The Alchemy the New Jerusalem
Hail, Keepers of the Flame! Let the light of the New Jerusalem be as the violet-flame alchemy of the sacred fire for the anchoring in this place of the light of my own heart flame and of the light of the heart of Mary. Let the light of ten thousand suns now come forth in the alchemy of the New Jerusalem, which I place within each heart who is able to receive it.
If you would be an alchemist of the sacred fire, there are requirements. The requirements of the hour are absolute trust in Almighty God and in his purposes, which he is working out. Trust in our Brotherhood. Trust in the ascended masters. And trust in the messenger, whom we have anointed.
In this year that has presented to Keepers of the Flame the great challenge of fear and doubt, I come to inaugurate the final quadrant. And I have asked Ray-O-Light and the legions of fearlessness flame to accompany me, to release into your midst those energies for the rolling back of the human consciousness, with the human analysis and the human questioning that will never be satisfied to simply be in the flame of God.
Trust in him. As you have served him, so he serves you. And accord [give] to God the keeping of the flame of Israel and the keeping of the flame of the Church, the keeping of the flame in the heart of the messenger and in all who are appointed to serve as the staff and as the staff in ever-widening circles across America and the earth.
To each one of you is given that blessed staff of Peter. It is yours to use to uphold the cause of the Great White Brotherhood in this age. It is the gift of the discipline of the rod of Aaron for the raising of the energies of light and of the Mother, for the purification of the All-Seeing Eye that is such a necessity in this hour.
Know this, then, that all who have been called from the beginning to serve in this mandala shall remain in this mandala, but many others will come who would attempt to use the mandala or to manipulate the energies of the masters, the Brotherhood, or the messengers. These also come, they tarry in the flame, and they make their way back into the world whence they came.
We have observed the movement of chelas and of would-be chelas over the centuries. We are very much accustomed to the vibration of betrayal. Wherever there is the coming of the Christ, Antichrist is pitted against that one. And so this has been the plight of kings and queens and heads of state, because always it is the insert, the implant, that is closest to the one who has the authority of God. This will always be true, and our servants—our best servants—are also accustomed to this plight.
Therefore, be not dismayed when the powers of heaven fall [descend], for those who have elevated themselves to positions of power are also those who know well and sense where the power is. They have practiced power politics for many centuries while the innocents, who have our robe of righteousness, are oblivious to their machinations. And therefore we let [those in positions of power] play out their role and play their part, coming to the fore on the stage of life. For we know that by the spirals of their own self-deception they will sooner or later be removed from the central awareness and the central flow of the masters to the children of light on the Path.
I am come, then, to tell you of the New Jerusalem, and my remarks are addressed to those who are concerned. I say, give to God the benefit of your doubt and your questioning, for his all-consuming flame is able to right all wrong and to bring mankind once again to the victory of love.
Where there is not love, there is fear. And where there is fear, there is contempt. And in spirals of contempt the dark ones spawn their seeds of betrayal. Let them have their day! There are those who would work against the lightbearers and who enjoy the slaying of the Divine Mother, even as those of old enjoyed the slaying of the innocent ones. All must come to the surface, and the release of our light is for the purging of the subconscious mind.
Let none be concerned to determine who is speaking, for I AM speaking! I AM Saint Germain! And I will use this messenger to my purposes and to God’s holy purposes. Therefore, be content in the flame of your own Christ mind and place upon the altar of being all the distractions of this world that would take from you your mighty God-victory and God-mastery under Christ the Lord!
Therefore I say, enter, Ray-O-Light! Enter, legions of fearlessness flame! Now I call you forth with my own violet-flame angels. Come into this forcefield now and roll up into the white-fire core all that opposes the God-mastery of the Piscean conqueror within each one who has the courage to surrender.
We come into the New Jerusalem, and we come with those who have been with us from the beginning. We come with you, blessed Keepers of the Flame, who are here because you care enough, you love enough, you have the truth of the Law. And when you look around and see those who are not here, I tell you it is because they have not cared enough. Let them, then, also be subject unto the Almighty One, as we are. We judge not. Therefore see to it that you judge not. For God is the God of very gods,1 and he is not remote but in your very midst.
Therefore, let there be the sweeping into the flame of all disturbance at every level of consciousness, and let this sheath of white fire as mother-of-pearl, as the mighty canopy of Mother Mary, now be unfurled over this forcefield as the protection of the Cosmic Virgin.
Now these legions of light are releasing the intensity of the white fire sheathed in emerald ray (which is fearlessness flame), and my legions release the violet flame. Now won’t you also release your cares and fears and concerns into the flame so that we might march with legions of Victory this night?
And so I say, “Out, damned spot!”2 Out, I say, in the name of the Christ! That which was condemned from the beginning, let it go into the flame! And let that stain upon the garment of the LORD now be transmuted by the fire of the sacred Word! Out, then, and into the flame! Be consumed by the Holy Spirit! Release, now, fearlessness flame!
Blaze into the cause and core and into the subconscious! Blaze through the four lower bodies and let the alchemy of the New Jerusalem be founded upon this rock of fearlessness!
I AM fearlessness! I AM joyous in fearlessness! So will you also be fearlessness with me this night?

So in that flame we will rouse the demons of the night from their lairs! We will compel them to come out and be consumed! We will lance the pus pockets of the astral hordes!
We will say: “I will not give you the power to lurk in my subconscious and to come forth at the hour of the programming of the fallen ones according to that ticker tape! No! You will come out now at the call of the sacred fire and the spoken Word of Saint Germain! You will come forth and be consumed in God’s time! And you will not come forth to consume the precious holy innocents in the time of the fallen ones!”
Time is of Mother and space is of Buddha, and I AM Saint Germain! And I have espoused the Christ and all and Buddha and Mother and a cosmos of consciousness of being unfolding God.
Therefore I say, God is in control! And God has the writing in the Book of Life of every living soul. He is sifting out the hearts of men and women. He is drawing to the surface all of that debris now into the flame!
Let it roll! Let it roll! Let it roll! For I have summoned my legions and all of elemental life for the clearing of the entire area of Los Angeles to be consecrated by the Lord Christ and by you, the disciples of the Christ in this age.
I have summoned the Elohim and the archangels, and I have the joy to report to you that on this occasion earth is blessed with the visitation of beloved Omri-Tas, Ruler of the Violet Planet. Won’t you welcome him into your midst this night. [24-second applause; audience rises.]
Most blessed and beloved Omri-Tas, we welcome thee in the name of the entire Spirit of the Great White Brotherhood, in the name of the World Mother and her children, in the name of these, the firstfruits of the New Jerusalem, who call themselves and who are indeed worthy of the name, “Keepers of the Flame.”
Beloved ones, the most holy ruler of the Violet Planet has come in the service of Jesus the Christ and in the service of marking this place with a concentrated action of the sacred fire of the violet flame in order to clear the way and to clear the soul chakra of Terra, of America, and of every living soul on earth.
I give you now the beloved one, Omri-Tas, who would speak to you of freedom. [20-second pause]
Omri-Tas
My children, my children, how we have rejoiced in your release of freedom’s fire. And the one hundred and forty-four thousand priests of the sacred fire, who minister unto the flame day and night upon our planetary home, have received the joy—the joy of your hearts dedicating a new age of freedom.
And in receiving the joy of your marching to the flame of freedom, they have also marched in sacred ritual this night. They have taken into their hearts your love of freedom, and they return to you now your own momentum multiplied by the power, the wisdom, and the love of their causal bodies. You have created the rippling of joy upon a cosmos, and this is the joy that cannot be turned back but is always multiplied by those who share this joy.
But those who are the spoilers lurking in the recesses of the planetary bodies and the astral plane would abort the joy of your heart and the joy of the birth of the Manchild. They lurk to spoil the very precious light, the fragrance of rose and gardenia, lily of the valley, and violet.
And so I come. I come because I have observed this band of devotees for many years. I have watched since the hour of our release of the violet-flame spheres into the nation’s capital,3 which some among you remember and which you observed with your physical eyes as the celebration of the Fourth of July. And I have seen how the violet-flame spheres that we have released into Terra over the years have expanded by the joy of your service to Saint Germain.
You know, your service in this year is unprecedented, and we have taken note and thereby Saint Germain has received dispensations. And you have also been a part of the advanced initiation of the Great Divine Director, even as you gave forth the calls that Zadkiel and Holy Amethyst might release the violet flame across America. And this violet flame, extended through the heart of the band [of devotees] who accompanied the messenger to Afra, has also been released into the hearts of Keepers of the Flame upon that continent.
And so I am come to give you a vision of the freedom spiral that you are initiating. For it is important that Keepers of the Flame know when they are on the Path to victory and when cosmic councils have taken note of efforts and sacrifices and the long hours and the application.
You are a responsible people. The staff and the student body have responded with cosmic accountability. Truly you have seen the need of this system of worlds. You have had the equation in consciousness of co-measurement and you have stayed hour by hour, day by day, unflinchingly in service. And so the work of your hands is a tangible manifestation of a very tangible victory, which one day all mankind will acknowledge and be grateful for.
Now we would increase the action of the sacred fire. Now we would cleanse this coast of the records of infamy and rebellion, of hatred of the Mother and the selfishness of her children. Let the very atoms and molecules of this coast, the entire longitude and latitude of the earth plane, the grids and forcefields, move north and south, east and west in this energy field that has been affected by the records of the sinking of the Lemurian continent.
We are starting a violet-flame action here in the heart of the City of the Angels and here in the heart of the Mother and the devotees, which will go around the circle of fire, around the entire border of Lemuria, consuming—consuming with the all-powerful light of the violet transmuting flame the records of the misuse of the light of love in God-obedience.
Above all, remember obedience! When all else fails and you are inundated by your own momentums of subconscious fear and doubt, remember that obedience to the code of honor, to the Brotherhood, and to the word of discipline of the messenger is your salvation and your grace. Remember your commitment and your word. For by thy word thou shalt be justified, and by thy word thou shalt be condemned.4
Let it be known, then, that by every word that is spoken in the heart and before the altar of God and every idle word that passes from you, you will give an accounting in the day of the judgment. And by your word, your name and your flame is impressed upon a cosmos.
I say, then, that had the evolutions of Lemuria been obedient to the code of honor, to the representative of the Mother, and to the ascended masters and true priests and priestesses of the flame, they would have held and held fast against the day of the appearing of the fallen ones. They would have withstood the great rebellion and the seeds of the fallen ones implanted in their consciousness by the very similar tactics of subliminal programming and of psychic programming that are abroad once again on earth today, made known to you by Cyclopea and by Lord Maitreya.5
Had they kept the flame of trust—trust in God and his laws—had they kept the flame of obedience in the hour of temptation for independent, self-seeking action, then earth would long ago have been proclaimed Freedom’s Star and the golden ages would have been the manifest reality of the current hour.
Now, then, we come to undo the wrongdoing. For every jot and tittle of the misuse of the Law can be consumed. History can be rewritten, for we ourselves are revisionists. We bring forth the flame of freedom to rewrite history according to the inner blueprint, and we challenge the fallen ones who have rewritten history according to their own designs for the furtherance of world control.
We come forth, then, with the action of the sacred fire of the Holy Spirit for the consuming of those records of the past that are pitted against the establishment of the New Jerusalem.
Legions of violet-flame angels from many systems of worlds have gathered to enshrine the flame of Christ Jesus within the Mater quadrant. Let it be so. We all bow before the Saviour. We bow before that attainment and that example and the courage of the blessed Son of God, Jesus, who has given to mankind the way, the truth, and the life.6
We come to enhance his service. And as we are ministering and releasing now the violet flame throughout the ring of fire, we behold the Lord Christ and the twelve legions of angels who come with him from the heart of the Father-Mother God. He stands off and afar, waiting for the cleansing action and watching as the very substance of the earth receives the transmutation and our very own momentum of the evolutions of the Violet Planet, who in this moment do bend the knee in homage to the Lord Christ and to the hour of God’s appointing for the victory of your own blessed souls.
You have been called to a purpose, and you are purposed to that call. You have been called by Sanat Kumara, and you have answered. You have not been turned out of the way by the betrayers, but you have stood fast because you have loved and because you have cared enough. Because we care enough, we come. Because we love enough, we come.
Now I raise my arms for the release of sacred fire into the depths of the Pacific. At that point where the seven Holy Kumaras released the flame of Mother and the rising action, so we penetrate to the ocean floors of the planet the release of the violet flame for the rebalancing of energies and conditions in earth, in water, in air, and throughout the etheric plane. This is the sustaining grace of the Almighty One.
Beloved Alpha looked upon me with his eye of grace and all-knowing. Across the vastness of time and space from the heart of the Great Central Sun, Alpha looked at me and I returned his look. And in that moment of the exchange I knew it was the wish of the Father that I should come to earth to release freedom’s fire. And I sent back the thought, “I will go. I will go to fulfill your promise. I will save the earth.”
These are the words of Alpha, and this is the word given to you by the Goddess of Liberty: “The LORD God will save the earth!”7
Now we are his handiwork and his instruments, his humble servants. We come, then, in the Order of the Priests of Melchizedek. We come, then, to play our part in the great drama of the redemption.
I trust in the law of God and in the word of your soul that you will also play your part and play it well. For you know, we who are of the seventh ray enjoy the good drama of the ages, and the Master Playwright is also the Master Dramatist, who plays the interaction of light and the variations of light to bring upon the scene of earth the players for the victory. They have been cast in their roles. You each have a script in your hand. Learn your part and learn it well, as Gabriel of old rehearsed the lines that he would bring forth to the Virgin Mary.
So rehearse with the masters, for the day and the hour will come when you will bear witness, even though you have said, “I will not witness.” Mark my words, you will be called to witness and you will witness because you care enough, because you love.
And in the hour of the greatest soul need, when there stands before you one who is in the grips of the carnal mind whose soul is crying out for deliverance, I say, you will witness unto the truth. You will not withhold the word, the discipline, the chastisement, or the tenderness of your heart. You will walk all the way with humanity. You will bring them Home into the center of the Aum. You will bring them to me, to the Violet Planet. Yes, you will.
I have seen the great drama of the ages unfold, and I have seen similar dramas unfold again and again. I have lived and served millions of years in this cosmos. I know very well whereof I speak. And so I say, learn your script. Know the words of Jesus and Saint Germain. Commit them to memory so that you can speak with authority in the day when you are called by God to speak the living Word.
I come. I release. I AM. I seal. I make the sign of the cross. I bless all life. And I go forth now across the earth to perform certain actions for the adjustment of the lines of force and of energies in preparation for the coming order, for the transition in the governments of the nations and in their economies.
Let lightbearers take their posts. Let them be alert, awake, on guard. Let them be public servants. Let them take responsibility for the many.
I AM Omri-Tas. Call to me at any hour of the twenty-four for a concentrated release of the violet flame, and watch how the spots disappear, how the obstructions dissolve in the light of freedom!

Ladies and gentlemen, Keepers of the Flame, I thank you for your homage and your love of Omri-Tas. Won’t you be seated. [Audience is seated.]
Once again you have called me, and I have come. I have with me a bundle of manuscripts, documents, files from the archives of the Keeper of the Scrolls. I come from a session in the Darjeeling Council, a review of Terra and conditions on Terra.
I would speak with each one of you, for I have a mission for each one of you. And therefore I call you to the Cave of Symbols this night8 so that I might deliberate with you on matters of great soul import to you individually and to the cause of the Brotherhood. Yes, indeed, you must play your part and play it well. And I must give to you, each one, the information necessary for you to complete a certain mission in your field and also to complete your preparations.
Some of you have vowed to perform a service, and yet in some way you are not sufficiently prepared. All of you require training, spiritual discipline, and a round at Summit University.9 And some of you should swiftly consider taking the course at second level, because it is here that we can discuss more thoroughly the plan of action and the role you must play.
These are indeed troubled times. Many of our best servants in the world who have not the teachings are in a state of utter despair and hopelessness, while others, although they see the bleakness of conditions, have taken it upon themselves to forge anew a way, a plan of action. They see the crumbling of the old order. They see the crumbling of the [political] parties in America and of many aspects of government that have been hidden from your eyes.
Many of these are our trusted servants who work with me every single night in plans and preparations for the deliverance of America and the age. They are in our retreats. They confer with El Morya. They go back to their nations to implement the plan, but they have not the outer contact. And many of them, by their conditioning, would not respond even if they had that contact.
I say, pray for them. The violet flame can dissolve the greatest intensity of calcification and of darkness and of substance that is in the worlds of these, our servants, in order to separate the holy body of God. I say, pray without ceasing. Pray with the Mother and pray with Keepers of the Flame. Your prayers are heard. Your own angels transfer these prayers to the ascended masters.
You who have a momentum in decrees and prayers have what is known as a “preferred treatment,” and I will explain this to you. By your purity and your devotion and your life totally committed to the cause, there is a system whereby angelic hosts of light who receive the prayers of mankind will bypass the ordinary channels through which these prayers ascend to the altar. And these prayers, requests, and decrees have a direct line to certain retreats of the ascended masters, including the Royal Teton, the retreat at Banff, the retreat at Darjeeling, and the focus of the God and Goddess Meru.10
And therefore your calls made have an instantaneous action that is taken whereby dispensations can be given in addition to the calls that you make, and a multiplication factor can be inserted whereby—because of your constancy, purity, and loyalty to the cause—immense assistance can be given, for instance, by beloved Omri-Tas and other beings, cosmic beings who are waiting upon the free will of mankind.
Since you have used your free will to affirm your God-reality, so you are coming into an age now when with Jesus and others who have walked the earth you will see a more instantaneous precipitation of the answer to your calls. And I would like you to understand that this has taken certain rituals as well as dispensations, and thus the “preferred treatment,” as we have labeled this dispensation.
And so you ought not to be discouraged or to think that one more call will not count. I tell you that one call, one fiat into the night can bring to you legions of angels. And therefore you dare not neglect being well informed and looking behind the media and behind the current publications to determine what is really taking place in America and on earth. For when you know about conditions, you can make the call.
When you know about conditions, your consciousness can also be used by the masters of the Darjeeling Council. For we use our chelas as sounding boards, as you would say. Rather than going through astral channels to investigate world conditions, we simply look into the mind and heart and aura of our chelas and we see there the recording of the events of the times.
The Lord God has always used emissaries of the Brotherhood, and so he has sent his messengers to Sodom to report on the conditions of Sodom. And so in this age we have sent messengers, seen and unseen, and you also figure as a part of our bands. And so you can call to perform a service for Lanello and K-17 to keep the flame of the All-Seeing Eye of God and for the exposure of those conditions requiring our immediate attention. For all of this you require greater protection, and therefore let your calls to Archangel Michael continue and increase.
The manuscripts that I carry are both for you individually, for our individual conference this night, and they are for the program that we have set forth. There is so much to be told, to be examined, to be reviewed that it is not possible in a given day or even a week of seminars to expose all. But we will bring to you a concentrated distillation of information at the appointed hour on Monday.11 And in the meantime, you can apply daily to come to the Cave of Symbols, where we are writing our platform—the platform for our plan for this age and where we have our plans also for the Coming Revolution, the light revolution.12
I ask you, then, to place upon yourself a military discipline and a garment of consciousness that is for a crisis situation. Let your thoughts, your feelings, your hearts, your actions, your lives be geared—geared for the battle and for the victory. But above all, see to it that you individually are playing your role in your community to check the plots of the fallen ones, to check their manipulations, first by the science of the spoken Word and then by service in your community teaching center, and then by direct participation in avenues of service in the government, in education, and wherever you are led of the Spirit to hold that electrode of light.
Keepers of the Flame, we need you in the white-fire core.* We need you in the action of the science of the spoken Word. But we also need you in the community. I make this demand upon you, knowing that it will tax you to the uttermost. I also know that you have untapped resources and that Almighty God himself can work the work of the age through you.
Take care of your bodies and your minds. But above all, take care that you do not become overly involved in self-concern whereby your own negativity is your own undoing and whereby you allow your consciousness and your physical body to become a doormat for world momentums of disintegration that are spiraling into the flame.
There is no excuse for you to wallow in ill health as an excuse for an absence of service. There is no excuse for a failure to take time and space for recreation—recreation that is not an indulgence but a recreation of an energy field and a purification of consciousness and a stretching of the four lower bodies for the next concentrated action.
You must learn timelessness and spacelessness right here in time and space. You must learn that much can be accomplished quickly as fiats of light, as divine direction from your I AM Presence. You do not need to spend time following the methods of the human consciousness by trial and error. Make attunement with your God flame and then you will know what to do, and you will do it quickly by direct inspiration and not so much by perspiration!
I say to you, you must be beyond those momentums of self-concern and self-preservation that take you out of our legions, who are marching, marching, and marching in the service of God. When you commend your entire being into our keeping, we do minister and take care of you through able hands and hearts who have come to minister in this plane. But when you withhold from us, then by law we must also withhold. And so you find yourselves without the necessary strength, without the necessary energies to carry on in your rightful service and your lawful role.
I call for balance! I call for sanity! I call for a marshalling of energies! I call to you to see to it that you can perform all that is required of you and all that is necessary to accomplish the goals that we have set before us. Simply ask and ye shall receive. Knock and it shall be opened unto you.13
There is no excuse for failure! I tell you this now to save you the finding out when you face the Lords of Karma at the conclusion of this mission. There is no mission that is impossible, for God himself has designed the mission, and with him all is possible!
Therefore, let your mind receive this word: There is no excuse for failure! There is no excuse for turning back! There is no excuse for betrayal, none whatever!
Therefore, let silence reign. We will not hear the justifications of the carnal mind for the carnal behavior of individuals who would set themselves against our cause.
Human justification—let it go into the flame! The words fall to the ground, for only God-justice will reign.
In the name of Almighty God, I seal you in the flame of Mighty Victory. Each and every one of you can have the victory in this age if you invoke it in his name. There is no excuse for failure!

During the time this dictation was given, Summit University offered three twelve-week quarters per year (as well as summer sessions) and consisted of three levels, each level offering more advanced teaching and practical application under the direction of the masters and the messenger.

11. Information at the appointed hour. On Monday, October 11, 1976, Dr. Antony C. Sutton delivered a lecture on his book National Suicide: Military Aid to the Soviet Union; Elizabeth Clare Prophet delivered two lectures on political parties, including on the International Communist-Capitalist Conspiracy and a plan of action.
12. The Coming Revolution. In a landmark dictation given June 30, 1976, Pallas Athena stated, “I dedicate this conference to the coming revolution.” Elizabeth Clare Prophet explains: “[Pallas Athena] was talking about the revolution in higher consciousness that had come to America in order for what was intended to happen to [actually] happen--the rescue of the lightbearers, the overthrowing of the fallen ones usurping our God-government and our Christ consciousness.” The dictation by Pallas Athena is in Pearls of Wisdom, 2001, vol. 44, no. 17.
