We are gratified that the Darjeeling Council has called for this conference that you might dedicate yourselves with violet flame* on behalf of the elementals, clearing them of the records, the hexes and the cursings, [their] imprisonment in the service of the dark ones. If the dark ones no longer had elemental life in their service, they would be bereft of those whom they have used and abused for hundreds of thousands of years and more.
The understanding that these are like lost children who have fallen through the cracks should be upon you. Whereas angels maintain a tie to their hierarchs of light, elementals also maintain that tie—yet we maintain it for them. They are the only ones of earth’s evolutions†who do not inherit the flame of immortality except by sponsorship of an ascended master or an adept of the Great White Brotherhood.
These elementals, then, have no Christ consciousness of their own but the Christ consciousness and the flame of the resurrection of Jesus Christ, who has given to them the certain momentum of resurrection’s flame that they might know that one day they too shall have and inherit eternal life.1 And you also know that this shall come about when you yourselves have expanded that flame and become masters walking the earth and therefore could sponsor elemental life, millions of elementals, by the uniqueness of your own threefold flame.
Life, then, awaits the maturation of humanity. It awaits the self-realization and the self-liberation of the sons and daughters of God. These sons and daughters of God are shepherds, not only to angels in embodiment, not only to the children of the earth but also to the elementals. Thus, beloved ones, to call to beloved Omri-Tas and to call to the Great Central Sun Magnet to once again magnetize all elemental life to that Central Sun—this is indeed a high cause, a holy calling. Indeed, it is.
Let us understand, therefore, that many valiant souls in the earth who are not tied in an outward sense to the Great White Brotherhood are yet taking their stand and defending elemental life, defending every form of animal life sponsored by elementals. Yes, beloved, where there has come into being a kindness, a sense of nonviolence and a peace—that is truly in the right direction. Ultimately, many elementals are imprisoned in animal forms, and this should not be. And one day they will have their liberty from being thus imprisoned.
And so you see, we are in an interim period on planet Earth, the interim period when life-forms are not complete in the sense of having the manifestation of man and “wo-man,” yet those life-forms persist. And those life-forms are not made in the image and likeness of God. And yet they are made and created by certain levels of angels not in allegiance to God who determine to use the genetic code and the genes of a higher life and to imprison those genes and that code in the lower life of animal forms.
Subsequently, these animals have evolved according to their environment, according to the necessities of the climate and other factors. And so, that elemental life, because it is made of God’s life and yet imprisoned in a lower matrix, yet evolves toward God. Yet it is the consciousness that evolves toward God, even though there may be changes over long periods of time in the bodies of animal forms themselves.
And so you can see that even in the creation of certain levels of the animal kingdom there is an imprisonment of the elementals. And these may be undines or sylphs or gnomes or salamanders. And therefore, earth may be seen as an experimental laboratory, a laboratory that was chosen by Nephilim, fallen angels and laggard scientists who had the knowledge of genetic engineering long before they arrived upon this planet 500,000 years ago.2
They considered it an ideal place for their experimentations, for the entertainment of themselves or for their low-life living, where they required (or thought they required) the partaking of animal blood or even human blood. Human sacrifice has passed from these times for the most part, yet it is still practiced unbeknownst to the vast majority of the population. Yet, beloved, these fallen ones created animal life and sustained it upon earth principally for the purpose of being able to drink blood, not the blood of humans but the blood of those animals closest to humans because [these fallen ones] themselves had engineered [these animals] partially from human genes.
This is a very complex subject. But what it boils down to is that life is imprisoned on planet Earth. And insofar as you allow yourself to be the prisoner of your own karma, your own electronic belt, your own dweller-on-the-threshold, can you say that you are much better than those who may be of a lesser kingdom, but who may be more benign and less malicious and less harmful? There are many animals upon earth who are vegetarians who do not harm other parts of life. Yet man does harm other parts of life and his fellow human beings.
Somehow the certain routine of animal life, though you know that those animals do not have the intelligence that you have, bears a stamp of integrity that is no longer found in certain forms of human life where there is cruelty, where there is genocide, where there is murder again and again—as Cain killed Abel and blood is spilled upon the ground.
Thus you see, beloved ones, sometimes those who have manifested great evil in the earth are cast into the bodies of animals. And you remember Nebuchadnezzar, who did eat the grass for an extended period of time like the cattle.3 So you see that evil consciousness is more evil in this age for the presence of fallen angels, first in humans and others who have become their underlings,** and then ultimately this consciousness has been passed on to certain aggressive forms of animal life.

Background on Neptune and Luara, Part 1
Excerpt from The Masters and Their Retreats

Neptune and Luara are hierarchs of the water element on this planet. Overseeing the water element and the balance of life therein, Neptune and Luara, together with the undines (elementals of the water element) in their command, govern the tides of the seas and the waters under the sea, precipitation over the landed areas and purification of water wherever it is found—even in the body of man.
Neptune and Luara serve with the hierarchies of Cancer, Leo and Virgo to teach mankind the mastery of the emotional body. They also teach the mastery of the water element in the physical and etheric bodies and the balance of the threefold flame through that element under the hierarchies of Pisces, Cancer and Scorpio....
The undines live wherever water is found, sometimes appearing in the form of a mermaid. They intensify the purity and flow of God’s light in the waters. As more than two-thirds of the surface of the earth is covered with water, the undines are kept very busy. Kuthumi speaks of their service: “The serious work of the undines moves on as the oceans and the rivers and the lakes, streams and rivulets and raindrops all play a part in the formation and re-formation of the body of our planet and of man, utterly dependent upon the elementals.
“The undines, who also laugh and play in the waves and waterfalls, lovingly follow the example of their hierarchs. Neptune is the king of the deep, and his consort, Luara, is mother of tides, governing cycles of fertility and the water element as it affects the emotional body (known as the water, feeling or desire body)....”
...Call to Saint Germain and legions of violet-flame angels to transmute the collective unconscious of mankind and all darkness, disease and death that pollutes the emotional bodies of humanity and the waters of planet Earth. Ask for the restoration of the natural flow of Spirit’s fire to the seas to lighten the weight of the astral plane borne by the undines. We must also ask for the protection of the precious whales so that they may continue to transmit cosmic light and cosmic rays to all life on earth.

This dictation by Neptune and Luara was delivered by the Messenger of the Great White Brotherhood Elizabeth Clare Prophet on Thursday, October 7, 1993, during the seven-day conference Prayer Vigil to Restore the T’ai Chi of Elemental Life, held October 6 through 11, 1993, at the Royal Teton Ranch, Park County, Montana. Parts 1 and 3 of Neptune and Luara’s dictation are published in Pearls of Wisdom nos. 40 and 42.
1. Jesus’ gift of resurrection’s flame to elemental life. In a dictation given March 29, 1964, Jesus Christ announced that he was endowing elemental life with the flame of his momentum of the resurrection and that, from that day forward, the elementals would “never again have the sense of death.” Jesus said: “They shall feel my flame always. A portion of that flame resting in them shall remove for all time ...all fear that they have outpictured.” El Morya explained in his April 10, 1964 Pearl of Wisdom, vol. 7. no. 15, that although the flame which Jesus had imparted did not confer immortality upon the elementals, “the elementals—feeling now a lesser measure of humanity’s discordant vibrations—will be able to express more God-happiness, which, it is our hope, will in turn be communicated to mankind.”
2. The ascended masters and their messengers have described how Nephilim gods, fallen angels and laggard scientists used genetic engineering to create animals and imprison elemental life. In the Pearl of Wisdom, vol. 14, no. 41, dated October 10, 1971, Lord Maitreya said: “In [previous] epochs scientists engaged in genetic manipulation and the creation of animal forms that took into account neither spiritual law nor the existence of the Karmic Board, thus aborting the cycle of fulfillment that always follows the correct use of divine opportunity.”
The Masters and Their Retreats, by Mark L. Prophet and Elizabeth Clare Prophet, records how Servatus, overseer of healing angels, witnessed firsthand “the misuse of science [and the emerald ray] in genetic engineering that took place on Atlantis, contributing to the fall of that continent.” In a dictation given April 6, 1977, he said: “I would caution you that in the last days of Atlantis the misuses of the emerald ray were very great. Science reached a great crescendo of materialism and mechanization. People became more and more dependent upon the scientists of the day who had their instruction from the laggards who came from Maldek, from the fallen ones and from the Luciferians.
“And therefore, the science of genetics and the manipulation of the DNA chain was in advance of that which it is today. And today’s scientists are just beginning to touch on the records that were in the laboratories of Atlantis that caused such a degeneration of consciousness and of body and such a proliferation of perverted forms and the cross-breeding of all types of animal life with human life so as to ultimately find the decree of the LORD God in the flood of Noah and in the sinking of that continent.”
Elizabeth Clare Prophet, in a lecture on the cosmic clock, April 11, 1971, gave the following teaching: Elementals “can be imprisoned by black magicians or fallen angels... through a geometric forcefield that a black magician knows how to establish through the incorrect use of decrees and mantras. He will invoke power in order to make a matrix in which he will imprison [the elemental]. Once that being is imprisoned in that matrix, he must do exactly what his master tells him because he is bound by that pattern.... In the work that the masters have commissioned the messengers to do, we have to make daily invocations for the freeing of the imprisoned elementals.”
In a question-and-answer session following her stump message in Edinburgh, Scotland, October 20, 1985, Elizabeth Clare Prophet said: “[Animals] are a remnant of a creation made not by God but by man and scientists.” These animals “have been created to imprison elementals or to be used as beasts of burden or for food or for other things. So we find animal life prevailing because we are in these particular levels [of consciousness] and dense spheres.
“I meditate a great deal upon the animals at the [Royal Teton] Ranch. I have a tremendous love for them. And I realize that they have no capacity to transcend themselves. They are bound to a matrix. They are harmless, yet they do not have a divine spark, they do not have the power of speech.... Animals have group souls, and they do evolve through their experiences to a higher consciousness very gradually. And I have noticed the sacrificial nature of animals. For instance, I meditate on the cows. The cows are highly sacrificial animals. They lay down their life over and over and over again to provide food for mankind, not only their milk but also their very flesh. And if you look at this spiritually, you can think of the fact of the lesser laying its life down for the greater, and in the process of being assimilated by the greater, it actually is evolving.
“But ultimately the animals will be freed of their incomplete matrix and elemental life will be freed when man is resurrected. When the fire in his heart so increases that he becomes the manifestation of the resurrection and the life and the consciousness that inhabits the animal form no longer has need of the form nor the necessity to be confined to it, it can be liberated by the Holy Spirit and go on to attain the higher states. So... there is a lower order of life that remains subservient to man, imprisoned in these forms until the day when man frees himself by the power of God. So when man is resurrected and all of life is resurrected, there will be no further need for these forms. And in the meantime we must exercise the greatest compassion and tenderness and love toward all animal life.” (See Servatus, “Healing in the New Jerusalem,” April 6, 1977, in Mark L. 3. Nebuchadnezzar did eat the grass like the cattle. The account of how King Nebuchadnezzar came to live among the beasts of the field, eating grass, is written in Daniel 4:1-37. The Book of Daniel 1-5 describes Jews in the court of Nebuchadnezzar and apocalyptic visions. According to Harper’s Bible Commentary, modern scholars refer to the biblical king who ruled Babylonia from 605 to 652 B.C. as “Nebuchadnezzar II” (743). Accounts of Nebuchadnezzar’s rule provide evidence that he was “an able but cruel” monarch, competing for power, and “[stopping] at nothing to subdue peoples who stood in his path of conquest” (744). Nebuchadnezzar is also known as the tyrant who cast the three Hebrew boys Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego into the fiery furnace.
The prophet Daniel, a Jewish captive who served at Nebuchadnezzar’s court, was called by the king to interpret a disturbing dream (Dan. 4:4-9). The king’s dream begins with a great tree “in the midst of the earth,” which provides food and shelter for all. Nebuchadnezzar recounts his vision: “A watcher and an holy one came down from heaven; / He cried aloud, and said thus, ‘Hew down the tree, and cut off his branches, shake off his leaves, and scatter his fruit’” (Dan. 4:10-14). The tree is reduced to a banded stump with roots in the earth. The watcher proclaims: “Let his portion be with the beasts in the grass of the earth: / Let his heart be changed from man’s, and let a beast’s heart be given unto him: and let seven times pass over him” (Dan. 4:15-16). Daniel interprets the dream by identifying the great tree with the king, who flourishes and then falls (Dan. 4:20-23). Daniel exclaims: “This is the interpretation, O king, and this is the decree of the most High, which is come upon my lord the king: / That they shall drive thee from men, and thy dwelling shall be with the beasts of the field, and they shall make thee to eat grass as oxen, and they shall wet thee with the dew of heaven, and seven times shall pass over thee, till thou know that the most High ruleth in the kingdom of men, and giveth it to whomsoever he will” (Dan. 4:24-25).
For seven cycles, this state is to persist. Everything Daniel predicts comes to pass. Just as the king is defying God and proclaiming his own glory, “There fell a voice from heaven, saying, O king Nebuchadnezzar, to thee it is spoken; ‘The kingdom is departed from thee’ (Dan. 4:30-31). The king is stripped of his kingdom and reduced to a beastly form “till his hairs were grown like eagles’ feathers, and his nails like birds’ claws” (Dan. 4:32-33). At the end of the cycle of seven predicated, Nebuchadnezzar lifts up his eyes to heaven and his reason is restored. He praises the Most High God, and all of Nebuchadnezzar’s former glory and more is returned to him (Dan. 4:34-37).
