so that these frequencies might be released to kindred souls who will then carry this light, this energy to every nation.

There are shrines of freedom, focuses of freedom, and masters who sponsor the flame of freedom in every nation. And nowhere upon Terra is there a nation or a people who have not the right, the opportunity, and the backing by the solar hierarchies to be free, to love freedom, and to love the light.

One of the key reasons that America was chosen is that this land has undergone an intense purification for thousands upon thousands of years, leaving this soil relatively untouched, relatively free from bloodshed, from warfare. And so by the alchemy of the Holy Spirit, the elemental builders of form have also prepared a land with resources of the Spirit and resources of Matter to be used in the building of a culture that is a materialization of the God flame and that enshrines that flame in the concept of the sacred labor.

Take from the American people the labor of their hands, the opportunity to work, to individually fulfill their own creative genius by their own individual initiative, and you destroy the civilization of the Mother and you cut off the opportunity for the coming of the Manchild. It is the system that best promotes the individualization of the God flame that we back.

But it is not the system alone, for the system has been misused by the fallen ones who have taken advantage of a free society and a free government in order to bring forth not the Christ consciousness but the carnal mind. And therefore the promises of freedom have also attracted those individuals who have looked for a place where they could feather their own nest, where they could take advantage of a nation and a people, where they could exploit her resources, exploit the common folk and the children of God, where they could continually milk and drain an economy of the very lifeblood of the Cosmic Virgin.

And so, you see, there are the spoilers—the spoilers who have come into this nation and every nation. And each time that there has been an opportunity for freedom, they have taken it as license. They have taken advantage of every promise in order to expand the forcefield of the Antichrist.

Our understanding of this dilemma is not new. We have observed, in working with a planet where her evolutions have descended from the plane of the Christ consciousness, that every virtue of the Great White Brotherhood, every virtue that is enshrined, every point of freedom will be misused, misunderstood, and abused. But we are willing, as God is willing, to give souls of light and souls of darkness equal opportunity to choose.

And I tell you that in America and in other nations that have had the exercise of free will in government, individuals who were in darkness and who were selfish in their uses of freedom have felt the refining qualities of this flame. And they, being imbued with the flame, have been converted to the light. And so we say that until the last trump has sounded and the last call has gone forth,³ there is always the opportunity for the individual, who remains uncommitted [to the light] or the individual who is committed to darkness, to exercise free will to change his mind. That is your option—to change your mind.

Do you realize that many among mankind do not change their minds, even in the face of living truth, because of their pride? Because they have committed themselves to the way that seemeth right,⁴ they will not retract. They will not confess that they could have made a mistake. And so in order to be right, they continue to use the light of freedom to confirm a position that is a not-freedom, that is darkness.

This is very sad, and yet it is true. And you will see in yourself, if not in others, this tendency to reinforce error simply because you have staked your identity upon that particular system or that political theory or that way of life. And therefore it is not always easy, even for an ascended master, to convince an individual against his will. As you say commonly, “Don’t confuse me with facts.” Well, they are confused by the facts, for their position is entirely untenable.

Let us release the fires of freedom and dissolve all human nonsense! Let us release that flame! Let us send it forth, sweeping over America and around the world from that point of light that I continue to use as the fulcrum for the release of cosmic energies. Now let the angels of freedom inspire this people to nobility, to a return to honor and truth and, above all, to the integrity that has the sense of self-worth!

America, rise from that position of being bent over and on the ground and on your knees, groveling there in the dirt from the hatred and the jealousy and the darkness and the condemnation of those who are jealous of the light!

I say, America, look up and see the hosts of the Lord! Look up and see the Faithful and True and the armies of heaven!⁵ Look up and see the defenders of the light! These armies are composed of recruits from the Christed ones of every nation. And therefore, let us build a forcefield that is impenetrable, impregnable. Let us build a forcefield, a bastion of liberty, a fountain of light so that all peoples may come and drink from that living fountain of Mother Liberty.

Do you know what I am speaking of? I am speaking of the Mother flame within your souls, within your chakras! I am speaking directly to you individually, as citizens of these United States and as citizens of Terra! I speak to you in your dual role of balancing the karma of your nation and of balancing the karma of your planet. For both are necessary.

And I say to you, let the love of the Mother within you dissolve all division, all darkness and schism! Let the love of the Mother within you be the link to hearts of light the world around, who, forming the mystical body of Christ on earth and the base of the Church Universal and Triumphant, shall yet unite to turn the tide of a world tyranny and a world government that does not exalt your own Christ Self at its head.

Beware the promises of freedom by those who base their systems on a false unity. Just as there can be no unity or harmony between lifestreams except in the Christ consciousness, so the nations cannot unite based on power, politics, and secret diplomacy! They cannot unite when bargaining away the light of their own nations and when failing to take a stand for the protection of that light!

We are watching. We are watching, as Morya has told you,⁶ how they connive and how they plunder the resources of the Mother. You have heard of the fiat that went forth from Archangel Michael⁷ stating that those in authority in government at the highest echelons who betrayed the Divine Mother would be recalled from office. And since that time you have seen a president and his cabinet entirely replaced. These were the betrayers of the Mother flame!⁸

Now I tell you, my prophecy goes forth that those usurpers of the abundance of the light of the Mother in America—those who are taking the grain, the golden light of her wisdom and nourishing those enemies of world freedom—are called to accounting this day, and they shall give an accounting to me in person! I am demanding a report from those individuals in embodiment who are signing away the lifeblood of the Christed ones by their treaties and their favors and their commercial pacts!

I tell you, we will not stand for the draining of the lifeblood of America, even as those Satanists have drained the lifeblood of little children and of elemental life! This is only symptomatic of the leeching of the light of your consciousness. And as we will not stand for it, I say, you ought not to stand for it either! For you are the authority in your octave! You are the authority of the Word and of the Logos! And by your fiats, your invocations, and your decrees, you can confirm the Word and the law of the ascended masters in this octave. And in this octave it is your free will aligned with the Christ that will turn the tide of darkness and bring in that golden age of enlightenment, which I am sponsoring at inner levels and at every level of your consciousness.

I have placed the weight and the momentum of my causal body behind the victory of the light of freedom in this nation and in every nation upon earth!

Do you think, then, with this investment of energy, that I am about to pull out and go off to the Great Central Sun and take my leave of Terra? I tell you, No! I will not leave this nation or this planet in distress! I will not leave until every lifestream has had the opportunity to know the violet flame, to apply it, and to learn that the open door of the ascension is at hand!

Therefore do not believe those psychics who tell you, “Saint Germain has left the earth.” I AM here, and I AM here to stay as long as necessary, as long as the Lords of Karma give me dispensation to uphold the light of freedom! I AM here!

“The Summit Lighthouse Sheds Its Radiance o’er All the World to Manifest as Pearls of Wisdom.”

This dictation by Saint Germain was delivered by the Messenger of the Great White Brotherhood Elizabeth Clare Prophet on Monday, October 13, 1975, during the Until the New Day conference, held in San Francisco, California. [N.B. Bracketed words have been added for clarity in the written word.]

1. To consecrate a focus to Liberty. On July 4, 1976, at the Freedom conference, Higher Consciousness, the Goddess of Liberty gave a dictation in which she stated, “Let us see what the Lords of Karma will do as we see once again what you will do when you go forth in the flame of victory. Take the torch from my heart. Will you carry it for me on the morrow through the city [of Washington, D.C.]? For you see, I must be at my focus releasing certain cosmic energies. I will arc them to you, but for the march [to the major monuments in Washington, D.C., led by the messenger], you must carry the torch for me. And I will carry my torch for you. 2. Commemoration of the Declaration of Independence. In a dictation given on July 4, 1976, Saint Germain stated, “And therefore on this anniversary that this nation has endured 200 years, the Great Divine Director, and I with him, place our combined momentum of attainment and of victory upon the altar of freedom in Terra, upon the altar of the heart of the Mother of the Flame—for we must have a living altar—upon the altar of the heart of each Keeper of the Flame. Upon that altar we place the mantle of our momentum as opportunity for you to anchor in these planes that which we can anchor only thus far. Only at the highest point of the etheric plane may we anchor this momentum. And from that point, the point of light of the fire of your heart, the point of the threefold flame, we count on you to lower our momentum through the entire memory body of the race, that they might also remember their origins in God and the days of the golden ages when man and woman walked and talked with God in the Garden of Eden, in the paradise consciousness.” See “Our Service in the Next Hundred Years of America’s Destiny,” part 1, Pearls of Wisdom, vol. 20, no. 50, December 11, 1977.

6. We are watching, as Morya has told you. In a dictation given on June 10, 1973, El Morya warned that “there are those, the fallen ones who stalk the earth, seeking sympathy from the children of light: ‘Give us arms! Give us wheat! Give us rations! Give us money!’... Why, then, do you allow the body of the Mother to be pilfered, to be given away piece by piece? For this is what they are doing to America today. First it was this and then it was that—the gold being exported, the light being exported, the fine young men and women being exported to fight in the wars contrived by the Luciferian energies. How long will the souls of light, who have been given this nation, tolerate the pilfering of America?... And so I say to you, beware. Decree for honor, for Cosmic Christ activity at all levels of government.... Be careful that you watch, then, the lies, watch the Liar, watch the sympathizer, who determines to attract mankind’s energy by the false glamour of the astral realm.... Therefore claim the light! 7. The fiat went forth from Archangel Michael. On April 22, 1973, Archangel Michael issued the following statement: “I am the champion of the World Mother. And I stand to defend her, to defend the Divine Manchild, and to defend the seed of the Divine Woman across the planetary body!... I stand to defend the borders of this land—north, south, east, and west! And I issue a fiat this day that those in physical embodiment and physical authority shall set forth and implement the necessary actions for the total defense of America; else shall they be recalled from office! 8. The betrayers of the Mother flame. This refers to the web of political scandals between 1972 and 1974 known as “Watergate,” which began with the burglary of the Democratic National Committee at the Watergate Hotel complex in Washington, D.C., on June 17, 1972. The investigation of the burglary and subsequent cover-up eventually resulted in the indictment or jailing of some 40 government officials, and on August 9, 1974, the resignation of President Richard M. Nixon. A short time later, also on August 9, 1974, Vice President Gerald R. Ford assumed the office of president of the United States. President Ford subsequently replaced all members of the Nixon cabinet except Secretary of State Henry Kissinger and Secretary of the Treasury William E. Simon.
