Part 1

Ladies and gentlemen, we are honored to be invited to this altar that we might grace it with our presence and receive you. (In the name of all undines, then, be seated.)

I am/we are Neptune and Luara. We come for the purification of the waters of the earth [and] the waters of the emotional bodies of all souls incarnated and those on all levels of being. Our service, then, also relates to the astral plane, where the desire body moves as the tides of the sea.

Let me, then, take from you, first of all, a certain presupposition, which is inaccurate, that all undines live in the sea and that many undines live in the bodies of fish. Some undines overshadow entire species of fish—overshadow them to the extent of becoming one with them and assisting the evolution, the forward evolution of life imprisoned in these forms. Other undines, beloved, do move upon the land. They move in all octaves. They have considerable adeptship. And, like other elementals, in past ages some undines have crossed over into the human kingdom and therefore have become a part of it.¹

Those who are the sons and daughters of God are the shepherds of all elemental life. And sometimes the children of God have intermarried with one or the other branches of the elemental kingdom, and thus evolution has continued. It is often difficult for mortals to understand how beings of nature can inhabit nature and yet eventually take on human form. There were ages when this was possible. And there are many upon earth who have shared in the elemental kingdoms as well as in the angelic kingdoms.

Thus you see, it is not only the purification of the water element that we are about. [This] situation* is surely a desperate one, as so many among earth’s evolutions do not have water that is suitable for drinking or for maintaining the balance of that element in the body. However, beloved, as grave as this crisis is in the earth today because of major pollution, the crisis of the pollution of the emotional bodies of mankind is far greater. For the crisis has reached such an extent that a high percentage of those living upon earth have degrees of insanity to major forms of insanity† for the very pollution of the four lower bodies and the inability of the soul to harmonize with the mind, the brain and all aspects that make up the individualization of the God flame.

Thus, beloved, there are mighty undines who lead other legions of undines for the purification of the levels of the astral plane and of the bodies of every single evolving soul upon the earth. When you think of this task, beloved, before you become too alarmed, I should tell you that it is by the grace of Saint Germain, Omri-Tas and other hierarchs of light that there have been sent to this planet reinforcements to each of the four branches of the elemental kingdom.

You find, then, in this place a greater purity of air and water and of land and also of the mind, the mind of those who are spiritually inclined. For, alas, it has been seen that even those who live in the purest places upon earth, if their minds are not clean, will themselves pollute those areas with the impurities of the mind.

And so, beloved, various hierarchs have come to you, pleading for [your] use of the violet flame on behalf of elemental life. Omri-Tas has given you forty-eight hours each month.² So you understand what the violet flame can do. But we come again to tell you that the undines have not immortal life, save those who have reached the levels of adeptship and have bonded to Christ and therefore have received a flame. These are hierarchs who are a part of the etheric octave yet guide those undines who are at lower levels.

Those, then, who have that flame lead other undines. And there is such a great necessity for violet flame for these elementals, since they serve tirelessly, unceasingly, sacrificially that mankind might continue its course, that people might yet have life, that they might yet have the necessary balance of food, of water, of elements in their bodies that there might yet be a resonance between humanity and the Christ consciousness. The balance, then, of the elements in the four lower bodies and in the psyche is something that elemental life must be concerned about—and they are so directed by their hierarchs.

These blessed servants, then, serve without a threefold flame and yet almost as though they had that flame. Yet they cannot be empowered with that flame until the sons and daughters of God rise up and bind the black magicians and the fallen ones who abuse elemental life. As you see the abuse of animal life as well as human life on earth, you understand that the elementals must rise and accelerate to a new level of being before they can be entrusted with a threefold flame. And therefore, the hierarchs of these kingdoms and many in our service do supply that very element. We supply the threefold flame on behalf of those who serve and those who are coming out from under the oppression of the fallen ones.

Think of the pollutions of the rivers of the earth, of the waters under the earth and of the seas in our time. Think then again of the rising and sinking of continents, of cataclysms, of the misuse of nuclear energy and of all forms of toxic wastes that have been dumped in the planetary body, necessitating cataclysm for the washing of the continents, for the purification, for the restoration, for the bringing in of new dispensations of a new era.

It is for [this] reason of pollution, at least it is a major reason, that there is cataclysm in the earth at all. For life cannot continue, else we shall have aberrations. We shall have coming forth from the womb those babies that no longer resemble human beings. This is the possibility of the mutations that can occur upon earth when these radioactive elements come into the womb, come into the body, come into the mind and brain and thus eventually actually alter the genetic code [with which] human life is endowed through the original Adam and Eve. For they surely were the original ones who set forth the archetypal image of what man could be, of what woman could be.

Thus, Maitreya’s Mystery School brings not only twin flames of God full circle but also elementals who were there at that hour and who were there for the sponsorship of the earth body and the bodies of those twin flames whose karma and calling necessitated that they descend from higher octaves to the etheric level.³ Maitreya’s Mystery School could therefore have been, unto this day, a mystery school in the etheric octave, a place which you long for and think about and remember as having the great golden-age civilizations and the mystery schools.

But, beloved ones, for going astray and following the fallen angels, there was a gradual descent to lower and lower planes of being until you find yourselves here and now at this level. There are levels below this level, yet they have not become entirely physical. I speak of the astral plane and of the planes of death and hell. Yet, beloved, the pollutions of the earth body and of the bodies that you wear at the level of the earth body as it is today are becoming so intense that there is certain concern, grave concern amongst the Elohim and the hierarchs of the elementals and the chiefs of the elementals and the angels and the devas who guide and teach and comfort and support [the elementals].

*I.e., pollution of the water element.

“The Summit Lighthouse Sheds Its Radiance o’er All the World to Manifest as Pearls of Wisdom.”

This dictation by Neptune and Luara was delivered by the Messenger of the Great White Brotherhood Elizabeth Clare Prophet on Thursday, October 7, 1993, during the seven-day conference Prayer Vigil to Restore the T’ai Chi of Elemental Life, held October 6 through 11, 1993, at the Royal Teton Ranch, Park County, Montana. Parts 2 and 3 of Neptune and Luara’s dictation are published in Pearls of Wisdom nos. 41 and 42.

1. The ascended masters and their messengers Mark and Elizabeth Prophet have taught that elementals crossed over into the human kingdom, during times when elementals were closer to the physical plane and mankind’s consciousness, by intermarrying with humans. Elementals have also graduated to the human kingdom by excelling in service and receiving a threefold flame by dispensations from hierarchy. In a dictation on June 30, 1988, the Elohim Heros and Amora promised the elementals that they could earn a threefold flame by assisting the sons and daughters of God. Addressing the elementals, Heros and Amora said: “Those whom you... serve who do attain the ascension... shall in turn endow you with a threefold flame.... The hour draws nigh when those to whom you have given so much may turn and give to you what they have long desired to give.” In their April 11, 1998 dictation, Virgo and Pelleur said: “Elementals will not have a threefold flame, the gift of immortal life, unless they are endowed with that flame by service to life and by a tremendous effort on their part.” Elementals who transfer into the human kingdom may eventually become ascended masters or archangels, or they may ascend to become hierarchs of the elementals. Notable examples of elementals who passed through the elemental and human kingdoms are the ascended master Fun Wey, under Eriel’s tutelage, and Archangel Michael. In a dictation given in Colorado Springs, December 28, 1969, the ascended master Kuthumi said: “Archangel Michael was once but a tiny elemental charged with keeping the responsibilities of life in a simple field upon a planetary body. [Men] do not understand the principle of growth that is inherent in life—how... souls evolve and expand, and as they expand they obtain greater glory and opportunity. They do not understand the words, ‘Be thou faithful over a few things and I will make thee ruler over many things’ [Luke 19:17].” (See Heros and Amora, in 1988 Pearls of Wisdom, Book II, vol. 31, no. 60, pp. 469-70; Virgo and Pelleur, 1998 Pearls of Wisdom, vol. 41, no. 18, p. 86.)

3. Twin Flames in Maitreya’s Mystery School. In a May 31, 1984 dictation, Jesus Christ announced that Lord Maitreya was dedicating the Royal Teton Ranch as the place prepared for the reestablishment of his Mystery School in this age. The original Mystery School was the Garden of Eden founded by Maitreya on Lemuria to initiate Adam and Eve, archetypal twin flames, and other twin flames on the path of the Tree of Life.

In her keynote lecture “On the Soul,” delivered during Soul Evolution, Elizabeth Clare Prophet noted that “the paradise described in Genesis was in the etheric octave somewhere between heaven and earth.” In her Rome Stump Message (November 6, 1985), she said: “Into this school came fallen angels called ‘serpents.’ They came as the original false gurus to tear the people of light away from the true teacher, the Cosmic Christ. They presented... alternative methods to shortcut the path of initiation,” promising: “‘You will be wise as the gods if you partake of [the] fruit [of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil].’”

In “On the Soul,” she said: “When tempted of the Serpent to eat of the fruit..., many of Maitreya’s students disobeyed him. Even though the LORD had told them that ‘in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die,’ these students of the Mystery School believed the Serpent’s equivocation, ‘Ye shall not surely die,’ and partook of the forbidden fruit” (Gen. 2:15-17; 3:1-6). Thus were twin flames corrupted by the subtle serpent philosophy of these false gurus, teachers and prophets. In a question and answer session, the messenger revealed: “Maitreya gave us the [added] teaching that when we were in the Garden of Eden in Maitreya’s Mystery School, the false hierarchy impostor of our twin flame lured us out of the Mystery School.”

“On the Soul” continues: “All who entered into this act of disobedience paid the ultimate price: the flame of their immortality was snuffed out. Thus, they knew that their souls had become naked and that they were now mortal. Grief-stricken, they went forth from Eden, literally driven out by the LORD God [Lord Maitreya], ‘lest Adam put forth his hand and take also of the tree of life and eat and live forever’ in his fallen state [Gen. 3:7-13, 22-24]. And so, Adam and Eve and many sets of twin flames were consigned to the earth plane and to earthly bodies. To them the LORD God declared: ‘In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, till thou return unto the ground; for out of it wast thou taken: for dust thou art, and unto dust shalt thou return’ [Gen. 3:14-21].... Once we allowed our souls to be compromised,” and we transferred our allegiance to the Serpent, “our souls became mortal, i.e., naked.”

Yet, “hearkening to the Serpent was not only a matter of disobedience; it was a breach of trust. A sacred trust. Trust is the foundation of every relationship and most especially the Guru-chela relationship. We disobeyed our Guru.... And we have had to face the consequences ever since. The LORD God told Ezekiel, ‘The soul that sinneth, it shall die’ [Ezek. 18:4, 20]. In the context of the Edenic dispensation, this meant: ‘The soul that sinneth, it shall become mortal.’... The soul that sinned against the Manu and the Guru of that 2,150-year period would not have the opportunity in that round to regain her immortality. She would have to reembody on earth in the next 2,150-year dispensation and trace the footprints of her Manu and her Guru until she found them. She would have to apply to enter her Guru’s Mystery School and submit to the rigors of initiation that he would require of her ere she returned to the paradise of a golden age....

“...Had we not compromised our souls—had we remained in the Mystery School, submitting to our initiations in divine order, passing our daily tests—we would have graduated from the Mystery School and gone forth to bring Maitreya’s teachings to the world. Furthermore, we would have walked the earth alive with the flame of our immortality and clothed with the deathless solar body.”

July 1, 1996, in the Heart of the Inner Retreat during A World Convocation of Spiritual Seekers, Elizabeth Clare Prophet also revealed: “Maitreya’s Mystery School is not the beginning [of the initiation of twin flames]. Even though it appears to be the beginning in the Book of Genesis, the cycles go back much farther than what we have in our recorded scriptures. God had to test us because we left heaven.” That is to say, we departed from our original oneness with God and our twin flame and “left the realms of perfection” and descended into increasingly denser spheres.

Elizabeth Clare Prophet, in her Rome Stump Message, said: “Only [in this time] has Maitreya returned to call our twin flames back to his Mystery School so that we could [again] take up the path of initiation of the Tree of Life....
